Purchased new truck a few weeks ago. Daniel Stinson Jr. was my salesman, and was extremely helpful and attentive to my questions and needs. Assist was made from other Dan working there as well, and together were able to come to a good deal. Will definitely look to Ricart Ford for future auto needs.
Pretty much a waste of time trying to get my Ford fixed at the Ford dealership. Staff said they dont get these models in that much anymore. lol. They kept the car for 6 days but couldnt find the problem. That didnt stop them from offering to replace random expensive stuff however just in case.I dont need $60 wiper blades. I can do those myself when and where actually needed. What I do need is a car that consistently starts.Ford and Ricart seem to be stuck in the past unable to actually deliver quality service on modern vehicles they make and sell. The customer is the beta tester.
The service was subpar at best. To have to pay extra on a covered warranty because of a technicians inability to complete a job on time is ridiculous. Only to get it home to inspect the work and find vacuum line left unplugged. And some of the seal hanging on. Still wanting for it to leak. Ricart will be lucky if I buy another car from them yet alone take it back for service. Did I mention how horrible the service manager was. Comparing car warranty work to health care. What a joke.
Husband and I walked in to test drive a Maverick and a Bronco since we are both looking for new cars. We stood inside for 15 minutes waiting for someone to acknowledge us and no one greeted or approached us. Kept waiting and once we realized no one was going to help us we decided to leave and look elsewhere. Weirdest experience ever.
Nice salesman however the service ended there. No follow through on promises. No communication between departments. No one answers phone or is available. Service department is ignorant on issue and not willing to assist. Still have vehicle without the services promised on purchase agreement. Never should have agreed to take new vehicle prior to all issues being rectified.****almost 3 weeks now and still no repair. ***Finally received my promised NEW FORD windshield 6/14 and there is a visible scratch on it in the same area of the ding that cause the initial replacement. The contracted window replacement company came to my place of work to complete this replacement. Was this actually replaced or just repaired!!!!
The most fun Ive had at a auto dealership..No kidding everyone at Ricart Ford had a great attitude and exceptional sense of humor..Chelsea is a great sales representative..we never felt any pressure ..she bent over backwards to show us any and every we asked to vehicle and or option we asked for..Great lady...when we are ready to trade in we will consider coming back to Columbus and Ricart Ford
Overall this was a very good experience, I got the vehicle I wanted for a fair price. There was a technicality involving extended warranty that I think came off a little scammy. The sales person wasn’t very knowledgeable and lead me to believe that some thing was included that ultimately was not. And another individual who tried to sell the conditioning package for my vehicle wound up being very stereotypically “used car“ kind of guy. None of this was a dealbreaker and the financing guy was particularly awesome, I wouldn’t recommend or not recommend this dealership, there was nothing special here to set it apart good or bad.
They broke items on my vehicle during a simple oil change. They did bot bother to tell me.When I noticed it and pointed it out before leaving, they found the broken part in their bay, then acted like I was crazy to ask for it to be replaced. “It’s PLASTIC.”Finally they said they’d fix on next visit because parts department was closed but I was given no documentation that they’d handle.Guess who is buying a new part? Right. Me.
Very rigid in accommodating us as customers buying a vehicle at the very highest price point (F450 limited). Poor communication during the deal, incomplete prepping of the vehicle, miscues on the delivery, and a condescending finance department. Salesperson was very professional and pleasant, however.
Was told i got 13 free oil changes by the saleswoman when i purchased a $74000 pickup truck. When i tried to schedule for the 4th oil change , i was told that i was mistaken and the saleswoman would not have told me that i had 13 free . Im not sure, maybe it was a mistake by the sales lady, but that is what we agreed to. It wasnt a mistake on my part. C W.
I just want to thank everyone at Ricart Ford for making the purchase of my 2022 Bronco such an easy process. Zach Bowens has been my go-to contact from day one, he has answered all questions and concerns I had and kept me informed as best he could considering the issues with the Bronco. After 606 days the price never changed ( I was quoted MSRP from day one ) unlike some dealers. Due to a medical procedure I was not able to pick it up in person so Zach Bowens, Ted Hanawalt, Jacob Noll and the resident notary ( I apologize I cannot remember his name ) made arraignments to personally deliver me vehicle and complete all necessary paperwork electronically. Thank you all for making this a very pleasant experience. If you are in the market to purchase a new Ford please contact Jacob or Zach.
Dear Ricart Ford Service,First let me say that I have purchased a Ford Bronco from Ricart. A Ford Explorer from Ricart. A Ford F150 from Ricart. So when I took my F150 in for Service for a SiriusXM issue I was having, I wasnt expecting to get the oil changed, the tires rotated and the brake fluid replaced. I just wanted my SiriusXM issue looked into. Now I have NO audio at all! NONE! In two days in your shop, the FM, AM, phone system have all stopped due to a sudden Audio Control Module failure, that just so happens to cost over $1000 to fix! This appears to be a dealership attempt to force me into forking over a grand to have this issue fixed. A issue that did not exist before I drove onto the lot. You can ask my Service Advisor, I was happily looking into work arounds before this total system failure.I am to say the least not happy, and am sorry I came to Ricart with my issue.Seriously thinking of putting this on Social Media.Driving in angry silence.John Bradley Kappes
Great experience. Good prices below below plans you may get through your employer. Sales staff is great and works with you. The detailing group has some issues. As they detailed the vehicle before delivery, they scratched and gouged the paint. Unfortunately I live 7.5 hours away and needed to leave so they were not able to perform repairs. A gentlemans agreement was made to cut a check to have the repairs done back closer to home. Unfortunately, the repairs will cost more than what they will be sending.
1:22 Monday afternoon 6-27-2022 calling their main phone number - no answer... Swell customer service... Ill take my business elsewhere if you cant be bothered to answer your phone... Like seriously - is it THAT hard - for someone to pick up a ringing telephone - over 5 minutes now - and still no answer....
Omg I love these people that work at Ricart Automotive, Sean Williams and his team was very good. Theyre friendly, knowledgeable, kind and respectful, from customer service, Automotive department and the other workers, I mean everyone over there is very good and excellent even Im planning to go there and get myself another car very very soon and also their cars are very affordable.
I had a terrible experience with Joshua Rice ( manager) they hide the sale price for an f150. They told me the lowest they would go was $65000 for it when, so I told them I had to think about. When I got home I looked on their website and saw that the sale price was $62k. When I told them about it the next day he told me that he lowered the price of it after I left. So I called them out for lying to me and making something up to cover themselves. He reacted in a rude and unprofessional way when I confronted him about it.
Ordered a part from them for delivery the next day, called the next morning they verified that it was on the way and their driver would drop off that afternoon, called again at 3pm and was informed that it was now scheduled for the following Tuesday and that they didn’t send it out and claimed to had called me that morning which was a lie, no one had an explanation, and no attempts at making it right so left me with an apart truck and a frustrated fleet customer . Very unprofessional obviously unorganized.
Traded in a vehicle when buying a new car. They take my plates off the trade and put them on the new car and tell me Im good to go, no paper plates just a we will get it transferred. Fast forward 6 months later going to renew the registration to find out they didnt transfer the plate or offer a paper plate. So for 6 months I was illegally driving a vehicle thanks to poor customer service from Ricart.
They broke the steering wheel radio controls while replacing my airbag, and are now saying that theres no way they could have damaged the buttons, as the two arent related. (The buttons are less than 1/4 away from the airbag, and they share a cavity in the steering wheel.) They want me to bring my car in so they can diagnose it. And if they determine that the issue wasnt caused by them, I have to pay a $100 Diagnostics fee.UNACCEPTABLE
Im updating my review, the previous one will follow in tact.This is solely about Ricart Ford service. We purchased some after market upgrades though Ricart when we purchased the truck. The upgrades were contracted out,( not done at Ricart) there were substantial problems with the work done. When Ricart service became aware of the issue they immediately took steps to correct it . Issued me a loaner and sent the truck for work neccessary to make it right. They took care of everything! I have never felt so valued as a customer! I cant say enough about how they handled everything. Special thanks to John, Michelle and entire service department!We just purchased our 3rd vehicle from Ricart. Great service and no pressure sales. Our Sales rep. Was knowledgeable, very professional and sincere. Only place we will buy from!!!! Quick turn around time on purchase. Great price on trade in. Made the buying Experience very nice! Josh D. Was our salesman. Update omg I love my new truck. I wanted to add that when I went to Ricart Josh had the truck ready to go with all the features I wanted!
I just recently purchased a 2017 Fiesta at Ricart Ford and had an awesome, smooth experience. They made the process feel easy, and I was impressed at how personable the representatives were. This was my first buy, and it was important to me to feel like the dealer respected my desires as a customer and that I didnt feel like I was being taken advantage of.I was accompanied by Michael Cuva for most of my time at the dealership. Along with being polite and informed, he took the time to communicate with me and help me find something that fit my needs, amidst the sea of vehicles on Ricarts lot. As a college student and musician, I wanted a car that was affordable, efficient, and prime for listening to music in. We ultimately decided on the 2017 Fiesta SE with SYNC 3 equipped.Sterling Monk was the name of the finance representative that helped me sign for the car. I appreciated his sincerity with helping me understand the paperwork and legalities of the car-buying process. He even followed up with me a day later on how I was doing and if I had any concerns about the car. I felt lucky that I was able to deal with both him and Michael.I ultimately left with an awesome car and at a price that I considered fair.In contrast to my experience with other dealerships, my experience at Ricart left me feeling confident in that my time and business was well spent and genuinely appreciated. I think that is easy to feel skeptical when stepping foot out onto a car lot, but it was hard to leave here feeling that way.
THE PRICE THEY GAVE ME ON MY TRADE WAS COMPLETELY UNFAIR EVEN WHEN I STRESSED THAT IT WAS LOW AND WAS AN INCORRECT VALUE. I DID THE DEAL ANYWAY BY WHAT I WAS TOLD AT THE TIME OF THE SALE AND AFTER DOING 10 TRUCK DEALS IN 20 YEARS WITH RICART I THOUGHT I COULD ALWAYS TRUST THIS DEALER, WELL OBVIOUSLY NOT ANYMORE!! MY SALESMAN HOWEVER WAS AWESOME!!
To be completely honest I was given a price while at the dealership for services performed on my vehicle, only to be given a whole other price that I felt was inflated. Not to mention that I didn’t get my vehicle back the same day due to a alleged power outage, in which I had to cancel my appointments, find another way to pick up my children and wife from school and work because I was left with no car. Talk about inconvenience! The whole experience was bogus to say the least. The only good thing was Justin the manager who showed real empathy other than that you see what I rated
I took my 2015 Ford Explorer sport to Ricart for a manufacturer recall and for an oil change. Next thing you know I am being told that I have a coolant leak and need a new water pump (always get a second opinion). I voiced my concerns as a new water pump meant an extensive teardown of the motor because it is not external as in most vehicles. I was assured that these technicians were fully qualified to make the repairs and I would receive my car back the same if not better. Took them a week and when driving my vehicle home there was a noticeable lack of power. As I pulled into my driveway, you could hear the engine knocking..The service representative I dealt with was very accommodating and asked if I wanted to bring it back in but at this point I just did not trust it. I took it to another dealership and was told that the timing chain had not been secured back tightly and was causing the issue. I have even asked if they replace the timing chain because I was told that normally a vehicle with that many miles and a water pump issue that should be done.My car was covered under the extended warranty that I purchased and I basically paid Ricart $160 to mess up my car. The service manager never reached out to me and will be taking my business elsewhere in the future. Sad thing is, I have purchased three cars from Ricart and have always had a good experience until now.
Ricart Ford is NOT committed to Ford or extended warranty that they sold or loyal customers. Bought a brand new F350 2/21/18. Bought the Ford Extended Service plan from Ricart same day. Ricart performed nearly 100% off all routine maintenance, Service, recalls and repairs since new. Recently had some codes regarding power train issues. RICART FORD was quick to tell me they would offer no warranty coverage with only 88,000 original miles.Ricart should be ashamed of their actions. Their lack of commitment will not be forgotten.
I bought a Ranger from Ricart. I had to return a week later to have the hard top cover installed. Once it was done the drop in bed liner was warped. I thought I should give it time to relax out. After about a month it never got any better. I returned to Ricart to discuss the issue. Together we decided to go with a spray in bed liner. Ricart charged me the slight upgrade cost and ate the cost of the drop in bed liner. Most companies would make excuses and push the issue back onto the customer. However Ricart never balked at the issue. Hats off to Team Ricart, they really want to make their customers happy.
I went back 3 Days after my VIP MEMBER Appt explaining that not only had they changed my oil supposedly & forgot to put my new sticker on, but now my tire was losing air and I was travelling out of town. They claimed the tire was fine and was over inflated. I had to stop 4 times on my 8hr drive to get air. Ended up getting the tire replaced in at a shop when the guy found this obvious cut. They sent me on the road in a dangerous situation.
Salesman “Ryon” and staff were very nice and easy to work with. The car itself on the outside was good, not so much for the inside. The detail group may be a issue though. The cars I believe should be detailed better before being presented to the customers. Dog hair, leather seats In need of some cleaning/ conditioning, vacuum the carpets, and clean windows. Simple details. Spent 2 hours, but it is a sweet ride now. Thanks for everything else that was good.
Needed a new truck due to an accident with mine. Jake Moore was a fantastic sales guy. I knew what I was looking for, thus he led me right to it. I picked the one I preferred, then worked the deal with Josh. Both gentlemen were great. No hassle, straight forward details. Got the truck in a lease payment Im happy with. Scott was great too in finance. In and out in under 2 hours too, was beyond happy with that. Overall, superb experience and the reason why I continue to return to Ricart Ford when I need a car.
This place is huge and easy to feel disorientated when you arrive. However, just find a glass door and walk in, there is a staff member seated to greet you. Each time I stopped to get more directions, I was greeted with a warm welcome, and each time I was walked to the nearest coordinating door and walked outside to get me moving in the right direction. I was also accompanied to walk to my final destination for picking up my rental car. This staff member waited until my final contact accepted the paperwork personally and they walked out together to further my journey and be passed to the final step. Very friendly and all social protocols were observed. Thank you.
I brought my car here for an airbag recall and to fix the emergency brake. Full transparency, there were quite a few frustrations on getting everything taken care of. I have happily bought two cars from their Used Car Factory never had a problem. The Ford Service department was the only time I had problems, but they definitely took care of me and owned up to their mistakes. While it was a frustrating few days, it definitely could have been a lot worse and they definitely worked to make things easier. That was very much appreciated.
I’ve been buying from Jim Moshier since the 90’s for personal and company vehicles. Ricart has always provided great service after the sale. The people learn your name and show you the upmost respect. They have never failed me. I bought my son’s first car there in 2006 and he just bought his second Shelby a 2020 GT 500. Great place to do business.
We were treated very well at Ricart! They did great job taking care of us there. They had an excellent selection of vehicles there. We got the perfect color Rapid Red Metallic new Ford Truck! They have excellent features on their trucks. Everyone there was kind & helpful. It was an awesome experience!

This is the best dealership! We worked with Drew. We went in knowing I was going to buy a new car. The process was decently fast as I knew what car I wanted, we just had to wait on the bank. You know how it goes. Well, as I was wrapping up purchasing my car, my husband and I decided to bite the bullet and get him a new Super Duty. Drew was so kind and patient with us as we had to run back home and grab our trade in vehicle. This process was again super easy and Drew did everything he could to make it go faster. I’m sure if we had decided to buy the truck earlier, we would’ve been able to get things wrapped up quicker, but because we waited until the end of buying mine, it was dragged out a bit. Drew and the finance team we worked with (unfortunately I can’t remember his name!) had to stay about an hour and a half past their closing time for the paperwork to get wrapped up. The whole time, I felt so bad because I knew these guys wanted to go home — I definitely did, but we were never made to feel like a burden. I think it’s also great that they do not get commission from a consumer position as we don’t feel as pressured to buy. And the sales team don’t push. Again, I can not recommend them enough! When we need to purchase additional vehicles, we will definitely be returning!
I bought a 2017 ford edge 4 weeks ago. Andrew in sales was awesome. Josh in customer service is the best. Today, my check engine light came on and I called Josh. He told me to bring it in and they would take care of me. I got there and Amber in service took care of me and got me a courtesy vehicle in under 30 minutes. Also, cant leave out Matt. He was in charge of the rust protection and appearance of my vehicle. He personally picked up my car and brought it back for service. If all of this aint good customer service,,,I dont what is. Great job all.
Ricart Ford is very helpful and easy to work with. The sales team was very responsive and worked to make sure all my questions were answered. He worked out several options for financing and helped me get the best rebates and finance terms. There was no pressure to purchase a vehicle or add on options. They worked with my busy schedule completing almost everything by phone, text and email. When it came time to sign for the vehicle and take delivery they brought it to my house more than an hour away from the dealership. I completed the purchase of my new truck on my front porch in about 10 minutes.
They have the best people who know what they are talking about. They are so helpful and will above and beyond to help get you what you want. They have taken such great care of my mom twice now since my dad passed away and both my parents before that. I will always tell people to go here when they say they are looking for a new car.
I will never ever go to another dealership because I am sure I will never get the same customer service. The staff worked with me on everything they met my high expectations and exceeded them. They were super considerate and understanding that I was very set on what o wanted for such a large purchase. They are considerate of social distancing, extra sanitizing and were incredible when it came to making sure the process was easy and as much was done before hand. Go see Dan, Sterling and the awesome customer experience guy who I would have caught his name but he was so patient with me and my wild child I I forgot to ask him it again.
My wife and I purchased a 2020 f-150. The atmosphere at Ricart is very calm and inviting. We knew what we wanted and the price was plainly explained. Therefore, there was no real haggling.Jake Moore was our sales representative. Great place to buy a car from IF you dont have any problems with it. Having problems after 2 weeks of ownership. Sales manager is NO help at all has an attitude. The car has a 7500 mile warranty or 6 months and we havent even put 800 miles on it. Will update when issue is taken care of.Up date has now been two full working days for service and they still havent called back by for this is the worst customer service I have seen from a dealership. My opinion they dont seem to be holding up to there word at all. Or there warranty.I will also up date again if they ever work anything out.
I have been buying new cars for well over fifty years. And this is with out a doubt the best car buying experience to come out of those fifty seven years. They didnt try to talk me into any think more than what I told them I wanted and Jonika Dennie, was the best sales person I dealt with in those years. She was pleasant and thorough. She even went the extra time and hooked up my phone to the truck and other showed me how to work it. Zak the sales manager was also quite help full saved me some money too.
The sales team and manager I dealt with were 5-star.Saw a car for sale on Autotrader.com, inquired via email, set up an appt for test drive, sales person ran a hard inquiry on my credit to get pre-approved for a finance loan on a manual trans 2019 Veloster, the same day as the pre-approval a manager calls and says... (drumroll) the car was sold days prior and apologizes/does his best to make it right with rebate on another vehicle.This 1-star review is for the dealership owner who requires their employees to work with an inefficient system which makes them seem incompetent when theyre clearly capable and pleasant to deal with. The technology exists, its 2021, do better. My credit score took a hit for a non-existent inventory item!
Working with Kyle Jones and the entire staff at Ricart Ford was a great experience. They truly make you feel like family. You are not just another person walking through door for them to make money off of. They made the entire process extremely simple and efficient. I have purchased cars in the past where I was at the lot for anywhere between 4-6 hours. This from start to finish took about 2 hours and I was walking out the door with my brand new vehicle. They have a great selection of vehicles to pick from and they really work with you to get you the best possible deal. I was in the market to upgrade to a bigger vehicle because my family is growing and Kyle did a great job helping me find the perfect vehicle for me. I would 100% recommend anyone to stop in and speak with Kyle Jones and his team at Ricart Ford if you are in the market for a vehicle. I give Ricart a solid zero stars! My boyfriend bought several vehicles over the years from Ricart. His 2013 F 350 superduty diesel trucks engine blew up with only 95,000 miles on it. They charged him $900 to diagnose the problem after having it for 2 weeks! They didnt want to do anything to compensate him or help him in any manner. They wanted to charge him $20,000 to replace an engine that NEVER shouldve blown in the first place. What a way to treat someone thats been a loyal customer. I have talked to several other people who have had bad experiences with Ricart also. All they care about is getting you in the door to make a buck then screw you after that! BEWARE!

We purchased a 2020 Ford Explorer today. It was a great experience working with Jake Moore (our Sales Advisor) and Bill Arnold (Customer Relations Manager). This was our third time working with Bill and he is always very personable and professional.We have purchased several cars in the past from Ricart and have had great experiences with the Service Department. Used rogue Car we bought had mismatched spark plugs, wrong oil filter. New brake pads but the rotors nearly shot. Fog light they made big deal of fixing did not work, ended up being a bad socket. Sorry Fred you screwed us. Always admired your success. But now realized all how you obtained it.
I drove nearly three hours to purchase a vehicle. When I arrived they had already sold the vehicle. They advertised an additional $3500 over trade value. That was a joke and just a way to get you into the dealership. There was no additional $3500 extra trade. So they said none of this was there fault. Not sure how they are number “1”. Must be a lot of clueless people out there. Do not ever buy from this dealership.
The first time I visited, we purchased a truck. Lots of attention from the salesperson, good negotiation and we settled on a fair price. Fast forward a couple years and I meed a new work truck, so I figured, why not come here again.The second time I visited, it was a vastly different experience. They only want to put you in debt. Period. As soon as I told the salesperson I wanted to pay cash for a work truck, their attitude changed completely. They even said I could just keep most of my money and I’d be surprised at what they could do regarding monthly payments. They are dying for you to finance anything they can get you to.I was told the truck had to be cleaned and detailed and brakes installed and that I should call or text back in a couple of days when it was completed. The salesperson gave me their personal phone number. I called two days later and left a message. They called couple hours later, I couldn’t answer but they didn’t leave a message. I sent a text the following day, asking if the truck was ready, still no response. So I decided to just call the dealership a couple of hours after no response and they told me the truck was still in detail but would be done and ready for test driving in another day. After I called the dealership, the salesperson called me back and left a messages stating it’s ready for test driving. He apologized for being too busy to get back with me but he had two days and could have easily left a simple message. First time I’ve ever encountered a salesperson too busy to sell a vehicle.Walked into the showroom the following afternoon to look at the truck. The original salesperson wasn’t there so I was dealing with someone different at this point. Nice person. Before she could even sit down she asked how I was paying for the truck. She was obviously informed of my intent to pay straight up for the vehicle and it was dictating how they were treating me.The vehicle had a KBB value range somewhere between $12,500-$15,000.00, I don’t remember exactly. They had it valued at about $18,500.00. They told me they go by some other source of valuation (just numbers pulled out of thin air) that I had never heard of. Although they assured me it was the best way (for them). I offered them $1000.00 over the KBB and they only dropped their price by $450.00. They admittedly just picked the truck up from an auction. They were poised to make about a $8,000-$11,000.00 profit but because they couldn’t run my credit and tack on 6 years of interest my money wasn’t worth negotiating with.If you are paying with cash, they definitely aren’t ”Dealin” and will treat you like they don’t want your business.
This was my first time at Ricart and my first Ford product. I understand that Dominic (my salesman) is fairly new to Ricart. He did an outstanding job with me, answering questions, and if he did not know he admitted it but got the answer for me. Everyone was very courteous and very helpful. I had a pretty pleasant buying experience for something I never looked forward to before. Thanks to everyone involved involved in my experience with you. Dealership is clean and everyone is practicing social distancing as much as humanly possible. Everyone is wearing mask. And hand sanitizer is readily available for customers. I am here for a service and was walking the lot. It was nice no salesman came up to me or stopped me at anytime. It might be from pandemic, but still was nice. The service department 9seems OK right now. Expect normal stuff, you need new tires, cabin filter, ect. Only buy when you are ready. However if they mention brakes you might want to think about putting off. Brought the service plan when we purchased the vehicle. It has been worth every penny and absolutely no hassle about it when we bring our vehicle in for service.
I had a wonderful experience coming to Ricart. Cars and pricing were great. The staff were helpful and nice. They did a great job of explaining the process. They even worked with me on getting a car without a down payment. I went in on a Saturday(which was busy) and was helped right away. I was driving home in a new car in less than 3 hours. I have to give a shout out to Jon P. because he was professional, down to earth, and was all around the best cars salesman! I definitely will recommend Ricart to anyone looking for a new or used car. I will be coming back for any future car purchases. Thank Ricart for making buying a car easy and an enjoyable experience!
I was in and out of Ricart in about 90 minutes to trade in my vehicle and fill out paperwork on a new vehicle. The sales staff was efficient, accommodating and gave me the best deal, the first time...no haggling. I did my research before going in and knew what I wanted and at what price and they even did a little better than that.

Salesman said hes too busy to answer questions about a vehicle after financing was ready and they had all my info. Customer service is a thing of the past......UPDATE !!!! SALES MANAGER ZACH BOWENS TO THE RESCUE!!!!Its no secret that Ford Superduty trucks are very hard to find right now and the fact that 1 guy 3 hours away wasnt happy probably wouldnt have hurt Mr. Ricarts pockets but upon seeing my review Zach stepped up and went to work. He was prompt, curteous, and genuine. Zach gets 6 STARS and should be employee of the month! Zach and his team were awesome from Andrew in sales to Ted in finance! When Zach said he had read my review and he would like a chance to change my mind I thought oh here we go.... He said customer service was important to him and now I am a believer. Zach went out of his way to answer any and all questions I had and if he didnt have the answer he knew where to find it. When he said I will find out and call you in 20 minutes he called in 15! I asked for pictures of this truck for 2 days he had them in 15 minutes. When I asked for a couple more he got them promptly as well. Best part was no suprises when I got there! Not to mention I was late but he waited. I dont feel like Im a picky person but when I am spending my hard earned money I prefer to deal with a person that takes pride in their job and isnt just there for a paycheck and thats exactly what you get with Zach and his team!!!
It was a long day, not surprising on a busy Saturday. But everyone did a great job breaking it up and making sure we had everything we needed to be comfortable. It was nice meeting different people and seeing different perspectives. Corey is a great guy and it was obvious he knew the car very well which helped us make, and feel good about, our decision very quickly. Well done, everyone definitely knows what they’re doing and I will recommend your services in the future.
Recently moved from Cincinnati to Columbus. Ricart was the closest dealership to me, figured to give them a try. Scheduling the service was easy, and I was told I could get a rental car at no extra cost so I could run some errands as they do the work, was limited on time. Got there, dropped the car off for an oil change and tire rotation. After talking to the rep, couldnt get a rental car and I was quoted $65. I was told they didnt give rental cars for an oil change, I understood that and it wasnt a big deal but wouldve rather just been told no.Eventually the car was done. Got back and it took 10 minutes to be acknowledged and finally a lady said she could take care of me. She came out of her way to do that, that was nice. I was then told me the bill was $89.00. I questioned that because it was $65 and no other work was done. She said it was due to the amount of oil I needed. Considering I was in a rush, I didnt have time to debate the cost. I paid. As I was walking out I talked to the original lady about the cost. She then said it was because of the type of oil and the labor. An oil change and a tire rotation, those are flat charges that shouldnt increase. There was an additional $30 labor charge that I pointed out and neither seemed to understand what happened. Anyway, I left shortly after asking a few questions. I called a few times the following day, nobody answered. I eventually ended up leaving 2 voicemails asking if they had a chance to double check the charges. Left my information, never heard back.Not all dealerships are looking up upcharge people or take advantage of them, but in my eyes thats exactly what happened here. This isnt an insane amount of money by any means, thats not the point. The first impression for a new customer was the problem. I wont be going back here.
I received excellent VIP service from all the staff at Ricart, especially from our car salesman Kris Somar, who went above and beyond to teach me and my husband about the importance aspects to pay attention to when buying a car. We were never treated as a number or a commission.It was also very comforting to see everyone else that worked there really enjoy their jobs. It was a great experience and I left with my very first brand new car.

Great experience. First time Ricart buyer. I found the F-250 I wanted online. I inquired about its availability and began a text and email dialogue with Zane. He and I hashed out a deal on Saturday, and Sunday afternoon I took delivery of my new Ford. On Sunday I was met at the door by Zack who informed me Zane had the day off but his team was going to take care of me. Zack introduced me to Nick who took care of all the leg work , and Ted who took care of all the paperwork. Super nice group. Comfortable space. I walked in at noon, and was driving home by 2.This was a great experience of why Ricart has been #1 in central Ohio for what has to be at least forty years. Thanks!

I was working a deal with one of there vehicles. Yes i was approved. Me and the salesman were straighten everything out since i was flying to pick the vehicle and drive it back home. I was delaying on time to get the ticket and figure out what day i was flying out. I did offer them to make deposit so i could lock in my deal. Im really upset because the deal fell trough just because they had a local buyer coming in to test drive the truck and buying it.“Hold off on buying the plane ticket unfortunately. Someone is driving in to purchase the truck currently. If it doesnt happen Ill let you know so you can buy the ticket and we can hold it.”Here is the message I received from the dealership. I really thought there out of state customers where priority to them also, but i guess they just want to sell vehicles to local people. Still can’t believe they could not take a deposit from me so i could lock my deal in!
I drove 2 hours to get to the dealership. I was very happy to find that all of the vehicles were unlocked and had information, including prices posted. The salesman was nice enough to let me browse on my own and not haggle me while I was trying to decide on a vehicle. I called his cell phone when I was ready to test drive my vehicle of choice. I was very happy up until the point of warranty discussion. I had spent 3 hours looking at vehicles (my choice, couldnt decide) and hadnt eaten all day and was very tired and just wanted to close the deal and go home. I felt very pressured to purchase the warranty and was told how it was only $$ per month which made it sound like a good deal. The lady was haggling me about the warranty until I gave in. Then she was rushing me to sign and pushed the paperwork in front of me so quickly. I was guilty of not reading it all (my last mistake) and it was closing time. I didnt leave the dealership until after 8:15pm. The very next morning I started reviewing the paperwork and found that the warranty added $4,000 to my total cost. Then I understood why my payment was so high. I was able to cancel it that day but the $4,000 will be put toward the principle and my payment will still remain high for the remainder of the loan, which sucks.So great dealership but dont let them haggle you about the hidden costs of the warranty. Gap insurance is one large part of it which my auto insurance already covers that anyways. Great prices, NO WARRANTY.
I visited the Ricart website and found the vehicle I wanted ahead of time. I then called to confirm they still have it available for sale. The salesperson scheduled a time to meet with me and had the vehicle pulled up to the front waiting on my arrival. After looking over the vehicle I said let’s go inside and work up a deal. No BS they made me a solid offer and I was signing paperwork within an hour. I left extremely happy and drove home in my new vehicle.
The customer service is awesome...and very fast service...and a peace of mind that my car was in good hands...and if you need a loaner because they didnt have your vehicle done when they thought...no problem they will hook you up with a usually brand new loaner...nice right 👍
I had a good experience with Ricart and the salesman who helped me, Nick. The only thing I would have appreciated was further explanation on the stipulations when choosing 0% APR over the Ford rebates. I was not fully aware that choosing the lower APR meant forfeiting all of the rebates. It didn’t really affect my overall payment but it would have been something I would have preferred to have fully understood when going through the process.
OMG!!! I just got my car back and it rides like I just bought it off the lot. It’s sounding like a less than six year old vehicle should be sounding. Sounding AWESOME!! I purchased a new Ford Fiesta from Ricart. I got a great deal and frankly, the deal was far and away better than any I could find among its competitors. I was a first time buyer with no co-signer and they were able to still approve me for a loan with a reasonable interest rate, given the circumstances. The process overall was quick and easy.
Stopped in to look at the new 2020 F350 trucks with the new gasoline engine, and was able to walk through the lot without being followed. That’s exactly the way I prefer. Once I saw a couple tricks I was interested in, I went inside and was greeted immediately by a salesman. I was impressed by the selection, by the sales staff and also how the finance guy didn’t beat around the bush. We had some straight talk and we were finally able to come to an agreement.
The staff at Ricart Ford took their time and helped my wife and I to find a truck that we are happy to own. We first went to the used Ford lot looking for an F-150 that was on the website. I had checked the used trucks and found one that fit my wants but unfortunately after talking to Aaron, he worked hard to find us another truck, we found out that it had been sold the night before. Arron was very helpful and as we started to leave he suggested we check out the new trucks and told us to ask for Chris. We went to the new Ford lot and talked with Chris. He sat down with us and listened to what we were looking for and then showed us on the website what he thought would work for us. He was professional and very helpful. He brought up two trucks for us to look at and when I decided which one I liked best he went with us to test ride the truck. He took his time and showed us the features of the truck and explained what they did. We bought the new truck and even though it was after close Chris made sure the truck was detailed and ready for us to leave with it! Everyone we dealt with was helpful and professional. It started out good and promising. I knew already I might not be able to get a car that day but I wanted to at least try and see. I went in looking for a previously owned Ford Escape. I told them my price range of monthly payments I want. The salesperson said “that’s fine, we’ll work with that” and disappeared for 10 minutes to bring back an offer that was completely out of the price range I said earlier. Then I thought maybe they misheard me so I said it again. They left again and came back with even more outrageous out of the budget price range I couldn’t afford. At this point I realized they care about making the sale. Not the customers need. And that’s fine, but not how I want to handle business.
Ricart Ford is either a place that you love or you hate and I heard both sides but I have been pretty much always treated great in the service department they are always willing to bend over backwards to get your car running right the new car sales they can be a little pushy and not want to give you what your car is worth on your trade-in but just be willing to haggle and spend some time if youre buying a new car or used car we have bought those there and in the end both cars have performed quite nicely.
We had an amazing experience today. We have always been treated great. Especially today, we have to say Drew Swiehart has been our favorite salesman. We can’t thank him enough. He was working so hard and still made it as quick as possible for us. We also can’t say enough good things about Bill and Scott who were a big help with the process.
This place is completely cooking. Bought a car less than two months ago and they sold it to me with two different types of tires on it. One being an off-season in three of the tires being summer tires. Theyre saying that it was sold as is even though I have only driven it 6,000 mi and they sold me it as its going into winter. Andre for Uber and they are telling me that I am not able to use you there rental car to work to be able to pay my car payment and are sending me at 100 MI per day when I live 45 mi away each way. This is completely ridiculous especially when I paid $28,000 for this car after all was said and done.
We bought a 2017 Tucson in 2016 & were very happy with it but the sales people call you constantly after 2 years about trading in. I kept telling them we are going to keep our current vehicle, pay it off & then come back when we are ready to purchase again. Long story short they call me at work when I am very busy & cant talk. They know my wife is at the dealership getting an oil change so they call her & convince her into trading in our 2017 Tucson with only 42000 miles on it. Im not happy that they went to her about another vehicle without me being being able to be there. I have instructed her from now on when they call to tell them we are not interested & we will come in if & when we are ready. I dont even like the new vehicle as well as I did the other one but at this point it is what it is.
I have work done on my car I had my battery replace and A full details. For the most part good work but as far as staff........Horrible!!! The two ladies that help me With the rental and taking my car after it was closed at six we’re great but there was one girl that had black hair she always had an attitude when I drop my car off and after Picking it up. Definitely need to work on customer service.....you will lose a lot of business with staff attitudes

I recently purchased a new fusion at Ricart Ford. Phil was my salesman and he was amazing. He was patient, he was kind and he answered all of my questions. He is new and I was pleased to purchase from him. This is the second vehicle I have purchased from Ricart and they definitely know how to treat their customers. Dan also went above and beyond to make sure that I drove off the lot happy. My car was detailed from head to toe and looked so pretty. Im very happy with my car and with my experience. Buying a new car can be very stressful. Just remember to ask a lot of questions to ensure youre making the right decision for you.
Purchased a vehicle with Ricart in 2018. Had some troubles with it (no fault of Ricart), and they helped my wife and I out with loaners and updates throughout. We ended up eventually replacing that vehicle with another from Ricart, and the process was painless. No cheesy sales gimmicks or pressure at any point. I wouldnt deal with any establishment who did business that way. Would recommend
Mostly a good experience, except 15 minutes before our Quick Lane appointment, an employee calls me to say that they have too many cars they are working on, so they can’t get to us today. It was about 2 hours before they closed and I explained that we only had one working vehicle at the moment and needed to get our new tire they ordered. The employee was sympathetic and agreed that she would make sure we were seen. Our appointment was at 515 and my husband was not out of there until about 715.. I’m appreciative that they were able to see us and got our tire in quickly, but it would have been nice to get a call earlier in the day or if they would have prioritized more since we had an appointment scheduled.
I called in for my car to be inspected for an issue in the transmission that would be under warranty. If the diagnostic says I have a transmission issue then I won’t have to pay but if it’s not the transmission then I’d have to pay $100 plus tax. I came in at 9:30am. I was initially told the process would take 30mins but they representative I spoke to said that my car won’t be looked at till this afternoon which didn’t make sense to me. She asked me what is my car doing that makes me think it’s the transmission and I told her my car was vibrating and she wrote the information down I gave her and I sat in the building waiting for an update. I called service to the manager for additional information on how long it’ll take to inspect my vehicle for a potential transmission issue and she said it’ll take a few hours and depends when the technician can look at the car. I clarified my transmission issue and made it clear that the information that I was told initially wasn’t that i would have to leave my car for 5-6 hours in advance because I had my 3 year old daughter with me. After expressing my concerns to the service manger that seemed to be understanding at the time, I waited till 12:58pm and asked for an update on the diagnostic and the girl I was working with said I do have a transmission clutch issue but I also need my tires rotated and balanced in addition to the mount which they claimed that what caused the car to vibrate. I questioned her on the diagnostic because it was made clear that if there is a warranty issue then I wouldn’t have to make a payment but the girl stated because I said the car vibrates at 60 mph and initialed it, then I would have to pay because there was more than one issue on my car. We kept going back and forth and I asked to speak to the manager. The manager stated that because I signed and said my car was vibrating then I’d have to pay because they didn’t write anything on the paperwork or notate the system that I came for my transmission clutch. I told them both as they tried to argue with me and belittle me that when I called 2 weeks ago and called today, it was specifically on the open recall I have for my Ford. The manager only hung onto the description of what I said that the car was doing, rather than me saying I want the transmission checked. The entire time that the manager and the associate was arguing with me, I was on the phone with my boyfriend and he told them that they were trying to scam me. I let the manager and associate know that if I called in for my car to be checked for a transmission issue it shouldn’t matter if my car has a missing door or a missing steering wheel I only came to get my transmission checked and I shouldn’t be charged for anything because I actually do you have a transmission issue and at that point they told me that I can have my keys and I’m never allowed to come back to their store ever again and that I need to get out and leave.I will never go to their location ever again as they had poor customer service and nobody practice social distancing and barely any of them had masks or face coverings on.I recommend no one go there unless you want to be charged for them saying that you need a tire rotation and balance rather then focusing on the actual damage that’s covered under warranty through Ford.
The Ford group was very up front and helpful. Before we went to Ford, we had a 4 hour ordeal with another dealership. They listened to our concerns and were very patient & understanding. They did everything possible to make sure we didnt have another bad experience. We were informed & addressed throughout the entire process. We left extremely satisfied. Thank you for such a proud moment as our daughter bought her first brand new car.Henry Ford would be proud ;-D

Great customer service and an awesome selection. Not pushy and very easy to work with. Actually listened to what we were looking for and made some great suggestions and recommendations. Very easy finance experience and were actually concerned about getting us a payment we could work with. One of our best vehicle experiences and being retired, this wasn’t our first rodeo. I went in to the Ricart Ford Quick Lane today at 2:02 pm to get an oil change and new tires for a fleet vehicle. Typically, fleet does take a little extra time due to the approval process, however I was very disappointed with the service I received. I was told multiple times that they were still trying to communicate with fleet and get approval. About 3 hours in I called my fleet and they informed me that they had approved the tire and oil change a while back. Therefore, I am unsure why I had been waiting so long. After 3.5 agonizing hours of waiting for new tires and an oil change I was told they only completed the oil change due to fleet not approving the tire change. I contacted my fleet program and they verified that they did approve for the tires to be changed. When I informed the employee she went back to “double check” and then told me that they did not have the proper tires to complete the job. My entire wait was a complete waste of my time and I felt very unappreciated and uninformed throughout the process. I will not be returning.
I have been buying cars from Ricart for the last 20 years. We bought a new F150 from Ricart Ford last night. From trade-in to getting my keys, we were out in a couple hours. No pressure, smooth process. Corey and Troy were great salesmen. The sales manager Chad made us feel comfortable during the numbers portion of the process. Our finance manager Zach was knowledgeable and quick. We couldnt be happier. Ricart customer for life.
We were on a mission for an F-250 Lariat and decided to swing through this dealership. Having never been here before, we stopped by way of recommendation from our brother in law. We ended up finding one that fit our budget and had everything we were looking for! Although it was a strange situation due to the social distancing put in place (no test drive/no hand shakes), it was still a very smooth and easy transaction. Friendly staff and salesmen are key 😊. Had a great experience buying my first used car here... I was offered a finance rate a full 2% lower than when I purchased my other vehicle elsewhere just 2 months ago and a body panel alignment issue that was misdiagnosed at a local Chevy service center and deemed to be not covered under the remaining factory warranty was taken care of very quickly and with no question by Ricart. Ask for Devin or Austin, they took great care of me. Will definitely look here again for my next car
I bought a vehicle from Ricart a month ago. Had transmission problems on the way to work this morning.Called them today to bring it in to get it checked out.They said it could not be looked at until April 20! Today is March 31. So I’m just supposed to keep driving it with a transmission that’s not working right for almost 3 weeks. That is crazy!
Ricart Ford is good at BAIT & SWITCH. I will have to file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission so people are aware of their shady practice. Be aware that the online price for the exact vehicle will NOT be the price they list on your finance agreement. It has nothing to do with the potential discounts either, the online details are clear. Just be mindful before signing your paperwork.
One of the most pleasant truck buying experiences I have ever had. Michael was very knowledgeable and informative. Everyone was very helpful and I never felt pressured. I checked prices with three other Ford dealers and Ricart was the lowest priced on new and they were more than fair on my trade. I left with more truck than I planned on buying without paying more. It was well worth the 90 mile drive.
I cant even begin to explain what a great service experience I had with Ricart Ford. After another Ford dealer tried 3 times to fix my car and couldnt, Ricart did it right. I especially want to thank my service advisor John F for keeping me updated on how the repair was progressing and along with the transmission master tech, making sure my car was fixed before they gave it back to me. . Everyone in the service department was great to deal with.
Great experience. Sale of my brand new car in less than 3 hours--that includes, looking, test driving and paperwork. Couldnt have asked for better treatment. Every representative that was involved in the transaction, from salesperson to financing were knowledgeable and very polite. Everything was explained to me from beginning to end and I left the dealer knowing full well what I had bought. I love my new car and wouldnt trade my experience for anything.
This has been by far the beat car buying experience. Kyle was our sales man and we worked with Jason the finance manager and zach the sales manager. Not only were they beyond efficient, they were all very accommodating. They listened to our wants and needs and made sure the car we wanted and the financing fit what we needed as well. I purchased a certified used car in March 2018, and my buying experience was wonderful. Great sales team, and quick and easy process. However, after only having my car for about 3 weeks, problems set in. My tire pressure light went on (which isn’t a huge deal), and then my oil change light went on within 48 hours of each other. I was told that the oil was changed just before I purchased my car. I took it in to the dealership, and was told the team just forgot to reset the sensor. Awesome, I drove well out of my way just to have someone’s careless mistake fixed. Then, about 2 weeks later I noticed my air conditioning wasn’t cold. I took it in again, and they gave me a rental while it was repaired. Again, this was a certified car, and I was told the A/C was checked before I purchased the vehicle. What’s the point of buying a certified car if the dealership isn’t going to do a thorough job certifying it. Ricart is a good dealership with a great sales team, but their servicing department who certifies the used cars needs serious work.
This is our preferred dealership to purchase all of our vehicles. We have been working regularly with Ricart for the last 12+ years. After contacting them of our interest, and details of what we are looking for they pull 2-3 vehicles for us to choose from prior to our arrival. The experience is seamless, the staff is welcoming friendly and professional. No pressure. We have only left Ricart once without a new vehicle, but that was on us. Five+ stars!

Two weeks ago I purchased my third car from Ricart, a 2020 Telluride. As usual, the staff was outstanding, I bought the car from Abby Archer. One week ago today, I brought my daughter in law to Ricart to purchase a 2019 Tucson from my salesperson. I can personally recommend Ricart, without reservation, to anyone looking for a new car. Both my husband and myself used Ricart to purchase our vehicles a few months back. Everyone we dealt with was professional and friendly. They worked hard to get us the best deals possible and were clearly knowledgeable in their trade. We recommend everyone to them now and even had my father purchase his truck through them as well.
Update: CROOKS. I just had my big truck at another dealership in Columbus for a routine maintenance repair. I had the same repair completed at Ricart Super Duty Service several times over a several year span. The first time it cost $700 and each time there after, the price continued to increase. The last time I had it done, it was over $1,100. I certainly understand that the price for just about anything will only go up. The same exact repair at the other dealership just cost me $500. Quite a price difference. Look elsewhere for any car sale or repair. This place is the worst.STAY AWAY FROM RICART SUPER DUTY SERVICE. I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with their big truck shop on several occasions. Service manager Ashley Cain is the most unprofessional person I have ever encountered at a dealership. Their techs could not troubleshoot a problem if their life depended on it. I had my truck there four times for the same issue. They kept going off the codes they were getting. I understand that this how the repair process works, but unfortunately the codes made absolutely no sense in relation to the problem. They only stumbled across the problem on the fourth attempt by accident going after another code that would have been wrong. Never even offered to reimburse me for the three tows I had to get my truck back to them after their botched repairs.
Great service. Friendly staff. We have leased 5 vehicles and just bought our first one from them. Definitely more like family. Doug has always treated us great. Chris Franks and Tyler (dont know his last name) just helped us in choosing our new Expedition. It was a good experience.
Kyle Jones our salesman was great! We had never been there before and we’re amazed how huge the place was. Kyle showed us every F-150 that had the options we were interested in. He was very knowledgeable on all the different trims. We took quite awhile deciding and they were closed when we finished our transaction! They stayed late to accommodate us and we really appreciated it! It was a long drive back home. We traveled there because of all their inventory, and it was well worth it. We love our truck and feel we got a great deal!!
The salesperson who helped us today, was very helpful. He explained everything I had questions about. We have dealt before with Ricart for passed vehicles so of course we came back . This dealer has more cars to choose from, so you can have opportunities to look at color and interior to see which you really like and not wait for car to be ordered.

I went to 2 dealerships before going to Ricart. I left each one of them a little mad and not knowing anything about the car I looked at. They just wanted to sell me a car right then and there. Absolutely flawless experience. Got oil change, tire rotation, balance, new cabin filter and air filter.It was done quickly and they kept me informed every step of the way. I just bought a new Ford F-150 at Ricart. This is the third vehicle Ive purchased from Ricart, and I seriously wouldnt consider going anyplace else to buy or service a vehicle. With this truck, I worked primarily with Shane Gillespie. He was so professional and friendly! He answered every question I had, and did a wonderful job explaining all of the features on the vehicle. He didnt make me feel rushed, and he was just so personable - it was like talking to a friend! He ensured I got the best deal possible too. I especially liked being able to start the process using the AutoFi capability through the Ricart website too. Based on the reviews of Ford trucks, Im guessing Ill have this F-150 for many, many years...but when I am ready to purchase a new vehicle in the future, theres not a single doubt in my mind that Ill be returning to Ricart. The friendly staff at Ricart Ford would not let me leave until I was totally happy with my 2017 & 2020 F150 STX 4x4 truck purchases. Everyone in the process at Ricart was respectable and easy to get along with, not to mention knowledgeable and understanding. I have purchased 3 new vehicles in the past 10+ years from Ricart and had no issues. But now things are different. It feels like you have to deal with 5 people just to get a price and There is no haggling on price and they do not care. I went in with a perfect credit score a very nice trade in and was told that whatever the internet price is that is final. They didn’t even care what I had to trade (they could have made good money on the trade). Said that was the lowest price period ! So I went to Coughlin and they treated me great. One on one service and gave me a great deal on a new truck. I’ve recommended several people to Ricart never again.

I recently purchased a 2013 Ford F150 4x4 from Ricart. First of all the amount of inventory to pick from was impressive. The trucks, all used of course were very nicely detailed and clean. I have been to other dealerships which do not clean their vehicles and this does not make me feel comfortable about the care of the vehicle. Matt Disbrow, one of the salesmen was very straight forward, not pushy, and a down to earth guy. I made the purchase after hours but they were still happy and eager to make the sale. I will definitely come back when I am ready to purchase again. One issue I did have is that it would have been nice to have a full tank of gas on the way home since I had a two hour drive. Matt was very understanding and this was out of his hands as he was not able to access the fuel at the shop since everyone had gone home again. Again, I would highly recommend Ricart Ford. The service is always fast when I go. The staff is friendly. They do everything to make sure youre comfortable while you wait. Ive never had an unpleasant experience with staff while there. They have coffee, subway cookies, and bottled water for you to enjoy while waiting.They come out and tell you what they saw wrong or tell you if everything looks right as they service your vehicle. They also will run your car through the wash after they finish servicing it.Great customer service!!
The staff at Ricart Ford is absolutely amazing. My wife and I were definitely in a bind, as my car had broken down the night before, and as it turned out, repairs to that car were going to be prohibitively expensive. My wife and I were originally looking into getting another used car, and my wife contacted Ricart early on that day, but with the negative equity we were carrying over, it was suggested we buy new, as the amazing rebates would help hide the negative equity.It was a rough day to start, but the staff at Ricart Ford, most especially Troy, Chad, and Zach, were up-front and honest with us every step of the way, held our hands through the entire process, and with their help, we were able to end our day on a high note with a new Ford! Ricart Ford has defintely earned my future business, and we look forward to making future vehicle purchases there.
Once again we have returned here for a vehicle. In November of 2016 my husband and I came in search of a Fusion. The sales staff is phenomenal. They are friendly, knowledgeable and not pushy. We left there very satisfied with a leased electric blue 2017 Fusion SE. I love my car. The same year we returned just a month later with my 21 year old daughter. She walked away with a new 2016 deep purple Fiesta. My other daughter came and bought a used vehicle from them in September of 2017. Now it is my nieces turn. We walk in once again the staff is outstanding!!! Billy, Dan, Sterling and Bill made the experience quick, friendly and enjoyable. With in three hours we viewed several cars, settled on an Outrageous Green Focus SE 2018, did the paperwork and my niece had driven home. This is the place to shop for your vehicles. This was my first time at Ricart and I have to thank a young lady my salesperson Crystal Cruz for her help. She went on her day off to work with me and accommodate my schedule. I really wasnt sure if I was going to buy a car or what I really wanted. She sat me down and asked me what did I wanted it in a car and we found like 5 different ones that got my attention. Buyer beware! I had a very disappointing overall experience. Both sales personnel Bryant and Zach were great. The internet communication was VERY deceiving and disappointing. The texted communication was untruthful as I learned when I arrived to the dealership to make my purchase. The deal texted to me was $11,000 dollars off the list price AND ALSO 0% financing. That is the offer I accepted. When I arrived I was told that I had to choose between the $11,000 off list price OR 0% financing. To get the financing I had to pay $3,500 more for the truck. I had already transferred money for my down payment and traveled 2 hours on a Sunday to the dealership when I was explained the offer texted to me was not acceptable. I ended up buying the truck but It was the most disappointing purchase I ever made. I asked if my check for the down payment could be held till Tuesday or Wednesday since I had monies being transferred to my account since this transaction was taking place on a Sunday. They assured me that was no problem and if the funds had not completed transfer Tuesday to call and they will hold one more day. Well I called to let them know to it would all clear on Wednesday. Did they wait? NO, I also had to pay a penalty of $64.00 at my bank for not only that check but one other for insufficient funds. Worst experience I ever had with Ford in 30 years. If I knew the deal I was first offered was not true I would have purchased a truck at home. I now regret buying from Ricart. It took all the excitement of getting a new truck out of the experience.
We shopped many other dealerships but none of them had what we wanted , went to Ricart Ford and found the exact truck we asked for.We were treated with outstanding customer service. We had our grandson with us and they included him on everything, gave him coloring books,toy cars and a big poster for his room so he was happy also.I would definitely return to purchase our next vehicle and I would suggest this dealership to all my friends.
See update below. Busy usually in the service department, however they are professional and knowledgeable plus being busy means they are very good at what they do. They found parts to me car I didn’t think they would have as well. As of June 6th i had my breaks done here, they were fast-friendly-knowledgeable- and made sure my stay was enjoyable, definite 5 star. Update as of two weeks ago, bought a car here from a awesome salesman named Dez. He greeted me immediately and told me i could look at all the cars and then come to him if i saw something i liked. I did and bought a car through them. They have awesome things like a free oil change and then every 5th one too. They give car washes for the life of the car. I genuinely like how things worked out. UPDATE: If you are going to buy a foreign used car here, go over it with a fine toothed comb. The service dept likes to use American parts on European cars such as Volkswagen for one, four different reputable oil change companies i went to discovered this and told me they will not attempt to take the filter off. Make sure the rear tires are not old as well, regardless of tread have the tires age shown. If the glove box has a lock the key fob would be used to open then make sure it actually locks the glove box. Yes it is all true, 0 star for you Ricart.

2022-06-25Ricart honored MSRP on the vehicle I had originally ordered over a year ago. My contact was responsive to any questions I had before delivery. Once my vehicle came in, the salesperson was very knowledgeable and friendly, and the financing process was simple and transparent. The overall environment was relaxed and low-pressure, and I love my new Maverick. Would recommend ordering a Ford through Ricart again.

2022-01-13Picked up my custom ordered 2022 Maverick Hybrid at MSRP, with absolutely no markups. While that may sound weird, there are many other dealers marking up custom orders well over msrp after telling customers that they wouldnt. Ricart kept to their word and sold it to me without adding any BS to the purchase price. We have had very good experiences with them over the past year, and will be my first choice for buying cars in the future. Both salespersons I dealt with, Andrew and Drew, were both very nice and helpful.

2022-05-04Im a Ricart customer thanks to Cindy, the service manager.Ricart has had a history of excellent customer service. Going there for two of my vehicles and several services sessions, I was very familiar with the quality of service they perform.There was a period of time where it felt like Ricart gave up on the quality service the provided. Confusion with opening hours and my scheduled appointment, to miscommunication on the oil change options for my vehicle, it was just all over the place.Cindy was very responsive and cared about my experience and me as a customer. She listened to my concerns and addressed them. You can tell Cindy is passionate about her customers and also the Ricart brand. If it werent for my discussion with her, Id be a consistent customer at the competitor up the street. She definitely turned things around, and overall, now a smooth experience. Every company needs a Cindy.

2022-03-18Bought from the new Ford and everyone was amazing, I never once felt pressured or rushed. Everyone took the time to explain what I needed to know based off their role in my buying process. I had very few question as the staff did such an amazing job explaining everything, and when I did ask they really took the time to answer making sure that both they understood my question and I the answer. I don’t have a single negative thing to say and will not hesitate to buy from them again.

2022-05-10I had a manufacturer defect, the seal on my windshield wasnt sealed properly and needed to be resealed. Ricart Ford was understanding about the fact that my son is in a wheelchair, and picked up/dropped off my vehicle for me to do the work. They were friendly, excellent and efficient service 😊
