Report Heating was fantastic. They provided excellent service with their knowledge and expertise. From the salesperson to the install team, I knew that they were being honest and caring with the situation. I greatly appreciate everything they did.
The AC at my mom’s house went down in the heat of the summer. They fit us into their schedule right away and fixed the problem with parts they had on the truck. We have since set up a service contract with them and everything has worked great. A great company to do business with!
Reupert Heating and Air is the best company around. Their people are very friendly and professional. They take the time to fix your unit the right way. They do not believe in cutting corners. I use them at work for commercial units and at home for residential work.

The guys worked in the rain to get our new AC installed. It is working great and just in time for this super-hot weather.
Needed a new AC unit and Reupert gave us the best price. The install team was amazing. We had to have wiring and duct work done in addition to the new unit being installed and they got it done in about 16 hours over two days. Outstanding service from Reupert - our HVAC system failed during a heat wave. They immediately responded to evaluate the system, give us a quote, and then quickly worked us into their schedule for an installation of a new system. The installers were fantastic - very impressed by their efficiency and workmanship.
We have been using Reupert for many years for routine maintenance and whenever issues arise. I always feel comfortable with their honest and reliable service of our HVAC system. The dreaded day finally came when our 20yr old HVAC failed us. Paul and Michael were here installing our new HVAC system which included installing the furnace in a tight enclosed attic space. Jake was our service technician and did an awesome job! We needed a new part for our air conditioner which he was able to get within 24 hours. He came back the very next day to install it. He was kind and courteous.
When my old furnace started screeching loudly one morning, that dreadful moment came when a homeowner knows their HVAC is going down! I googled for a repair service company. A lot of companies popped up with their paid ads, but my gut told me to call Reupert. My gut was right. My call was answered by a friendly woman who set up a service call for the next day. The service men (Paul and Michael) told me a bearing was dying, and it would be only a matter of time that the furnace would die. The office immediately sent me some replacement proposals to look at. No more than eight hours later, the house was quiet (and cold). I called Reupert and within a couple hours, a salesman came to my house. All I can say is: Great service, great financing; and the professional and courteous installers made a big, scary decision easy. I highly recommend Reupert!
Even though it turned out to only require pressing (tiny, obscure) reset buttons on each of the two apartment furnaces with which we were having problems, the phone receptionist (front desk) was excellent, and ask pertinent and revealing questions.The technician was very congenial, knowledgeable, and was a pleasure to work with. I consider it an $85 well spent.
Such an awesome group of people at this company! My air went out on hottest day of year. Called several companies who werent able to make it out. Reupert responded right away & came out same day (on a Saturday) to fix it temporarily then followed up Monday to fix it after getting the needed part. It broke down again this month for a different reason and they came out again same day & fixed it at no charge. I was so grateful to them both times. Theyre very trustworthy. They have forewarned me to plan on new ac unit within next year or two to let know to plan for the cost of that. I appreciate them so much! Reupert installed a new Bryant furnace and air conditioner for me. They very helpful by making several trips to my house to keep the old unit running prior to my new installation. I am VERY impressed with the quality of workmanship by the technicians who installed the new system..

This is great service company. They have always serviced my furnace and air condition with professionalism. Yesterday I called them concerned about my water heater and it has some rust on the bottom. They could of tried to sell me a new one, but they didnt do that. After asking questions including the age of it, they told me it could be some surface rust from moisture on the outside of the tank. The tank will start to leak water if it were rusting out and I should wait before replacing it. Thanks for being a honest business.2 years later and I just had Reupert install a new air conditioner and furnace for 40% less than their competitors quote. Great company you can TRUST!!!

Thanks Reupert. our AC went out in 90 plus degree weather, you went out of your way, and had a new unit up and running the next day . I lived by them in Cheviot from 1957 to 1970 and never forgot their reputation since I was a kid, they are the best period.
Recently experienced some furnace issues with one of my properties. But Jake (Reupert Service Technician) quickly assessed the issue and fixed the problem. Also, he explained in detailed as to why the problem occurred and what was done to remedy the heating issue. Excellent service! I highly recommend Reupert Heating & Air Conditioning.
My mothers AC went out she is 85 years old they sent out a service tech. It was 83 degrees in her place and the unit could not be fixed. We ordered a new unit but with the high temperatures in the area it was going to be a few weeks. My mother who is a hard head didnt want the leave her place. I talked to Joe Reupert and he was able to get her unit changed in one day. Thank you Joe and company for the great service.
When your furnace goes out on a Saturday night and the technician on call drives an hour to come check it out 👌🏼 Seriously happy with the service we got. The part wasn’t available right away but we had our furnace fixed and cranking heat a full 24 hours ahead of their original quote. Very happy (and warm) today!
These guys were awesome. They did a whole new furnace for my parents house that is about 45 years old. They are very professional. About a week ago there we woke up and had no heat. They were there to fix it with in 30 mins. It was a small problem that had a 2 min fix. They were happy to help. We would highly recommend them to everyone.

I knew it had been since before I bought this house that the furnace had been cleaned. I also heard an odd noise over the weekend. Tim came out this afternoon for a cleaning, and is coming back to replace a motor. He was friendly, happy to help me understand things, and informative about the need for the motor to be replaced.
I love the technicians, theyre always on time and knowledgable. Which is why I use them, but if it was solely based on the office staff Id take my business elsewhere.They had me apply for financing, which I received but then couldnt use because it was a rental property. So I now have a 8k account that I cant use. Then they send receipts and mail to the rental properties instead of ther company. Smh

Our heat went out and they came that morning and got it working long enough for us to have them put in a new system. Our old system was over 20 years old and was never as efficient as the new one. I had another company do a “complimentary” inspection on my furnace. They immediately tagged out my furnace and suggested I buy a new one because it “had holes in the condenser”. I called Reupert for a second opinion and they did a more thorough investigation. The “holes” were just rust. Reupert saved me about 8 grand!!
I have used Reupert many times (Including a complete AC and Heating replacement) and am a loyal customer. They are always very friendly and do great work. I have recommended them to several people and will continue to do so.

We have been using Reupert Heating and Air Conditioning for more than ten years. When our old A/C system failed in the middle August, we contacted Reupert for an emergency repair. We were very pleased with their quick response and professionalism. When the time came the we needed to replace the existing unit we again contacted Reupert to install new A/C and heating unit. Overall excellent service!

2021-12-01My AC went out at the end of the summer, and had to pull in quotes for a replacement AC and furnace system. I contacted many places for quotes, which almost all companies wanted to spend an hour or more on site to literally open a binder or write down a generic price for their installation. This included a few questionable quotes that were missing parts or had issues like wanting to reuse the copper linesets or drop from a 10 to 1 year warranty.I ended up expanding my search and realized I overlooked Reupert who operates slightly more on the west side of Cincinnati, but I was still within their service range. At this time I knew the furnace model and AC unit outside and wanted to get down to a price for an installation. I ended up speaking with Joe Reupert directly who formed a quote and emailed it over same day. Very knowledgeable on the hardware, got directly down to business and sent me a great quote. Everyone was in the same ballpark, although Reupert included in the same price full a new drop and takeoff duct assembly they made in house. Massive airflow improvement!Installation went smoothly and was handled in a top notch manner. Installer was friendly and answered questions along the way. Even with a bunch of work we were wrapped up on the second day. Id have no problem recommending Reupert to friends and neighbors in the area. I will definitely use them for servicing the system in the future.

2022-03-17Buying a furnace felt like a big deal. I did a lot of research on brands, installation, and furnace companies in Cincinnati. We had 4 companies come to our home and give us estimates. Reupert was thorough in their assessment and noticed things that other companies did not notice. They explained everything related to the installation (other companies did not) and prepared us for what to expect. They priced well compared to other companies (not the highest or lowest estimate). During the installation, they took their time and delivered quality work. A good installation is what really contributes to the life of the furnace. The installation team even took the time to improve the existing pipe/vent situation as it was done poorly before them. They really went above and beyond taking an old furnace out and putting in a new one. I feel confident that I made the right decision choosing Reupert and honestly will only work with them in the future.

2022-06-08My wife and I had a fantastic experience with Reupert Heating and Air Conditioning. I recently moved into a 100 year old house with steam heat and no air conditioning. I contacted several established HVAC companies within the Cincinnati area to provide me with a plan and cost to install air conditioning throughout my home. Reupert won my business with their friendliness, technical expertise, and price. The entire process with Reupert was extremely professional and well executed - from my initial phone call to set up an appointment, to the technician completing the estimate, to the professionals installing my new system. Working on an old house is never easy - but these guys took care of business, stayed on schedule and within budget, and delivered a much needed upgrade to my old home. 2022-07-07They did a great job installing my a/c and furnace. They were able to install both before the holiday weekend even though they originally said it would probably be after the holiday. I also had a basement door they were using that had broke off the hinge at the bottom and they fixed it before leaving. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

2022-08-02Fantastic Experience From Start To Finish ! Wed originally contacted a different company, which we have used for many years, and which we have always been very happy with - unfortunately, having read the reviews on the brand/equipment they wanted to install, we decided to take a look at Reupert: we had a quote and an install date within a week!We now have a new system, complete with humidifier, air purifier and UV light on our 1st floor; and a new ductless system on the 3rd floor, which we just converted from unused attic space.As with any older home from the 1920s, there were a few challenges, primarily related to getting the equipment up to the 3rd floor, as well as running the line-set and power out through the slate roof; Reupert coordinated that with our roofing company remarkably well.It was a pleasure having Reupert in our home; they were professional and courteous in their behavior towards the other trades currently working in the house - and we most especially appreciated their kindness towards our goldendoodle!
