Rude Rude Rude!! We went in to ask about SUV’s and pricing asked if they could give us info .The “salesman” was annoyed by us asking about cars and made a rude comment saying yeah if you can get approved. Considering I have cash shouldn’t be hard. Went over to the aka manager who was behind a desk didn’t even know about the cars I was asking about both guys huffed having to look it up. Not worth anyones time! Don’t go to them unless you want to be treated poorly

I was so happy to get my 2019 Chevy Malibu they were attentive and fast I was in and out in a hour and a half they even let me drive it home same day. Very satisfied with Maia at the tallmadge location.Follow up after a year my check engine light is on and my coverage is up so I’m paying out of pocket to get it fixed smdh waste of money!!

The guy I dealt with was nice but other then that it is extremely sketchy. I drove an hour and half to look for a truck (by the way they don’t have prices on them until you start signing paperwork) only to be told I need 4000 dollars down at least. At that price I can find a decent used vehicle at another dealer. Don’t go here their vehicle buying “program” is a giant scam just out there not to help you, but charge you 25%+ on interest. No one is trying to help you with them terms.

Tried to give a vehicle we didnt want, then sent us home promising to call the next morning... After multiple calls, multiple days later, we decided to visit their Cleveland location... Completely different atmosphere... Was in and out with a truck we wanted in about 2 hours!Make the drive to Cleveland!
I just came out of bankruptcy and thought I was going to have to settle for something old with alot of miles to start off in. Tracy Austin had a program ready for me. She sent me home in a 3 ye old vehicle with just 72,000 miles. And the interest rate was not the worst in the world. They include 2 yrs of oil changes, and 1 yr of roadside assistance. It was a very pleasant experience.

My family and I bought a mini van from this company. They have been absolutely great with the purchase and repair up to this point. I bought it in the beginning of Oct 2019, they repaired a few things in the coming weeks with no problem. I requested for them to look at it in Jan or feb because it wasn’t shifting right. They did look and said it was fine. My warranty was up first week of April. Second week of April an engine light pops on and the code was for the torque converter circuit? I made the call and they decided to look at it saying our warranty was up so they would see. Technically they were right. So they split it with me, which like I said, technically they didn’t have to. Right Way split the cost of a new transmission with me which was about $700. At first I wasn’t happy but after I thought about it I really appreciate them helping as they did, then they let me put it on the back of the loan. Thanks again to Right Way for being generous and meeting my family half way!
Went in to this place nervous and with low expectations and left with joy and appreciation. I walked in after a pre-approval online and Justin was my salesperson. After about an hour he got me a test drive, a ford fusion. This was right at close, i let him know i dont do fords. So he scheduled me to come in the next day and Robert fought like hell to get me the truck i wanted but my credit is... Ok. They still managed to find a 2013 jetta for me to test drive. If you were to tell me 5 years ago i would be driving a jetta today i would call you crazy! But you know what... I absolutely loved it! So much so that i bought it lol. Justin is #1 and Robert will do everything in his power to get you what you want. Rightway Auto is the Rightway to go! Ask for Justin hell take care of ya!

Me and my boyfriend went to Rightway located in Akron, Ohio where we were scheduled to meet with one of their sales consultants Tracey Austin. The atmosphere was very mild and calm, Tracey herself was very prompt, honest, and thorough regarding the entire process of getting a new vehicle. As far as Tracey and her approach as a sales person she is fantastic! As she is able to connect with customers and individuals and not just an asset in her pocket. I appreciated her timeliness and her ability to remain truthful, responsive, and respectful within her position at Rightway. The 4 stars is due to malfunctions that were also quickly recognized and put into top priority when resolved. Although I had to reach out on my own a few times, I would have to honestly say that I am pleased with our experience with Rightway and would/will be reffering them to anyone who is curious about our new vehicle.
I had been to several places to get my first car, and they all rejected me for having NO credit. This was my last stop, and I really thought I just wouldn’t be able to get a car. They found a way, and not only that, explained everything to me in great detail. They really have your best interest in heart, and are unlike any other car dealership I have been to. My husband and I needed a vehicle right away. We’re both working and have two young kids in school and a toddler at home. I heard an advertisement on the radio and decided to look them. Once I did I scheduled an appt to go in and Tracy was extremely helpful. At first she tried to get us into a car but then I told her we were looking for something with 3 rows. She was able to get us into a really nice van without having to put a huge amount down. The entire staff was really nice and definitely helpful. I’d definitely recommend them.

Do NOT get a car loan through these people unless you literally have no other options for yourself. Take the bus for a while if you have to and save up. These people are con artists. I was offered a car for $6,180 if I also put $2,000 down. The car payment each month were about $250. Not bad right... but the interest rate wasnt being shown to me so i did the math myself. $250/month for 5 years puts me at about $15,000 Im actually spending on the $4000 owed on that car. Always do the math. DO NOT GO HERE. Theyre not there to help you out In your time of need. Nobody that wants to help you gives you over a 50% interest rate. Thats highway robery.

So glad I read the details in the financial agreement before I kept signing!! Was told I would have a 24month loan on a car that was $4,995 then when it came time it was switched to a 54 month loan so I would have paid $13,000 for the car!! This place wouldve drained me on a car that was 10 years old! Buyer beware of the fine print with these guys!!

Now this is my personal experience so I can’t speak for everyone. I went to two different car lots before I went there today and I was told this and that only to be told I need 4000 down. I told the lady I wasn’t on my job that long she said that’s fine but she tells me my down payment was based on that and other things. They didn’t help me I don’t know about everyone else but they didn’t treat me like the website said they did. I made sure before I came up there I let her know everything about my background she still said come on up as long as you make over 1000 a month you will be fine. Wasted my time they really did but I’m sure they have good outcomes with other customers just not me.
Today I went to Rightway Automotive Credit, and I can say with great dignity that Im very pleased with the car I got! Kendall for sure helped me 100%. I was looking to put $800 down, but with my insurance issue I got to put even less down, thanks to Kendall and his manager! If you need a car I definitely recommend here, youll get the best deals! My boyfriend and i recently bought a car here. We were honored to have Tracy as our sales person. She is awesome, made us feel like part of her family she was workin with. She never showed doubt or hesitation. We wld recommend her 24/7. She absolutely made the process hassel free and comfortable. Usually buying a car takes days sometimes but here and with Tracey, it felt like 5 minutes. Somehow she just knows what vehicles a person wld like because we put our trust in her to pick a good car and nice style and the very first choice was the one for us. This place is by far the WORST car dealership i have ever been to. About a year ago i bought a 2013 VW Passat from them. very first day i had the car i have had issues. Tracy is the one who sold me my car, not only did the car have stains and dents that i was promised would be fixed that never were but my first car payment went missing as well. It took almost 2 months for my paperwork to go through so I was suggested by the dealership to make my payment to them since my loan hadnt gone through yet. Next thing i know the company my loan is through was calling me asking where the payment was. They told me what Right Way told me was wrong and i should have never gave them a payment, which was missing all the way up until the day after i spoke with the corporate office. In the last year i have had to replace tires, the battery, hoses, brakes and many other things. I should NOT be having this many issues with a car ive only had a year. The most recent issue was that i was hospitalized for a week, when i was released from the hospital after being diagnosed with kidney disease the car would not start. I had to have the car towed and was later told that there was a 3rd party device on the car from the owners before right way and they had deactivated my computer even though i have made all my payments. Right Way refused to pay $130.00 for this even though this device should have been removed before i even got the car. I called Tracy and asked for help and just like every other encounter she was extremely rude and confrontational going as far as to say Its been a year its not our problem knowing that she sold me a faulty car. This car was the biggest waste of time and money and i have never in my life felt so mistreated as i have by this company. I am advising you and i will be advising everyone i know, DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE.

I had just experienced a repossession and was in need of a vehicle to get me back and forth to work. I had a small down payment and needed something reliable not just for me but for my kids and Tracey Austin made it happen. I was in a car within 3 hours tops. She really tries to make sure you leave the door satisfied with the decision youve made and with no questions left to be answered. She also breaks down your credit report for you and gives very good tips and advice on how you can improve your score both through Rightways 3 step program and with things already shown on your credit. Bought a car Saturday 9/7 from Kendra. The car had a check engine light on, which i signed papers that they would fix that NO Matter what. Drop the car off Monday 9/9 give them a list what is wrong with it, manager said she is ONLY fixing the saftey stuff. Picked my car up Thursday 9/12 didnt even have my car for 4 hours and the check engine light comes on again, theres smoke coming from the hood. The gasket that they just fixed popped and is pouring out oil. Tried calling no answer. Now broke down, but suppose to have road side assistance but was never given a number to call. WHAT A JOKE! SO NOW WHAT DO I DO????? I WISH I WOULD HAVE NEVER OF GOTTEN A VEHICLE FROM THIS PLACE. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Went in after a year of having my 2008 Nissan and Tracey worked magic. I ended up driving home a 2016 fully loaded low mileage Ford Escape. Ask for Tracey if you are shopping at Rightway.
DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS PLACE.Wrong Way Auto Salvage should be their name.They put me into a newer car. Well it turned out to be a pile of junk. Not even 2 miles down the road check engine light comes on. It needed gas so I filled it up, then it wouldnt start. A month later $300 worth of repairs put into it. 6 months later $1500 worth work put into it because their so called mechanic put parts on backwards. Now Im faced with spending another $5000 in engine repair or letting the pile of scrap go back and ruining my credit.They beg you to rate them high on Google

So yesterday I went into RightWay and felt like family right away. Ameer just has this personality that just makes you feel comfortable. Me and husband were involved in a car accident on Tuesday and our car was totaled. I went to RightWay scared that it was going to be like any other car dealership and I was going to get denied because I had a repo year ago. But that wasn’t the case. They have a three step program that will help me build my credit. Thank you RightWay And thank you Ameer.
They help you restablish yourself but at a significant cost. The car they offered me was great, but by time i wouldve paid it off i would have paid more than double. The payments amounted to twice as much as i had budgeted as well, and wouldve been paying for 6 years!

Very deceptive we were told payment would be one price then were told it would be almost double the first payment we were told only to find out the payment is even more than the payment that was scribbled on a piece of paper that we agreed to . All Ameer was worried about was his commision he didnt listen or care what we wanted .We got 0 paperwork almost 2 months later. The place is very disorganized they were supposed to pick up our trade over a month ago got a text yesterday asking if they had picked it up . We went to the dealership a week and a half ago to get our title the lady couldnt find it said they mailed it our temp tag expired last night and I now have to go in person to pick the title up even tho I went to pick it up once and was told it wasnt there so now I have to drive with expired tag or wait 5 more days for them to mail it which was the solution the lady at the dealership had when I told her we needed title and tag was expiring at midnight. Would not recommend them even if you are desperate.
I went in recently to get a car, unfortunately at this time it didnt work out but Alexis and Isaac really tried hard to get me one and for that I am very appreciative! Bryce spent time not only explaining ways to help improve my credit but the best part of it all is that they worked their magic to get me financed in a much newer and nicer car than I could have hoped for. I purchased a 2014 VW CC from Rightway. I have debated whether writing a comment was a good idea, but here it goes. So I took the car to them due to when they sold me the vehicle Ammeer (a worker there, his desk is the first one to the left when you walk through the main doors) he told me it was a censor and that was why ALL the lights were on the dash. He convinced me that it was an easy fix. So I took the car back to them and they had the car for 2 days. I get a text message from Amear that stated they found out the issue was a censor. I was confused because we already knew it was the censor and they were supposed to have ordered the part to have it be an easy fix. So they give me the car back and tell me I need to bring it back when the censor gets there. So about a week and a half later he tells me that its there and I can bring the car back. So I take the vehicle back and they told me it would be a few days. After THREE WEEKS they finally tell me its done and I can come pick it up Monday after work. Then Ammear texts me and said that the tire has a bump in it and needs replaced so I turn around and not go to pick it up because something else was wrong with it. So I go from Medina Oh to Tallmadge Oh to pick it up the next day. I go to pull of the lot and the car didn’t stop like the brakes weren’t working so I turn the vehicle around and leave it there. I called Kelly in the morning who is the boss of right way and she said that she will send it back to her guys after Kelly and Ammear both stated that the car was 100% done. So Kelly calls me yesterday and tells me that the vehicle was driven by 3 different people and they said the car is perfect. Yesterday I drive off the lot and the car is making a horrible loud sound, it was coming from the front of the car, I decided to take the car to NAPA and North High Auto inWadsworth. They BOTH told me that the wheel Barings are bad. I call Kelly this morning and she tells me that they cant bring my car back in. I am outraged by the lack of customer service any of those people working there have. If I could I would get out of this loan ASAP and still debating whether I need to get a lawyer because I was almost hit pulling of the lot on Tuesday when the vehicle didn’t stop. All in all Kelly said that basically she didn’t believe me because the other people drove it. Well unless those people are incompetent and or lack of hearing. Anyone would have noticed the LOUD sound coming from the breaks and or feeling the Barings because it is so bad that anyone would notice it. So the mechanic shop is calling Kelly today to get a copy of the warranty to see if they can fix it and have it be covered. I will keep this review updated as this progresses. But overall DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM RIGHTWAY. Ammear is a liar for instance he was supposed to fix the plastic piece underneath the driver seat. He was texting me as he was fixing it and he said on his last text that he got it and it was securely fixed. Those were the exact words. I just noticed this morning all this man did was shove the plastic piece underneath the seat and did not fix a dam thing. This is my first car loan and I am so furious with these people that I am still considering hiring a lawyer because they risked my safety when the brakes did not stop as I was going into traffic. What if I had a kid in the car and was hit due to their lack of customer safety. I will never purchase another vehicle from them again and in 2 years I am done with this place. I can’t believe the customer service here and I cant believe how Ammear sold me a bunch of BulL. So do not buy from them you WILL REGRET IT!!!!UPODATE***** 7/22/2019: i RECENTLY GOT AN OIL CHANGE BECAUSE I DIDNT TRUST RIGHTWAY. THE TIRE THAT AMMEAR SAID HE REPLACED DUE TO A BUBBLE. MY UNCLE TOLD ME NONE OF THE TIRES ARE NEW SO OBVIOUSLY THEY DIDNT REPLACE IT. NOW SOMETHINGS WRONG IN THE TIRE, IVE DRIVEN THE VEHICLE LESS THAN 3K SINCE MY PURCHASE DATE. MY QUESTION IS HOW STUPID CAN A SALES PERSON BE AND HOW STUPID CAN HIS MANAGER BE AND HOW STUPID COULD THE MECHANIC BE?
100% on there credit game. Got a friend approved for a 2015 vehicle so yes dont go to the others give Rightway a try. Not North Coast or any other Rightway. They will get you approved

DO NOT TRUST THEM. NEVER buy a car from these people. Wish I could give 0 stars. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, but now Im over it. They just want to get you in a car and push you out the door, I realized that when they kept trying to put me In cars that I didnt want. And I swear the girl who sold me the car didnt pay attention to a thing she was doing because They screwed up my paperwork multiple times so I had to go in to resign documents TWICE. And because they didnt put the correct vehichle information in the first place, they raised my payment amount by $50. Ive been trying to make my first payment since August 24th, Now, here I am, 3 days before its due and the bank im supposedly getting financing through still has no record of an account for me. They must not want to get paid for this car. They start off super friendly and nice but get an attitude when you call to tell them about an issue youre having, AND they NEVER call you back - Ive always had to call back multiple times. I was literally desperate and needed to get a car, if I knew better I would have waited and leased something before I dealt with this BS. I would have continued to uber around if I knew they didnt have theyre sh*** together. Worst excuse for a car dealership Ive ever dealt with.
Bought a car there. the bank denied my loan 4 days after they said I was approved. Then they got me approved by a different bank didnt tell me none of these information. They called me back in to sign paper for that bank. Told me that they just sent my info to wrong bank. They said I had sign my paperwork Electronically. I asked for a copy of what I was signing they said I was just signing the same papers as I did before when I got loan for the vehicle and they couldnt print them out that day. 23 days later I found out this info because I noticed my due date for car was changed when I received the bill to my car loan. I called them to get the bank to changed my due date. They said they couldnt. I called Parma office and talked the Manager there. He said that they Reimburse me the money that I paid to get my due date changed. that was 2 months ago and Im still waiting on my 28.00 check!I dont give them any Stars! They suck as a company!

My wife and I visited the Tallmadge Ohio location in August of 2019.We were told that they could put us into an automobile regardless of our circumstances and our credit.Believing that, we proceeded with the purchase application.2 weeks later we received a letter in the mail informing us that the finance company wanted proof of employment.We called the store to get clarity on the letter because we had already received 2 denial letters from 2 different finance companies. No one ever returned our call.The denial letters kept coming. Almost a month after visiting that location, we finally reached the store Manager. She was cold and non caring in her response to my request to stop running our credit. They only ran it to 6 creditors she said.Consequently, I reached out to corporate office and was told by her boss, in so many words, thats the way it goes.After reminding them of the commercial guaranteed financing or receive a $200.00 gift card,I was toldWe had you financed but you didnt comply with the finance companys request for additional information.I plan to go public with the deceptive nature of this organization as well as reporting them to the better business bureau and the Attorney generals office for investigation.I dont recommend this company to anyone who is shopping for a car.

If I could give NEGATIVE 5 stars I would!!! Do NOT !!!! purchase a vehicle from here! The cars are rusted out and come with extensive damage that they do not fix before selling! My tire almost fell off the same day I purchased the vehicle. The check engine light came on two days after I drove off the lot (they turned it off to get a sale). Since October my car has been in the shop 6 times! The emergency break fell off while driving! The power steering is going out! The engine now has a cylinder 6 misfire! And I can’t pump more thabb$10 of gas at a time bc it shuts off every 30 cents! I believe they purchase cars damaged in floods down south and resale! It won’t run and rightway lied and told me they’d cover it and didn’t! The manager Brad hung up on me and the staff Tracey showed no concern for my car troubles! The mechanics there are mediocre at best! SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!!! I’m contacting lawyer Laura McDowell who has sued them before and won!

Disrespectful received text from ameer on my personal phone telling my husband that he shouldnt be telling them how to do their job; When we dropped are car off wednesday on may 15th at 9am and didnt receive our vehicle back till friday may 17th and my husband called before receiving these text just to have a progress check on the vehicle and after all of this they didnt fix the car a single bit they were suppoused to do an oil change and never did; Makes me think that the 3 days they had our car that they let it sit in the parking lot and did nothing but reset codes in the engine computer

2022-01-08Came here not knowing what to expect since Ive been turned down by other dealers for having another loan (car was totaled in rear end collision and going through the process for GAP to pay the rest of the balance off) Tracey and the group here made it a very easy process and was able to get me in a 2018 Kia with extremely low miles. I absolutely love it and will recommend RightWay to anyone looking for a vehicle.

2022-07-16I had negative equity on my Maibu 2015. I thought I would have to get a old car and roll the payment. But Tracy was able to get me financed for 2020. I a brand new car! Im so happy for my experience!
