They have always treated me with nothing but respect. They do great service and great customer support and interaction. They give you their opinion on what the problem is and multiple solutions due to price to which you can afford. If I cant fix it on my own I go to quicklane. Sometimes I go to them just to save my time even if I can fix it. Great to deal with. Great people.
Have not been to this location in a while.Went here when it was still the Pondarosa Steak House. Loved that place.Was sorry to see that it had been torn down for a lube place.SighsI guess you can never go back.😢

A week before their actually opening I wondered in for an oil change and instantly I was hooked. Since that day I have not taken my vehicles anywhere else, they tell me if there is an issue, but also a realistic outlook as far as youve got some time before its a serious issue but something to address meaning they arent pushy. Their rewards program is remarkable, the service and quality is beyond any other place Ive been. The whole team is fantastic. They go above and beyond every time. A+++++++

MAKE SURE TO ASK FOR ADAM KAHL WE GOT A FLAT TIRE AND HAD OUR EASCAPE TOWED IN WITH IN 30 MINUTES OF THEM HAVING OUR VEHICLE THE TIRE WAS FIXED ADAM WAS EXTREMELY HELPFUL AND STAYED IN CONTACT DURING THE TIME HIGHLEY RECOMMEND!

I have always gone here because of Chuck. I needed an oil change, so I got there at 5:15. I had to wait because they guy was talking to a lady about her car. He asked me what I needed and told him an oil change. He did like a sarcastic laugh and said, “It’s not going to happen today. We stop taking cars at 5:15.” You are open till 6:00. You are telling me it’s going to take you longer than 45 minutes to complete an oil change. The only customer there was the lady he was talking to and she was going to be done as soon as they topped off her car. I just don’t get it.
I would highly recommend Donley of Ashland Quick lane service center.They were very courteous, prompt , professionals and went the extra mile to get our car repaired in a timely and the most economical way possible. 5 Star rating for sure. Thanks Donley Ford of Ashland!

Ok, I get the no scheduling aspect of Quick Lane. I can roll with it.What I have trouble wrapping my mind around coming in for an oil change and receiving a vehicle report showing work needed when a dealership, I consulted later, disagreed. AND not only was some of the work not needed, the legitimate work was priced considerably higher than the dealership.Update - it has been 3 months since the review and No, I have not heard from the business - I thought they had an opportunity to clear the air, correct my thoughts, or other.
Very efficient and still fast! Chuck does a great job managing the Quick Lane of Ashland Ohio. Will definitely use this service in the future. Want to compliment Jeromy and Adam also. What an excellent team these 3 people are.

Manager Adam has no customer service skills. Usually go to Wooster location where you make an appointment and it’s kept on time. I called ahead for an 8am appointment, explained I had to be out by 915am and was told no problem. Go in and I’m told it’ll be 45 mins and it’s first come first serve. How about you explain this when customers make appointments and I would be there 30 mins before you open. Place is a joke. Atleast Ben at the service center knows how to talk to customers and should be the manager of Ashland Quick Lane.

2022-07-20I have a 1973 Bronco that had been on my list to restore for the last 10 years . This Bronco was bone stock with a V6 and lacked all the creature comforts that you see on high end Bronco builds today.My goal was to get the ‘73 to a state that was easy to drive and most importantly safe for my wife and children.I started doing research as to where I should send this truck to get a complete restoration minus paint and interior. There are so many options out there I really had no idea where to begin. After talking to the typical high end Bronco builders I kept hearing about this shop that was producing some very impressive builds. That shop was Revved Up Motor Company in Ashland Ohio.I started working with Brad Salois and his amazing team to come up with a build spec that would achieve all the requirements I had in mind.Brad is extremely patient and was pleasant to work with throughout this entire project. His experience in all facets of the build was second to none. Brad not only took every call (even on the weekends) but he also completed the build on time and on budget.If you are looking for a terrific team to take on your restoration project with a professional and detailed mindset, Revved Up Motor Company is the place to go.

2022-07-05Revved Up Motor Co completed a full frame off rebuild on my 1974 Bronco. The craftsmanship and customer service was outstanding! I could not have asked for a better experience or final outcome. Brad and the team were very interactive throughout the process and the project came in exactly as estimated. No last minute expenses. I highly recommend this team of Bronco professionals!

2020-12-11I manage Classy Chassis, a truck accessory store in Ashland, and we spray bedliners in cool old school Broncos for Revved Up. Great guys to deal with, very professional, and they do great work! If you are looking for an old school Bronco thats been redone, these guys are the place to go! Highly recommend!

2019-09-30Very professional in dealing with the customers and are willing to do the little extras to make sure your car is taken care of and safe. I even had bought new lug nuts to put on my car and hadnt had a chance to do it yet and they switched them out at no extra charge when they rotated my tires. Great service and quick
