Rhiannon was exceptional from start to finish. She showed up for our consultation incredibly prepared with a plan for our home before we were ever her client. She saw our home the way we saw it and helped us sell for the highest price per sq ft in our neighborhood. She is the best of the best and we would highly recommend her!
10/10 service! Found Ferrari Home Group on Zillow while searching for some homes in the Columbus area and decided to reach out one night. The morning after Alyssa Gunby reached out and immediately got the process started. From the get go it was very apparent that Alyssa is very knowledgeable in the field. She explained the whole process to my girlfriend and I, and made sure we understood and were comfortable every step of the way. She answered all our questions and planned a whole weekend of showings for us. Since we’re not local to the Columbus area, we really appreciated the fact she guided us through different neighborhoods in Columbus and suggested areas we didn’t even know of and maximized our time while we were in the city. In all of the showing she made sure to highlight various things around the property and educated us what to look out for. Being first time home buyers this was a huge plus for us. Overall working with Alyssa was a great experience and although our plans to purchase a home in Columbus got pushed back a little we have no doubt that we will come back and work with Alyssa again.

My brother died in January and he left behind a condo that he co-owned with our mom. Eric lived in Ohio, I live in Texas, and Mom lives in California. We had to wait for vaccines to travel to clean out Erics condo to prepare it for sale. I contacted Rhiannon to list the property. The sale of that condo is about the only thing about Erics death that was easy. Rhiannon responded quickly to every inquiry. She advised us well when we hit a snag - the property did not qualify for a loan! We ended up with a cash buyer and closed within a week of listing. Unbelievable! Rosaria was literally the best thing that could have happened to us during our home search process! We were extremely pressed for time because we were notified with exactly 30 days that we had to move out of our rental house (the owners randomly decided to sell). She worked day AND night taking us to showings and sending out offers. Laura Radulovich did a great and professional job for our first home buying experience! In the very beginning she went through the entire process with us and even did a mock contract so we knew what to expect. She scheduled us for any house we wanted to see and as soon as we found the one she put an offer in that night. The sellers realtor was unprofessional and a nightmare but Laura handled everything and did what was needed to get us the house. I recommend her to any home buyer and we will definitely use her again for future houses.

These people can really make your dreams come true! I wanted to buy and they forced the other people to sell their property faster than Game of Thrones fans type hate posts about Season 8. I mean, I thought the season was good enough to satisfy me, but other people did not seem to agree. I mean, sure... they threw out like, 10 years of plot development, All the deep character story lines, and most of the shows credibility. But, honestly... this is 2019, and we dont have time for 13 seasons. I feel like ending things abruptly and without any real closer for the fans was a bold move, and thats they Ferrari Home Group- Keller Williams Classic Properties gets my vote for a 5 star rating. I might not have purchased a home with them, but I feel like because Game of Thrones Season 8 was so terrible, these guys MUST be good. Feel free to give them your business any day of the week

2022-03-29Rhiannon is known as the best Real Estate Agent in Columbus and our experience with her certainly backs that up. We interviewed five different highly rated agents before deciding to go with her. We are glad we did because she was amazing from start to finish. Rhiannon is extremely knowledgeable, responsive, and overall just a joy to work with. She took the time to carefully walk us through every step of the process. She helped us craft competitive offers. She has also compiled one of the best professional networks I have ever seen. I have been blown away by everyone she has referred us to. Walking through a house with her was like accompanying a professional home designer, inspector, and Real Estate Agent all somehow rolled into one person. Because of Rhiannon we were able to secure our dream home within two months of starting our search.

My wife and I started searching for our new home in an extremely competitive real-estate market, which was quite intimidating as first-time homebuyers.
