My experience at Right Way Auto was one of my best experiences in car buying. Went to this place with my fiancé with VERY little wiggle room to be approved for a car this was my third choice after getting turned down from 2 other dealerships we left with a 2019 Ford Fiesta ! I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 stars due to a couple concerns . I can say my original salesperson was great her name was Lakesha she made sure I left in a vehicle that day which I really appreciated because I was in need for a new car and it was a pretty good down payment ! My only problem I have with them is I can’t trade my car in until having it for at-least 2 years I have had my car for only 4 months now and I already had a few problems my first one was my windows stopped working so I was stuck with one of the windows down in the cold for at-least a month straight , I also found out there was a internal gas leak that was very dangerous to drive around with and I wasn’t aware until the smell had got strong and the first mechanics told me I was safe to drive then I take the car back in and all of a sudden it is not safe to drive and they said my gas was spraying everywhere I was putting $50 in my tank almost every day I got lucky and right way paid for a rental which I was very happy about !! Then another problem popped up and now I guess something about a axel is broke and with it being broke and I didn’t know my car drifted me off the road luckily I gained control but it’s just upsetting because I am without a car again and it has not been a full month since I just received my car back from the mechanics besides those problems they are awesome all together very nice people to work with which I may possibly be back in the future depending how much work needs done on top of everything else!

I had such a good experience here. The salesmen Shad is good at what he do he helped me pick a excellent car with in my budget. I was having trouble getting a good quote on insurance for the car and he let me take the car home over night to do whatever I needed to do. The next morning I came in he had done some research for me and found me a wonderful quote and right in my budget for me. I recommend everyone to go to him for a new car, hes good at what he do and he works within you budget.

5 stars doesnt do justice the experience my girlfriend and I had. We were in a rough situation that led to her needing a car quick and were having a hard go of things. They helped an associate of mine, his score was in the 500s!! Most vehicles are 10 years old, or younger, and all vehicles come with two years of free oil changes (all mechanical work is performed at an off site location on Madison Avenue, in Lakewood). Today I walked away with a 2019 Dodge Caravan. It was not on that specific lot, but they helped me find one close by. They then took my wife to pick up this new van with 9,700 miles on it. She drove it back to the dealership my daughter and I were at. Her test drive was basically from Bedford to Parma 😂. Thanks to Lakesha at the Parma Rightway Location I can drive my family of 6 around in a vehicle they deserve! 5/5 stars would recommend. So does my little girl. She had a blast with all of the staff. From the time I pulled up to the parking lot I was greeted and treated with so much excellent service. I told them what I could offer and they worked with me on all levels!!! Ok update, first they gave me a car they wanted not let me see what I wanted they cleaned the car inside with a ton of amoral, now it has been almost 2 months having my car and I found out I have rusted transmission hose, rusted rotors and a few more thing I was told by the mechanic they use and it is not coved by the warranty 😡 (go figure) now Im stuck paying to get it fixed 😡 and they tried to get more money out of me 😡 be careful I was desperate I needed a car for work and didnt check carfax.They was friendly and helpful and I appreciate that and got me in a car.

I’ll start off by saying they have good customer service. We were originally were suppose to meet with Brian and Waseem took over our appointment. I went with my mother as she was looking to purchase a nice reliable car. Again good customer service, we test drove a good car first time was out of her price range, she asked for a later model car between 2012-14. Was given a 2007 Nissan, we test drove it and it was making noises, the speedometer didn’t work and the engine light was on. We then Had to wait 3hrs to get it “fixed”. As of right now 10pm on a Sunday she could not make it to work BECAUSE THE CAR WOULD NOT START as it did not start on Saturday evening when she got home as well !!!! I do NOT and would NOT recommend this place personally!!! AVOID.
Derek was fantastic. Great people and easy financing. Would HIGHLY repeat HIGHLY recommend this place. No judgement. Got a car that was worth every penny. Derek told us everything we needed to know about the fiance company and what was needed to be done. Left with a low mileage car that is still under warranty.
Robert Jenkins got me in and out! Im so glad I came here because they really can get ANYBODY approved, and they can get any car you want, with the exception of approval. Shad also helped with my process he was very honest and helpful. Only negative was the manager there has a smart mouth and comes off as kind of rude. But Robert and Shad were EXCELLENT

I read good reviews about this car lot, so I decided to stop by. I am a temp and they were willing to work with me as long as I was on my assignment for three months (which is good because most places wont even accept that). After being there for four hours, I got approved for a vehicle, but I didnt have insurance. My down deposit was $300 and the woman told me if I use some of the deposit to get my insurance, they will let me drive off that day, as long as I pay the rest of the deposit before the 45 day tags expired. Great deal right? WRONG. Not even two weeks later I get a very threatening voicemail from the manager stating I drove off the property without paying and if I dont come to his shop immediately he was calling the police and filing charges against me! I ended up rushing there after work and explained to the man that his sales rep told me I was ok to drive off with part of the deposit down, and that I was given the OK to do so by him (the manager). The sales rep apparently told the boss that I said i was coming right back with the money and never did. I just said screw it and paid the remainder right then an there (over drafted me but whatever). A week later I get a call from the manager stating my auto loan was declined because of a garnishment I have from school (i mentioned this to the sales rep when I first arrived to get a car and she said I still got approved off of it. LIED) THEN after I signed up for insurance while I was there, turns out the sales rep LIED on my progressive application stating I had insurance before which is how I got my low insurance rate and I had to battle with the insurance company to avoid any fraud charges! Long story short (not really) I got my money back from the dealership and never looked back. Worst experience
Lakesha is your go to girl if you don’t think you can get a car trust me I came in and didn’t think I could get a car at all I had no credit no money down nothing I just came in with pay stubs I walked out with a 2017 Kia SUVShe is honestly the best I thought there was no way I was walking out with a nice low mileage SUV. This place is only concerned about getting money and does not care about customer needs or safety. We were sold a car that had three issues with it and only found it after taking it into the Ford Dealorship, which told us that the car should not have been sold to us at all. We contacted management, who told us that there was nothing that they could do and that they didnt know about the deficiencies, which was obviously a lie. We have two small children and they still sold the car to us! Please do not buy from them and watch out for a salesman named Eric. They will do their best to screw you over!

Bought a car two weeks ago, since then it’s had to go to their mechanic 3 times, they won’t replace the car. Right off the lot the window wouldn’t roll back up, then the speedometer wasn’t working so we had no idea how fast we were driving, took it to their mechanic, they fixed it then started driving again. Check engine light came on for transmission issues, took it up there they had it for a week. Get the car back, get promised it was fixed, about 20 miles after getting it back it starts throwing codes again and check engine cane back on. Honestly I would not recommend buying a car here at all, they just want your money and their mechanics don’t know what they are doing.

I got a nice car yes but the price was entirely too high! A 2014 Chevy Cruze for 25,000?! High monthly payments AND the car was missing some things underneath the hood. Engine almost completely went out on me while driving! Never again

Awesome! When I walked through these doors I was tired of being lied to from buy here pay here dealerships .The young lady who helped us was very hospitable. While we waited for our credit check to come back my husband was mumbling that we werent going to get approved.. But Melissa Campbell would not give up!... She worked some magic. 2022-05-19Man where do I start. I went to this car lot thinking I wouldnt get approved for a vehicle. But Lakesha and Eric went above and beyond the call of duty. They worked all day to get me approved. Lakesha is amazing,sweet, kind,she explains everything and is truthful about everything. Eric is awesome! They both worked so hard to get me approved. They make you feel like family. They do everything in there power to get you approved. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a car. That wants trusting people! 2022-07-01It was nerve racking when I first walked in the door due to be turned down or over charged at other places . Honestly I didn’t think I was going to get approve for a car but they made it happen .Shunita , she knew I was getting worried and talked me through it . She reassured me that everything is going to be fine , which in the end it was . She is amazing , so is the other woman that is working there .I would suggest to make sure you have all the documents you need to make the process go smoother , and probably make an appointment beforehand.

2022-06-03Walked in not expecting to get approved for a car loan since I have a recen-ish voluntary repossession/charge off on my credit report. Left with a 2019 Jetta. Gonna try to pay it off soon and avoid some of the interest charges that come from them being willing to take a chance on people like me lol! Shunita was super efficient and professional. Wish Id gotten the other 2 ladies names as well. They seem like a really good group of folks. Definitely recommend going here if you need a car and cant get credit anywhere else!

2022-05-03Lakesha was AMAZING!!! She made sure she did everything possible to help me go home with a vehicle today. Not only that, but she made feel like family. She made getting a car a fun and personal experience, and I can tell that she genuinely cared when helping me today.

2022-06-20Shun was great and disarming. Though I was stressed before I walked thru the door she managed to ease the stress and provided me with great service and the Manager worked his magic since I was fresh outta bankruptcy. Additionally, the remaining staff were great and friendly. I’d recommend this place for someone reestablishing their life.
