Had a great time at the movies with my family. The square has several good stores in a very convenient location. Five Guys is going to be where CiCis use to be!

Nice plaza. My go-tos are Lowes, Marcs, Michaels, but there are many others offered. FedEx, UPS, GFS, Bed Bath Beyond, Applebees, Pet store, 5 below,etc. Pleasant atmosphere. Frequent shopper.

The shopping center and surrounding area seems upscale I like that .. as theres nothing wrong with class cleanliness and maintaining was very refreshing

We shop in this plaza regularly.There is a lot of variety, the Michaels always has great deals and cute home decor, the visonworks has a great optometrist, the lowes always has helpful workers, the cicis is always packed and the workers are quick with food and cleaning, the five below always has awesome new things, the Starbucks is always friendly and gets your order correct, the Boston market is always fresh, the mr. Heros and Penn station are great tasting but a bit on the pricey side. I cant say anything bad about any of the stores
Went to see the last Jurassic World. Slow starting but over all good movie. I would go watch it again. Jurassic Park/World lover

Boston market lines was long food was dry unprofessional workers didnt want to work. A year ago Boston market was the best place to come around the holidays Thanksgiving Christmas and New years. No I had to grade them F.

The Square is great but the traffic on ridge takes a special kind of patience to endure.

They have a lot of nice stores and restaurants.
Nice selection of stores. Always busy unless you go early. A lot of place do not open until 11 or after. Entrances and flow seems dangerous and you have to be extra careful navigating in and out as people do not pay attention to signs or the cars around them.

Went to Boston Market. Food was great! Person could have been better, but who knows what was going on in her life. Chocolate cake was excellent!!!. Surprised that you dont get a drink with your meal.
I got a haircut and I really enjoyed the lady that cut it makes me look younger instead of an old hag thank you

This shopping center is great. Please park your car in a parking spot. Dont block store fronts. Visit there for convenience shopping food healthy drinks package delivery an more. I love the basken robins ice cream.
Great place to go for almost everything that you need.
I go there mostly for FedEx, The UPS Store and Marcs. With an occasional stop at 5 Below.

The Marcs Store is very clean well stocked and organized. Went to Applebees and I had the Bourbon Chicken and Shrimp with garlic mashed red skinned potatoes and the service was great but the food was fantastic.
Only went there to go-to Skyline Chili, but its now a Starbucks. Very sad. Otherwise, the plaza is pretty typical. However, that area is fairly congested with traffic which makes your trip time a little longer.
I love going here its clean and a well kept!
I visited the Lowes store in the plaza. It wasnt crowded but I had a hard time trying to find someone to help me in the garden section. Two times I had a clerk page someone to assist me and after waiting for 15-20 minutes, I left the store and went to Walmart.

Great for quick k shopping trips, UPS could do better with there parking situation, extremely tight parking and limited.There was definitely a line for service and appeared to be only one service person working the entire store. But she definitely kept up and had a positive attitude helping each person.I would recommend going here.

I used to live a few minutes from here and shopped here frequently. There is a Bed Bath and Beyond here which is nice because the location where I live is now closed. You can shop here for groceries, furniture, clothes, grab a bite to eat and catch a movie, (when its possible to do so).

Its just like a real nice big mall Texas Roadhouse just around the corner from the place let me tell you good place good food stores just a little drive down the road Im on Ridge Road just down the road from Brookpark Road and make a big place and have a good Walter good why dont money in your pocket because the prices mediocre but let me tell you great place to visit I advise a lot of people to visit that place

I visited the UPS store at Ridge Park Square. I appreciate the fact that they are taking social distancing precautions seriously. Although I waited in line, the line went pretty speedily for this time of year. To the employees at UPS (RPS) thank you⬅️+two👍🏽👍🏽up!!!
Great variety of stores for nearly everything
Parking is annoying. The traffic is always aweful. Theres constant crime in this area. Lock your doors and beware of your surroundings.
Love having this in the area! There are so many stores, it really is one stop shopping for any and everything you need. It is usually pretty busy everyday but there is always enough parking.
Cool Plaza you can pretty much buy anything you could think of here. Various varieties of stores and restaurants to choose from.
I went to the pet store in Ridge Park Square to give my aunts dog a bath today. My experience there was excellent I was happy with the cleanliness of the showering bathing area for the animals and the easy control dials to clean the animals with!! This was Charlies first bath and he handled it so well!! Im looking forward to my next visit there because I go there for all of my turtle products as well!! AMC Theater has great staff. Wasnt busy when we were there for a matinee. Nice to be able to go places again.

This is a shopping Center with a lot of different stores. They have Lowes, Ross Dress for Less, TJMaxx, a movie Theater and much more. It is convenient to I480. They have several restaurants to choose from also.

I go to this shopping center often.. Its conveniently located off I-480. Plenty of parking and never had any trouble with damage to my vehicle... There is a wide range of stores. This place also has a big movie theater that seems safe enough to take your kids and after grab a bite to eat at any of the fast food to sit down restaurants that are available.. I definitely recommend if your looking for a place to shop for the day, catch a movie or just to grab a bite to eat.. By yourself or the whole family, there is something for everyone..!
Its not a bad place to shop but most of the stores are really understaffed given the current socio economic condition, and with the addition of hordes of simultaneous doordash orders good luck getting your orders in a timely manor. Cold stone has good ice cream. Just be sure to order it during busy hours online and not in store unless you like standing for 25 minutes.
My churh Gateway old Brooklyn did a fall festival for Halloween and gave out candy too the children of the community over 800 came out God is at work in the community in Jesus name Amen

Ridge Park Square is alright from experience. The strip has stores like Five Below, Bed Bath & Beyond, and a Hallmark. The area seems to be losing businesses with locations like US Bank being closed down along with Rocknes (not too sure how to spell it). The area still offers breakfast and dinner options like Starbucks, Dunken Donuts, Texas Roadhouse, and Applebees. Surprisingly there is a fed ex shipping location if you need to send stuff out. RPS also has an AMC movie theater to catch up on the latest movies with. Car theft has become more prominent in the area even in broad daylight. Stay safe if going alone and leaving your car. The thefts were by Gamestop and Hallmark so no specific location has this issue tied to it.
Great place. Go there. You will love it. Safety quotient 100%. Hit all the stores. Make sure you stop at 5 below and applebys. You are going to love 5 below. Lowes is there for home improvement projects.People at lowes dont run and hide if you need help. Lots of places to eat. Take family or your significant other to Cee Cees. You can all get full and not break your wallet.
When I was a young man, I went through Brooklyn Ohio very carefully, a loud muffler , or a broken taillight would get you pulled over and the police there didnt play. Now Brooklyn seems worse than some neighborhoods in Cleveland. The Marcs there isnt as nice as say , Bereas.

Very busy plaza. A mixture of people and populated with loud, obnoxious teenagers after dark. It makes for a uncomfortable environment in the evening.
The traffic always sucks there and its kinda dirty.

Lots of convenient shops in one location,Alot of traffic and what seems to be Mall rats hanging out near certain locations in the shopping area.The area could use a face lift as well.Over all a good spot to shop or eat.
Ridge Park Square has a lot of stores I visited Sally beauty to get hair nets for employees I didnt find the exact ones I wanted but I found a couple different types that work just fine. Traffic is always always ridiculous but you have to deal with the traffic if you want to go to the stores. Thats my biggest complaint about ridge Park square.... the TRAFFIC .

Always enjoy coming here. Traffic is the only downside but thats true for almost every shopping square. Great variety and easy parking access. Always busy in here but you dont wait for long. Nice and convenient for food and other items that you are shopping for.
I have mixed feelings about this place. Theyve done a great job with maintenance, and theres a decent selection of stores and businesses. However, the infrastructure and traffic patterns are horrible. It may be too late now, considering the place was designed when there was a smaller population and less traffic, but if possible they should redo it.
Has a bunch of different stores, Ross, bath and body works, tj max, 5 below, and so much more also has food Texas roadhouse, Applebees, ci cis pizza, menchies and other places. Great place to do multiple shopping and get some grub.
I take people of a lot of flowers I do that and I always go to the Parma flower shop the lady hooks me up she went in early so I can make an appointment just nice people doing a great job the place I love
Absolutely the grossest, dirtiest, most mismanaged theater Ive ever been to. Thank God I had hand sanitizer in my purse. It was a literal necessity after touching any surface, all of which were sticky and gross. I only went to this theater because my usual theater wasnt playing the movie I wanted to see. Next time, Ill just wait til my theater picks up the movie I want.

Ridge park square amc movie theater is pretty good has a lot of showings and once that place dims the light you just hit your recliner and get right with it. So many great movies out there now i like going and the last one was excellent and i had some fun with my friend. Best around :)

Went to Mr. Hero, hadnt ate there in 20 yrs. USED TO MAKE A DELICIOUS Hot Buttered Steak Sandwich! NOW. its only Steak-ums and Onion was not grilled! O will not waste my money there, again!
Went to Michaels to pick up some stuff on the way out of town. Ive never had a problem with any of the employees at any store,until this one. My soon asked a question after greeting the lady and she was courteous until he asked about a couple of there coupons then she started getting snotty with him. Him being a school kid still doesnt quite know what to say when ppl do that sort off thing. Want to impressed with How she addressed his question. Other then that the store was clean and organized and nice to shop in.
Most recent visit was for Friday night (opening weekend) IT Chapter 2. All lines were served quickly, all areas of lobby and theater were clean. As usual, one of the Coke machines was without ice, but no biggie. The one right next to it was stocked. Good times!
Very nice reclining seats! The concession is also amazing! My only get was the mens restroom. It could use some TLC. It was dirty when I went on both nights at different times.
My sister took me there to eat at Texas Roadhouse steak restaurant and (OMG!! Everything was perfectI will come every chance I get but because I do not live out in that area they need to have my closer to East Cleveland or more like in Cleveland heights they will get more results better to if they had another location in the Cleveland heights are but yes Ive sent 4 people over there and all of them said it was good. the service was so amazing I mean you couldnt get better service if you had just waved a magic wand

Famous footwear always has issues and the cashier today posted a note on the door stating closed from 2 oclock til 3 oclock but it was 1:42🙅...i guess they didnt have the correct time😕..ill try not to return to that one
This small plaza has a great variety of stores and a movie theater. Large parking lot with plenty of aisle and walking space. Very clean and well lit. Movie theater prices are high but doesnt take away from the other great places in the plaza!

Best most comfortable movie theater I have ever been in. The seats recline and are more comfortable than my own couch. They had a full bar although it was a little expensive it was still awesome to have a cocktail kicked back legs up cuddled up with your boyfriend watching a movie. A+
Clean well taken care of Shopping Center. Parking-lot is always clean. Although they do not have security for their very large parking lot I would be careful in the evening hours and after dark.

This is a very nice shopping centre where you can accomplish most of your shopping needs and have a good meal. The traffic on ridge road right in front of it is rough, but manageable. The stores are clean and the employees are friendly. I havent had a bad experience at any of the restaurants in it.
Went to the movie theater this afternoon and it was very nice! Pricey but nice. The new seats are amazing! Then we went to Rocknes after the movie which is also in Ridge Park Square and the food and the service was excellent

Has most of your everyday needs all in one convenient locations. Stores are spread out through a multitude of lots. Most employees in different stores are willing to help customers. While some stores have little to nothing to offer an average customer window shopping, you will most likely leave the area buying some kind of product.

A large shopping area with multiple plazas and plenty of places to eat n shop. Traffic can be a bit if a hassle, but if you dont mind that then check it out.
Famous footwork have a big sale on winter boots everyone needs to get there soon.
Driving anywhere near Ridge Park Square is a nightmare. Not a lot of good stores and the clientele has really gone downhill. I avoid this whole area as much as possible.
Im afraid I was disappointed with my shopping experience. I wanted to see the new Ross store. There was very little stock and the store was a mess.Im going to check it out later. I went to TJ Max also and found the same thing to be true.
Went to the dunkin. They went so slow all 3 of my drinks made wrong. And this is sad because I love dunkin. When I told the girl they was wrong she just stood there and didnt even offer to remake them I finally had to go over to the cashier and explain all drinks are wrong and she finally remade them for me
Great place for numerous stops. Many different stores, numerous restaurants, movie theater, fast food, could spend the day and accomplish all my errands in one trip. Biggest issue is traffic, but once you get off Ridge Rd you can navigate easily.
I went to Marks nd Five Below stores. They both were really good. I would most definitely go back to shop.
I went there to have some pizza the mall seem to be pretty clean and of course I went to Chi-Chis and loved the food all you can eat for a great price and it was also pretty clean for as much traffic as they had they seem to be on top of keeping the tables clean and pizza and other items full so you can eat as much as you want and enjoy the atmosphere they also have some games for children to play If youre looking for a cheap place to take the children to eat with food is pretty good this is definitely where you want to go
Went to Applebees. And it was most enjoyable. Customer service✔️ and Everytime I get a great waitress. This time my husband and I had Hannah who was a real sweet heart and a great listener💯. They were so busy on a Saturday night and only had to wait ten minutes We went to the bar 🍺 and when it was our turn they called for our name✔️. After we ordered the wait was about 30 minutes. Food was made to exact preference. Thank you Applebees.

What a well run, nicely designed strip mall. While strip malls are often known for being bland, this one has a nice, consistent design. For the holidays, they had lights all the way around the property, lighted wreaths on the buildings and they have an excellent selections of unique stores and restaurants. The fact that it was crowded tells you they have the right mix of food and stores that people want. I was very pleased with my experience here.

I love going here to eat in between shopping or taking my dog to the grooming salon . There are so many places to chose from, depending on if you want to sit down or you want fast food. There are two ice cream shops. You can get groceries, furniture, food, a phone and even watch a movie at the Theater. Great location directly off of the highway. I visit here often

I like the shops in there area. In the summer they have very lovely big potted plants everywhere. Sometimes the parking sucks when its really busy. And I wish the main road (Ridge) hand more lanes. It gets pretty backed up.
We went to Applebees for lunch. The food was excellent, and our server, Shannon, was phenomenal. There were five adults and two children in our party, and things could not have been better.

Ridge Park Square is a very large place to do a simple review on but there are a lot of stores that suit many needs for different people Home Improvement restaurants as well as grocery shopping Beauty movies fast food the list goes on its everything short of calling itself a mall it has its own private security which is Step Up from a lot of places so if youre looking for a place to get a lot of things done at one time this is it
I love visiting this area, many different shops and restaurants to choose from. Police are actively on the premises. Once in a blue moon (as anywhere else), youll come across a rotten apple. Overall the curb appeal is clean. Lots of parking and many different areas to exit out of the plaza. I visit this plaza on a regular basis. I will continue to come here for my needs. It is located right off of the high way and a very popular place to visit, so at times it can be busy with overwhelming traffic.
Shopping center is full of great stores and restaurants. Ranging from home improvement to casual dining. Some of our favorite restaurants are located here. There is an all you can eat sushi spot that is to die for. Worth the drive.
Texas Roadhouse sucks I brought my friend in a wheelchair they were changing servers they would not put us at a closed Table to where the servers were operate wanted us to wait for 25 minutes or so they could have seen his us and taken drink orders at least there was no consideration for my handicap friend the bar area was loaded with people and the chairs were very high so my friend could not be accommodated management is not training your people properly at all. Something like our situation should have been appropriately handled
I love this place!! The choice of store is great! Pet Supplies Plus is here, a nice Applebees, Sally Beauty Supply, a TJ Maxx, Five Below, just stuffed w/places! Praying it stays that way! All the staff at all the stores r pleasant, helpful, too! : ) Atleast all the ones Ive been to! : )
Was planning on going to Texas Roadhouse. Tried to call ahead but on hold for over 45 min and hung up. When arrived there we were told 1 hour 30 min wait just or 2 people. Will try again next time we are near a Texas Roadhouse.

Place for teenagers to hang out at the restaurants during summer and football season. Good selection of stores and restaurants to run all your errands.Parking isnt too bad - most of the time there are reasonable spots available. Right off the highway. A little bit of everything to offer in type of shopping, food variety and speed of service from sit down to drive thru. The Lowes at this location is great.
Nice strip of dining spots including Applebees (where we had lunch) and Starbucks (where we had yes, great Pumpkin Spice Latte). Parking is spacious. Place not crowded when we were there at noon. Cool!
The worst...Ive been wanting to try this place for awhile with my family. Something quick, inexpensive and variety of pizzas. It was a bad experience, very unclean, food on the floor and the pizza was rushed.. The prices are low because service is poor. Dirty dirty environment.
At Sprint, replaced screen on phone, service was nice, employees friendly, didnt have to wait long. Employees did explained what type of repair phone needed. Employees nice.Great service received.
This is a nice versatile shopping center. I shop for art supplies at Michaels . The only place I visited that I was disappointed was Applebees. It was the second time I ordered something I usually get and an satisfied at other locations that was prepared very bad . I couldnt eat it.The good thing though is that when I told the manager about it he apologized and sent me a gift card to use at any Applebees. That was nice of him.
Driving through here is a bit crazy! I like going to Lowes, Bath and Body Works and Menchies sometimes. But driving in that area (since its coming right off and on the expressway) can be frustrating at times. I will only go out there if I absolutely need to go to Lowes.Once you get into the parking lot areas where the Menchies, McDonalds and movie theater are be careful because you can only go one way in some spots, and some people dont follow those rules. OR they cut across the parking lot to get to the other side of the lot without thinking about the fact they could hit someone else. I just dont like the set up and Im not sure why they configured it that way.Theres a new store going up there soon that will sell clothes for less and home goods, I believe its called Rosss. It may be worth checking out if I have to stop by Lowes again! Id say go there if you need something, but dont go out of your way.
Nice variety of businesses, but the traffic in this area is always a mess because of the freeway exit and the way the traffic lights are timed.

The city needs to think more about how they run the Traffic lites. 10 cars at a time get the green lite? Really? You get the green lite when there is no place to move. Im starting to avoid the whole traffic mess.

I really love going to Ridge Park Square. As a Parma resident its very close to me but it is also easily accessed from 480 and has a little bit for everyone. There us a Best Buy a Marcs a Below 5 an ice cream shop a movie theatre and Bed Bath and Beyond. Some stores are better than others but thats yo be expected. The theatre seats are awesome though. I would highly recommend making a venture out to Ridge Park Square!

I love shopping at Ridge Park Square. It has just about everything you need for a nice day out. You can get everything you need for your home. You can also go get coffee/breakfast, see a movie, have dinner afterwards and do some fun shopping, all in one fun, nicely maintained location.
Now this is a mall that always has it together. Always looks nice there even during the holidays even during summer time in Spring they always have beautiful out flowers out and it always seems like theres always a new store opening there to keep you coming back enjoy this mall

Love the cinema here a bit pricey but its comfortableI also like that I buy the big bucket of popcorn for $10 buyer they have bog boxes u fill up n then refill your bucket of popcorn so you basically get 2 big buckets of popcorn for $10 and you can also refill your soda as long as its not too late cause other wise they shut down the soda machines wide variety of soda n they also have a bar

They opened up a Ross Dress For Less over here and the Michael’s craft store is right next door. What more could a girl ask for!!!! (Bites fist).
This is accessible and located somewhere I-480 and Ridge Rd. crosses. There are a lot of nice shops here such as TJ Maxx and Bath & Body Works and Famous Footwear. There are some respectable restaurants here too, FedEx as well as Marcs and a whole lot more. They have big parking lot. Go and see for yourself.
Nice reasonably priced restaurants. They need a major super market aside from marks. The movie theater is nice but hella expensive! I swore I wasnt going to buy anything save a ticket.. was watching infinity wars and wanted popcorn. 8.99 for a average size popcorn. Thats uttterly ridiculous. I dont care if concessions is how they make money, its simply too much!!!the pop too. And I got sticker shock when I asked about the alcohol. So 4 stars for the center 2 1/2 for the overpriced movie
Been to a few of the stores here. Convenient to get to as its right off the highway. The area can tend to get congested with traffic as there are popular stores and major corporations locate in a very small area.
Strange traffic patterns in the parking lot but otherwise a nice center with some great stores.
Only went to Bath & Body Works but what an experience! The employee Jess made it extra special. Many choices to purchase. Very happy with my purchases but, Ill be back!👍😊👍

Not very clean at all. Floors were so greasy kids were slipping and falling. Also might want to consider not being an open carry gun location. Witnessed a patron come in with a gun hanging off their pants...in a family location with more children than adults...what is the need to allow patrons to have guns carried onto your premises?
Parth, the new manager at Mr Hero, is killing it! This is how I remember Mr Hero from a long ways back! My food was amazing! Scalding hot! I ordered extra meat and cheese.... I GOT extra meat and cheese! So many Mr Heros seem like they charge you extra but only give you a little of that extra. Parth, brother, thank you. Ill be back.
Very easy to get around, the parking lot is in decent shape, and the parking places arent as tight as the other local plazas. Deffinelty a good place to spend a night out with a loved one for a casual stroll/dinner/movie
Decent amount of variety with stores as well as the movie theater.Traffic getting in between the two sections of the shopping plaza can be somewhat of a hassle.Parking over by Five Below, Pet Supplies Plus, Penn Station and Applebees is always chaotic and theres a high probability of getting hit by a car... Both as a pedestrian and motorist.

A good place for enjoying fast food, pizza and coffee. Some merchandise stores are also located here including Lowes alongwith shipping centers FedEx and UPS. But this place is missing branded Shops. Plenty of parking space available

This is very nice shopping center that has quite a few stores and places to shop. The traffic around there can be rough tho.

2022-02-14Super duper huge shopping area with all sorts of stores from furniture to pets to everyday needs. There are also very good restaurants in the area from classic American restaurants to all you can eat hotpot and sushi. Good area to spend your day in if you ever need to do some shopping.

2022-05-14Went to Boston Market. The food was not as expected. My granddaughter didnt like the mac and cheese. I also disliked the creamed spinach I always liked. It was ready when I got there. I ordered and paid online. Im definitely loving the contactless payment method.

2022-05-17I only go this way when I have to. There are a bunch of great shoppes here but the traffic is unbelievably bad here. Its like the flow is all backwards so everything is incredibly slow and the traffic lights are a nightmare.

2022-05-08Theres a good amount of shops up there Ive been to a few some restaurants some stores they got a Texas Roadhouse over there thats pretty good a GameStop I go to Applebees and much more Ive been never really had any issues since Ive been going to different stores up there so I would say its a good place to go if theres a store youre liking over there

2022-06-16Ridgepark square, its like practice for a real mall. The mall itself isnt the issue, but it seems to be where all the people who have been banned from Walmart hang out. Except for Lowes and Michaels, those two are ok.

2022-06-12Getting here is an ordeal. Traffic is horrible, access is horrible, Brooklyn is horrible and this place is a traffic nightmare. If you can avoid going here, DO! This place is nice but the traffic and the city SUCKS.

2022-06-25We went to see the Elvis Presley movie but all the commercials leading up to the movie were so extremely loud I went out and ask if they can lower it and they said they couldnt that would be my only complaint

2022-04-08Majority of the clothing looks used like it came from a thrift store or second hand store. Purses were nice. Household goods were nice. The clothes look used or hand-me-downs.
