Got my first car from here with a 514 credit score and 500 down Alissa was amazing she stayed after hours to help me get into something because I desperately needed a car and Ill be coming back for every car after this one! 10/10 would recommend.
Id rate this -5 stars, if I could.I purchased A 2017 Chevy Cruze on December 27, 2021. The vehicle had about 86k on the odometer.Firstly, it was filthy on the inside...loose tobacco all over the footwells, gunk, food wrappers and other garbage throughout.I had the vehicle fully serviced on January 15; and everything seemed copasetic. I drove the vehicle approximately 2,000 miles over the span of 2.5 months, and it has been sitting in two different repair shops since mid March, after the engine abruptly cut off while I was driving...no warning lights, smells...nothing.I found out today that 2 of the 4 cylinders are shot (no compression), and the vehicle needs a new engine. The vehicle is barely 5 years old, and doesnt even have 100k on it, and now it is essentially a piece of junk on four wheels.I have a strong inclination to believe these people had to have known of an issue that major, yet sold me the vehicle anyway.DO NOT waste your time or money here, or at any other RightWay dealership. Zero integrity, zero respect for other peoples time.All they did was perpetuate the stereotype of the sleazy car salesman.

The staff are super friendly however they bring you cars they can “approve” you for. I don’t know about anyone else but I was told to never let the salesman lead you to the car you will buy. I just wasn’t feeling it.

Most unprofessional place I have been to. Ashley is very rude and honestly needs to find a different job. They have literally the worst customer service. They say they will call me back and never have when they have my car for over 2 weeks and never call.
Dont recommend unless you want your credit to go bad.... They will run your credit before looking at a car. Who does that. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE PLEASE you will thank me later
So where to start about 6 months ago I had got a car from there turned out the car had over 6 big issues wrong with It it!!!! I call up there they say they will fix it then I’m waiting over 6 months for them to order parts which they said they had orderd now they say they gonna have it inspected somewhere else and this would be the 3 shop and they haven’t orderd parts yet ?????? no one ever calls u back ever not happy at all !! sad to say there people out here ready to take your money and try to get one over on you I would never recommend this place to anyone looking for a used or new car and if u do have it inspected before u pay 16 grand for a car and it needs over 12 grand in work highly disappointed in rightway and the staff at the Fairfield location !!!!!!!! People also recommend me there fo to great service but that was clearly a lie because it’s not been good !!!
I needed a new ride so I searched the RightWay inventory on their website until I found exactly what I was looking for, an awesome 2017 Dodge Durango RT. I contacted Ashley to check on the availability and she had it transferred to their lot for me to test drive. Took me all of 5 minutes to know I wanted that vehicle. If I could I would give no stars. It’s been nothing but a run around. I haven’t even had the car for 6 months yet and here I am with a car with a bad turbo, with bunch of sales rep giving us the run around they don’t honor their 6months/ 6,000 miles limited warranty it pretty much well your problem not their. I have warranty’s yet my car still not fixed. I lost out on 200 dollars going to Chevy where their mechanic told me to go just for Chevy to say the car is not covered. Rightway instead of helping and calling Chevy themselves to find out what’s the problem they insist it’s covered. I wished my husband and I did research before coming here.

Got a car from them , needed a oil change which they lied and said it had one . There was very little brake fluid and antifreeze . The car tires are also bad and need replaced along with the wipers and was low on tire pressure I guess from sitting. They charged a crazy amount of money for the vehicles you buy and care little about the overall condition of the vehicles and how you feel . The sales person usually pushes you to leave them good reviews . Place is very shady and overpriced overall with insane interest rates . I would not recommend buying a car from right away even know we like the car its definitely overpriced . Although they do work with you with down payment and credit , its not going work out in your favor in the end .
STAY AWAY FROM THEM AT ALL COST! I’ve had my car from them a halfway over a year now and I’ve had issues with it consistently since after the first 7 months I’ve had it. The first incident is when the transmission went out on me as soon as I pulled off of my street. Fast forward 5 months later the transfer case went out on me while I was on the expressway, the car stopped moving and was making a loud whining noise which cost me $1,900 to replace. Now 5 months later AGAIN, the driveshaft needed to be replaced due to loud tapping and shaking on acceleration which cost me $1,200 to repair and to turn around 2 weeks later the differential has broken on me while I was on my way home. Their cars are complete GARBAGE. Save your time, money and credit by AVOIDING going to RightWay.

DO NOT PURCHASE A CAR FROM HERE. They sold me a bad car I have barely been able to use it. Gregg told me that my warranty would cover everything except normal wear and tear that’s a lie. My car has been smoking and burning up oil come to find out I need a whole new motor, the gas cap kept coming up on the dash and we have to pay out of pocket to get that taken care of. I did not “wear and tear” my engine or the oil or the gas problem and now I’m stuck with a high monthly payment and no car to drive. I’ve had the car maybe a minimum of 3 weeks and it’s been at the shop twice!! I will never go back here or recommend anyone to buy a car from here! You guys did me dirty!! Also all the high ratings are from customers who just got their car, they ask you in the office to write a review, glad I waited. You’ll be happy at first then realize you got sold a piece of junk!

Very pleased with my purchase. The Manager listened and worked with me. However the actual Sales Woman was not genuine at all ... FAKE .. I sent a nice follow up email letting her it was nice working with her .. Not even a reply .. ... I get it ..I get a call after on some information she requested .. She was even standoffish over the phone. If the person I was buying the car for didnt like it so much .. I wouldve returned it. Thats how not to do business ...

Got a small chevy colorado pickup truck fuel pump went out a month after ownership their warranty didnt cover it had to fix with money out of my pocket, im now stuck with a truck thats worth far less then I owe

My daughter bought a car here and less than a month of having it the motor went bad with 53000 miles on it she got the warranty took the car to their shop and it sat for 2 weeks and the shop knows nothing about the car because a manager at the lot said it would be taken care of he didnt now going on 3 weeks and a lot of phone calls now they say its going to be another 2 weeks...
I was lied to on many occasions. I even told them what I was looking for spent 7 hrs up there to be lied to and them trying to sell me a car I didnt want.

Worst customer service you will ever experience! They do everything they can to sell you a vehicle, but once sold, good luck! We refinanced our vehicle after two years and tried to cancel gap insurance. They gave us wrong information multiple times, arguing with us only to find out we were correct. We asked for a supervisor and the guy hung up on us. We then reported the bad service through the 800# and never heard back. These people are ridiculous!!! Shameful!

If you have had credit issues or having trouble with getting approved because of new credit and income issues. Then you need to stop by and see Jim Maple he is excellent to work with and will work hard to get you the best deal that fits your budget. He and Jon worked hard with the bank for 2 days and got us an excellent deal and we walked out the door with a great used car, when we thought we couldnt get anything. Bought a vehicle from them and after a year refinanced it. Had purchased the gap insurance which should be refundable when you refinance the vehicle, but after calling the gap company they informed me it had to be taken up with the location that sold the vehicle. So I call them and after being told 5 times to call the gap company, and explaining it to them 5 times that I had and they told me that the location had to refund it. The guy was rude and hung up on me. Please do yourself a favor, dont buy a vehicle from them at a 18-22% interest rate. If the manager reads this, why dont you return my call, you have my number.

YOUR SAFETY MEANS NOTHING TO THIS PLACE!!!!PLEASE DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM THESE GUYS!!!!!I had purchased a Toyota corolla in the beginning of February. After having the car for a week, the headlights and brake lights would periodically flicker and almost caused me to get into an accident. After taking the care to performance kings Toyota in mason an inspection was done on the vehicle which had noted that the vehicle was in a prior accident, the service center quoted me $7,000 to redo all of the electrical in the car. After calling right way about the issue, they advised me to come back to the dealership to work out the issue and resolve it. on February 23rd 2018 their solution was to put me in a 2015 Sonata, after clearly stating if the car was in good condition and that we would not have a problem like the Toyota happening again, they told me that it was safe to drive and that it had been in no accidents. I no longer had the car that I had traded in at this point and already had a loan with them and needed a vehicle to get to my job. After driving the car, I noticed that the vehicle was vibrating and not driving right, I got the vehicle inspected at an auto body shop and their mechanics stated that the vehicle had been in a wreck and that it had suffered frame damage to the left front drivers side, the hood had been replaced and that there were bolts missing and improper welds, this was not disclosed to me when already have got through this once before. After calling the store multiple times, they did not seem to want to help me with resolving this. I spoke with Jim (The manager at the location) he told me that I had to deal with my issue and that once the car is off the lot they cannot help, then hung up on me. I had then had the vehicle inspected two other time after that and the mechanics were able to easily point out that there was frame damage. In mid-September I had called and asked for Jon Jeiger as well as Bill (The area Manager), after getting the run around from five salesmen on how he was in meetings and off to lunch and not really eager to take my call I got a hold of him. He told me that Right way does not do inspections and that anyone could point out damage to the degree of structure or a bent frame even though their site says they do and that the Auto Auction dealer does them, then proceeded to tell me that the auto action deemed the car in excellent shape with minor dings and curb rash to the left front drivers side of the car and that there was nothing he could do for me.
All around good experience. We were looking around for a car for our son. We tried several places. We stopped in at RightWay and was helped by Chris. No pressure, quick fast and easy. Now my son has a new car thats affordable for him. Extremely Grateful!

This is one of the worst dealerships ever!!! My mom & I came here to get a car and they said $1000 down and we’ll get you in a car. We gave them the $1000 and went to look at cars but decided we didn’t want a car... A guy named “John” tells us we have to wait 5-7 business to get our money back because he already put it in a safe, and gives us a paper stating that we purchased a car when we never signed any paperwork. We asked if he could write something stating that we never got a car and he said “No” we just have to wait til get the money back. We called notified him that we’d be calling the police and guess what, he gave us our money back.... Bad company!!!

When we said i wasn’t interested in LEASING and overpaying for a car for 2 years, he said verbatim “you won’t get approved anywhere else, we own the bank”Okay buddy.We went to Jake Sweeney directly after and by the end of the day i purchased a 2017 Chevy Cruze, all in my name. How’s that for not getting approved?basically this place is a joke. Save your time and money for somewhere else.

I have horrible credit and yet Jim was able to get my driving off the lot in a car today with only $500 dollars down. He got me driving in a 2010 Mazda at that. I got a 2006 Buick Lucerne from them about a month ago . I loved my car , I got a good car for the credit I have . But about 1 week in from have my car , I’ve had nothing but problems. And today , my car completely locked up and trapped my 2 year old child inside. The car was not maintenance or even checked before it was given . I am very unhappy with this company at this point . If you dont have good credit I don’t recommend You going here AT ALL.

This has been the WORST experience they sold me a car and financed this a triple the amount. They promised this car was never wrecked and i am having issue after issue and come to find out i run my own car fax and this vehicle has in fact been wrecked!! I dont recommend this lot at all there business and communication skills are terrible and they do not care about anything besides getting the car sold.

I came to right way on 6/6/2015 on the intentions of being turned away for a newer car, but my sales Rep Jim made sure I was satisfied and happy when I left. I was driving a 2004 Ford Taurus and I am now in a 2013 impala that is so nice and so cute. I would of never thought I would be in this kind of car. 2022-07-28My experience here was terrible, first day I come in it was great, walked away with a car same day. My co-signer got hired on from her temp job which was a promotion. We sent in all information needed sent in letters for verification and everything. I had to call in for updates. When I called in I was being informed of “missed information” that they collected 3x now. I paid my first months car note along with a down payment of course, and they took my car right after. They kept initiating my co-signer “quit” or “got fired” which resulted in termination of my contract. They DID NOT contact me and inform me on the loan not going through. I found out when I called in because my temp tags were up for expiration. When I tried to follow up on a refund for my deposit and/or car payment which was $600, I was told I “used too many miles” and would not be refunded. I would NEVER recommend, very unprofessional, they do not follow up with important updates, and they WILL take your car even if you’ve paid your car not on time

2022-06-07Terrible! Nasty vehicles that are damaged and not professionally cleaned with worn out tires. Very unprofessional sales person!! Spent more time with her manager talking behind my back than helping me!! Please do not go to this place!! I went to Drive Time on Saturday and walked out in 3 and a half hours in my beautiful SUV. Professionally cleaned, brand new tires, low mileage and a 5 year, 50,000 mile warranty! The staff were amazing, knowledgeable, and made it easy & fast to purchase my new vehicle!! Couldn’t be more happy!
