Nine of ten times Ive had a moderate experience. But the two awful times were awful enough to trump even 8 wonderful experiences. Both involved nasty employees who have nothing but disdain for customers. One of those times they were audibly and explicitly smearing them and calling them lude names. Each time the level of nastiness and hatred was so obsurd it was clear this was not a outburst or unusual behavior for them. They were miserable and nasty and it was ok to be very open about it.

Havent had a problem there with anyone it sad how much i go.to this place and a couple others to point i know everyone but im a lay back person regardless i use the pharmacy as well they always did a great job from my aspect sometimes they dont have your meds or they are running behind but these are ppl that are trying not machines things are diff i understand ppl need there medicine but waiting an extra 3 4 hrs is nothing to get gun ho about and write petty reviews cause of it its a shame that people will degrade another human over things out of there control sometimes i know everything is fast pace now but as someone that relies on medicine to stay alive this pharmacy has done everything they can if there out of somthing they will try and find another pharmacy for you if you ask and if not then you have to wait its not there fault period if it takes time making sure your insurance will clear the bill or if u have to pay they have to sometimes work with ur doctors and count out medicine or sometimes have to mix and fill each capsule for u it takes time and to hate is sickening that ppl dont have patience anymore i kno i want my meds to be right and at a affordable price so this is why i go a couple days before im out if i dont already have auto fill on n when i go er yes they are sometimes closed but usually the hospital will give u what u need while there and most meds have a 5 to 12 hr half life anyway so u can go the next day so no need to have whatever right then n there unless its pain meds which i know it sucks but got to make due i know pain all to well but i choose other methods then pain meds but if u wait at the store usually quicker just ask it dont kill you to ask and be nice other then this the store is clean all the time shelves are stocked workers r friendly and helpful to best of there ability i find this a great store and pharmacy to go to

I like Rite Aid, but had a bad experience. I made a purchase with my debit card because thats the most convenient way for me to pay. When I tried to return te item they told me they could not credit the money back to my debit card even though I had my receipt! THIS NEEDS TO CHANGE! My local bank branch closed and the next closest branch is 25 mins away. I DO NOT want to have to drive to the bank to deposit cash every time I return something! CHANGE YOUR POLICY! Forcing people to accept cash from a debit card purchase is ridiculous and the antithesis of the convenience and modernity that is todays online and mobile banking technology! 😡

Absolutely the worst pharmacy experience ever! Not once but on going. Unless you sit inside the store and wait, they keep pushing your script back and changing times. Horrible!! You people need to grow up and be the professional your supposed to be. I will be changing pharmacies! You get no stars! You havent earned any!

Never had a problem with Rite Aid before. Never even posted a google review before but this was laughable. Lady told me I could pick my prescription up in 20 minutes. My girlfriend went to pick it up 30 minutes later& was told it would be another 40 minutes. I called to get an explanation and was talked down to because I told them I would come back, so they just changed the time without telling us? Where’s the communication? Pharmacist was rude and wouldn’t admit any fault. If you told me when I left, “hey it’s only gonna be 20minutes if you wait but if you leave it’s gonna be longer”...cool that wouldn’t have been a problem. I won’t be coming back to rite aid again. That’s a promise. OH! & then this lady had the audacity to tell me that the time stamp wasn’t until 11:30 and it was 11:29 and we’d spent 2 minutes on the phone so it wouldn’t be until at least 11:32 now. Lmfao

I used to think this pharmacy was great. Then several months ago their longtime pharmacist/pharmacy manager left and its been horrible ever since. Ill be moving my prescrptions very soon!

I dropped a prescription of at 11am and took 7 hours to get notified it was ready for pick up I also called and the lady in pharmacy chuckled as i told her Ive been waiting for hours after leaving the ER Never will use this Rite-Aid again!

Doctor called prescription in hours before I went to pick it up. I stopped on my way to work and they had not even filled it yet. This caused me time I didnt have. And here while Im waiting now the card reader doesnt work.... great job rite aid.
