Hello,I hope this reaches the right person. I wanted to personally reach out to give a compliment to your company and a specific driver we deal with often. I have had at least 50 deliveries come through this season and I always request the head of logistics with or manufacturer to book with Road runner. The main reason is your Driver Richard P out of one of your Ohio Branches. He has made every single delivery a smooth process and really knows his way around the truck ,he gets everything off without damage and deserves the highest praise. He is all around a great guy to deal with even on a personal note ,a very friendly person who has never made my customers or myself feel like our large orders are a bother. We have dealt with other trucking companies and drivers and he is by far our favorite. If my company was any bigger Id try to hire him myself. He represents your company very well. I felt compelled to leave this review of his services. As our season winds down I pray we have him next year when we pick back up.

I was *guaranteed* delivery of my customers part by today, 5 days after original estimated delivery. It did not show up, no one answers the phone at any location but HQ (which is closed at 6 est), and my customer and myself are both losing money. Absolutely terrible service.Pay the extra $50 and use a real carrier!!

Very nice people. Very helpful. I had to pick up a good size piece of farm equipment and they could not have been nicer. Helped load made sure my load was secure etc. This review for the terminal staff i dealt with.Oddly enough i had a freight need not long after picking up this piece of equipment. Let me tell you the customer service people are terrible. Had me going back and forth trying to get exact detail on one pallet.... when i finally talk the guy seliing me the item into going out and measure and weigh it i thought i was good. Send my infi to RR freight customer service only to be told that is not in our route system!! I gave the the address the first time i contacted them. So after wasting a few days i need to start over trying to line up shipping. Real bad customer service people. Perhaps the staff at the terminal could train them on customer service..they were great.

Instead of waiting to have some wheels delivered the following week (I work during the day like most people), I decided to pick them up on a Friday afternoon after work. After being instructed to back up to a loading dock, the wheels were brought out on a skid. Because the pallet weighed 465 lbs and the my truck wasnt high enough to be level with the dock, I asked the loader how he wanted to do this, break out the individual wheels from the pallet and load them individually, or if he could somehow load the pallet by dropping the forks below dock level. The loader said he could just drop the pallet down in the truck, which I took to mean he could lower the forks below the dock level. I had no idea he literally meant drop them because dropping a 465 lb pallet into the back of a pickup is crazy, right? Of course I agreed thinking that was just a figure of speech and that he could lower the pallet down into the truck bed via the fork truck, but before I even knew what was happening, he lowered the pallet just enough to catch the edge of the dock and backed the forks out of the pallet, dragging it off of the forks, at which point the entire thing dropped into the bed but fell forward as it did, landing against my bed cover (which probably saved my rear window). However, this ended up severely bending the tail gate rail of the cover significantly, and some of the bows were bent as well. I can now no longer use the cover, because the back portion is so severely bent.Im going to try replacing the tail gate rail of the cover, if I can find the replacement part. Its probably not worth going through the claims process with Roadrunner (if there even is one).If Roadrunner would like to settle after reading this review, Id be happy to accept and revise my review accordingly. Otherwise, I recommend staying away from this company if you need something shipped!

It took me 11 hours to pick a load Also there was additional stops I wasnt aware off when I booked the load so be careful If you were sent here Take showere in advance bring your food and a change of clothes. And if you are to be sent to another roadrunner facility be prepared to spend another 11 hour It could cost you 4 days to do 600 mile trip With a little money.

Over $5000 worth of building materials that were to be received by tomorrow morning according to their schedule and according to the method of transportation we chose and paid for. After much runaround Im told that the delivery will not be here until at least Tuesday 4 days later) and that things happen. I asked the person I spoke with if I would be given the things happen discount, at which point she got very angry and said she was going to end the call.

Terrible! Worst experience ever. They wouldnt even have the manning to unload my delivery (the guy showed up alone), and ask us to call a couple of guys to help to unload the truck. We called Roadrunner to explain and the person on the line was very unpleasant, claiming that the company we bought from and who ask them to deliver, didnt pay enough to get the right number of people to unload. How can you claim to be a transport company an not be able to just unload merchandise on the curbside, without help of your neighbors??

If your in need of your shipment DO NOT USE THIS FREIGHT COMPANY!!! They take 7 days to get from the Chesnee SC to Cleveland Oh. I called on the 6th day and they gave me the run around about something happened to the truck and told me it would be delivered the next day. I told them how bad I needed it and asked if they would please please put our load on the end of the truck so we could be delivered in the morning and when I called today was told between 3 and 4 it will be here. I will NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN!!! I had a shipment come from Kansas City to Cleveland delivered by DAYTON FREIGHT and it was here over night and the freight cost compared to this company is lower. SO DONT BE FOOLED BY THE NAME ROAD RUNNER ITS MORE LIKE DROOPY DOG
