If you want amazing dental work done and amazing service this is the place to come. I have been to dentists all over the city and this by far the best place i have came too. Dr. Kelsey Gross was extremely professional along with Nicole at the front desk!! Nicole went out of her way to make sure everything was taken care of which was outstanding. I will recommend you guys to all of my family and friends!!!!
When we first moved to the area, Dr Gross was recommended to us by a friend. We could not be happier with Dr Gross and Dr Kelsey, as well as the wonderful staff. My youngest daughter was afraid of the dentist that we had in VA. The entire staff went above an beyond to make her comfortable and now she actually loves going! We would highly recommend this practice to anyone of all ages. And they are always on time! I work in the healthcare field and I know how unusual this is, and I appreciate that so much.

Friendly staff, awesome hours, and amazing dentist! From the time you walk in and are greeted you feel like family- everyone is very personable and easy going. Dr. Kelsey and Dr. Gross are both very gentle and make you feel at ease in the chair. Would highly recommend to anyone!
I have always been afraid to go to the dentist. I had not been to the dentist in years and someone I work with referred me to Dr Gross. He has such a calming and relaxed way of taking care of you that it immediately put me at ease. He was able to completely fix all of my dental issues. We replaced all of my fillings in two short, easy, and completely pain free visits...and I had a ton! I never realized how much my teeth hurt from my 30 year old fillings until he fixed everything. I can eat and drink anything now and I no longer need to use sensitive toothpaste. Plus my white fillings look amazing! He pretty much pulled off a miracle with replacing my front tooth as well. I broke this tooth over 30 years ago and I have not been able to find a dentist who would even attempt to try to replace the crown I had which did not match my other teeth. Dr Gross took so much time to get my new front tooth just right and I feel confident smiling again for the first time in about 15 years! I will never be afraid to go to the dentist again, Dr Gross not only made my teeth look and feel great he has improved my confidence because I can smile again :)
Who goes to the Dentist with a smile and the confidence of being taken care of in a competent, comfortable manner?I do, now, after being referred to Dr. Richard Grosss office and staff. Met Mary, Nicole, Kimberly, Richard, and Kelsey for starters. I believe there are others who I may be forgetting. I needed a new dentist and these folks were highly recommended. I am a transplant from Mentor. First exclamation would be ‘wow!’ Kimberly did my xrays and cleaning and Dr. Kelsey was my dentist. All of these folks do their work in a professional, competent, friendly manner. They do make you feel like family. My desire to transition to a Solon Dentist was a success!!
We went to this dentist after having major dental surgery done and they have been fantastic. They have been straight with us about what needs done right away and what we can wait on. They are also great about making sure things are covered by insurance. We will be switching everyone over to them
Great dentists. The best I’ve been to, I drive from Grand Rapids MI to get my dental work done here for a reason. Can’t say enough good things about how good and how painless they are. If you are traumatized by sh*ty dentists like I am, this is the place to come to! A+!
The staff was inviting and friendly from start to finish. Dr. Kelsey was gentle ,kind and extremely professional. I knew what I needed prior to my visit and they werent the least bit aggressive in convincing me to do more than I wanted at the moment, and for that I am thankful. The 2 fillings that were done were perfect as she made the effort to take her time and do them properly. Bravo for being taught compassion in a profession that all to often forgets that. I would recommend in a heartbeat.
At Dr Gross’ office you are literally part of the family. From the moment you check in to the second you are checked out you are greeted with welcoming smiles from ear to ear. I would never consider having any of my dental work done any where else. My family and I love them!
My first time there was this past Monday. He was referred to me by a periodontist I see occasionally, as hes his personal dentist. Everything was outstanding, especially the hygienist who cleaned my teeth and explained everything to me. Dr. Gross was down to earth and frank, which I liked. I highly recommend this practice.
Ive been a patient of Dr. Gross for over a decade. Throughout the years, hes done stupendous dental work and hes always been available during emergencies. The staff is helpful and friendly and they make you feel like you matter. This practice stands out with professionalism. Kudos.
This place is simply amazing. I am always greeted in a professional personable manner. MARY the front desk lady is professional kind funny and is on top of it when it comes to billing. The office is clean and well decorated with painted sceneary on the walls. Dr. Richard Gross is amazing. He makes you feel welcome and comfortable. He will address any questions or concerns with ease. He is down to earth and can hold a great conversation. He is the only dentist I can truthfully take an oath and say when he gives novacane it does not hurt and you do not feel a thing which for me is always the worst part. They use the latest and greatest technology which I prefer when it comes to treatment. Dr. Kesley gross his daughter is also very kind and professional and knowledgeable when it comes to treatment and care. His staff of hygentisit who clean your teeth are also very kind knowledgable and efficient when it comes to care. I cannot say enough nice things about this office as a kid I always hated going to the dentist now I can say I dont mind it maybe even enjoy it. Thank you for always taking good care of me. Dr. Gross is a perfectionist, which I want in my dentist. My family has had amazing care at this office, in the good hands of a very professional, kind, & caring team. I have had cleanings, fillings, crowns, advice, insurance help -- all accomplished smoothly & beautifully. Now I am on the Invisalign ADVENTURE under the care of Dr. Kelsay, Dr. Gross daughter. I love coming to this team for my dental care (& I live in NYC)!
I think DRS.RICK and KELSEY are both great! My familys been going to Dr. Gross for about 23 yrs and now even my 3yr old grandson went for the 1st time. I enjoy watching the comedy channel while Rick laughs as I flip the bite block between my teeth. Everyone there is Very knowledgeable and professional. So happy that Kelseys on board and has worked on some hard problems Ive had. GREAT TEAM!!
I brought my 9 year old to see Dr. Kelsey for a cracked tooth that was giving her issues. Dr. Kelsey, Kayla, and Nicole were very professional and sensitive to my daughters anxiety about being at the dentist. She found 2 cavities as well and filled them that day!!! Myself and my family will definitely be coming back to see Dr. Kelsey for our routine checkups.
After many years of horror stories of dental work gone wrong, from my braces as a kid to my wisdom teeth extractions in Spain, I have finally found a dental practice of true excellence. Me, my wife, and four kids are very glad we found Drs. Gross practice.
I needed to schedule an immediate cleaning before my insurance plan ended the following day. I was able to call and receive an appointment on the same day! Both Drs. K and R Gross were wonderful as well as their staff.
This practice is excellent! I was visiting from out of town and chipped my tooth. My sister took me to the office and he saw me right away. Everyone was super friendly and laid back. And the tooth repair was quick and painless! Thank you!

2022-06-28Not very accommodating for challenging scheduling situations. I was called rude after I said that I don’t need a person repeating a sentence 3 times as I am calling for a solution which in that case would have been a simple how about we reschedule you.The other 2 times services for annual check up and cleaning were professional and good.

2021-11-16Wow!! Completely blown away by how kind and friendly every single person I interacted with was. Highly recommend this place!! The hygienist was very gentle and even though I was pregnant and my teeth were extra sensitive, I experienced no discomfort whatsoever. Everyone was so kind that I actually left the dentist in a better mood than when I came in!!

2021-12-10I really enjoyed my experience with Dr. Kelsey, the dentist has always felt like such scary/traumatic experience, but my anxiety’s and fears were taken seriously before any procedure making it easy for me to go to the dentist, get the required medications I needed to do that, and not feel so overwhelmed. I used to feel extremely overstimulated and insecure about the dentist which caused me to avoid it but I’m so happy with my experiences here. Thank you for making it a comfortable Dr. Kelsey and the rest of the staff:)))

2020-07-10Dr. Kelsey Gross has been my dentist for several years, and I go for regular cleanings twice per year. The cleanings are the most thorough I’ve ever had in my life! I love that they explain what they are doing so you’re fully informed. The staff and dental hygienists are so skilled, friendly and caring! I highly recommend them for any of your dental needs.

2020-10-24I was looking for a new dentist and this practice came highly recommended from my wifes periodontist. My new dentist is Dr. Kelsey Gross DDS and I dont think that I could have made a better selection. Kelsey is an outstanding dentist. Her hygienist, Jessica, is the best hygienist that I have had and the entire staff is professional, personable and attentive.

2020-07-11My fiancé and I love this office and will never go to a another after finding this one. Nicole at the front desk has such a welcoming personality so every experience there has an excellent start. The Doctors are very professional and precise with their work! Dr. Kelsey takes pictures throughout the process so you are not kept in the dark with what is going on throughout procedures, she makes sure you’re comfortable and taken care of and does exceptional work. The hygienists are amazing with educating patients and taking take of you like a number one priority, Mrs. Carol the hygienist is both of our favorite! They go above and beyond what any other Dentists, hygienists and assistants we have encountered has done. 11/10 recommend this office to all of my friends and family.

2020-06-28I just recently started going to this office. I would highly recommend them to all of my family and friends. Everyone who works there is so pleasant and professional. I cannot say enough about how helpful and comforting it has been to finally find a dentist I can trust. They are thorough and attentive to all of my dental needs and very accommodating to my work schedule, even offering a few days per week with evening hours!

2019-07-26Have been working with Dr. Kelsey Gross and staff for a couple years now and am very happy! Recently one of my older fillings broke and they (Mary) were able to squeeze me into a packed schedule that day. The staff there has always been very polite and Kelsey is very knowledgeable and makes going to the dentist easy. I am a hard customer to keep happy so they must be doing things right.

I have gone through several years of significant dental issues which have been difficult and anxiety provoking, specifically because I have had previous negative experiences with dentists. During the process of finding someone who would be compassionate as well as effective in finding ways to manage and improve my situation, I was fortunate to have multiple people recommend the office of Dr. Gross and Dr. Gross.I immediately felt welcome in the office, and both doctors have gone above and beyond to take the time to answer questions and concerns, and always make an effort to put patients at ease. The work that has been done has been done with immense care and it is clearly a priority that every step necessary is taken to make sure that patients leave with a positive experience and outcome.Everyone I have interacted with, including the wonderful hygienists and the amazing office staff, are always happy to answer any question or concern and are willing to spend time and effort into making sure the patient is happy.I can’t thank this office enough for everything they’ve done so far, and I can say for the first time in my life, going to the dentist is not only NOT anxiety provoking, but it’s actually a very positive experience.
