I have been going to RGB nails since 2013, when it was Nikki’s Nails. I kept going back even thought the staff was pretty rude because they used to do a good job.I booked an appointment and had to miss it because my young son got suddenly very ill. Not only did I receive a rude voicemail from them, the very next day I went IN PERSON to apologize and explain my situation, only to be rudely reprimanded again. When you have a suddenly very sick child, cancelling your nail appointment is not even close to top priority.After 9 years of dealing with their rudeness, this was the final straw and I will never be back, and obviously I will stop bringing my friends here’s

Very clean & friendly for first visit.Had to go back in to have gel manicure fixed. They told me it did not dry properly and made a comment to another customer that it was “not their fault if I didn’t keep my hands under the light the whole time”. They showed frustration with me because I did not know my nail polish color name/number and kept shouting at me across the salon to find the color.Most expensive gel nail set I’ve paid for and lasted the lease amount of time

I called up this place and was politely asking the receptionist if she had any availability for my acrylic nails. I mentioned that I already had them done from another place and wanted them redone here. But the lady immediately started being defensive and asked why aren’t you going there.?? Why coming to us.? She said please go to Nail Quest don’t come to us.!! I was initially shocked that she didn’t want new customers. Then I just decided this issue needs to be shared with people specially who are trying out new services. I usually go to Nail Quest Dublin and i regret trying to go to a Salon which was nearer to me.

Absolutely amazing as always! The place looks beautiful after the renovations and it is very clean! I am very happy with my nails and this will forever be one of my favorite nail salons! I would definitely recommend RGB. All the staff are super friendly and professional.

Professional & clean. This is my second time in since the name change & it’s actually better! I don’t feel like I need to request Tina. All technicians take their time & I receive great results. Tai was my tech today & he is absolutely fantastic. Thavy was my tech before, as I said, it’s a pleasure that they are all great. Saves time for me coming in when I need to. Thank you RGB!

Very rude ladies! Got mani-pedi done..the scrub and mask were done in haste, not given enough time!!
