Purchased a Preowned Tahoe in January. We live in Ohio and it has been a long cold winter. We had a couple of warm days April 23-24. Turned on the A/C. No air conditioning. Opened my sunroof for the first time and the black plastic side panel that covers the metal fell off which isn’t a huge deal but was at a frustrating time. We will have to get a new one because it is torn which is why it fell off when opening. Contacted Ron Marhofer Chevrolet on Monday. Our salesman assured me that they would never sell the vehicle with no A/C, they always make sure that everything is in working condition but it was probably accidentally missed due to the cold weather. I didn’t think to check it either. He told me that he would talk to Amy, his manager and make arrangements to bring it in. He proceeds to call me back and say that she says they will do a free diagnostic. They did a free diagnostic and informed me that all A/C lines are corroded and leaking and it will cost $3297.43 for all repairs. The salesman no longer returns my emails. I emailed the manager for a copy of the original intake where they checked the A/C and that has been ignored. Anyone knows that the entire A/C system didn’t corrode in 3 months. They refuse to accept any responsibility. They had the 2 key fobs linked together when we bought the vehicle. Didn’t give it much thought, even after a battery change, the one fob doesn’t work.The situation makes me wonder if they knew the A/C system was bad, knew it was cold and I wouldn’t notice for a while. That way they could say it wasn’t covered and they didn’t have to absorb the cost and they probably got a discount when taking it due to an expensive A/C repair.This was our first purchase from Marhofer. In the current market, it was hard to find the vehicle that we wanted. We will be in the market for another vehicle before long (for my husband) and I guarantee we will never buy from Ron Marhofer again. Will be happy to share my experience with anyone that I know looking for a vehicle so they know not to go there.
I emailed/inquired about a vehicle after hours on Saturday and quickly received a response from Amy Wolf (who was off work). She continued to correspond with me throughout the day on Sunday. Once again this is the day that she was not working. She is the reason why your dealership earned my business and I bought a brand new 2022 Tahoe! She introduced me to salesman Zach who was very professional and helpful during this process. Both of them are outstanding employees in our asset to your dealership! Both of them should be promoted and receive raises!!
I had horrible credit I couldnt get approved for even a stick of gum after my divorce and shana ran my credit over the phone ran the numbers and got me approved for my 2017 hyundai veloster and they kept their words and have taken very good care of me! I recommend this lot to everyone. Very friendly staff

My truck was in for transmission issues, everything was covered and under warranty. The service staff walked me through the process, got me a rental car for the week, seamless transition. The service staff also called and updated me on when my truck was going to be done and everything they were doing. Very good customer service.
Great experience in a tough time to buy a new vehicle. Worked with Zoe Goodnow on the purchase, just a pleasure to work with and made the buying experience fun. I had by far the best experience here. I seriously had every factor counting against me including my very very poor credit score. I had went to two dealerships prior to this and was immediately shut down however as soon as I walked in the door at Marhofer stow I was greeted with kindness and respect by Connor. I was embarrassed walking in and he literally made my experience the best, not to mention him and Bre did honestly everything in their power plus more to get me in a car 1. The car that was my first choice, 2. A very responsible down payment that I was comfortable with and 3. A monthly payment I could afford not to mention they offered and gave me way more than my current trade in car was worth. I have already told everyone I know about how beyond happy I am and I have referred everyone to go here. I will never go to any other dealership in my life. The service staff was polite, efficient, professional. They scheduled our service appointment promptly. The technician came out and listened to the engine and identified the problem immediately. They swiftly completed the repair and the oil change tire rotation. Thank you.
When picking up they told us it would be ready at 2 pm. It was done but we had to wait 30 minutes for them to do paperwork. No explanation of what was done just told us how much and walked away at cashier desk. It had snowed n iced the night before the vehicle was not even cleaned off but they told me that at noon on pickup it was not ready but would be by 2. Not sure why it was covered in snow n ice then. The radio stations were changed and turned up very loud. I know for a fact that I had turned radio off when I brought it in. It was. The worst experience for 2 warranty thungs n oil change. The tire was fixed because they found it which was good but i would NOT go back.
I went with my sister in law on December 9th to pickup her new vehicle after she and my brother were singing the praises of Finance Manager Amy Wolf at Ron Marhofer Chevrolet in Stow Ohio.I’ve been trying to pay down my auto loan to where trading in with positive equity would be more lucrative. My family convinced me to look at some used vehicles on their site and reach out to Amy with my interests. A wonderful young lady Zoe Goodnow Sales Representative reached out to me via phone and text to gather more features of interest to me.I figured it won’t hurt to test drive and/or look at some vehicles while there.I have never been so incredibly excited and surprised.These ladies asked what I would think if they could put me in a brand new 2021 Chevrolet Blazer with 10 miles on it…sitting on the showroom floor. Never in a million years would I think it would be something I could afford monthly as well as receive a very nicepositive equity check.While on the test drive, I reached out to my insurance agency and not only was it possible but I was eligible for a lower rate lock that reduced my monthly insurance by $40 per month!!!I’ve worked so hard all my life since the age of 16 and here I am leasing a brand new showroom floor vehicle for the first time in my life♥️I’ve never been so happy and emotional that I could do such a wonderful thing for myself.These ladies and let’s not forget gentleman John (aka:Steve 😂😂) made me feel like a complete queen.No pressure, no smoke screen just upfront and detailed about absolutely everything.So…Thank You All.Ron Marhofer Chevrolet StaffSincerely,Sandra
I always take my car to Ron Marhofer Cheverolet for service. I get excellent treatment there, the staff id friendly and knowledgeable and they explain everything that is being done to my car during service and if my car needs anything else done that is found, they come and ask me first before doing anything extra letting me know the cost upfront. These people are a rip off. I took my Chevy here to get fixed they charged me $900 to fix the part, then a few weeks later the problem is back now they are telling me it’s $800 to replace the part. They really got over on me and I’m so upset and unsatisfied. The customer service was horrible the agent got mad at me and walked away because I told them they were ripping me off and they should of replaced the part the first time. Do not take your car to this service center I guarantee you will be disappointed. Oh and let’s not forget the 5hr wait.
Absolutely not. Commercial offers up to $6k over KBB no matter the miles or condition. I talked to 2 people on chat and a sales person named Mike Riley that said they could absolutely help me. I drove an hour and within 7 minutes they told me they’d give me 1,000 less than KBB because of taxes and fees and my car didn’t really fit into their resale strategy.I wasn’t really expecting a huge offer but not such an insulting one and terrible customer service.I gave them ALL the information prior to coming to the appointment.Also. Mike didn’t even show his face. Pawned me off the the nervous new guy that answers phones at the front desk.Absolute JOKE!
This place will scam you if they can. If I could give a zero star I would. They tried to triple charge me for something and when speaking to the owner he completely disregarded what I said and still wanted me to get the service done at this location. I will never be going to this location again. The Akron Chevy is much nicer and does not try to scam you.
At the end of April I went in to buy a used Jeep that I saw on their website. Took it for a short test drive, my salesman Marques was great and their finance department did great as well. Two days after driving off the lot, I noticed a chirping noise at idle. Sounded to me like a bearing flying around somewhere on the passenger side of the engine bay.Took it back to Marhofers service department and they told me the serpentine belt, idler pulley, and harmonic balancer all needed replaced. I said okay and they said Id have to wait until the following Monday for the bolts to arrive for the pulley. The next day I get a call and they say its ready! I go and pick it up and lo and behold they didnt replace any of the parts except the serpentine belt because the tech who inspected it on trade in said it didnt need all that work. Of course he doesnt think so, why would he want to admit he didnt inspect the car very well? I was angry at this point and took it back again, and actually got a loaner this time (wowza!). They replaced the idler pulley and seemed generally displeased that I was back again. Guess what? Chirping noise is still there. So now Im just waiting for my balancer or water pump (I asked them to check it, they didnt) to blow up while Im driving.Thanks for one of the most lackluster experiences Ive had at a dealership service department. The general air of them not wanting to deal with my car was obvious, I was even told in a very forward manner You know you dont have to bring it back HERE, right??I enjoyed the sales experience but I cannot recommend their service department for any of the pre-owned vehicles they sell. If it isnt a Chevy they evidently dont want to have to see it again, even if they barely inspected it in the first place.
Summer happy with the process and quick service on buying my Chevy Tahoe. They didn’t sugar code anything. They gave me 4 different coverage packages that included the card payment, I was given a price for each and all I had to do is pick and sign. Other dealers do want to tell you much and not show you your options in digital screen A++++ Rick your the man 👏🏽
The Parts Department was friendly, knowledgeable, and helped with proper service to my car...they also fixed why i did not have lines showing on my backup camera..i have bought a few cars off of Brian Dyser and would recommend Him highly and Marhofer Dealership...thank you
Even though I may not have had opportunity for my vehicle seen until days later, I mentioned the big issues & where I was seen prior for work & they were quick to get me in to look at it within a day or so. They were even quick & helpful giving diagnosis of issue. They worked diligently with me to make sure the issues were fixed all the way through for me. Even were nice enough knowing my money situation to find resources & discounts for me to help so I could drive my vehicle back off the lot with problem solved. I am truly grateful & appreciate the Marhofer Team. Always a true above & beyond job. Thank you!
Conor and John made our experience fun and easy! We found the truck we ended up buying online (2016 ram big horn) on Sunday and if we didnt try to get our own loan we would of drove it home Monday! Conor was able to find a lower interest rate than what we could find on our own! This is the 2nd vehicle we have purchased from the stow location and my parents have had a couple from same location. And I plan on buying more in the future!

Ron Masters was so kind and friendly throughout the entire process. I also spoke to Alex and Nate on the phone when making my appointment and they took the time to listen to what I was saying and ask questions rather than just stick me in the appt book and get off the phone as soon as possible. Being a young adult female, its not uncommon for me to walk into mechanic and dealership offices and immediately be treated like a child who knows nothing about cars -- that was absolutely not my experience here, which was a relief. I was treated with respect and kindness, and everyone on the team took the time to make sure I understood exactly what they were working on and why. Overall, an excellent experience.
We purchased a NEW 2021 Chevrolet Trax in June 2021. The car had roughly 2,000 miles on it and we were told the sales people used the car. We received brand new car incentives and rebates. We received an email from GM about the 1st maintenance visit was free. We took the car last week for its free first maintenance visit and they said it wasnt covered because it had to be done w/i the first year. Weve only had the car 7 months. They said the warranty started in Jan 2021, hmmm we didnt purchase it until June. They took away 6 months of our warranty. We spotted significant rust on the exhaust right after we purchased the car and on the axle cover. For a car being brand new and only 2,000 miles we had to fight with Marhofer to replace both. Apparently GM didnt cover it under warranty and Marhofer said they were doing us a favor and they would absorb the charge at Marhofer. Every single time we bring this car in for service its a fight. They are now telling us the car was used as a service rental. So the car wasnt actually new and we lost 6 months of our warranty??? Sounds fishey to me. Also we purchased the lifetime oil change package and they deducted this first oil change from our vehicle maintenance program which we paid for, and not out of our 1st year Free covered maintenance visit which included: oil and filter & tire rotation & multi-point inspection. I am so unhappy with Marhoffer. It is constant lies and a fight with them. With this ordeal we are in the process of seeking legal counsel because we believe that this is a breach of contract that Marhofer committed. When we look at the options in our contract that state New-Used-Demo the boxes are checked NEW, and if someone loses 6 months of warranty it cant be considered new, and because of this we feel its a breach of contract. No BS sales tactics, super friendly and helpful. Breanna in finance is incredible as well. She did everything in her power to save every penny and explained things thoroughly. I never felt pressured ever and she was able to help me with every question and every concern I had from the vehicle itself all the way down to my loan payment. I always have a great experience here but most recent was bringing my car in for an Oil change. Ron with the service center was above and beyond! I actually feel bad because after my oil change my husband let me know that we pay extra monthly so that I don’t have to pay for the oil change because it’s included in my monthly payment which I had no idea so I never told Ron that therefore I ended up paying which was definitely my fault. My husband ended up calling and speaking with Ron and he easily fixed the issue in no time. Which again I had no idea so I never told him! Regardless, I love this place!
Zero stars if I could. Theyll lie to their customers in service. (I went in to get my car serviced and I overhear Steve and Alicia lying to an elderly lady about providing her with a loaner car, KNOWING that the dealership doesnt provide loaners.) Their HIGHLY disrespectful. Will hang up on you. The manager Alex is unethical. This guy literally allowed my car to be held over 30+ days with little to no information on whats going on. Then, tells me over the phone that, they just dont want to work on my car. I HAVE A RECORDING OF HIM SAYING THIS. Cost me nearly a grand for a rental car. The representatives are incompetent and a disgrace to the Ron Marhofers name. I highly recommend you do your best to avoid doing business with them. Especially if you are a Black Male. This isnt the first complaint from a black male according to other workers there.
Zoe & Breanna went above and beyond to make our buying experience nothing short of amazing! After searching for several months for the perfect vehicle, they made it happen for us! From traveling two hours away, the whole process of closing the deal was stress free & as smooth as can be! Highly recommended!!
I really needed service for my Chevy Equinox and I first went to my original dealership to see if they could get me in. I stressed the importance of how much I really needed my vehicle fixed and they could not accommodate until two weeks out. To me that was very disappointing, because I bought my vehicle from them. So I gave Marhofer service department a call, and I got Alicia Reed. Not only was she accommodating, but she promised a loaner one way or another so my busy schedule would not be interrupted. It took about a day for the repair and they got me on my way. I am truly glad I gave Marhofer service department a call, and I would now trust them for any service I need for my Chevy vehicle. I know the next time I need a new car, I’m ditching my old dealer and I’m going straight to Marhofer. They really got me out of a bind.
SHOUTOUT TO ALEX & STEVE in the service department!!The staff at this location are great. They were friendly, they kindly reminded me that I should have filled up my rental before returning it (as to avoid a charge) & they pointed me to the closest gas station. I also incurred some minor damage on the windshield of my rental. I let them know about it, and they were very appreciative of my honesty & they waived the crack fee. Im very glad I was honest, and Im even more grateful of the high-quality employees they keep on staff!Thank you so much, I will point people to you in the future!
I was reluctant to bring my vehicle to the Store location based on my last experience, but found I didnt have much choice. The part needed was on stock the and the Marhofer Nissan dealership suggested I take it there. That being said, I was treated faster, and better than the last time I was in. I hope the last time was just a one-time thing, and I will continue to bring my vehicle there until I detect unpreferential treatment again.
Do not take your car here for service. Have bought 4 cars from this dealer and will not buy another one here. You are given a runaround and overcharged. You have to beg them to complete repairs so you can go to work in order to pay them. There has to be someone with small operation and customer concern.
My front wipers broke. My husband saw where it was broken. Pulled up a picture of the part. Went down to the Chevy dealer to have them order the part. Come to find out this has been a recall on my vehicle. Ordered the part, scheduled to get it fixed. Turned out to be no charge, including free labor. I like the way when you call and work with one point of contact in the customer service area. Steven was aware of how it was being handled and things went really smooth. He was very busy but he was very attentive, professional and not frustrated.
Purchased my new truck here after doing 4 months of searching on the internet for deals. Ended up not only getting 12k off of MSRP but even more on my trade in. Hardly paid anything for a 48k truck. Great selection and Friendly staff,they make purchasing a vehicle simple and easy. Very happy !

If you’re not buying your next car from Zoe at Ron Marhofer on Darrow road in Stow, you’re doing it wrong... She is not only super sweet and accommodating, but she’s also extremely knowledgeable and personable. Also, not pushy like a lot of people are. She truly cares about making her clients happy, and it shows. From the second we stepped in to browse, we were treated like family by Zoe and the Marhofer team. Zoe, Kevin and Kyle worked so great together in hearing our wants and meeting our every single need. They bent over backwards for us and we were left in awe of their customer service. I thought I would be a Jeep person for life, but after the wonderful experience I had with this team and dealership you can officially call me a convert. I’m not the type to go and write reviews, but these guys deserved it. And that’s a lot coming from me as I’m the type of person where I know what I want and seldom settle for things which typically makes me hard to please. Go see Zoe and you won’t be disappointed!

It’s rare to find good customer service, especially in the car buying process. Ashley was phenomenal in a process that I typically do not enjoy. She actually listened to what I was looking for. Although I’m sure her patience was on edge, it wasn’t evident. She was professional, personable and found the vehicle with the features that I was looking for and within my budget. Before I left, she was very helpful in setting up what was necessary on the infotainment system. Breanna, Finance Manager, also was very patient and informative. Brian did a great job. He answered our questions and allowed us to test drive the vehicles that we wanted. We did not feel pressured into purchasing anything. Brian and the finance lady was very patient as we were there at least an hour or two after closing. This is the 3rd vehicle purchase from this specific dealership and will continue to purchase from here in the future.
My scheduled appointment with another dealer was canceled an hour prior because they didn’t have a rental vehicle that was promised. I immediately drove to Marhofer in Stow and my issue was addressed. Tyler was very friendly and supportive. He was able to provide me with a rental car while the necessary work on my car was completed. I was extremely satisfied! Thank you very much!!
We bought a pre-owned vehicle yesterday with zero hassle and a seamless process. Probably the lowest stress car buying experience I have ever had. Our financing was taken car of prior to our appointment and while we did our test drive. Amy was very easy to work with and got us the best deal. Zoe was very kind and thorough...and she even helped us save what ended up being $94 a month in car insurance while we waiting for the service department to clean the car. I sincerely appreciated the fact that there were so many women working the sale floor. Would purchase a vehicle here again.

I typically choose to use the dealer as opposed to other service shops around town for a few reasons, but lately it is because if the staff in the service department. Having had a few situations which were costly, I was most comfortable using the dealer, but the staff was incredibly helpful and took the time to look uo the situations and make sure they were providing the most accurate details.Also I have found them to be flexible and willing to go the 3ztra mile. I tend to drop off vehicles for service the day prior because if schedules and such, but this last time as I dropped off they made sure my vehicle was done and ready to pick up that same day which opened my schedule later in the week.Well done and I will continue coming back as a result of these recent experiences.
I purchased my vehicle almost 30 days ago. I had a couple of minor set backs through out the process but they were able to make them right. This will be my 3rd purchase from Ron Marhofer. I absolutely love the service that I receive with them and the quality of the vehicles they have. At this location Connor did an outstanding job working with me. I appreciate his honesty and hard work. When you stop by I would just ask for him directly!!!
If you like wasting your time, this is the dealership for you. Stopped by on a Sunday to take a look at a used truck on their lot. Pricing and general information about the truck was clearly presented on the windshield. Let my boss know I would be late for work Monday morning so I could drive the truck and put a deposit down if I everything looked good. Came back from the test drive and the salesman notified me the truck was priced wrong, mind you the price was hanging from the rearview mirror this whole time, and that the truck was $7900 more than advertised. Im a lifelong Stow resident and I can tell you this, Marhofer will not get a dollar of my hard earned money.
I was not sure I was even ready to purchase a vehicle when I visited here but they couldn’t have made it easier for me. You won’t find your typical sales person sharks here that you would at another dealership.Shaina, who helped me with the sale of my car was an absolute joy and helped me every step of the way. Without her help I don’t know if I would have even walked out with a new car that day! March 2021 I visited Marhofer Chevrolet, I immediately felt a pleasant atmosphere. Not like I was surrounded by sharks. I asked to speak to Mike Riley. He came rolling out of the back with a sense of urgency and a smile. Mike was personable, knowledgeable, factual, and professional. He is a Grade A sales consultant and highly recommended!! The finance guy, Kyle was great too! And the turkey sausage guy and caprice sun girl (both employees, obviously I dont know their names) the point is...Great Atmosphere and Great People!! This is absolutely the worst car buying experience I’ve ever had. Bought a used truck and the second day I had it earring lights for accutrack popped on. Literally the next day the brakes locked. They took it to fix it and never repaired the brakes so two weeks later they locked again. It’s been over a month and still haven’t gotten registration. Got pulled over and given a warning for expired tags. This place is a joke. Stay away
This dealership is a disgrace to the ron marhofer’s name . Terrible service and I would not recommend going to this dealership for ANYTHING. Went to get my car service. A MONTH LATER, not only I didn’t receive my car. I was approached with the worse professionalism MANKIND COULD EVER IMAGINE. Not only representative will hang up on you. But, the MANAGERS THEMSELVES are unethical. Made me wait 30+ days on a car part they had in stock for MONTHS according to their employees. When asked about the part, THE MANAGER HIMSELF IS TELLING ME, “we just don’t want to work on your car.” They cost me HUNDREDS for a rental.I highly don’t recommend this place of business especially if you are a black male. At least have loaner cars for your customers if you know the repairs will be over 30 days.
I waited for 5 hours with little to no communication on when my vehicle would be fixed. After complaining I was informed mechanics were taken off my vehicle to do oil changes and that’s why it took 5+ hours for my brakes. I was then hit on by the service person, told that my front brakes were not fixed but they did the best they could. I did receive 100 dollars off but I will not be returning and I will not be recommending this dealership anytime soon.
I’m not big on doing reviews, however I have to do this one. I went to get a new car yesterday and I had the pleasure of meeting Marquese B. I’m always nervous when it comes to a big decision like a new car and payments. I will tell you what, Marquese went above and beyond to help me find the exact car that I wanted and that was right for me. He didn’t rush through anything and explained everything perfectly. I knew exactly what I was getting into. He has one of those trusting faces and his personality is as trusting. He’s not out to make money like most dealerships. He really just wants to help you find what your looking for. The rest of the team is also really nice. But if I was you I’d ask for Marquese and you’ll see why I’m so excited about my new car and my fantastic experience. I felt safe and comfortable which is very hard to find. So thank you Marquese and the rest of Ron Marhofer.
I had a great experience today getting my new car. My salesman Jacob was so patient with me as I made my decision. He went above and beyond to help me weigh pros and cons of each car I liked. Then, our financial person was able to really work with us to get a great low interest rate. I appreciated all the diligence the employees showed to get me the best possible deal! I love my new car!
I have worked with the Ron Marhofer auto family and Dee Shannon for a long time. I highly recommend both. Dee is a great guy that genuinely cares about his customers and wants to see them happy. He has never steered me in the wrong direction, and I always feel good about the price I pay when I leave. He will always go above and beyond for you and will make you feel as if you are one of his most important customers.This last time I went to get a new car, I had a miscommunication with another employee while Dee was out. Not only did his manager call me to check in but Dee did as well, his first day back. (even though he was not in and had no part in my new car). You don’t find customer service like that everywhere. We will continue to support Dee and the Marhofer auto family.
UPDATE: I did receive a call from the manager. They did order the part and fixed it for free as they should’ve to start. They came and got my vehicle and brought it back with a loaner in between. I was satisfied with the end result and I would’ve loved to have revived this before this review. I hope this opened their eyes to some of their practices. I am very grateful they took care of us and rightfully rendered the situation. That was the right thing to do.I would’ve loved to give them a 5 star. Seemed to be a 5 star service at the beginning. Lisa, our salesperson, was nice and helpful. The vehicle was nice and clean and at the lower end of KBB. We were happy. Here’s why we ended up only giving 3 stars….1. During the signing part, the finance manager just scrolled through the papers as he used our electronic signature to fill them in. He was scrolling very fast. I just happened to catch the total of the vehicle was off. When I asked why it was almost $1000 not her said it was tag fees. I stopped him and looked more thoroughly and found a nearly $700 free added at the top for some bogus elite service that was never mentioned to us or we were never asked about. As a matter of fact when we discussed interest rates, months and monthly payments this bogus fee was already factored in before we even went over anything else. I asked him to remove the fee and out payments dropped from what we were first quoted. They know they’re working this fee into the total and never even telling people they’re paying for this service. That’s a scam in itself.2. So we knew there had been done minor damage to the front end but went over the repairs made. We test dove during the day. Well we drove it at night the first time (within 3 days of purchase) and noticed the headlights are not centered right. We contacted them drive it over an hour back up for them to tell us they could try to bend a piece but if it broke we’d have to buy and pay to replace the part and they wouldn’t do anything to fix it otherwise, even though they openly recognized it was likely how it was fixed from the damage done.Seems to me this isn’t the dealership they portray to be. These issues are not is being picky. They are scanning people on the fee added regularly and not ensuring anything wrong with the van is remedied is not quality service. Wish we’d had a better experience. I will be sure to pass this info to everyone asking for a reliable quality dealership.
I am so grateful for the experience that I had purchasing my new car from Ron Marhofer Chevrolet. I worked with Connor and he made purchasing a new car extremely easy and comfortable. He explained to me all of the features, showed me exactly what I was looking for, allowed me to test drive multiple vehicles to find the one that was best suited for me, and was very knowledgeable in his field. I am extremely lucky that Connor is the salesman that I worked with and in fact, it was the reason that I drove over an hour and chose to return to purchase my car from Ron Marhofer. I am positive that I will not be disappointed in my decision.

Everyone collectively worked with me to try to get me into a vehicle that almost fit exactly what I was looking for while keeping my payment at a level I was comfortable with. Bryan was very kind and professional. The best part was I was expecting to put more money down on top of the agreed money down amount. Turns out that includes tax, title, dealer doc fee, etc. was included in the money down that we agreed upon. I was very impressed.

When I arrived I was told that it would take about 2 hours to replace my brakes and resurface my rotors. I understand that times can vary based on various things but it would have been nice to have an update. Steven was a horrible advisor throughout the entire experience. He had time to chat with coworkers and a friend but didn’t have time to come update me on the progress. He had time to order and eat lunch but couldn’t come give me an update. He had a few other customers that he came to pick up from the lobby and didn’t stop to give me an update. He would barely look at me. I went up to the desk to ask what was going on l, he knew but couldn’t take the time to give me an update. I’ve been to this dealership twice before and had great experiences with Ron and Megan but I will not be back after it took 5 hours to replace my brakes.
Very happy with my experience at Marhofer Chevrolet. Although I ended up taking back the first car I bought because I was unhappy with it (it just didnt have the features I really wanted and I thought I would be ok with it, but realized that Im too short not to have an auto hatchback...), they were all too kind to understand my concerns and give me the car I wanted in the end with absolutely no hassle whatsoever. I love my Equinox!
Lisa was great in getting my in a lease for the vehicle I wanted right at the price point I wanted. Second time leasing a car from them and cant imagine getting a car anywhere else. The whole process was easy and pressure free. Came into to see what was available and left a couple hours later thrilled to be in a new car.

I had a great experience with Ron Marhofer Chevy in Stow. I took my car there, they gave me a rental (it was covered under my extended warranty), they fixed the issues, also changed my oil, and did a tire rotation (tire rotation at no charge). It was seamless and my car is running perfectly. Would definitely purchase another car from Marhofer in the future!
Bryan was excellent to work with. He worked hard to get me a car I could afford. He was honest about each car and made sure I knew exactly what I was getting into, and was sure to screen out cars that would more than likely have extreme performance issues. I absolutely love my Traverse! He found me one that was still within warranty. The service department has also been a pleasure to work with and gave no issue fixing an issue that my car had within the warranty.

I want to express my appreciation to Shaina T. at Marhofer Chevrolet. She worked with me for quite some time leading up to the purchase of my 2018 Chevy Trax. Im not an easy customer, but she was patient and friendly and helped me identify vehicles within my budget. Buying a car in this market is a challenge and I had some additional challenges going in and Shaina saw me through the process and beyond. Used cars are always a gamble. My husband was in our other car behind me as we were leaving the dealership and noticed the brake light was out. I called Shaina immediately and she took the vehicle right over to service while we went to dinner. The check engine light came on the next day--I texted her and she scheduled an appointment for me the following day because she knew I was leaving on vacation with the vehicle shortly thereafter. Shes one of the best salespeople weve worked with in our time buying cars.
I regret that I delayed filling out this survey because I forgot the name of the wonderful young lady that helped me. I was at the dealership for quite a while that day as it was very busy. However she was very attentive and made it an exceptional experience. She even called about a week later to see how my experience has been with my new car. Very bubbly personality and very professional. BRAVO!
We did have some issues when initially buying a used car at the Chevy dealership but the dealership did their best to rectify those issues in a timely manner and to our satisfaction. They promptly responded to my Google review to see what they could do to correct the issues.
Megan in service was wonderful. She was super friendly and very knowledgeable. She explained everything clearly and helped me prioritize what was needed at that time and what I could come back for. She was able to help me with changing my name on my warranty and got me a rental car when mine wouldnt be done soon enough. I really appreciate everything she did to make this easier for me.
My problem was with the service department. My husbands truck was kept longer then I was told it would be. I was not contacted which was partially my fault. I told Ron my husband had passed away, but he never thought about updating the phone number. He did send me an email, but I dont check my computer multiple times a day. I called in 3 times that day. By the time I actually spoke to him, I had to leave for work in 16 minutes. I had told him I was planning to sell the truck and wanted to get the airbags fixed first. I declined some of the maintenance he offered, When I finally had a way to get to the dealership, I had been called offering to pick me up which I no longer needed. Nothing was done for the airbags since I would not consent to a $1200+ bill. I was charged $144 for a multiple point inspection and the only thing found (beside the airbags) was dry rot on the tires. I was not happy with your service department.
I had to drop my new corvette off to have it repaired, for a second time, for damage that was original done on delivery by the dealership. I requested a loaner vehicle and worked with Mike Riley as my go between. Mike was very poor at communicating and did not follow through with any of his commitments. Mikes lack of effort resulted in my being left stranded at the collision center without a way home the day I dropped my car off.Al Shumaker at the collision center went out of his way to insure that I was taken care of and rented a vehicle from Enterprise to insure that I had transportation during the four days that he had my vehicle.
Ron Marhoffer Chevy is incredible!! This is now the third time I’ve dealt with this dealership and I will never go anywhere again. There’s no run around, they’re upfront and honest, which I appreciate! I’ve had the best experience and would recommend this dealer to ANYONE! Sold me a leaking 2018 Murano. the roof leaking that is. the entire backseat-rear cargo ceiling is soaked and they seem to be fine with that. salesman stopped responding and all marhoffer locations refuse to call me back on resolving the issue. purchased 1 week ago! stay far far away!
Bryan Deyser is an amazing salesman at Ron Marhofer Chevrolet. He worked with us to find the right car for my mom. He is patient, remarkably kind, and trustworthy. When the sun was beating down into my face he held his hand up to act as a shield and provide some relief. He also did this for my mother. She was sitting in a wheelchair and had to look up at him. Most people that I know would not do this. He is incredibly thoughtful. My mom has a great car. We have worked with Bryan for about 15 years and will never go anyplace else.
Allen made my truck buying experience easier than any other vehicle purchase Ive had before. I never stepped foot in the dealership, Allen kept me very informed during the whole process and the next day my truck was delivered in my driveway free of charge. Will definitely be doing business with them again.
Overall, I had a great experience. The sales associates and leaders were super nice. They answered all my questions thoroughly and were willing to give me max value for my trade. Although, it took them a long time to send me my title. I will definitely recommend them to those searching for a new vehicle.

Purchased vehicle 3/5/21. As an out of state buyer I would not recommend this dealership. I asked to be made aware of any issues with the vehicle I was purchasing, this included any wear and tear/smells to which I was assured I would be because I was out of state and they did want the car to be delivered only to be sent back. This was not the case though. The vehicle showed up with no car mats to which I immediately brought up and was told would be resolved, it was not. The car was also to be detailed before hand but showed up with dirt still in the grooves of the front seats and marks on the ceiling. After a couple of days the smell from what was used to detail the vehicle had dissipated and it was extremely obvious that this car was previously owned by a smoker to which I was not made aware when I had asked. There was also a spot on the rear end of the vehicle that they agreed to repaint and I could have done a better job myself, you can feel the area they touched up, it is rough and doesnt shine quite like the rest of the vehicle. Apparently whatever goes to make a quick buck. Will not be returning for another purchase.
Prior to stopping in at Ron Marhofer’s I had an absolutely horrible experience at a nearby dealership so I took my business to Ron’s. I was taken care of by Mike Riley and had a more than perfect buying experience. I traded in my old car and received triple the value compared to multiple other places I went to shop. I can’t thank everyone who helped me enough. I plan to keep my new car for as long as I can but when the time comes I will absolutely be back.

Had an issue with a recall installation on my airbag, leaving the warning light on after It was supposedly fixed.. Ron marhofers service department ran a diagnostic on my vehicle for free to figure out the issue. They located the issue and fixed it immediately. I appreciate the The willingness to finding the problem and correcting the problem. Once they realized it was their mistake they also are giving me a free oil change next time I need one. You know how you always hear the commercials on the radio on your drive into work about all these car lots that promise you the work in 30 seconds or less?! Well the other day I heard one on my way into work for Ron Marhofer in Stow and I thought hmm well the end of their commercial isnt all that fast talking nonsense that you cant understand so Ill have to get online like it said and check them out! Well that night thats exactly what I did and I was contacted shortly after my a very kind sales rep Jacob who I had about a 45 minute conversation with and he made sure to listen to all of my wants and needs and he helped me in just that short amount of time figure a lot of things out! He then took time out of his night and stayed over to get me some more information and even sent me videos of a few vehicles! After about a week of thinking it over I decided to make an appt with him! We arrived at the lot this morning and we were met by Jacob who was warming up the car I wanted to look at and then shortly after we met D and Ashley who were very nice as well! After lots of hard work on their end and a lot of laughs we were greeted by the manager Lori and congratulated because we were approved and they were writing up our stuff she then offered us some lunch! Basically the moral of the story is I couldnt of asked for a better experience with better people! Thank you Ron Marhofer of Stow team especially Lori, D,Ashley & Jacob! You all are wonderful to work with and not just salesman very down to earth!
My wife and I recently leased another new Chevy Equinox at Marhofer Chevrolet. The salesman Dee Shannon was outstanding as he showed us our various options. We got a great deal on just the vehicle we needed. He also took very good care of us as we took delivery. And the financing process was the smoothest and fastest Ive ever experienced. Great job!
Bryan Dyser was our salesman when I went to buy my mother a new car. She went to Ron Marhofer Chevrolet ahead of my arriving in town. She met with Bryan and she relayed to me that he was very nice and helpful. He showed her the car she wanted and showed her the many features the car had. He was patient and took time showing her and explaining to her the features. She was quite impressed with him. The best part was that the dealership had the exact car with the features she wanted on the lot. That, along with how Bryan treated my mother was why we came back to Ron Marhofer Chevrolet after visiting two other dealerships. I have bought other cars from Ron Marhofer in the past but went to other dealerships this time because the deal was supposed to be better. The deal and experience was much worse. We are glad we stuck with Ron Marhofer Chevrolet and will not go anywhere else in the future. We highly recommend this dealership to all our friends and family.
I have to say that I would give this dealership 5 stars if we didnt have to get a little bit direct and push our issue with them, specifically with Todd the sales manager.We recently purchased a 2013 Chevy Silverado pickup truck from this dealership. Justin our salesman was very professional and courteous as well as everybody in the dealership. While we were test driving the vehicle we noticed that the air conditioning was blowing warm and not working properly. When we asked about this Justin and the service team assured us that it just needed a recharge and then everything would be fine. We asked several times about the AC and they assured us several times that all it needed was some freon. So they put freon in and we signed on the dotted line then drove away with our pickup truck.7 Days Later our air conditioner started blowing hot air again. We immediately contacted Justin to explain the situation. When Justin returned my phone call he explained that Todd, his manager, was not going to pay to have the air conditioning fixed because they had run out of money on that vehicle. This was very frustrating because we were assured several times that there was nothing wrong with the air conditioning other than some missing freon. We contacted Todd directly by email and thats when things turned around in our favor. Lets just say after mentioning the Attorney General and several websites that rate dealerships, it seemed like we had Todds attention. They quickly scheduled us for service and repaired the leaking air conditioning system condenser at no charge. Everybody at the dealership was friendly and helpful especially Ron the service manager!We will definitely purchase another vehicle from this dealership in the future!
Bought a used SUV about 3 years ago from Ron Marhofer (oops...a little late review). Fantastic dealership!! Cant say enough good things. The staff is incredibly friendly and not pushy at all. At first I looked at a few vehicles and I never felt pressured at all and they never contact me to pressure me into purchase. Once I settled on a vehicle I was able to easily text a representative with questions. I did notice two things that needed fixed with the vehicle (missing a spring to pop open the sunglasses holder and a cup holder liner) they immediately fixed them and text me back within an hour or two (before I bought the vehicle). My vehicle was not a certified pre-owned but they mentioned they do their own certification to keep prices lower and I was able to purchases an extended 50,000 mile warranty for a very reasonable cost. Once I settled on purchasing my vehicle I let them know and they said they would hold it, but to wait on purchasing it for 3 days because the price was about to drop. I mean, what dealership tells you to wait on purchasing in order to save money! Oh, and if they still do it, they used to match any price within 100 miles I think (I definitely looked and couldnt find a lower price). Car is still going strong with only one issue (an airbag sensor has gone bad, the light just came on a few days ago so dont know about fixing it yet, car has 88,000 on it. No other issues, just routine brakes, oil changes, air filter changes, and about to get new tires).Again, cant say enough good things. Fantastic buying experience, no pressure at all or ever. Very friendly and professional service. Will definitely look here for my next vehicle in a few years

Sold me a 2017 Chevy Trax that needs an alignment, has brakes that went bad by the end of the week and they have the nerve to tell me it’s just the material and I told them to their face they are wrong, and struts that are so bad it feels like your driving on the moon when you go down a slightly bumpy road. I take the car back to get the alignment fixed for free and my cars still drives the same way it before. I do recommend these guys at all they are bunch of liars.
Found a 2017 Jeep Cherokee on auto trader and calculated the price that fit my budget. I called the dealership and manager said they would honor the price. From the moment I walked in to the final signing they treated me like gold. Bryan was my salesperson and he not only kept me at budget but we also were able to add bumper to bumper and power train coverage (to 100,000 miles and gap coverage within my budget. I will definitely shop there next time I need a vehicle.
They have very good prices and a friendly and helpful staff. I recently bought a 2013 Ford Focus and feel that I got a solid deal. When I got home I noticed there were a couple round dents on the passenger side. I believe I hadnt noticed them because it was raining out both times I looked at the car at the dealership. I called in to see if there was anything they could do. Initially I was told they couldnt do anything and that they werent there when I left an hour before. I expressed my frustration with the situation and shortly the manager Rich called me back. He was very sincere in his desire to have 100% satisfaction. He had their dent repair man come to my house and pop them out for no charge. I was not expecting this and I believe that is some seriously good customer service! There is always going to be problems and issues, and how we handle them is what make the difference. Buying a used car or any car is stressful enough, but I think you are safe doing it at Marhofer. Even if you run into an issue, they are willing to take care of it.
I purchased my car from Marhofer Chevrolet two weeks ago. I had an amazing experience there. Everything went great and very smoothly. Mark Perry assisted me the entire time and he was great! He made my first car purchase a breeze. Mark really made my mom and I feel really comfortable and confident in the Subaru Crosstrek I purchased. I will for sure go back to Marhofer Chevrolet for my next car purchase, and I would suggest for everyone to go there because Mark was so great.

We were stuck an hour away from home but we got my truck in to get looked at, got a rental for a few days quickly and efficiently. Though it did appear that staff was a little overwhelmed due to it being a weekend and training on recently added computer applications was lacking. Over all the experience was excellent.
Bought a used Chevy Volt, and they were great to work with. They were willing to do what other dealers Ive worked with before havent. For example, I noticed the windshield wipers were kind of old. When I came back later in the week to pick it up, they changed them already without me even mentioning it. Another example is the headliner was slightly popped out of place near the hatch, and they had their service tech look at it right away. That didnt cost them much, but it impressed me. The car was in great shape and for a good price.I dont like high pressure salespeople or people trying to hype up the car. This is not that environment. Theyre helpful. Although they are 2 hours away from me, I will check their inventory the next time Im looking for a car.
After having a horrible holiday season and beginning of 2018, my car broke down. Always hating to go to most dealerships, I decided to try this one. Well much to our surprise NO pressure. Bryan was SO nice and helpful. Found us just what we wanted. Explained everything in a way we could understand. Charlie, in the finance dept., was also great. Made it work for us so we could purchase a new car without worrying about big monthly payments. This place is people friendly. We left with a new car and a smile - which was much needed.
I recently leased my second vehicle from Ron Marhofer Chevy in Stow. Though there are several reasons I went back there, the main reason is Dee Shannon. Its hard to describe the awesome experiences I have had with Dee as my salesman. He is the epitome of customer service and kindness. He is so easy to talk to-no pressure-no hurry to make decisions and always offered a smile combined with a great attitude. He made me feel very comfortable from the moment I met him years ago to now. I always felt as though someone in my family, who only the wanted the best for me and truly had my best interest in mind, was sitting behind the desk helping me. The entire staff at Ron Marhofer Chevy in Stow should be commended for jobs well done. I will never go to any other dealership for my future car needs. In fact, I have sent many friends and family in to see Dee and the feelings are unanimous. Thank you Ron Marhofer-but especially Dee-for satisfying yet another customer!
All was just great! We were met pleasantly and promptly by RON MASTERS, our advisor. He quickly took care of our paper work, showed us to waiting area, offered us a beverage and stated my Impala would be ready in an hour, which it was. Dealership was very clean. My only disappointment was NO NEW CORVETTE in show room.. LOL!
There were quite a few things that my Trailblazer 2008 NEEDED to have done, I believe they were factory parts & I was not nickel & dimed about it!!! I was communicated with during the entire process & provided a print out of diagnostic & the choice of what was to be performed, with prices! Thankfully I had been saving, not for this but we all know things happen. They did have my Trailblazer longer than expected because they did try to go the less expensive route for me. Unfortunately, it turned out to be the worst case scenario & to ensure my driving safety needed to be done. Considering EVERYTHING that was done when the final price came, not gonna lie, I felt sick and dizzy!!! Because I do have knowledge of what it takes; certifications, equipment, tools & a facility to work in and as well as how long, I know the price for parts and labor were spot on!!! Plus, I now have a sense of security, my vehicle was worked on by people with integrity, knowledge & certified training!!!
After searching for a few days online, I came across Ron Marhofer Auto Mall that had the car that I wanted to test out and possibly purchase. My wife isnt one that likes to go car shopping, but I brought her with me so I could at least show her the car itself. I was looking for a specific make and model of car, one with ample enough room in the trunk, 4 seats (sedan or hatchback style), low mileage for the year it was, and had to be a manual. My current car at that time was a Chevy Cobalt Coupe, with well under mileage. I was actually looking for another sales associate that day, but Kyle said she had the day off, and he would be helping us with looking around. After having our car evaluated, we did a test drive, and we both instantly fell in love with the car. Unlike the last time we bought a car, where we spent 8 hours waiting on credit approvals and trade-in numbers, my wife and I got a clear pricing for our older car, got the paperwork approved for financing and was driving the car home that same afternoon. Kyle and the sales team at the dealership not only were friendly and helpful, but honest and personable. They werent pushy or in a rush to get a sale done, but to make a life long customer out of my wife and myself. I would definitely recommend checking out their selection if you are need of a reliable car, and they give you a fair/honest assessment on your trade-in as well. My wife even commented that was the first time shes ever in her life enjoyed going car shopping, which hasnt been many times, but one that will stick in our minds. Well be contacting Kyle and the team at Ron Marhofer Auto Family in the future for buying our next vehicle for sure. Have you ever notice why you see so many Ron Marhofer plates on people cars while driving or parked!? Well I can tell you why!! Because theyre the freaking best thats why, me and my wife was really set on getting a Chevrolet Equinox but the features we wanted was fully loaded and couldnt find one in our budget everybody wanted a lot more money. Guess who had it? Yep Ron Marhofer fullyoaded, low miles, nothing wrong with the car at all. I was helped by Michael Baldwin Rep that guy deserves a raise he even helped me put in a new headlight before I pulled off the lot, only place Im trusting from now on is you guys thanks so much.

My husband has bought several autos from them and we have been very impressed with their honesty and integrity and very fair prices. My husband had purchased a new Chevy Malibu in December and I liked it so much I decided to buy the same car - even the same price. The young man who sold Ron (my husband) his car was Corbin Sweat. Ron was very impressed with him, so I decided to visit the showroom, and of course asked for Corbin as well. He did an excellent job pointing out all the features I wanted in my new car. It was a poor experience but Alex the service manager reached out after the matter was settled and apologized personally. I will say they owned up to the mistake and went out of their way to make sure things like this don’t happen again.
I traveled from New Castle, PA to visit Marhofer Chevy to inquire about a Jeep Cherokee I had seen online. From the moment I walked in, I was pleasantly surprised with a warm and friendly greeting from all of the staff. My salesman was Gary Cooper and he was the BEST. He was very informed, knowledgable, personable, and genuinely cared about my wants and needs. I visited another dealership in the area earlier that day and I could tell the moment I walked into Marhofer that I made the right decision by leaving the previous dealer. Not only did I experience a 5 star welcome, so did my sister that was also with me. (The other dealer only cared about me since I was doing the purchasing.) My service counselor, Robin, was extremely kind and helpful, not only in person but phoned me twice with updates. I was very impressed with the fact that the technician took pictures of the problems to prove that the work was needed. Although I went in for a $40 oil change and came out with a $1200 bill, Its comforting to know that my vehicle is in tip-top shape. I have walked out of your service department in the past because I was left waiting while my service counselor answered the phone in the middle of our transaction then proceeded to care on a LENGTHY conversation with the phone customer. Bought my 2nd car from this dealership and they delivered another great experience. Autumn was my sales person and she was the best. I needed to know everything about the price, finance options, comparison of vehicles and she answered all of my questions with a smile. Chris who is a sales manager there was great to work with on the deal as well. He listened and didnt try to push anything on me. If you are thinking about getting a new car, gives this dealership a try. They treat you like a person and a customer.
I went in for an oil change on Friday, May 28. Was told the different options for my oil change. I had mentioned that I could get an oil change from Klaben for $50 using synthetic oil. The gentleman behind me, employee, stated then go to Klaben and get your oil changed. He was very unfriendly. I dealt with Megan and she was very helpful.
Awesome experience. This is my third vehicle bought from a Marhofer location and I will continue to look at their dealerships first when looking for a vehicle. Brian was a great salesman and Bethany was awesome handling the financing. When I got home I actually noticed that they charged me $1000 more than the car was listed for on Autotrader. When double checking I noticed that their own website listed the higher price. They sent a guy out to our house to redo the paperwork at the lesser price! Awesome! Thanks guys!
I had the best experience when buying a car here. Some of the best customer service I have ever experienced!! Would recommend anyone buying a car to come here. They stayed after closing hours to help us buy the car, and I know everyone says its because they want to make the sale but they did everything possible for me to get the best deal and they worked with my credit history. Being that this was my first time ever buying a car, they made sure I knew everything that was going on and made sure I was comfortable and understood all the fine print.
Requested more info about a used vehicle they had available on their website. Martelle emailed and texted me the following day. She set me up an appointment with Zack to check the car out. When I arrived, Zack was busy so Brian helped me out. Let me just say that Brian is one great salesman. He is down to earth, and no pressure. I knew what I wanted and he understood. The test drive went great and I decided to purchase the vehicle.I was already preapproved before I got there but decided to get a few other rates. I’m glad I did, because Bethany was able to beat my preapproved rate! Brian kept me up to date with the process of my purchase every step of the way while I sat in their waiting area with free WiFi, bottled water, and coffee, all while watching some football.Bethany was great when it came time to sign everything. She explained everything in detail and provided me with options for the used car I purchased. Again, no pressure and not the typical intimidation feel when you sit down with a finance person. After signing, Brian walked me out to my new purchase. Good thing I took time to get situated in the new car because as they were pulling away my old car they found and gave me my garage door opener!! Definitely saved me with that!!Total time from arrival to completed purchase, 2.5 hours!! You mean I didn’t spend all day at the dealership? No I did not! I am amazed by the professionalism and pressure free environment. The quality of the employees here is top notch! I will add this dealership to a very short list that I will return to in the future and would recommend them to anyone searching for a new or used car!!Thank you for the great experience!
Excellent experience! Very convenient, quick, and easy...I chose the car I wanted online, went to the dealer that day and 2 hours later left with my new car. The staff was very friendly, I felt very comfortable with staff in the dealership, looking at cars and reviewing my financing. My sales person, Bryan Dyser, was helpful in answering my questions and ensuring I got the vehicle I wanted. He was genuine in helping me, not at all pushy. Going forward I will always purchase from this dealership.
First off I never thought that I would ever drive a Chevrolet. I have been a Honda and Subaru guy my entire life. My wife bought a new tracks from Ron Marhofer and I fell in love with the vehicle myself so we bought two from Dee Shannon. The overall experience was wonderful everyone is friendly and nice and the discounts they have are amazing thank you Dee and Ron Marhofer Chevrolet.
I had a great experience here buying my 2015 Chevy Cruze. I did my research online and went in knowing which 2 cars I wanted to look at. The cars are mostly lease vehicles and so they have been well maintained and have low mileage. In the end I got a good deal, and loved my salesperson, Mark Perry. He was personable and enthusiastic about answering our questions, without being pushy or talking over me. He didnt claim to know it all and just was a very honest and genuine person, who I highly recommend if you go here!! I left the dealership happy with my choice and also happy with my entire experience at Ron Marhofer Chevy in Stow.
Just like every other dealer they will sell you anything but when it comes to customer service it is a absolute failure. Just picked up a brand new truck from them on Monday and now it is 3 days later and 300 miles in and a warning light comes on every time the truck is turned on. Called service and they said the earliest they could get me in is Monday. I get it that it is busy but you would expect for a $53,000 truck and not even a few hundred miles they would push it higher on the list. Mind you they inflated the price of the truck when I bought it on top of it all. Called my sales person and they said they would try and get me in earlier and 6 hours later nothing. All they give a dam about is selling and selling and nothing after the fact. Extremely disappointed and will consider another brand of trucks when I get another truck but will never buy another truck from here ever again!

2022-01-13Wow what a great used car buying experience. I came a long way for a hard to find vehicle that had all of the specific options color/ trim that we wanted. Our sales associate Shaina really went above and beyond reasonable expectations by responding to our many requests for additional photo’s and video’s, before we made the trip to Ohio. Also the Finance Department did an outstanding job with the paperwork. I strongly recommend Ron Marhofer Chevrolet.

2022-04-26I bought my new vehicle yesterday at Marhofer in Stow. It the easiest process I’ve ever had buying a car! My sales associate, Jasmine, was great. We did all the credit stuff upfront so we knew basically what I could afford before I chose my vehicle. Picked my car, test drove it and then Kyle in the finance department got my approval. I didn’t have to wait forever for Kyle to get my paperwork done. It was probably as easy as buying a car could be unless I was paying cash I guess. I couldn’t recommend this dealership any higher.

2022-01-30Purchased my first new truck ever from this dealership! They went above and beyond my expectations. I saw a truck they had on there website I wanted to purchase, but explained i was so busy I couldnt make it to the dealership. Jacob informed me that was no problem he helped me do everything over the phone. Within a few days I had my truck delivered for free! I couldnt believe it! they even picked up my trade and drove it back. Couldnt be more impressed will recommend this dealership to everyone!!! Thanks again a very satisfied customer!!

2022-07-16I worked with Lisa. She went far and beyond to help me. She stayed late and made sure we found the vehicle that I wanted. She ensured that I got to test drive what I wanted and did not push the more expensive car. She listened to what I wanted. I was having a bit of an anxiety issue with all of the choices. She was very calming and so understanding. The car needed a bit more things before it was at 100%, and she kept me posted all along the way, even though it was just a couple of days.And she made sure it was delivered when promised. I live almost 60 miles away. I like their offer to deliver for free for less than 150 miles away. Then delivery made my week. Even the guy who handed me the keys was very nice.I forgot the finance manager’s name; she ensured I got the best deal and worked with my wife and me to get what we needed with the warranty. She did not even try to sell me the highest warranty with all of the bells and whistles; she only sold me what I needed and nothing more.They are great, and when the economy turns around we will buy another car from Lisa and the team there in Stow.

2022-06-06Every part of dealing at Marhofer was great. Communication was really fast and Shaina answered all of my questions clearly and without any sneaky sales tactics. She was right on top of everything I asked for and she got back to me quickly every time. The biggest benefit of Marhofer was the convenience of being able to do everything via phone, email and Docusign. It was a HUGE plus! Discussing the financing with Brianna was super easy too. Everyone there made me feel totally comfortable. I can honestly say this was the BEST car buying/leasing experience Ive ever had!

2022-01-25I had my 2018 Chevy Silverado in to have a new battery installed.First time there. Everything was great until I got the truck back and my door was damaged. The manager Steve Bush asked the technician about it, in which the technician admitted to opening the door to fast and chipping my paint. One of the main reasons I took my truck to the dealer was to prevent this. You would think when people pay $50,000 for a truck, technicians at the dealer would be more careful. I baby that truck, it only has 23,000 miles on it. That carelessness really put a bad taste in my mouth. Steve was very nice. I brought the truck back to the dealer so the body guy could touch it up, but that should never have happened. And if the technician was honest in the first place he would have admitted the negligence without Steve having to go to him and confront him about the damage. I’m still angry about it. But it is is what it is. Steve did everything he could to make it right so I guess that’s all I can ask for. I hope the technician that did the damage really gets a good talking too in regards to handling other peoples property and how it reflects on the Ron Marhofer dealership. That is unacceptable at a dealership !!
