We took two of our clients out to dinner hoping it would be a great thank you for your business but we were very disappointed in the quality of the food. Valencia, our server, was great, no complaints there. My wife and I got the trout which was extremely dried out. The skin was crispy but at the cost of any moisture in the fish. There was supposed to be a beurre blanc sauce on the dish but it was well hidden if it was there at all.We called the manager as soon as we left to let him know our displeasure with the food. Very nice guy on the phone who promised we would get a call back from another manger. That was five days ago with no call from the manager. By calling the manger we were trying to avoid posting a review in writing but since we havent yet received a call back we figured we would post our review.
Was basically removed from our table as another party needed to use the table. Why wouldnt yall just say that when we made the reservation???? Not a word was said until over an hour into sitting there. Waitress also rushed our checks. Real classy! Also skip the Mac an Cheese.
Brought my wife here saturday night for mothers day. Wow the service was great the steak was impeccable (the deviledeggswereamazing also)& the atmosphere was very romantic! She said to mention the sauvigon blanc lol We loved it and we will be back for sure! Im big on professionalism in resteraunts & every business. I unfortunately have deal with the low grade places in & around lakewood, westlake, northolmsted, fairview alot & they tolerate such Sub Par employees & service.Who wants to deal with that mess?! Ugh No one lol leave the tasteless little dumpster places for those Without tastebuds lol Go instead to Rosewood grill! They do not disappoint!!
The weekend brunch menu is big enough to offer plenty of options without trying too hard or being all over the place. Always a nice touch that shows attention to details. The chef was accommodating and modified the order per request, another nice touch. The service was top notch and the decor, along with the atmosphere, feel upscale and formal. The dish came with potatoes that looked and tasted like they were fried the day before, sat in the fridge all night, then fried and served again the following morning. Shortcomings like that, while not necessarily show stoppers, leave patrons wishing for better execution.
This place was absolutely wonderful. Very welcoming, very romantic, the food was excellent and the service was very attentive (but not TOO attentive.) They had a delmonico ribeye on special and it was one of the best ribeyes Ive ever had (that is saying a lot as I eat them often.)
The bartender Erica took care of us, we told her we were new regulars and she said “no pressure” lol. She hit it out of the park. We’ve been back a couple of times because of her, always on Tuesday because of the half off bottles of wine, a great deal. Thanks Rosewood and thanks Erica!
Mediocre at best. 5 star for the server. Crabcake is nothing to write home about. Plain.😶 Bread good. Steak medallions with 2 shrimp, mashed potatoes, and asparagus. Thumbs down. Medallions were tender but very dry. Shrimp was decent and aspargus way basically dry with a few grill marks. Left feeling very dissatisfied with the overall meal.😓😞. I was looking for flavor and only found it in the Lobster bisque which was the best part.😁 Two dried up peas on the window sil from last nights meal🤮 Not at all impressed for the price. I could have gotten a better meal at a dozen other places for 2/3s the cost. Most likely will not go there again. Just disappointing!😪
I thoroughly enjoyed dinner at the Rosewood. I had a steak and it was cooked perfectly, the service was prompt and impeccable. I cant say enough good things about this restaurant. I 100% recommend you check it out, but I would absolutely recommend making a reservation. It is a little on the expensive side, but its completely worth it.
The atmosphere is upscale but not snooty. Our waitress was nice but didnt check back until we were finished. Not a night ruiner though. Food was well prepared and was cooked perfectly. My wife had the salmon and filet and I had the Adult Mac and Cheese. Will be back for sure
We walked in on a Friday afternoon without a reservation and we were lucky thete was a table for us. The restaurant looks great and the menu does not disappoint. We had two sides, the green beans and the asparagus. Both were generous portions and very delicious. We had salads and burgers for the main course. The burgers were cooked just right and the side salad with tenderloin tips was dinner plate sized with the tips a perfect medium rare. We recommend highly!
This was my first time at Rosewood Grill. I went their for lunch and I had the best shrimp and grits I have ever eaten. The staff was professional and courteous. I recommend asking to sit in the four seasons room if you want natural light and to enjoy a semi outside experience. You are inside the restaurant, but the windows are open and it is connected to the patio. I would highly recommend Rosewood Grill and I plan on making a dinner reservation soon!
Our particular trip wasn’t all that good and I feel like we could’ve been just the unlucky ones that didn’t get a well cooked dinner. Brussels were pretty good along with the bread. For having a bacon vinaigrette on them the Brussels were somehow lacking salt or even an acidity to them. They were crispy though and texture wise were good but didn’t have a good balance of flavor.Main course wise I ordered steak medium rare and my fiancé got medium well. Her steak ended up being medium rare to rare and was somehow more pink than mine. I understand a thick sirloin is not an easy steak to cook because of its thickness but whoever is cooking back there on Saturday nights should know how to feel a steak and know when it’s done enough. My steak was well cooked, so no complaints there but again, I think the issue came with two different steaks on the same order and one being thicker than the other. My biggest issue was the lobster risotto. This was a poorly made risotto and although I knew something was off I continued to press on as I thought it might be because it was under seasoned (needed a good deal of salt). Within a few hours of being home though I was already feeling sick. My guess is maybe the lobster in it was bad but in either case the point is even before leaving the restaurant I wasn’t feeling well after eating it.Normally, this poor showing of food deserves a very low rating but they get some stars back because A. The restaurant is beautiful and is a perfect ambiance for a date or get together and B. The level of service from the wait staff and managerial staff was extremely good. We had multiple people check on us throughout our meal, not just our waitress. Our waitress never missed a water pour but wasn’t a helicopter over the table. She had really good balance.Just figured I’d give this place my two cents as it was an interesting situation where I loved one part of this place as much as I hated another. I probably won’t come back as mentally I don’t think I can trust a place that gets me sick ever. That being said, I think that we could’ve just been unlucky and that you should still try it even if it’s just for cocktails and small plates.
This place is awesome! Dorde was a perfect host to our table, and provided excellent service while making sure everything we ordered was spot on. The kitchen is great, the front staff is fantastic as well, paired with a perfect atmosphere… there isn’t anything left to ask for!
Service was good, food was not. I got the snapper, and nothing on my plate tasted like it was seasoned at all. Very bland. I got a cocktail that tasted like watered down well whiskey. Sorry, but this was my first and last time here. Paid way too much for an entirely bland dinner.
Very nice place, clean and comfy. Took my grandmother here the other day and loved the lobster bisque and steak. Our waiter was very attentive and friendly and even asked if we had any allergies. Overall good experience but I would suggest some of the other staff reserve certain conversations for after work. My grandma is NOT 420 friendly. Still a pretty cool place though!
There is no amount of money you could pay me to eat here again. They have got to be kidding with these prices considering what you get. The lobster bisque was cold, the steak was cold and tasted weird. The server was beyond rude and the manager was even worse!. Its not my fault youre having a bad day and I dont think Im crazy to expect semi decent food! Oh well, theres plenty of restaurants across the street that know how to act!
I hosted a birthday luncheon for my dear daughter we were in a private room, great food appetizer , each ordered from menue and all 7 praised the food. Service was excellent ☺️ Great time was had by all ( as far as I know). Lg.brownie with vanilla ice cream AND candle came to guest of honor.
Rosewood Grill since my 5 star review eliminated the vegetarian options they had before. A recent visit showed that the dish with grilled/breaded tofu & rice was removed from their menu. We left without having dinner as there wasnt anything on the menu but a salad & Beyond Meat burger you can get from many places. Its a disappointment to remove this place as one of our favorite restaurants.
I dont know if our waiter was some kind of aspiring police detective but everything we ordered was met with a super aggressive round of questioning. Apparently not all menu items are created equal and if you choose wrong prepare for the staff to berate you into choosing the correct I.E. more expensive option. The food was ok but this experience wasnt pleasant. NOT coming back.
Its always a wonderful experience dining in at Rosewood Grill. The staff is so professional and polite. They alone make it easy to give a 5 star review. I recommend trying there filet mignon. It is the best and most tender filet Ive ever had!!! Thank you Rosewood staff! You all are so amazing!
I was delighted by my first dining experience at the Rosewood Grill, in Westlake. I went on the spur of the moment...just noticing the new restaurant in the old Applebees building, I thought it would be a good try.Boy was it! The menu is fresh with seasonal takes on standard entrees, beautifully prepared under a fine chef. The interior is comfortable and spacious, quiet for table conversations.I recommend the Rosewood Grill !! I was just there last evening.
Staff was very friendly in helping me get a table, until it was time for me to get a table. I was more than happy to wait to be seated, and had them send me text alerts to notify me when my table was ready. I never received this text. I called and asked for an update, they preceeded to throw me on hold for 25 minutes, occasionally answering and asking what I was calling for, to then be directed to someone else, who had no idea what to do. After 2.5 hours of frustration I left hungry and confused.
The place is a little dark inside, other than that I enjoyed my lunch. We were seated right away and our waitress came over immediately. They were not real busy but it was lunch time.I had the Fish Tacos, blackened. They were really good, a lot of fish and very tasty. I think they were $14 for 2 good sized tacos.
We had an excellent server, Jen, who was able to make a custom drink for me that tasted perfect. She also had a great skill of being super attentive without being overbearing. The food was fantastic! Lots of seafood on the menu, but I was still able to find something for me, a non-seafood person.
This is a lovely, casual restaurant with very good food and drinks. We enjoyed another excellent meal here tonight. Our waiter (Nate) was charming and efficient. We can especially recommend the fried perch and chips, along with the delicious brussel sprouts, which I could make a meal of! The desserts are also excellent.
Went here for brunch and it was amazing! The millionaire bacon with brown sugar and cayenne pepper is something I will think about every day for the rest of my life honestly. Fresh squeezed orange juice! Lovely atmosphere. Our waiter was attentive and great as well. I believe his name was Eric. Will definitely return and tell everyone to come here.
Great atmosphere and wait staff, flexible chef and kitchen crew. We arrived at 2 PM Sunday for brunch just as it was closing. We were not interested in just bar bites or waiting until the full dinner menu started at 4 PM. Hostess requested that chef and kitchen stay up for our orders and they agreed. Our plates were excellent as always, well flavored and served promptly. Your staff makes the difference between patrons being just satisfied and truly delighted to dine at RG.(Hint: Post the Sunday kitchen closed window in your online web presence)
Food was awesome! We sat at the bar and the bartendress was awesome, wish i knew her name. Coconut shrimp on the happy hour menu was delightful. Lightly breaded and the shrimp were long and thin, not sure if it was a special type of shrimp or cut that way. They were cooked perfectly so they were tender and full of flavor.
The food was fine. I ordered a steak and it was fine but really small. My wife had the lamb and really liked it.The server was well informed but not personal at all. He also took way too much time to bring our drinks and even tak our order and or appetizers. For how much we spent there and the overall experience, I wouldnt choose to return but I wouldnt turn it down (everytime) if someone else wanted to go.
Returned to Rosewood Grill last night for My birthday dinner; restaurant was basically empty, two people at the bar & a handful outside on the patio.First I was told we no longer sell moscato wine by the glass, so if I want A glass of wine I have to purchase a bottle..... great selling technique for the restaurant! We have dined at Rosewood several time & the food & experience was always positive in the past. Last night, however, was not. The food overall was just okay, if that. We asked for some condiments which the waiter never returned with. To top off a very blasé meal, the restaurant offered a complimentary birthday brownie topped with ice cream. The brownie was rock hard & could not be cut, let alone eat. Yes, the waiter did box up a complimentary dessert to take home in its place. All of this for an almost $200 bill for a meal that will never be repeated.UPDATE: August, 2020 - Spoke with the manager a few months ago. He apologized with several excuses regarding our less than positive experience. He offered to get back in touch with me within “a few weeks” and, guess what, he DROPPED the ball!! Have never heard another word from the management of Rosewood. Shame on Rosewood!!!
I have a very limited range of foods I can eat due to allergies and sensitivities. The waitress and the manager made a message for me that was delicious and spent a lot of time with me. And, it was delicious. The only thing that would make it better is if they had gluten free bread and pasta choices!
First of all, I want to make it clear that the waiter informed us that the menu was new. I asked about the flounder, he went back to the kitchen, and explained the dish. The drinks were good, nothing special. The food took a little bit longer to come out, which makes sense if it was new to the kitchen. My dish was cooked very well, but the excessive amount of capers added a lot of salt to the dish, overpowering a lot of the flavors of the fish and the vegetables. The hostess asked us about the meal, and threw in a free dessert, which was delicious.Overall, the experience was good, an easy 4/5.
Happy to discover that restaurant was in the same family as Blue Point, Kingfish, and Delmonicos. All of which are excellent eateries. Atmosphere is Excellent, Service is Excellent, Desserts are Excellent, and Food is good. My food review is lower only because I have limited experience with full menu access as I am a pescaterian. The fish entrees are Excellent.
Visited Friday evening December 20, 2019.Waiter very rude and condescending. Food was “ok”, but took a longtime to come. Waited a very long time for drink refill. Waiter brought food and never came back. Spent most of his time chatting with friends at next table. Busboy finally helped with drinks. Another waitress brought us a box for our leftovers. FINALLY got our check and other peoples food was on our bill. Wouldn’t you know it, it was the table with the waiters “friends”. Yep, we caught it and advised the manager. She couldn’t care less.We eat there all the time and have never had an issue. We will NOT be back, and we’ll tell as many people as possible about our horrible experience.
We went for a Birthday Dinner for 6 people and first thought was classy. Dining scene was nice; low lighting and soft music. However, service took forever!! Almost 15 minutes to order our first drinks, another 20 to even get them; we had to ask for bread while waiting to order our food; even that took like 10 minutes. We didnt order appetizers and went right to ordering the main course. The food was pretty good for how long it took. During dinner, we ordered more drinks but didnt even get them while we were eating causing us to cancel the 2nd round of drinks!! On average our family spends a little over an hour at a restaurants but we were at Rosewoods for over 2 hours!Food was okay, service was extremely slow.
The food here was super rad! Would recommend the calamari—super soft and not at all chewy. I ordered the blackened mahi sandwich. Only complaint is that the fish was slightly off center on the bun, making it hard to eat. Also, the servers are all definitely aliens pretending to be humans.
This is one of my favorite places for lunch or dinner. Its sleek and modern decor along with comfortable seating make dining a most welcomed event. Their menu has an excellent selection to satisfy everyones eating choices. Portions are generous, the wait staff is informed and courteous, and for those of you with food allergies all you have to do is tell them what youre allergic to and they take it from there. But most importantly, the food is absolutely delicious. If you havent been there yet definitely put it on your to-do list. And for those of us who have been there, we are always looking forward to the next time.
The food was AMAZING. Our waitress was excellent and the manager stopped at every table to introduce himself and make this a personal and memorable experience. The restaurant was not only beautiful but spotlessly clean and the background music was even rocking some good stuff. We will certainly be back as we were treated like we owned the place. Look no further, you found your new favorite grill.
We visited the Westlake location on Saturday November 16. We were a large party of about 15 and my sister had made reservations weeks before. We had two servers for some reason. The girl was nice but the waiter, Jose or Juan, was rude and condescending. He did not seem like he wanted to even deal with us. We waited a long time for appetizers and my brother and his girlfriend never even received theirs. Our entrees were taking a very long time. The manager came out to tell us that she was sorry there was a delay and that theyd be out soon. We were OK with that. However, it was just about this time that another large party was seated behind us. We heard Jose/Juan apologize for their wait and tell them that appetizers were on the house. That kind of rubbed us all the wrong way. My dad then went and talked to that manager. Im not sure what all was said but I do know she told him she would come by our table to talk with him/us. This never happened. By this point, we were all stating how disappointing this evening turned out to be and got up to leave. As we walked out, we walked past that same manager just standing there at the hostess stand. She saw my dad and said I know I never made it over to your table. Heres my card. Not sure what she thought he was supposed to do with it! This seemed like a slap in the face to us especially since we probably spent about $600 as a table in her restaurant. We were all so disappointed in the poor dining experience only then to be basically blown off by the manager. Overall, this was not a great experience for us at the Westlake Rosewood Grill and none of us are planning on returning in the future.I would also like to add that I sent the above comments to the company via their webpage and still have not heard back, hence why I am posting here now.
Went with a friend for her birthday. They didn’t offer any Singing or treat. Okay, that’s fine... But,One kids meal had a bug in it, other kids meal mini burgers were super dry and bread was hard. The regular burger bun was also hard. Also, when the server brought the mini burgers meal out she dumped more than half the fries on the table and didn’t even bring more. Many honest mistakes, some of the employees meant well, but just dropped the ball. With a $170 bill you would have thought they would do better. Will never go back. And will spread the word of our sub par experience. I should mention that we were the only people there on a Sunday evening.
Disappointed by the experience. Average food, front of the house service was frantic and uncoordinated. Our server blamed every problem on the kitchen. Waited for a very long time for all items. While service was very friendly, it seemed to be making up for the poor service.
The food was OK, a little bit overpriced and nothing too special. But it was certainly the best part of the experience. Our waiter was simply AWFUL though. He appeared inconvenienced by us even being there. He was the slowest, least attentive waiter I think I have ever seen. He had a big party in one of the separate rooms and it was clear he was only interested in that. There were two other tables he was serving near us and he didnt check on them at all either. He was never directly rude, but you could tell he just didnt want anything to do with us. After a different worker brought out our food he never checked on us, not a single time. He stopped by only to bring the check. Really strange for a place that appears to be going for a more upscale experience based on the environment and price of their menu. Overall... it likely depends on the staff you get, but this guy completely ruined our experience.
Had a 7:00 reservation which we were 15min EARLY for. It was busy...but people kept coming in and being seated. We were told our table would be ready by 7. It was not. We were told we could be seated at the bar or wait for a table...we waited till 7:30. Finally seated us in the side room...no ambiance...cold...and ordered cosmos which did not resemble a traditional Cosmo in any way. We asked the waitress to bring traditional cosmos, and she brought the same thing. Had I not had a previous experience there, where they wanted to rent us the other side room for our 10 people at lunch, on a monday, because it may be busy..(there were 2 couples there when we arrived, and one couple upon leaving)... we may have considered staying...but chose to phone another restaurant who seated us immediately and gave us great cosmos! I love the Cabin Club...and other restaurants affiliated with Rosewood...but 2 bad experiences and done.
Visit frequently, last time was a bit different. All along the prices have been a bit high, but food is pretty good. This time, tried buffalo spring rolls. Pieces of chicken, nothing else, wrapped in a pastry shell. Very hot sauce, otherwise bleh. The side salad, however was very good, a mix of lettuces in a wonderful vinagrette. The restaurant was quiet but we had to beg for service each time. A disappointing visit.
We come for the great food and drinks, and just to be waited on by ANN. Shes an outstanding server who always goes above and beyond to take care of us and our friends! We eat at a lot of great restaurants and its so much more enjoyable when its evident that our server knows and loves her job! :D
Good food and great service. But a bit pricey. The food dishes are creative. So you get what you pay for. I would love to see them do some all organic dishes including organic beef or chicken. I think their clientele might go for that as much as I would. Thats the way I cook at home so it would be nice to find a place in the Westlake area that did it also.
We enjoyed a dinner at this location during the Crocker Park Wine Festival in Sept. The food, service and Management were all exceptional! One of the best dining experiences ever! Tonight my wife and I tried the Strongsville location and were disappointed. We will drive a few more miles to Westlake in the future. Thanks for the great time in September, Crocker Park crew! We will be visiting soon. What a difference.
The food was amazing and so was my drink BUT our waiter was horrible! We made a reservation at 7:30 didn’t sit down until 8:00 our waiter had a pleasant attitude but he was not prompt at all he forgot about our bread and refill on water. He didn’t even come ask if we were doing okay until we were half way done eating our food. He seemed distracted with allHis other tables which I felt was rude. How ever another waitress was very nice and brought us bread and water. Besides the service the food was amazing! We will be back hopefully with a different waiter!
Went to Rosewood for a work dinner. Never been there before heard it was good. Ribs were definitely NOT so good! Had one bite and that was it. Was like I bit into nothing but cajun seasoning or something. It was awful and turned my stomach instantly. Waiter wasnt very personable neither.
On a whim we decided to try this place. Figuring a Friday would be impossible to get into, we were shocked they had room for us at prime time. The food was excellent as well as the service. The lobster bisque, lobster rice, red trout and everything else was superb. On top of all that, the service was extremely fast! Highly recommend this place.
Decor is nice. Servers were attentive. The cearar salad was the strangest I have run across. They offered to replace and I accepted. Got the house salad with thousand island dressing. It is hard to find thousand island dressing. I ordered the lunch special. The serving sizes are small. The food was good. No coke products a big disappointment. I vasilated between a 3 and a 4. The replaced salad and bread moved it to a 4.
Modern vibe, but good for casual or slightly upscale business lunches, dinners, celebrations, etc. Large variety of appetizers, salads, entrees, drinks, and more make it easy for groups to meet and find something for everyone. I would have liked more flavorful dishes, but I understand most popular demand prefers to keep mild flavors. There were also vegetarian and vegan options noted.
Having celiac its hard to find restaurants that have gluten free options, however the Rosewood Grill in Westlake went out of their way to accommodate me. The server and the manager both ensured that substitutions were made so I could have a enjoyable meal. It was somewhat pricey but the service was good and food was outstanding.
2 thumbs up! We tried to go to another restaurant located near Rosewood and was told it was a 45 min wait for a table. As we pulled out of crocker park I saw Rosewood grill. Before we made the mistake of parking and being told to wait again, I called Rosewood as we were in the parking lot. They said come on in!!! For being immediately seated on a busy Saturday night Rosewood Grill did an OUTSTANDING JOB! Chef Scot is a mastermind! Our waitress was amazing at what she does! Perfect timing, great execution on our plates. The new york strip was PERFECT. The grilled meatloaf was PERFECT. We shared the spinach and artichoke dip which was so good. The serving size was way more than expected! Two thumbs up for Rosewood Grill. Truely a very elegant dining experience!
Great food and service! I had the cornflakes crusted Tilapia and it was cooked to perfection. Hubby had the well seasoned baked chicken and those scalloped potatoes with smoked gouda, wow delicious! My only disappointment was my special request for a Sangria (not on the menu) the bartender poured a Mascato and threw in an orange wedge and called it a day, certainly not the citrus Sangria that I would give any star for. Overall I would recommend this place to friends and will dine there again because the wait staff are very friendly, the ambiance is perfect the and the food is delicious!
The best thing about my experience was the facility was clean. Poor customer service, my server literally asked me how much do you want to spend!! I asked for a special order of just veggies, I heard the server telling someone about their roasted carrots, so I wanted that, the szechuan green beans and red skin potatoes- I asked for that without butter (as Im vegan). I was brought plain steamed frozen green beans, carrots and potatoes. The potatoes were somewhat decent they at least drizzled some olive oil on them (thanks), the green beans and carrots had nothing on them at all, no oil, no seasons, nothing. I asked about the szechuan for green beans that was in menu and server said well it had gluten in it, so we just made it plain....ughhh well I never mentioned not wanting gluten. Just disappointed, I would have thought the executive chef advertised on the menu would be more creative putting together the sides to make my meal.. they did take my meal off the bill, which wasnt necessary after the manager told my sister I dont know what you people want...you people? I dont know exactly what that meant, but us people will not be coming to this place again... you can get better service and food at chipotle.
It was my granddaughters birthday and her choice. But you dont have to ever worry about me ever going back there again. Who can mess up cole slaw like that. Im 69 years old and never in my days tasted some cole slaw that terrible in ny life. Dont have time to talk the rest of the food. Ratchit one word description.

2022-04-22I went for dinner. It’s a beautiful restaurant. The bartender was very “welcoming”. The drinks were good but the food was “ok”. I was anticipating the french onion soup and fish tacos but was disappointed. It just didn’t have any flavor. Also, I tried their lobster Mac and cheese, but it was salty (sorry no pics) . I doubt that I would go again.

2022-05-06The food was absolutely wonderful. They have a simple elegant menu and the Atmos teas cozy and quiet. Acoustics were superb.Service was great. They were very friendly at the hostess desk and my server was jovial. The butter with their bread was like a cloud. So smooth. They have slightly sweet sour dough bread - amazing. The 3 tacos were fabulous. The grouper and steak were solid. Lots of flavor and cooked to perfection.A very worthwhile experience if you like flavor and a quiet atmosphere.

2022-04-28Steak was great. Very attentive server. Comfortable atmosphere. What bothers me in many OTHER steakhouses is they over-salt everything. In Rosewood they didnt. One thing though. Google has it as $$ price level. It is more of an $$$ upper scale restaurant. Compared to the other (chain) steakhouses in the area. Was it worth the price? Most certainly was! Was the value good? Absolutely! We really enjoyed the atmosphere. However, if i knew this place would be as nice as it was, i wouldnt have shown up in old sweatpants :-D

2022-06-26Ive been meaning to stop here. Finally got the chance. The food was underwhelming. I should have gotten a clue when I had to remove the plates as they had caked food on the sides. Parents ranked their total experience as an 8. They have a small menu, but we able to accommodate slight restrictions. I ranked my food a 5/10. The food was extremely salt. I had to ask that they remake it without the sauce. I also sent it back because there was a hair in my food. The risotto was ok. The Brussels and butternut squash did not seem to go together. Unfortunately I was thinking the entire time that I could have prepared the dish better myself at home. The seating was nice. The service was exceptional. Ill probably try their other related restaurants but not the Rosewood again.

2022-07-21Good service and great food. The menu is limited and pretty expensive. They seem to have a healthy population of regulars which is not surprising given the quality of the food. They have a great selection of wines and craft beers and whiskey.

2022-04-18The food was not bad. However, the service at this particular restaurant was not good.We reserved a table for a group of about 10 people. The meals took over an hour. They didnt follow our requests regarding how we want the food. They refused to split the check because the reservation was for a group and they wanted us to pay 20% gratuity. That is what the waiter said before bringing the check.

2022-02-19Our first time here. Very excellent - service (accolades to Cory), ambiance, and food.Chops, Chicken Anna, Walleye, and two types of risotto all get rave reviews. For everyone, the sides definitely added to the experience.Clearly a place to revisit!
