Made reservations for 10 for Fathers day. When we got there, it took 30 min for someone to even come over to us. We were told that we were sat in a section that didnt have a server yet. Once we finally ordered, I specifically told our server that I wanted my cheeseburger plain, cheese only. No lettuce, no tomato, and especially no onion as they make me sick. I repeated this 3x. When the food came out, my friends food never came out. Turns out, it was never ordered. Then mine came out and had lettuce, tomato and mayo. I reminded the server that this should have been plain. He brought me a new top bun. When I bit into the burger, I found, hidden under the cheese was a ton of onions. Again, I told the server that this was supposed to be plain and that onions make me sick and I just got a mouthful of them. He said hed bring out a new burger. By the time it came out, everyone at my table had finished their meals and we were ready to leave. I never got to eat my meal, and no one, not the server or the manager offered to take my meal off the bill. They clearly cant get orders right and when they forget an order and get one completely wrong, twice, the least they can do is offer to make it right. We definitely wont be back and not because of the mistakes, because they happen. We wont be back because of the terrible customer service.

First time visiting this restaurant. Bacon cheeseburger and pork tenderloin sandwich both with onion rings. Friendly and attentive service by Saun. Will definitely come back to try more from the menu.
Great service from Tobi. Fried pickles were great, I got the wild mushroom pizza was wonderful. My party also ordered the poki bowl, very pleased, fish and chips, thumbs up from the Welsh gentleman. Guinness on draft, and sangria!
First off Hostess you couldn’t understand cause she was chomping on gum and playing with hair. We were told 10 minute wait, as there was 4 tables empty and dirty. Finally we get to be seated and the table was dirty so we stood and waited for her to clean the table. Service wasn’t the best. Food was good except the nachos must say there for awhile cause the cheese was hard and cold.Rather go to another one then return.
Cook atmosphere and super friendly wait staff. The Rueben was amazing. Kids menu has a lot of choices and healthy options. Full bar for adults to enjoy and awesome margaritas.
Great service on a busy Saturday afternoon. Had the spinach dip appetizer and a burger. Would recommend upgrading the side to the macaroni and cheese. You wont be disappointed.
Consistently delicious meals! We have eaten here a few times whenever we are in Miamisburg and have always had great meals. They have a nice patio area with quick service. They have a separate gluten free menu and were very good with my wife’s allergies. We shared the quesadilla appetizer and then my wife had the fish tacos! Both gluten free! She has had several sandwiches and burgers there all of which have been delicious as well. I’m a big fan of the buffalo chicken sandwich and rarely stray from that.
Very good Cuban panini. My daughter enjoyed her salmon salad. Server was good although she had too many tables. No complaints.
Service was awesome; however, all of the food was horrible. Steaks were cooked incorrectly, the onion rings were cold and bland, the Chicken Parmesan was sour tasting. It was our first ever visit and our last.
Bartender one of the best. Service and food great. Looked like a favorite spot to the locals, people were in and out pretty fast though. Will be back, thanks Ashley!

2 stars, staff is very friendly and food and drinks are good! Food is usually cold but good, not very busy when im there.. just dont understand how the service is just so slow and u have cold food. I watched multiple people complain of the food temp so maybe its a issue that needs resolved or this place will not thrive!
This experience was horrible! I was part of a large group, there to have a farewell lunch with one of our managers. Arrived around 11:35 am and our server took MORE THAN 10 minutes just to come and take our drink orders! Then, it took another 10-15 just to get all of the drinks! She was nice but seemed overwhelmed. Out of the entire group, MY sandwich was fixed totally wrong (ordered turkey burger, server brought out bucket burger? 😒) I waited more than 15 minutes just for the mistake to be corrected, THEN had to ask for a to-go box to put it in because by the time I received my meal (and the fries were cold), it was time to make the 20-25 minute drive back to work to do my afternoon route-oh yea, Im a school bus driver. Everyone else in the party was done eating and readying to leave by the time my meal even arrived so asking them to hang out a little while longer to watch me eat wasnt a good option! I reheated, not recooked, my burger and fries in the microwave upon returning home but how many stars do you really give a tasteless turkey burger and mediocre fries? 🤔 This was only my 2nd ever visit (first time was between 2010 and 2012) and probably my last.
I have been here twice. Once when they first opened years ago, and last weekend. I dont think Ill ever go back. The service was good, food was meh

Food was very good. Beef stroganoff, peel and eat shrimp and chicken sandwich. They messed up my chicken sandwich. But stuff happens
The food still very good. The bbq chicken salad Ive gotten in the past was much smaller but of course price went up. Was told other dishes were still served but smaller portions. With prices going up you really cant make serving sizes too much smaller, theres so many places to eat.
Fried pickle spears were pretty good, nice crunch. We also got the buffalo chicken sandwich which was crispy, sauced well, and overall delightful. However, their french fries and burgers are decidedly average. I got the bacon burger which had a single strip of bacon and caramelized onions which were 5 little sliced onions briefly sauteed, not caramelized at all. The burger was kinda salty in spots, but it was cooked well and juicy. The fries after about 5 minutes are kinda stale. For dessert, we got the brownie skillet. It was crispy on the edges, and gooey/soft and warm inside. Topped with vanilla ice cream and caramel sauce drizzle. I would get it again, but I wish they gave a bit more ice cream.
Their vegetarian burgers are great. Pretty slim options for vegetarians and even more difficult for vegans. I love their fried pickles! Excellent service everytime weve been.
Okay place to eat decent menu nice atmosphere portion seem to be getting smaller. Update. 3/2021 Been eating here often, the food was getting better now its taking a turn for the worst . The fish tacos have turned into jerky tacos. Come on RB you can do better than this. Not the first time neither.
Wonderful service and hospitality. The food was delicious and better quality than I was anticipating. I had their version of an old fashioned ($7.25 - made with Woodford Reserve!), bucket bite sliders and the sticky bread pudding. Everything was superb!

My husband and I split a pizza for lunch. It was good. The pizza is thin crust 16 inches. Sicilian is what we ordered. No leftovers.
Tried out this restaurant while in town. Nice decor, staff was friendly, and service was really good. The 1/2 sandwich, soup, and salad combo was really tasty. Would definitely stop back in on a future trip.
I had the bbq chopped salad and it was delicious. We went about 3 pm on a Tuesday with no wait. The service was very nice without being looming lol prices are decent too. Tables are all separated to help with COVID control.

This bar was very accommodating. The menu offered a large selection of cocktails all of which were designed in house. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend the isthmus bucket for any casual get together

Food is good depending on what you get - mushroom stroganoff, meatloaf, burgers; fish and chips is overpriced for how little you get without much flavor. Service is hit and miss.
The service was better than my food, unfortunately. My hamburger was bland; however, the bun was good.I was also able to try the Reuben sandwich. The meat was dried, hardly no sauerkraut with an abundance of dressing, needless to say I will not be returning. Im pretting sure the kitchen was having a bad day as we all do, but first impressions sometimes are lasting.

My girlfriend and I came to the rusty bucket for lunch. It was an excellent experience, the venue was perfect the staff was fantastic. We ordered a pizza and what looked me the manager brought it out to us and he thought it was two small so he made another one for free. Now that’s quality customer service. Will be coming back for sure and highly recommend.
The food was delicious and our water was nice and attentive. The manager on duty the night I visited was much rates a 3 in my book. It was my first time visiting this resturaunt.
None of the people in my party liked their food and it took a long time to get it.. Thats fine because MHS was having their homecoming and Im sure they had a lot of groups in but still took roughly an hour to get my food. My waiter (I think his name was Mike) was very good. Made sure to fill all my friends drinks when they were done and was nice.I got the imposter and my bun was incredibly hard on the inside...

Amazing food. The manager Chris came to our table, multiple times to check and see how thing were. Our waitress Jessica has always been perfect, every time we come in seems she like she take care us. Great place to go, great prices and food!

Food was great service was excellent. Sat at the bar and Ashley really made the whole experience. She was slammed and never stopped smiling or being accommodating. Great sense of humor, also she’s gorgeous 😍. She absolutely made our visit. Will be returning because of her.
Upon arrival at 6pm we were asked if we had reservations. I said no so the host looked, and looked, and looked thru his book and finally seated is in a booth. There were several empty as well as tables. My wife got a mushroom pizza and I got fish and fries. The fish wasnt crispy even though it was overcooked. The fries definitely came from multiple batches because some were hard and some soft, but all cold. I probably wont be making a return trip.
This is my 2nd visit and I couldn’t be happier. Ashley, Cori, and Evan are shining stars in the service industry. They all went above and beyond to make me and my coworkers feel not only welcome but almost apart of the family. The food was incredible and the selection of beer is great. I can’t recommend this restaurant enough. I can guarantee you will love your time here as long as one of them is there to help you.

I ordered a burger and smashed potatoes for delivery to my hotel at 9:45. I felt so bad ordering right before close, so I gave extra tips. When I called them to make sure it wasnt too late, the girl was so nice and said not to worry and thanked me for my order. The food came fast and was delicious! 😁
Amazing New York Strip !! Loved it !! Waitress was super nice ! Kudos to the chef for an AMAZING STEAK !! My husband loved the spaghetti !! Recommend this place to anyone !
This place is fantastic. My wife and I absolutely love it here. She has a gluten allergy and they have plenty of choices, and the staff are very understanding and helpful where her allergy is concerned. Good atmosphere, great food, and wonderful staff.
We was a party of 30, social distance and all. The food was delicious. I really want to comment about the manager and our server. They was fantastic. Our server was pleasant, didnt show any stress, nice young man. He did such a good service that the next time I or we come Ill be looking for him. Give him a raise, so perfect. He has waited on some of the family before and they was glad to see it was him.

Ive been going to various Rusty Bucket locations for years, but this was the only time Ive ever had lousy service like this. Our server was short, pushy, and not very friendly. I wasnt even asked about ordering food. The service just made me feel downright uncomfortable, and disassociated from having an enjoyable time socializing with my friends. Wont be back to this location.
First time eating here and was very impressed from the greeting at the door to the final end of our visit. Our waiter was Kyle, who gave great conversation and took his time. Prices are decent, meal was great. Not so impressed with their Margarita though. Will definitely return.
Rusty Bucket had no wait for a table (yippee?) at 12:30, but the wait for our meals was almost an hour. And, the place wasnt very busy. If you have problems in the kitchen, let your custoemrs know. People are really understanding if you communicate. When you dont it ruins the experience. Food was good, once it came.
Ordered steak sandwich with philly sauce, very good, was better when I got it to fold into a sandwich lol. Good portion and price. Service was great. Didnt wait for anything.
My 1st time going. Sat on the patio due to this new Covid Delta strain spike!! Wonderful meal, drink and wait staff! Im looking forward to taking my sister here; shell love it too!
Was looking forward to trying their food but it doesnt seem like they have a very good system for seating people once they get a wait. We were told they had a 15 minute wait, so they took our name and number and said they would text us when our table was ready (we were supposed to be first in line supposedly). We sat in our car waiting, and after about 15-20 minutes had passed, we still hadnt received a text (and had watched 3 other small parties walk in and not come out, presumably because they got seated). So we elected to go to another restaurant (it has now been 45 mins to an hour and theyve still not reached out). Im assuming they forgot about us.
Always loved their food, but it seems each time we visit the prices go up and up. Its to the point I will not return until they return to reasonable. This is pub food, not fine dining. Everything on the menu has increased in price

Wife and daughter went to Applebees 25 min wait with an empty dining room. I was starving so we left came to the Rusty bucket they looked busy but sat us served us and it was amazing my food was perfect are waitress was amazing.
Absolutely amazing!!! Fried pickles are better than anyone elses, and the Joes wings have such a great flavor!!! The salmon had a perfectly crispy exterior with moist interior...just a wonderful meal!!!
Great service worst food I’ve ever had in a sit down restaurant I would go to frischs even if it was the same price as this place. My chicken was undercooked the meatloaf tasted like it was 3 days old and the fried pickles tasted like it was fried for about 5 seconds i called to complain after I got my carry out home and they wouldn’t answer the phone we had to order different food from somewhere else as ours was not edible. Stay far far away
Food was just ok. Not even what I would consider average. The service was sad. I would have to believe that there all new to the service industry. With some training and a dedicated chef this place might become a moderately bad restaurant. Dont waste your time or money here.

Nice place to enjoy dinner and drinks. The offer outside dinning as well inside to. There is plenty of parking. Large beer selection. I order the black salmon, cooked perfect, portion was small for the price. Waitress did a good job taking care of me. Clean restrooms and dinning area as well. Happy hours is offer too before six.
$80 to feed 5 people, not terrible pricing but portion sizes were pretty small considering. Food wasnt that good either. Wont be back to this location.
Curbside order fish and chips, fish two very small pieces and no chips at all , who sends out an order of fish and chips no chips. Called to complain Manager very RUDE, said maybe they were busy (Not) or new hire staff and just what did I want her to do about it? As manager she should have a plan in place. just horrible experience.How about somebody check the orders for accuracy before they leave the restaurant.?
Im in Ohio to work so Im only able to eat out everyday. This by far had the best tasting food and I was not prepared for how good it was going to be. I ordered the meatloaf and mashed potatoes and the wings regular flavor.Down side was I asked the lady who took my order were they whole wings and she said yes considering they were like $12 or $13. They are not whole wings and the meatloaf, though good, very expensive and didnt really look like meatloaf Ive seen before.
Food was really good really good atmosphere as well! The prices were a little higher then I would want to spend regularly but the food made up for it.
I will start by saying that the food is great, but service is seriously lacking. We were sat right next to the hostess station and our server rarely checked on us. When Saun did come to the table, it took 8 minutes for my husband to get a drink refill, 10 minutes for my drink and 6 minutes to return the check after being run. Also, when he dropped off my drink, we tried to get the check but he ran off without a word. Because of this we were sitting 20 minutes waiting for the check. I could almost understand if they were busy, but they zero wait on tables. Even the manager stood at the hostess stand and looked over at us several times, doing nothing.
Saturday afternoon during college football and we got top notch service. Food was tasty and drinks never ran dry. Also affordable for a family of 4.
Im in the area for work, so Ive visited a fair share of restaurants. Jessica at the bar here seems to actually care about her guests experience and it shows. Great beer, great food, even better service.Update:A few days later... still in the area for work... I call Cheddars, BJs and Roosters, all on ~45min wait. I aint got time for that! Stop in trusty ol rusty bucket and theyve got a seat for me. Different bartender (Ashley) but same excellent experience. Coming from a customer service background myself, I LOVE the fact that they ask your name and actually remember your name! A+ rusty bucket!
I am from Cleveland and we stopped here while on a trip. This place is a hidden gem. Absolutely everything was amazing. Nick was our server & he was honestly superb. Everything from the food to the atmosphere to the service was exceptional. We will stop here every time we drive through.
Curbside take out experience was a disappointment. Texted number when I arrived according to directions. Arrived on time. Waited 10 minutes. Went in and our food had been ready and was sitting there. Food was cold by time we got it back to hotel a half mile away. Wife didn’t eat much of her fish tacos because they were soggy and cold. My wings were OK but not warm. We ordered online and asked for utensils. No utensils in the bag.
Hostess wasnt very friendly or accommodating, but other than her we really enjoyed our visit. Server was great. Food was delicious. Definitely will be going back again soon.
Nice patio. The food is so-so. If anything, it would be nice if they charged 1/3 less and gave you 1/3 less - huge portions! Good for leftovers I suppose, but I was just in town for a couple days. Decent local beer selection. My wife said the margaritas were too sweet. Bottom line: if you cant find anything better and you want a lot of food, Rusty Bucket.

Really good battered chicken strips! The fries are seasoned well and the house chips are yummy - and not super hard like some kettle-style chips are. Well have to come back for happy hour, or to try some of your cool drinks! (Craft beer, infusions, handcrafted tea & lemonade) Prices are a little high. Ambiance is nice! Service excellent. Great experience, we had a large party and their accommodations were outstanding. They dedicated 4 servers to our group and they delivered.Chicken parmigiana was on my plate and it was tasty and filling.The room was warm and comfy also. Overall a great dining experience!
The staff were super friendly and attentive. The food was very good, served piping hot. Didnt like the coffee though, but I think Ill survive. Music out on the patio was too loud making conversation difficult. All things considered, Ill be back.

Super restaurant with a great atmosphere and plenty of TVs. Was great to get away from the office for lunch and eat a good hamburger while catching an MLB game. I ordered the mushroom swiss burger with fries and coleslaw and had to take it home since I couldnt finish it. Will be back to hopefully use the patio out back and spend some more time here.
Service was ridiculously slow. Went 20 minutes without seeing our server. Aside from the nachos (which were phenomenal), food was average. Hard to judge in the middle of a pandemic though. Will definitely go back and give them another try.
Indigestion and salt are the only things on the menu here. Absolutely awful food! Everyone in our party agreed that the only thing they tasted was salt.
Love it.. the best food happy hour place.. 2 buckets of shrimp $12.. can get a pizza for $6. Dont plan on getting drunk without spending a lot. Drinks are pretty pricey. So go to eat and then drink somewhere else :-)
Said they were short staff but that shouldnt affect out of certain foods. They had no nachos, cauliflower, Ruben. The beer cheese burger had no taste. It was like eating gritty cardboard. Adding a onion ring doesnt help a burger if it isnt seasoned. Burger King rodeo burger is 10x better and only 1.00
Never eaten here. Attempted to go one day when their hours on Google, their front door, and their phone message said they were open but the doors were locked. Tried calling twice and got no one. Instead, Olive Garden got my business.
Excellent meal and service my wife and I shared the nachos and each had a burger. The nachos were some of the best I ever had and the burger was right up there too. Food was hot and fresh and drinks were never empty. Will be back to a rusty bucket
A 20 minute wait on a Saturday night during Covid restrictions wouldnt have been bad at all, that is untill some miscommunications between the hostess and management team seated 4 other patrons before us who had checked in after we had already waited the 20 minutes extending our wait. On a positive note, our waitress Taylor was the highlight of our evening with her cheerful personality and excellent customer service! The food was cooked to perfection and delivered in a timely manner. Our drinks never ran out before another was delivered! I wouldve easily given another star had the manager showed any concern after being notified of the situation simply because the rest of the visit was so positive.
Me and my son went in to the one by the Dayton mall. They was not nice at all. We felt it to. The host tried to sit us out on the patio it was no air out there. Wasn’t no one elese out there. We felt like cuse we were black she did that. And the table she sat us at it was very dirty had not been cleaned yet. So we just left.
Love this place! The Happy Hour half price appetizers and pizza is a great hook for getting people in the restaurant to spend more $$.

Went for dinner yesterday at the Centerville Ohio location. Waitress correctly took my order and emphasized no onions in my food. For some reason the kitchen did NOT know that scallions are onions as well as having them in the other parts of my meal. While I did not think I need to point out my allergy to onions, the waitress still had the sense to know even my silverware needing replacing since I used to to cut my food. There were no other sauce options for my quesadillas that did NOT include onions. So although I still paid for my dry food, I feel that some offer of compensation should have been suggested or the even an apology from a manager since my poor waitress had to return to kitchen 3x trying to help find alternatives for my meal. SHE was the highlight of my experience and I tipped her 15% in spite of the food. Train your kitchen staff better please
When we arrive the hostess seem like she had an attitude like we was bothering herIt took forever for a waitress to come to us to take our drink order by the time she did get there we already knew what we wanted to eat and this was our first time ever being there.The drinks had a nasty taste from the ice.The meatloaf dish was tasty but not worth the price for the overall dish.We had a medium-rare burger that was more rare than medium that was sent back by the time it got back out everybody else at the table was done eating.The only reason I would give this place a one-star is because the manager did seem sympathetic to all the issues.
The service here was wonderful! Our waiter was so friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. The food arrived and was cooked to perfection, tasting as delicious as it looked! We came for my Grandmas birthday, and will definitely be back for more than just an annual celebration.
Its always an event when we go to The Rusty Bucket! Service is always great, and Nickie was pleasant and efficient! Sue had the Beer Burger platter, and it was great! It made me think of the line from a commercial, whats better than cheese? More cheese! Mia had the kids chicken tenders, and she saved a couple for me; we agreed, delicious! I enjoyed the chopped chicken salad with chipotle/cilantro dressing! I do not care for cilantro, but this was good! We didnt have a beer, but they certainly have plenty to choose from! More than fun, The Rusty Bucket is a great place to go!
The pizza is a thin soft crust. Its nothing special, but the sausage was good. The chicken fingers have more of a batter than a breading, like most, but were good white meat. Glad we went for happy hour (half price). Pizza was 12 (and $14.49 reg) and the chicken was 5 small strips and a few cold over salted fries (11.49 reg). Overall it was okay, but regular pricing is overpriced or small portions. The beer (cant say about the liquor) was extremely overpriced. Happy hour is only $1 off.
A great restaurant and good food. Waitress was so kind to my wife and I and made several major accommodations for our baby in a car carrier. Excellent customer service at this location! We did have to wait a bit for our food on a day that didnt seem too busy.
Food was great, service was impeccably. My two grandsons ran the poor waitress ragged with pop refill. Will go back.

Lunch with my wife. We both ha bloody marys-dont miss this drink. Her chicken BLT was well received. Juicy chicken, crisp bacon. Yum. My burger was perfectly cooked. Good toppings. ONION RINGS! Get you some. Delicious. Wifes sweet potato fries were the best. Service right on! All was well done.
Love the consistent chain food, but service at this location was annoying. Either all in or all out, girl checked on us 4 times in 10 monutes, so I felt extremely rushed, but then it also took the drinks like 20 minutes so... Enter with known expectations.

Very accommodating to a large group of soccer players and parents I came in with even though our group trickled in. The staff was friendly. And the food was awesome!!! Especially the fried pickle see(best ever). The house salad and the Sargherita Pizaa and house salad pizza was very good too.
Delicious food and great service
Pleasant atmosphere with a diverse menu. Given that Fricker’s, Rooster’s, and other similar establishments are so close, Rusty Bucket doesn’t do much to stand out. If you’re looking for a good drink selection, albeit a bit on the pricey side, you’ll find what you’re looking for here.
Great food, love their spicy pizza. Only issue for me is the last two times Ive been there, I get seated at the tables near the front door. Every time someone comes in and its cold outside, you get hit with a gust of freezing air. Not very enjoyable eating experience.
Best food ever! I dont say this lightly either, many place serve good to very good food. The difference is clear at the Rusty Bucket! Hands down in my top 5 places I have ever eaten at in my life! I personally recommend the Salmon, you wont be disappointed!
Rusty Bucket at the Dayton Mall has always been a nice change of pace from the typical mall fare. They can customize your orders nicely because they make your food, not reheat it. Their burgers are absolutely amazing and they always make them perfect so you can feel at ease asking for a medium burger doneness. Service is great, have never had a problem.

Wonderful selection of food. Good happy hour selections and a plethora of draft beers. Service at the bar or tables is very good.
Sandwich pork tenderloin was great they put 13 french fries on my plate, very disappointed in the amount.
Excellent service and great food. Amber was spot on behind the bar. The (think I have it right) Italian Torpedo sandwich is a must for a carnivore. Lots of meat and a great taste. Will definitely be a place for me to stop by in the future. Good draught selection on top of it. Thumbs up.
Arrived Friday evening at 6:30 and was seated within 15 minutes. Had our standard here, the fish and chips. Always great! Served so hot! Good service for as busy as they were. Highly recommend.

Terrific restaurant! You can always count on Rusty Bucket to give you a perfect dinner. In all the food they make, they put their heart into it and its never ruined. They make sure to make your dinner one to remember. I recently had an experience with Rusty Bucket that really meant a lot. My 5 year old sister had a birthday on that day, and every single employee at Rusty Bucket at the moment signed a card and said happy birthday! They also gave her a free ice cream that had a bunch of things in it that she really enjoyed. Recommended for families looking for a great meal for a great price!

With the exception of the horrible choice of Music, especially for the age group represented at 5 in the afternoon on a weekday, the meal was good. Their half price appetizers and pizza special during happy hour offers an affordable meal. If they stop playing what is practically dubstep, they could get another star
Me and my wife got seated. No one else was in the restaurant except for a few people at the bar. The waitresses walked by us several times each and after about 7 minutes of no one acknowledging us we got up and left. They need servers who actually want to be there and take care of the guests

Walked in at 6pm to eat and was seated immediately! Wait staff is excellent, they even changed some of the channels for my fiance with no issues and no questions asked. Oh yeah and the food was delicious as usual!
I sat there for maybe 10+ minutes waiting for the server. I am a server so I get that things happen but they were pretty dead. She made up for it by being very polite though! I ordered things that I wish they had a price for alcohol wise on the menu or I wouldn’t have ordered it. Spent around 55 dollars just by myself not including the tip.
This was my husband and I’s first time at this establishment and the food was nothing short of AMAZING. Jessica, our waitress, was perfect. The whole staff we encountered were very courteous. This place will be at the top of our list every time.

Ive been here a few times. The service is always good. The food is hit or miss. Ribs say they are baby back, fall off the bone but that is not the case. Pizza and sandwiches are great.

I stopped in for brunch and ordered the short rib hash. The dish was over salted and consisted of a few pieces of short ribs over normal hash browns. Im sure this place is good for after work apps and drinks, but Id consider another option for brunch.
Came in today to get a drink and meet a friend. Was never asked what I wanted to order and while walking from the bathroom.slipped in a puddle of something in the middle of the walkway. At least 3 employees looked at me and looked away. I was actually excited to try this place. Never again. .... your employees. This place is garbage
My husband and I got a gift card for Christmas is main reason we went, but once we went we enjoyed the food and service very much. We was impressed with how polite the people where and how them seemed to work together to take care of their customers. We will defiantly be going back....
Service was excellent their Philly Cheesteak was good. The blueberry tea is a good choice however there are no refills on that.
Plenty of seating and the tvs can be seen from every spot. Feels upscale but the prices arent bad. Ive been here almost a dozen times now and Ive never had a bad experience or a dish or drink that i wasnt completely satisfied with.
If you love lame (not lamb) pizza this your place to be! Terrible menu option. Just have another beer if you need calories. Great beer selection.
Managers is a pain in the dick. Not very nice to costomers at all. Food is expensive and after giving 12 bucks for a burger an fries it was cold with a nice big hair in the middle of it. Still had to pay full price for the meal. Only ate 2 bites and found the hair. Rushed to restroom and threw up. Management pretty much said i was lieing. NOT IN THE HABIT OF PUTING HAIR IN MY FOOD
We have always loved the food there & excited to dine there again. However, we did visit closer to closing, within an hr. We were both very un-impressed with the food. Servers were great though.

Food was delicious and excellent service. The spinach con queso beats any other spinach dip ever tried! The green chilli burger wasnt to spicy and it was done perfectly. The beer cheeseburger was also amazing and perfectly done! The sweet potato fries were perfectly seasoned, the bbq sauce was a viniger based type and was also great!!!

Bucket has a mature sports bar atmosphere. Loads of good food. Youll hear great things about the fried pickles and the Reuben. But the fish and chips, ahi tuna wrap, salmon salad, Baja fish tacos and many other things are fantastic. Brunch is also delicious. Drinks can be a bit pricey but I think worth it cause they atleast to me arent made with bottle mixers. Beer selection is decent. Chalk board full of seasonals.

One of the best restaurants in the Dayton area. If a person has a food allergy they take extra precautions to insure no allergic reactions. The food is excellent the staff is very friendly and the atmosphere is great. 🤗

The have the BEST pan seared soy ginger glazed salmon I have ever eaten. The prices are reasonable, the establishment is clean, and the wait staff are excellent. Wonderful place to eat!!
Really good hot wings. Thats about it. We had a small party of four for a couples date night. We were really stoked to try the entrees we ordered because their wings were awesome. However, when the entrees came back it went downhill fast. Hamburger was raw we sent it back and the second was raw also. Their ribs were so tough that a steak knife couldnt cut through and the sauce was like a bottle from a grocery store that you get for $.99. The garlic mashed potatoes were instants, not even dressed up to pretend to be homemade. The porterhouse that was to be medium well had blood oozing onto the plate and was cold to the touch. Needless to say, wont be returning to the dayton mall rusty bucket.
We were in town this weekend for a wedding. After hearing good things about the Rusty Bucket, paying a visit was an exceptional decision. Awesome food, great atmosphere and service. 5 stars+.
Fun atmosphere, friendly staff, great food. Except the coleslaw. There were four of us and we all agreed the coleslaw was not good.
I will never understand why its so hard to get a complete takeout order from some places. Everything should be written down so it should be easy to transfer everything on that list into the takeout bag!But apparently this is beyond the capacity of some places... and now Rusty Bucket has joined those infamous ranks.Oh... and I dont want my money back... I want what I ordered!

This site is gross. It is over priced and the staff are too busy talking to one another. I ordered a particular drink i received another drink. While she offered to make me the drink i ordered, she swore she made me the correct drink. The bartender made me the wrong drink. I declined the correct drink as i waited for the wrong drink due to her talking to her friends. The patron next to me leaned in abd confirmed my order. He had been waiting 30minutes to cash out with his card clearly sitting on the counter. I quickly asked the bartender for my check amat which time the person next to me reminded her of his request to cadh out after 30 minutes. How is this place still open,?

Strawberry daiquiri has very little alcohol in it if any!! The chicken wings havent got flavor even with the barbecue sauce on it.
The waitress was very nice she is the first waitress that Ive had ask if we wanted the cost of the dessert split as 3 of us shared it. The food was very good I had the meatloaf and would recommend it.
Great place! Great food, good location (lots of parking) and terrific atmosphere. Good place to go for a nice, relaxed dinner and conversation. Im now officially a regular.

2022-06-25Good food to go with great beer. Service was great, very tentative and friendly. Glad we didnt bring the kiddos, Im sure theres something that few kids would eat, but not my picky eaters. More of an adult menu, according to my household. Would go again as a date night, most definitely. If you havent tried it, worth the visit. Ive pictured their Cheese steak sub, with onion rings.

2022-03-22Hoosier Daddy tenderloin is well fried and breaded. Fries are good. They have a Russian Roulette style brown bag beer game where you get a bag with a random bad beer for cheap. Fun for those on a budget.

2022-07-09Our first visit today and definitely not our last! The moment we walked in we were greeted by the Hostess who was very polite and friendly! We were seated right away. Our Waitress arrived shortly and took our drink orders and answered any questions we had. Our Waitress was wonderful! She kept a check on us the entire time, but was not overly attentive. While we were eating we notice how professional the entire staff was! The Hostess greeted everyone coming in the door as well as thanking them for coming and telling them to have a nice day. We also saw that not only was the Manager helping to serve food to tables, but also checking on them to see if they were enjoying their food! Our food arrived at our table hot, fresh, together and delicious! It is wonderful seeing so many people working together and ensuring that everyone that came in was comfortable and satisfied with their dining experience! Keep up the great work!

2021-06-06I was to the Rusty Bucket two years ago. I thought it was a great place to grab a bite. I dont have any issues with the food or the restaurant. I decided to revisit and was seated out on the inside patio. I was hesitant at first because it was hot, but to my surprise, there was a nice breeze. The waiter was nice, courteous, and friendly. I got my drink and put in the appetizer I selected. The only issue I can say or mention is that I wish they had a more extensive selection of food choices. But besides that I highly recommend it, and you wont go broke feeling your appetite.

2022-02-24Tried to eat in on Sunday after church. Waited 30-40 minutes for food. Table next to us received their food. Our waitress wasn’t concerned, we asked for a manager to pay for the drinks and app we had already received. Left a negative review on Twitter.. Tuesday the GM called, we discussed what happened, great conversation.. tonight (Wednesday) they call me and tell me I’m banned from their restaurant, proceed to cuss me out and threaten me.. completely and utterly ridiculous. I own and operate a restaurant and would never treat a customer with such little respect. Horrible customer service

2022-06-20Loved everything about this place with the exception of the Hostess. She got on the phone and we stood 5 minutes and her manager seen this and came out and took us to our seat. As we sat and ordered it seemed she want interested in her job. She ignored a few others and played on her phone. Food was superior. Waitress was awsome.
