Wow, what a great store. Everyone is so friendly. Jenn at the pharmacy was able to help me get a prescription price lowered with great ease and I didnt even have to lift a finger. Well definitely be back!!!!!!

Wonderful group of professionals that take great care of their customers! They are always willing to go above and beyond to make sure medications are available when needed and take care of any concerns we may have. Cannot recommend this location enough!

Though, they are clearly overworked and short-staffed, the staff and pharmacist were very friendly and working their butts off. Also, I just realized that they are open 24 hours so I changed my rating to 5 stars. Keep up the good work!!

Rite Aid is always a great place to get prescriptions and things you need on short notice. Great staff and excellent pharmacists.

Always understaffed !!! Always atleast an hour wait even if you wait in the store !! Dont get me wrong the associates that work there are great especially Louise ( I think thats her name ) there doing there best to keep up they are just swamped and dont have enough people to run the place!! You would think they would do more to try an hire people instead of working the few workers they have to there breaking point!!! Of all places to be understaffed u wouldnt think it would be the pharmacy!!

I pick up my neighbors meds from this location and I have to applaud the group of individuals back in the pharmacy. They are always busy if you sit in the waiting area and watch what they have to do for 15 minutes, just sit there!! You observe them grabbing phones, getting drive thru, making sure you’re taken care of, counting, what have you I wish more people appreciate all the hard work you people go through! I hope you all get raises! Keep being amazing guys! Thank you for all the hard work you do to keep us safe.

An absolute nightmare. A pharmacist flatly lied to me and told me they had received my prescription. When I called again to pick it up.. all other pharmacists say its not there, no prescription ever came. No one will tell me who I spoke to that lied to me- even though I have the exact time. I presume thats because I told them my intent is to file a complaint with the State of Ohio Board of Pharmacy. They lastly claimed theres no supervisor available for eight days! They refuse to take accountability and pile lies on lies to protect their employees. Im not done - this is very illegal what they are doing to me and I will take all steps needed to make it right in court. If you dont want to need a lawyer to protect yourself - go elsewhere.

I went to Rite Aid 4 times to pick up my medication. On the first visit I was given 3 pills, I had called my medication in the week before and was told it would be in the next day. I went back the next day no medication. The nex day I went back it was stated to me that I dont know what happen but they forgot to order your medication saleperson stated. I was told to come back after 4 the next day. I arrived at the store 6/8 to pick up the old and new prescriptions. This process took over 2 or 4 hours.When I prepared to pay the my price was higher then I every paid, I gave them a discount code and they told me to wait another 25 minutes. Ive waited 4 days for the medication + additional 2-4 hours to get my completed order than Im over charge. Due to the long wait and the mistake of not ordering my medication I paid the higher price just to get away from the 24 hours store.What is so sad is that Rite Aid will lose customers because they are understaff at that store and its make the service terrible. Ive been a faithful customer and it irritates me of their carelessness.

Ive been struggling with different rite aids trying to get help with a prescription with no success. Called here, talked to Willie who is cool as hell, and he solved my issue quickly. This place rocks, Willie rocks.

Ive used this pharmacy for years & decided to leave a review after going there today to pick up a prescription. The automated phone system told me that itd be ready by 2 p.m., but when I got there, I was then told that there was none in stock. I was completely out of my medication, so I was one agrivaged customer. However, Jennifer did an amazing job at calming me down and worked something out with the other staff to make sure I was able to get a few days worth until itd be in stock tomorrow. I had to wait a while, but she kept me updated. She is such a sweetheart.
