All the guys are awesome here and very polite. They made things easy for me. I bought a truck off them with 98k miles on it and I called them multiple times telling them it didn’t run good or sound good. Dave continued telling me on the phone “dude, I promise you there’s nothing wrong with that truck man. It just makes noise... it’s a truck.” The moment I left RPM it was misfiring on the highway with multiple codes thrown! I took it and got the codes read. There were too many to list but the misfire was in cylinder 6. Within two thousand miles the trucks timing chain broke driving it to work in the morning and I had to put $2,500 into the engine rebuild. Don’t even get me started on having to purchase multiple starters for this truck and a new flex plate. It had so much missing teeth on the flex plate it constantly left my wife and I stranded!

We did not do business here but we ended up in the unfortunate situation of getting a flat right down the road. Their lot was the first place we could pull over. Before we even jacked the car they were out with their tools and totally saved our day! We would’ve been out there much longer without their help. While we did not buy a car I would trust them when the time comes! They were so kind and just good people. Thank you!
I came in after emailing with Dave and he was very helpful in relaying info. He was very easy to deal with. I then came in to look at the truck I wanted and John was able to get up to speed and help me get into the truck fairly quickly since Dave was off. Great experience dealing with them and Id recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle. Very easy to deal with and very nice people.
My daughter and I were searching for a Chevy cruze. We were driving all over the Cleveland area. We had been to several dealerships and their listed cruze were a big disappointment. We did another web search and found one on the RPM lot and made the drive. My daughters eyes lit up when she saw this 2012 black shiny, clean inside and out cruze. I bought a truck from these guys 3 weeks ago and they are great to work with, great service, friendly, and they deal with seven seventeen credit union which is who I finance through so all the paper work was done there. All in all only took 2 to 3 days to sell my truck and bring home my new one. Recommend these guys! Worth the 35 mile drive for me!

Fairly nice dealership very little vehicles but they all seem to be very nice if youre looking for a vehicle Im sure this place has some great deal they also sell motorcycles there as well and they have some real old vintage cars and a building as well its a great place to check out if youre looking for a new car but I just want to check out some of their old ones

Let me say first that I never write reviews. Bought a Ford F150 from RPM last year. Within A week of driving it off there lot the check engine light came on. Took it to AutoZone and they said it was a turbo underboost. Called RPM and they said well you should have bought the our turbo package warranty for $1500. He also said he would talk to the owner about it and yove me a call back that day. Never called me and totally ignored the siuation. Here I found out that Fred Martin had got the truck in on trade and one of the turbos was starting to fail. RPM bought the truck from the auction and then sold it to me knowing there was an issue. The turbo did not act funny during my test drive. Had to take it to a dealer and found both turbos were now failing. $3000 later I have a working vehicle. Would not recommend this place to anyone. I have made sure to tell all my family and friends not to buy from them.
BUYER BEWARE!!! Less than 24hrs. and 100 miles warning and service lights came on in a $27,000 truck purchased from RPM AUTO SALES over$1,100 in repairs to fix everything they ignored or covered up!!! They didn’t offer anything towards the bill. They also dangerously over inflated the tires by putting 80psi in tires rated 50psi max. to keep the low tire pressure sensor light off, Very unethical business!!! Don’t believe their Ad about the best quality cars and trucks in the Akron/Canton area, they will not stand behind what they sell!!! They got one star because you can’t leave a blank.
I bought a vehicle from RPM auto 4-5 months ago. There service, professionalism and business ethics are out standing. The car i bought is a 2007 Ford Focus, the price i paid was below what others would have asked for same vehicle. This is the first car i bought from them, it wont be the last. Very poor start out with you guys never called my son back until I left my tall boy message then you still gave him high hopes and never called him back and explain anything he waited weeks then gave up dont make us out to be liers l and others know how it went thats not how you teach these young ones trying to do right by the way Im not driving the SUV you gave to me I paid for it and the transmission went out about a year ago maybe your on to many tall boys not me still very poor business

Bought a Honda on Friday , before Monday The transmission went out, Owner said to bad so sad, I asked for a credit on his lot, Said I will choose another car, He said No way, then he agreed to pay half the cost of a used transmission, I thanked him, put in a used transmission, Took Him the bill and he declined to give me anything, said he did not make enough money on the car, What a Looser, That is Extreme poor business Practice

2022-04-29I purchased a very nice 07 Chevy 2500 diesel truck and I had a great experience with the guys at RPM. Very friendly people, was a pleasure doing business with them from start to finish. Really struck me as honest old school car guys and that’s exactly who I’d like to buy a vehicle from! Got a good lender and rate set up through them and a great warranty at a great price. Would definitely recommend this dealer if you’re looking for a good truck without the hassle!

2021-08-11I had a great experience with RPM Auto Sales. The team there is very friendly, quick to respond, and answered all the questions I had. They were honest and upfront, and did whatever they could to find the perfect financing to fit our budget. I found their vehicles to be extremely clean and prices to be very competitive. 2020-09-30I just purchased a 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo from here. They are upfront and honest. Not pushy like most car lots. My Jeep was very clean inside and out. Was the easiest and fastest car buying experience I’ve had. Very nice people and even offered to help me clean out my trade in. Would highly recommend to anyone.

2021-05-04I have nothing but nice things to say about the gentleman here. My husband and I purchased a 2012 F250 6.7 powerstroke from them. We stopped in to look at the vehicle they must have just gotten it in. They were not sure on what it was going to be priced at. They told us a price and when we got back from our test ride he said that it was the wrong price but he would still honor it if we were interested in purchasing the truck. When we brought it home we kept smelling coolant and saw a leak coming from the radiator we called them and mentioned the issue and they were more than happy to help us in splitting the cost of the new radiator.

2017-04-08I absolutely had a wonderful experience with this dealership. We purchased a 2014 truck from them and couldnt be more pleased. We will be back soon to make another purchase. They were very nice, knowledgeable about the vehicle and trustworthy. They said they changed the fluids, the breaks and New tires. I checked and they really did everything they said. Very honest people. The salesman was great. I cant say enough good thing about them. We live 2 hrs away in PA and so happy we found them. As a veteran honor means everything and I found it here.
