Romeos Pizza in other cities:
Have been looking for a new Pizza place, since Antonios has been failing in quality recently. Ordered on a Sat night. Was told delivery was 1 hr to 1hr-10min. An hour and 20 minutes later we still had no pizza. When I called back to inquire, I was told that the pizza hadnt even left for delivery! I was told that it would go out when the next driver got back. I had to ask for a discount to make up for the slow delivery. Finally got our pizza @ hr&45 minutes. It was cold and soggy, the cheese was congealed. We heated it back up. It would have been good pizza had it been fresh. The sauce was sweet..which was actually good. Had lots of toppings and just the right amount of cheese. Its too bad it was late and cold.
We ordered 40 pizzas to be delivered as their last stop of the night. The food was all delivered fresh and steaming hot which had to be difficult with that large of an order. The pizza was amazing and the whole process from ordering to delivery went smoothly. Thanks for a great job!!!
I don’t have enough good things to say about this place. From the employees to the quality to the customer service, Romeo’s has it all. We don’t get pizza from anywhere else in Broadview Heights because of the way their staff has treated our orders and the quality with which they come served. Note to management staff - whatever you’re doing, continue doing it.
Worst romeos out of all. Night manager nick and day manager Jim are both totally incompetent to even manage a cookey cutter franchise pizza place. Pizza quality as gown through the floor onions listed as carmalized arrive near raw let alone carmalized. Toppings are often skimpy and when applied applied in clumps. Its nearing so bad I would say money better spent at papa johns and I use to rate romeos near gourmet pizza. Dont waste your time or money buy else where.

2022-05-29I wish I would’ve retrieved the names of the workers, however the staff on the night of 5/28/22 was absolutely spectacular. For context, it was a Saturday Night, and 2 people in the restaurant was clearly not enough employees for the weekend. However, they were perfect every step of the way. I was waiting for my pizza and wings to be done and experienced a busy rush with people coming in and the phones ringing off the hook, and my experience was that they handled each situation the same, with great customer service. On top of that, they still managed to make our Pizza and Wings absolutely perfect, maintaining the reputation of the taste we have always loved with Romeo’s.

2021-03-11We’ve been eating this pizza from this location for years now and it’s sooo good. Their pizza is by far my favorite in this area and I have really high standards for good pizza (I go to NYC plenty and eat pizza there every time). Anyways, I love the supreme but my wife and son eat the pepperoni and cheese so we’ve tried several of their pizzas and they’re all great. I Recently wanted to start cutting calories so today I decided to order the cauliflower crust pizza. The pizza was phenomenal and I highly recommend it (IF)! The only issue I have with it is that it says medium pizza on the website but in reality it’s a small (see picture for comparison, I ordered two medium pizzas. One is cauliflower and the other is not). $16 for a supreme cauliflower medium pizza sounds okay (debatable) but for a small I say that’s pretty over priced. Luckily I had a coupon so it’s fine. I just think they should be honest about it’s size upfront. Regardless I’ll continue eating here and enjoying the pizza. Probably won’t get the cauliflower version unless I have a coupon or something. They still get 5 stars because it’s by far the best pizza near us. Keep being great 👍

2022-02-17What happened to this place? It used to be so good.Recently they’ve had staffing problems, and bad ones at that.I placed an order last night online, quoted 55 mins. 1hour 30mins later, still no food. So I call and the phone rings for a solid 4 minutes before it goes to disconnected noise. I call back a few minutes later, it rings for 2 minutes before a younger girl answers with a careless attitude. She asked someone behind her if I was “the dude who called earlier that she dealt with”. Person behind her says no, and she goes “oh, so what you want me to do then? You want me to just hang up on him?” And then proceeds to have a giggle fit with whoever she is talking to. This is absolutely unprofessional. If the gentleman who I spoke with when doordash stole my food is still the GM (that wasn’t his fault obviously) I feel sorry for him right now. He’s a decent guy and in a pinch with staffing, but this experience deserved the attention. For what it’s worth, their delivery driver, Greg, is an awesome guy. Always courteous and does his best to get to you on time, even when the weather sucks. They need more people like him.

2021-11-11Absolutely the worst pizza of all time.I felt like I was robbed.Small pizza had six slices with 8 pieces of pepperoni 11 small chunks of sausages a dozen mushrooms the size of a fingernail and dry and hard like a cracker 14.00 I called and told them Id never be back. Get me once its your fault. Get me twice its my fault.

2020-05-10Just ordered from here for the first time and it tastes EXACTLY like this tiny mom and pop shop from my hometown. Loved it! When I ordered it online, it said 70 minutes for delivery and it was here in 20mins. Will DEFINITELY order again. Probably our new favorite pizza shop by far

2020-08-05During the covid-19 quarantine, my family and I started getting take-out from the Broadview Heights Romeos every Saturday night. Within 2 visits, the staff knew who I was and had our order cooked the way we like it and ready when we got there! Everyone is very friendly, and the food is great!

2020-07-07The pizza was not bad. No fork with the salad. Should not have had to wait almost 2 hours for it. I was told when I called looking for it after 1 1/2 hours that it would be free due to the lateness. That info was not passed on to the very nice and apologetic delivery guy. I paid him the full amount and tipped him. I will not order from this location again.

2020-12-11After hearing how good it was from others I can say that its better than a lot of places but certainly not the best. Just good solid pizza. The wings were good as well. Friendly staff.

2018-06-22I started ordering when I had knee surgery about 5 yrs ago.. the food was excellent, and it was warm with good packaging for delivery ( important). When I went back to work, I started picking up the food on my way home.. got to know the night manager Ryan. Excellent business and personal skills; in combination with the fabulous food , pizza and everything else, I go exclusively to Romeos for all my take out food!

2019-09-03I deliver for Uber Eats and had an order from this location. From the moment I walked in all I heard was the employees yelling at each other. There were 7 other customers waiting for orders in the lobby. After being told my order wasnt ready I took a seat. 20 minutes later my name is called, I walk up to get the order and the cashier says I called your name a while ago. Needless to say, she did not. I was 3 feet away. The correct thing to say is Here is your order, sorry for the wait. What a horribly ran pizza shop.
