Well at 1 pm on Tuesday I brought my company truck in for an ac repair, our co mechanics replaced everything and it still would work properly so they sent it to a dealer to find the problem with the AC, so 6 hours later they had an estimate, then the next morning at 8:30 they started working on it then at 3 pm they told me the truck was done , it was working 100% we paid a $1322 bill , I went out to the truck started it and no AC !!! IT WASNT WORKING!! AN HOUR LATER THEY BROUGHT IT BACK IN THE SHOP, IT TOOK ALL NIGHT FOR ANOUTHER ESTIMIT ! So now its day 3 and the new parts are on order and should be here tomorrow,, so I asked why they didnt find the problem to begin with ? Sam, the service manager said I had rushed them { I asked 2 times during the day when the truck would be ready as my dispatcher was calling me with my next load} Some how it was my fault that they didnt fix it right the first time, and that some times you have to fix one problem before you can find the real problem.... some how this explains why they said the truck AC was 100% and it wasnt working at all! so now Im in the motel again waiting another day for parts ,, ill post more if they ever get it right>>>> This place is slow slow slow,!!! and at $135 an hour they should know what they are doing and they obviously dont>>> RUN THE OTHER WAY!!!!!!! So its now Friday 11:00am and I called to find out if our parts came in the gal put me on hold then hung up on me , Then 5 mins later Steve calls Looking to talk to Anthony the owner{ why is he calling me the driver? he couldnt even find Anthonys number and they have been calling him all week I had to give him the number} and said that all our parts didnt come in we will be here to Monday!! Complete incompetents,,...so we are now looking at 6 days of down time to fix a simple AC problem!!!! There parts guy screwed up the order and left a part off there order .. we now wait some more ...
If you want junk yard parts from Adelmans with new parts pricing, thats your call. Id rather go somewhere else and actually get new parts.
Receptionist has no idea how to transfer a call. Sales wont answer a phone, and Andy in sales has no idea what a dealer trade is. This place should really consider hiring a manager who is in control.
These guys have no idea what’s going on. Ever since rush took over this place had been never ending problems. I do everything in my power to buy elsewhere
They fixed my truck and was able to do the warranty work for me and honer a lower price too.
Very slow had to spend 4 days here waiting on parts and they dont keep you updated on how the truck is going or when its done not a good place at all do not recommend
I need a heater part for an international they said they would have it today at 11 stopped in to pick it up they had it at 11. Seemed like a good place to me.
They have no idea about anything automotive, never have parts. are rude, and overpriced
5 stars for the fact that they use a great company to replace the windshields in their rigs.

2022-07-05Havent been to the physical store but have bought parts from them and talked to the parts and service department extensively. Theyve always been really helpful and get the right parts on time.

2022-03-09I call this place looking to order a part. After waiting for almost an hour for somebody to answer. The associate wasnt sure if they could mail the part and told me he will transfer me to his manager. After waiting for a few minute somebody else answer the phone and when I tried to explain what I need it he just hang up on me.

2022-01-23Went in for coolant issue... said it was a clamp... charged almost 500 bucks to fix and that same night I was having identical issues... places like this are why small carriers go out of business due to cost of repairs... they dont fix the problem, charge you an arm and a leg for things then do not take responsibility when they dont fix your problem... the girl behind the desk just bad mouthed people all day while I was waiting on them to get it done... told us they test drove the truck but only took it from the bay to a parking spot... then lied about it when my boss called and said they were just waiting for final inspection... places like this should be shut down... I would rather chew off my own arm than have them work on my truck again... the best part of the while place was there was one guy which was nice enough to run me to the hotel when I got there... he was cool... but that girl has some issues and needs a lesson in customer service and keeping her voice down when bad mouthing customers

2022-01-23This is not a peterbuilt dealership , I blown a wheel seal , burnt bearings , got towed in, around 3pm ,the wheel was not seized up, after getting checked in. Was told I had to stay at a motel. I ask them for a ride to the motel, was told no, so they made me walk 1/2 mile to the motel, carrying bags and 3 small dogs in 10° weather 15 of snow and with a bad hip. My truck still in shop awaiting for a part that I found myself cause the service girl went home at 2pm and didnt bother looking for it, from another rush dealership. Im a owner op, a retired army veteran, that is no way to treat a person . I have a parts cost so lets see if they match it .

2021-08-23Im a Owner operator my 2014 Prostar started running bad so I took my truck to these folks. After the diagnosis I was told the truck needed a High pressure oil pump. Since Ive never heard of any such thing I called the Guys at the dealership in my home town and was told they never heard of such a thing. Confronted the young lady at the counter. She checked with the mechanic and came back telling me it was the high pressure fuel pump, that they are one in the same. Well there not and since I just had the fuel pump replaced I decided to take my truck else where. It should be known these guys wanted $4500.00 to fix the truck. Took the truck to Dayton and these guys told me it was a wire connector was broken and wanted $450.00 to fix the truck. I called The Akron store asking for my diagnostic charge of $250.00 returned and still havent seen any of that money. Moral of the story! Stay away from these con artist. Heading to the Beter Business next !

2021-03-15If your an owner operator dont go here. I knew better due to past experience with this place. Nothing is geared toward the customer. Manager and desk girl whispering about the mechanics, I knew better. They all need a class in customer service. And they advertise 1 price then charge another. Like most big companies, their only about the money. And they charged me double for inspection, literally after leaving the facility I received a email from them stating reduced price thru April 30th. What a sham.

2019-12-16The only reason they have 1 star is because 0 is not an option. Had the install new ecm. It was not programmed correctly and caused other issues. Took rig back to them told them all the problems started after new ecm installed. They said it needed throttle pedal assembly $1400.00. But that did not fix it was the new ecm all along yet they want to make us pay for repairs it didnt need. WILL NEVER USE AGAIN. They was also told I wanted old parts back. They threw them away probably so we couldnt test them.

2020-12-19Absolutely horrible service. They do not care about your repair. They have terrible customer service. They take 5 days to do a fuel line repair. Horrible Horrible. Never go there ever!!!
