These people are scam artist my Daughter was lead to believe they had a bank to finance her they told her she had to $5 000 down she sign her papers and 2 weeks after having the car John started calling her saying that bank didnt wanna finance her but, they found another bank so she went in the payments was much higher they wouldnt give her all her money back they kept $1600 of her money because they said she put some miles on it well anyone who thinks that the car is theirs will drive it they didnt do there job it was at the end of the day they was about to close when my Daughter got the car so because they wanted to get out so they scam my Daughter now we are taking them to court to get her money back dont do business with this place John and Bill are pure scam artist.

Absolutely horrible...we traded in a truck that we had gotten from them for a 2 year newer truck...that price was Absolutely ridiculous then issues started with the truck...mechanically had to get it to Fairfield to get it looked at the place called and said nothing was wrong with it..took it to a mechanic friend of mine and he said the transmission was starting to go out ...they had painted over rust that is absolutely terrible and refused to do anything about the transmission..the same truck is at any other dealership 15 thousand dollars cheaper...complete scam artists will never do business with them again

Terrible place to get a car. Was lied to about everything. We was told the car hadn’t been in any accidents or anything and just tried to trade it in and was told that the car has been wrecked 3 times and one of those times it was completely totaled.

Even my payment is cheaper. Say what you want about used car dealerships but these guys are the real deal. We bought 2 cars in November. The first payment was due on December 4th with no way to pay it because they rushed and gave me a car that wasnt funded yet. Its December 31st. I was just MADE to give them payments for December 4th AND January 4th when January 4th hasnt even hit yet not to mention i wasnt made aware of the payee until December 27th and weve called a total of 17 documented times with the same response of “we will call you back” which they never did. In fact they sent me a txt message about the payment randomly. Right after christmas and a few days before the first of the month (rent). The finance company told us we could pay it on the 4th, the manager “frank” and “amanda” go back and forth all day on opposite pages she tells you hes wrong and stands behind him nodding her head when hes talking but is too afraid to let him know he is wrong.

My cars been broke down since Friday, only have had it for 29 days, and they can’t seem to find my 24/7 roadside assistance so they can fix my flashing check engine light, and today (Tuesday) they ended up just hanging up on me and I’m left with no answers to anything. This place is a joke

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! I decided to trade my car in and upgrade to an SUV. So I went to Rightway on Colerain Ave. Everything seemed cool at first, that is until the salesman told me the SUV we agreed wasnt available and would be coming from a different location. He assured me everything would be fine. If I completed all the paperwork and made the down payment I could pick up tomorrow, hopefully before 3pm. So I did and the next day at 1pm after receiving no communication from the salesman or Rightway I called them. He again assured me all was well and the SUV was having its oil changed but would not be ready by 3pm. Still I would get it today. Fast forward to after 5pm Ive called twice more because once again no one has contacted me. Both calls resulted in me being told my salesman was busy and he would call me back. Finally after 6pm I decide to go to the location only to find they have closed for the day and still no one has reached out to me and I still dont have my SUV. Heres hoping I get it tomorrow.

As a first time buyer, I was incredibly nervous about the whole experience. Daniel did a fantastic job putting me at ease and assuring me they were doing the best they could for the options available to me without an extensive (or any) credit history. They were even honest enough to work and get me a LOWER monthly payment AFTER I had agreed to a higher one! I could not recommend these people, and Daniel especially, highly enough.

Daniel Adams was very good at helping us get a car. It helps with your credit and it helpful if you dont have any. But they gave coupons for 2 years worth of oil changes and the place they did it with doesnt them anymore after 7 months having the car.
I Had a great experience there. I worked with Little Chris and he was very nice and helpful. The program they have there really helps people who need to build their credit or rebuild their credit. I was able to get a really nice 2012 Chevy Cruze and am very happy with it. I would definitely recommend going here if you need a good reliable car and need to boost your credit. Little Chris was great, very helpful, and personable. They made the process of buying a car (which is my least favorite thing to do) quick and easy. They were able to get us into a car that we picked, get us financed (which is no small task) and even stayed late to finalize everything. Definitely recommend, would buy from here again and again.

Clean showroom but very old school used car like atmosphere and not very professional. Back and forth to a hidden manager. They were not solution oriented and didnt properly explain any options. I recommend Drive Time. Had more clear options there and they wanted to sell me a car that met my needs!
Get a mechanic to check out the car before you buy it. They’re on some slick stuff just trying to sell a car … the warranty doesn’t last long and they make you pay $75 for it to be diagnosed and delay fixing the problem.In summary, if you think you like the car then get it looked at by a personal mechanic before buying it.
Walk in or pull up in a hoop, walk out feeling brand new with nicer wheels.

The finance guy was Really nice and helpful. I know I got bad credit so they picked out the newest vehicle with the least amount of miles for my situation. Some people might complain that they don’t let you pick out your vehicle. But wow I got a 2017 Hyundai Sonata still under factory warranty. Still smiling thank you guys. My friend bought a car here, upon leaving the lot it was pouring oil and smoking, took it back to get fixed. He got the car back and drove it for a week and it was leaking oil again and took the car back to drop it off, they called us back an hour later and said it was fixed. The car was sitting EXACTLY how he parked it, with the wheels turned exactly how it was left, needless to say they did absolutely nothing to fix his car, I highly recommend to never buy a car here or if you do, never work with the salesman named Cameron. He and the company are taking advantage of my friend and his lack of knowledge of cars. TERRIBLE BUSINESS!!!!!!

I stopped into RightWay Auto sales just to look around as I Was preparing to purchase a vehicle within the coming months. The sales staff was very attentive, coming out to meet me as I looked around at the selection of vehicles on their lot.Chris took the time to talk to me about what I was looking for in a vehicle, I explained to him the issues id had in my search to buy a car such as needing to get a larger down payment together and no one wanting to trade in my current vehicle. Whatever Magic he worked on my behalf I was able to walk away with my old vehicle paid off and drive away in the newest vehicle Ive ever purchased for myself without breaking the bank. I had a great experience at RightWay. Little Chris was very easy to work with and he got me approved for a new minivan and I couldn’t be happier! I’m still in shock. I have tried getting approved at several other dealerships and they all wanted a ridiculous amount of a down payment! At RightWay I was able to trade in my old car and $400 and I drove away that day. I have no credit and I’m so grateful they’re giving me the chance to build my credit. I came in having just found out that my existing vehicle had an issue that was more expensive to fix than what it was worth, and I was basically out a vehicle and a way to get to work. Being a place thats known to work with people with less than perfect credit, I felt this was the only realistic option for me. Cameron worked with me and really took the time to listen to my needs and assess my credit situation and budget, all without being the least bit judgemental towards me, which was a huge relief! I do wish they couldve explored a few other vehicle options with me, as I originally expressed that I was hoping for a color other than white, and with such a big purchase I wanted to be completely happy with it. He laid out all of the good features of a certain vehicle and made a good case for it. Since I didnt have a lot of time at my expense, I went with it and am overall really satisfied so far with my truck and with the excellent level of service and kindness my partner and I were treated with. They did a great job at helping me get into a vehicle during such a stressful and uncertain time.

They promised they’d take care of anything we had problems with, and even with a car which was bought with just over 16,000 Miles, they have been nothing but problems taking care of our issues. For starters, a car that is basically brand new shouldn’t have problems. Secondly, the issues we have had have been incredibly difficult to get help with. Daniel was our sales man, and he has been our contact person ever since for dealing with our problems. They fight tooth and nail before letting you speak with a manager, and make all these promises to help you in the car buying and credit building process... yet they are inflexible and will do the bare minimum to help you after the papers have been signed. This business, the employees, and their practices need examination.

The people are amazing and customer service is so great. They were so patient with our situation after we kept hitting walls to try and get approved. Our credit was not good at all and they helped us get approved and into a car. If you think you wont be able to get a car, go see them first. They are such wonderful people.
Im giving them one star because when I first financed my Vehicle through them it was a wholesale price. They told me Id be able to trade in the vehicle after a year. Well I tried to do that and now there telling me I still owe too much and that Im going to have to wait another year before they will even accept a trade.
Made my first car buy experience easy as can be. Dan listened to my needs and picked a right car for myself and daughter. Highly recommend. Everyone is professional and down to earth. 5 Stars!
Terrible service, they promise you the world then after you sign dont do any of it. The car they sold us broke down the day after we bought it. Then twice more the first month and we had to fight for hours and actually go down there and they still didnt pay for all repairs and we bought their warranty that they said would cover everything! They dont inspect the cars they sell, dont keep their word, and if you get a lemon they dont care. The previous manager was a decent guy. The new manager is a crook. Stay away from this place!

Awful, just awful to customers. The promised to fix a/c, wheel bearings, exhaust, and told me they replaced battery. Told me they didn’t need to give me a printout of work done, b/c they handle warranty. I had the car break down the day after I bought it, and was in and out of shop. They told me what they had done but, it was never fixed. I went back and called many times, and they treated me like I was NOTHING. Basically, all of the problems were my fault. They told me that they were not helping me or fixing anything and that I had to go through warranty. A couple months later the battery gives out and I have to have it jumped (for days every time I used it), then eventually towed to body shop they use at Amelia Body. They tell me it is going to be 100$ for deductible, and 45$ for battery (after they told me day two that the battery was replaced). I am just so upset at this point, my mother died a month before this and I have no car again and out more money I shouldn’t have to pay. I don’t know what to do, and they are treating me like I have no say or they will not help. All I wanted was for them to fix what they said they would fix, and they refuse because they have a new manager. Also, in contract it says they will fix a/c. My mom died and I had a lot going on and couldn’t get it to shop for a bit. Now they refuse to fix b/c it had been over 30 days. They never told me a limit, and my mom died. Legit excuse. Now they won’t fix. I also went to get my printout of work done to car there, and when new manager (Brian I think) shook my hand and squeezed as hard as he could and asked me if I wanted to video conversation and post to Facebook. I cried in there shop. No apologies nothing. I’m just so upset, and my car is still sitting at body shop, b/c I have to pay for what they said they would do. Please, Riteway, just do what you say you will do. Do the right thing. I am a mess with this. I am paying for car I am not using. 1 star is for Cameron. Only nice person there. Sincerely, Nikki M.
Horrible customer service they haven’t given me my memo title in 2months and don’t communicate with you at all I’ve called everyday for 2 months while they gave me the run around then made me pay my first 2 payments when the second one wasn’t even due then threatened to take my car if I didn’t pay them the second payment that’s not even due for a week horrible service,horrible people, never again

As arriving everyone was polite and welcoming. Manny helped tremendously and explained everything we needed to know clearly! Helped find cars in our price range as well as test driving, little Chris and big Chris was helpful with signing paper work and getting things going and ready to go.

This review will be very long but will be worth the read.First everyone there was very nice and very helpful. I did notice it seemed like every single car I test drove seemed to have issues (I work with cars daily and know many mechanics) but I let it go and chocked it up, because I have bad credit and they pitched that they would help me rebuild my credit etc. so I picked a car and they sent it off to get a few things fixed for me (which didnt even get fixed at all).A few days later yes days later I had a check engine light come on and had to send the car back to them again!!! Said they would get it fixed (they did not).Got the car back again and had my mechanic look it over and write down anything wrong mechanically that needs to be fixed for safety. Called them again and they took my car again for three days. Called me to come get it and the issues still were not fixed!!!!! Now the paper work is finalized they said they would cover the costs of fixing it since it was sold to me in this condition which they acknowledged on multiple occasions very apologeticly. I finally get a day off take it to tire discounters and now they are saying they wont pay for the repairs. so Im stuck paying my car note and trying to pay for thousands of dollars in parts and labor out of my own pocked to replace control arms, shocks, tie rods, brake calipers, rotors, sensors and they had the wrong battery in the car!!! Not to mention Im supposed to have a warranty on it they advertise a warranty. But my warranty wont even cover it because it was sold to me in this condition!!!!!! So Im stuck and now all the nice helpful attitudes went away and their acting like they are doing me a favor by paying a deductible of 100 dollars to fix one caliper. My advice is to run the other way the nice Im looking out for you attitude disappears as soon as the papers are signed and your stuck with a lemon.

My husband and I had been to so many places that would finance anyone and yet they pull our credit and it was an automatic no or put 3500 down. We work hard, but its Christmas and that tree is about bald. Needless to say, one of those sales man ran out and gave us Kyles number and we set up an appointment. We came to RightWay and met Kyle and Chris, they explained the whole process of how they help people not just put you in a car you cant afford. We were there about an hour and a half and we left in our 2015 Dodge Dart. With payments in our budget and a plan to rebuild credit. I have never been somewhere that cares so much about helping people. Chris and Kyle are amazing people.You have customers for life. I reccomend anyone to go there. My son and daughter in law are going there now too.
I thought this place was really good i really did Intel I got my car and had constant issues with it and they wouldnt fix them. I then switch jobs to a better job and they took my car away saying the loaners dont like when people switch jobs? Like Im supposed to stay at a job for how many years while I pay this off and even if I switch jobs after a year they will void my contract and take it back?

So today started off really bad, but my mother said go to RightWay. I called and pulled in 20 mins later and 2hrs later walked out with a 2017 Nissan Versa! This place is a joke!! Its not the right way....its the wrong way! They sent me an email telling me i was ready for an upgrade after ive made my payments on time for over a year. I made sure to ask details before i drove there to be sure i understood everything. I was told that all i needed was my car to trade in and no down payment. I arrive at the store and they get everything approved and i picked the vehicle i wanted, the owner Chris Caldwell said if you want to come back tomorrow we can do all the paperwork and get you in it because one of my employees left in a hurry and took a few keys for a couple cars,so if you come back tomorrow after work we will get you the keys and if u like it we will get you in it. So i call and tell them ill be there around 430 just to co firm im still still coming and they tell me i need a down payment now and my car as a trade in. Now why on earth would i pay 600 down for a car when i had no credit and they approved me in the past and now 15 months later after establishing credit and being told i need no down payment, i need 1000 and my car...hahahaha no thanks. VERY VERY BAD BUSINESS

2022-05-12Went in with nothing but a decade old car to trade in and left in a 2018. Amanda was great about keeping me thinking logically instead of going with what I really wanted cause it was way outside of what I wanted to spend. They were great about keeping it as stress less as possible. It was the best experience Ive ever had at a dealership. Id definitely recommend going there.
