Unlike the other reviews which you can tell are from employees, the pizzas here are just terrible. The sauce is too sweet for pizza, you can tell the crust was manufactured then frozen and the cheese they use is the cheap cheese. Never will go back here again
Last few deliveries take 45-60 minutes and pizza comes cold and stale. Moss sticks cold and soggy. Good pizza- don’t get it delivery. Pick up!
I get Romeos all the time and although it takes a bit to make the food it is very good pizza. I like it so much because I like sauce with a sweeter sauce, if you are not a fan this pizza is not the best choice.
Pizza is fine. However changing prices on items arbitrarily leaves a bad taste in your mouth (e.g. small breadsticks now cost what large did; large dont exist now).
They have a boat load of really good food to choose from. I mainly love their wings because their sauces are so dang good. Their pizzas and sauces that they use are very good as well.
Very disappointed .long 7/25 ordered a medium pizza half mushroom half pepperoni light sauce $13.00.Well it was light on everything.some pieces bare worst one ever from there.
My husband and I drive out there about once a week for their pizza. Yummy.
You think there regular crust pizza is good try there thin crust. Outstanding with a glass of wine of course.
Romeos pizza is the absolute best. If you havent tried an Italiano, you need to do it! Amazing sauce and great prices.

2022-07-17Buffalo pizza used to be delicious. This time they dumped way too much hot sauce on it where no one could eat it. Weve ordered this several times and this time was inedible. I called to ask if the recipe changed and she just said sorry! Quality has definitely gone down.

2021-08-19Would have given 0 stars if possible, the employees are incredibly rude. They refused to process my order claiming they never received it… after I received a confirmation email they had received payment and were making my order. Luckily my credit card company was able to reverse the charge. Don’t order from these thieves

2021-09-16I usually like Romeos pizza however, I ordered a pizza on the evening of 9/15/2021, and when I was walking in to pick up my order I observed the pizza maker sprinkling cheese on a pizza and shoving the excess in his mouth and eating over the pizza being prepared. I lost my appetite and left. GROSS

2020-06-27Congratulations Romeo’s! Called at 9:42 to place and order. Was told the delivery time was 30 minutes (we live 2 minutes away from the store), which is totally acceptable. We called again at 10:30 to inquire about delivery time and was told 10 more minutes. It’s 11:03 pm now: no pizza, no delivery, no one answers the phone.I am the last person to post a negative review for anyone’s business. I always try to call the business and try to find out what the circumstance may be, but this is not the first time having issues with Avon Lake Romeo’s. Thank you for making sure I was not able to feed my guests! Never again!!!Update: it’s 11:30 and still no delivery!Award winning pizza? Maybe? Award winning franchise? Definitely not!

2019-10-31Let me start by saying I love Romeos pizza. My problem is that we ordered online and it said 45 min. My husband was there at this time, and had to wait 45 MORE minutes before it was ready. They kept assuring him just 10 more min. Very frustrating.

2017-05-16Your choice of sauces on a pizza pie - Marinara is our choice. We always order a full sheet (2 half-sheet pizzas) and the price is great. I have even asked for a half-baked full sheet pizza before and they trusted me with their pans! Very accomodating and really pleasant people - even their drivers/delivery guys. Polite, great food, clean place and close by. Glad they are doing well cause I never want any other pizza! YUMMM!
