This is the best Rehab place I have ever in my 69 years . I would recommend Reunion Rehab to anyone . Excellent staff , always willing to go the extra mile for your comfort . I could not walk when I arrived , today I just walked 118 feet with the cardio walker , and 20 feet with regular walker. They never gave up on me and encouragedme to keep on going . When I arrived I didnt think I would ever walk again . But they believed in me , even when I didnt think I could!
I am writing this review on behalf of Brett. Brett was sent to Reunion rehabilitation after five days at Riverside Hospital as a stroke patient. He was at Reunion for a little over two weeks. He has been in several different rehab facilities prior to Reunion. Reunion is by far the best we have ever experienced.Lets start with the Techs, they are the nicest, most polite, sincere, caring, and biggest men we have ever seen. The woman techs are equally as great just not as tall.I must tip my hat off to all the nurses at Reunion they are truly there because they love what they do. Super men and women!Then the therapists, wow, wow, wow! Lets start with Jay the respiratory therapist he is extremely talented, unbelievably kind, he takes his time not only to explain to Brett what was going on but me as well and what an incredible teacher.O.T. is exactly the same way loving, caring, passionate, and sincere, these people are amazing.P.T. another incredible team of people. They taught Brett so very much and had him moving and motivated. That in itself is challenging. To keep someone so motivated and feel good about themselves and their accomplishments no matter how small they might seem,Then Speech these women blew me away, they not only were teaching Brett I learned right along with him. The tools I gained from these wonderful people will stay with me always.I can NOT say enough about Reunions doctor. Doctor Ventresca is a man that truly cares not only about the patient but about the family and his team that works around him. He is incredible to watch and learn from. I havent ever experienced anyone like him. He is professional and warm all at the same time. He was wonderful to Brett. I am so grateful to him.I would also like to add that I was fortunate to meet and visit the CEO of Reunion. He is the prime example of why Reunion in my opinion is the top facility around. Yet another professional on this team that is 110% full of compassion and passion for every person in the building be it a patient, a family member of the patient, or one of his medical team. He is an extremely sincere individual.Brett and I are blessed and grateful to all the people that worked with him and educated me along this difficult journey he is on.Thank you Reunion for making us feel like a part of your family.God Bless You All!
My stay at reunions was a great, the staff and everybody all put the patient first from everything that I saw. Melissa my nurse for a couple different shifts was extremely helpful she worked with my wife and talked to her about the PICC line that Im being sent home with and that just really helped her get comfortable with and myself also ,plus dealing with everything else that was going on. Everybody from upper management all the way throughout the entire organization were great to work with.The OT and PT folks they were extremely helpful and very nice to work, they pushed you without you realizing that they were pushing you too get you to work more and to learn more and to be in to heal up faster. Reunions is so customer orientated that not only do you talk to your individual nurses and OT and PT people but all the department heads including the CEO make sure to pop in and introduce themselves to make sure that you understand that they care about everything that goes on here and also take the time to talk to you and ask you questions about what had happened and why you were in there
My brother is receiving therapy at Reunion Rehabilitation after a stroke and the staff have been awesome. The facility is beautiful and has state of the art equipment. Even the CEO made a special point of introducing himself to the family
Fully equipped and staffed rehab facility. The therapists are second to none with special recognition to my primary therapists Krista OT and Michelle PT who were bright spots on some of my darkest days and helped me to regain my function.
This place is fantastic! The Doctors, nurses, therapists and all the rest of the staff are absolutely wonderful, kind and considerate!!! Plus the food is delicious. They made my stay here so tolerable and made me feel good!! Recommend highly!!!
The staff here is very professional and friendly. They are caring and knowledgeable and truly care for their patients. I was very pleased with the care I received while I was there and would highly recommend Reunion to anyone needing rehab.
What an amazing experience we had at Reunion. I have never felt so secure that my husbands need were being met. Everyone was so nice and took excellent care. From the receptionist to the director the service was outstanding. Stephanie, Marcy, Jon,Teresa, Amy, Titus, Dee, Elsie and Marshall made his stay pleasurable. I know I have forgotten some people but there wasn’t one person there that wasn’t outstanding. Everyone that asks how my husband is doing I tell them about his progress and about the wonderful staff at Reunion. I would give you 100 stars if I could. My mom had the pleasure of staying for two weeks, she loved her time and told me everyday how nice everyone was. Melissa was her favorite nurse, loved the therapy staff, especially Chris and told me that it didn’t matter who the staff was (and she can’t remember all their names) they were all nice. As a family member I knew that she was well taken care of. I heard many times throughout the visit that the staff loved her and I for one appreciated the staff, Jon was always there, checking in on us and making sure any concerns were addressed. Visitation was easy and I never wondered how she was doing. Thank you Reunion staff.- Michelle
This has been a wonderful experience. Staff is attentive, kind, and treats everyone with dignity no matter their particular health and rehab needs. Medical staff is present everyday and listens to patient needs. Therapy staff and facilities are outstanding and thorough. Everyone works together well with patientsto establish and communicate goals and anticipated discharge dates while also being attentive to possible needs for home health care after discharge.After being in another skilled nursing facility for four weeks then having to return to hospitalas a result of the poor care received at the other facility, I was very leery to have to return to another facility for rehab. However, I am so thrilled to have been introduced to Reunion and wish I had know about Reunion earlier.I would highly recommend Reunion for anyone’s short term rehabilitation needs.
Everyone was wonderful and helpful. It was just great to be around people with their good attitudes. Eddy in therapy was the best. He was always so nice to me.
I spent my post-operative care with the nurses, aides, food and diet experts, occupational and physical therapists, in awe of their expertise. They made me feel like a princess! Instead of wallowing in my pain after a 10 hour spinal operation--they taught me how to care for myself and took care of me with finesse. The dieticians tweaked my menus as my throat healed after eating tubes during surgery. They changed my pillows to make me feel more comfortable every time I hit my help button. I felt like they were a part of my family. These are the reasons I give them 5 stars.
Nurse Jon, Nurse Kassandra and Nurse Melissa were excellent. The other nurses were good too. Dylan the PSA is excellent. All of them good.
I had a fantastic experience at this facility. All staff was putting patients first and went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable. The facility is absolutely terrific. It is brand new, spacious private rooms, and state of the art gym. I was greeted with the executives of the company to address any concerns that I may have had and asked what they could do to make it better. I was at a shared nursing facility and got nowhere near the amount of care that I have here. I do not say this often, but I really have no complaints and highly recommend Reunion for anybody looking for inpatient rehab.
The Reunion facility is brand new, clean, and well-equipped for physical and occupational therapy. The quality of the therapists is stellar--many have doctorate degrees. The nursing staff is nice and responsive. Quality of the food is fine. Management really takes ownership of the patient experience and keeps a positive culture. Frankly this should be a five-star review. EXCEPT...where they fail miserably is in discharge planning. Most of their patients discharge home. My mother required further skilled nursing and needed to be transferred to a nursing facility. The social worker was of little to no use in helping us identify an appropriate facility, they have no awareness of connectivity to the communitys health resources, and their lack of planning and lack of knowledge wasted valuable time. We were told Medicare did not approve the transfer... leaving out the vital word yet and Reunion even called for a family conference on how wed manage my mother at home, where her doctor said she shouldnt go. Every time I had to come in behind Reunions social worker, make the phone calls myself, and in the case of Medicare, learn that did not approve means in progress NOT declined. Theres a big difference. All in all I felt like I was left to my own devices--to find a facility with vacancy, with the needed capabilities, in-network insurance and they just followed with the paperwork.
First time I have had to be in a rehab facility, I came in as a post Covid patient. I can’t say enough about the staff here at reunion, from drs, respiratory therapists,PT, OT and Cna’s. They are here to help you get better and compassionate about their jobs and patients. I was here for a week and had to leave because of medical issues and returned a week later and we picked up where we had left off. With their hard work I am heading home 10 days later after my return . They are professionals but also become your friends. I would highly recommend Reunion Rehabilitation Hospital Dublin
My grandma has been on her call light all day and night. I cant visit her because Im too far away. She called me telling me that the nurses there are running around trying to help everyone . Dont blame them, I was on the phone with my gammy and they sound like hardworkers and are doing their best.I love my gamma. I saw all the reviews and thought it would be different from other places. I dont want to talk to anyone, just make sure everyone gets the 5 star treatment the reviews on here show. Fix it now

The staff is amazingly kind. No deed is too small or large for them. All of the nurses have been great and all of the nurses assistants work very hard to make sure the residents are comfortable. I would recommend this facility for any loved one. I would like to name specific staff but I will tell you every single one of them I would give a five star review.
As a nurse myself who has worked at many places and has been a patient here, I can say that this Rehab Hospital is second to none. Every single person (and then some) who has been a part of care team has gone above and beyond not only with my care, but have been encouragers, cheerleaders, spirit lifters-everything I’ve needed to not fall apart during this difficult time in my life. A special thank you to CEO, Neb... to my therapy team, Krista, Katie and Carmen, and to nurse Vivian, and Techs Freddie and a couple others whose names I can’t quite remember. But truly every single one has provided exceptional care. Facility is very clean, rooms are private and comfortable and the therapy gym is perfect. 5 STARS

It is an adventure in caring. Excellent staff, excellent caring. Just so impressive fro CEO all the way down. The response time when you need something is amazing. Grateful - best describes our sentiments towards Reunion Rehabilitation Hospital.Our care over the 4 months from late March, through mid July has been superior. “Our” care - meaning the rehabilitation and nursing care that my father recieved, and also our family experience. Throughout his stay at Reunion, we were cared for by sincerely kind professionals - starting with the admission process, reception greetings, daily physician care, physical, occupational & speech therapy, dietary and nutrition preferences, nursing/aid care, and case management through to discharge. We felt a special work environment at Reunion - like a family, working together to care for their patients - guiding them on the “road to recovery”. We did not experience a complaining or unhappy staff member. We knew they were working hard -but they were a team. My 87 year old father needed additional surgery, and had post operative complications and set backs, but Reunion PT and case management staff were strong and persistent with their efforts to move him forward and also work with insurance coverage on his behalf during his extended recovery. Recently I was a patient at Reunion Hospital and want to share my experience for anyone who may be in need of acute rehabilitation services. From the moment I arrived late on a Friday night until I left 17 days later, I was treated with total respect, kindness, and dignity. The C.E.O., Nab, was very visible and frequently in the therapy room as well as the patients room to make sure everytjing is going smoothly and to see if you need anything. My occupational and physical therapists were exceptional - they challenged me, pushed me to strive to new goals and encouraged me through my journey. A huge thank you to Krista and Kyra who were my regulars but were joined by Chris, Beth, Amy and Katie. Your individualized therapy program is certainly the finest available anywhere.The nursing staff is so compassionate and so responsive to patients needs. I came in with a very severe leg wound and very limited mobility and what I received at Reunion was total teamwork as they tried to manage my pain and yet see that I was able to go to my therapy daily. My exceptional nurse team consisted of: Melissa, Ashley, Jon, Dylan, Titus, Priscilla, Dee, Ilona, Bolly, Andrew, Ajie, Sharon, Anie, Jihann, and Neese - Thank ypu for all you did to aid in my recovery. Also, I want to thank Dr. Ventresca, Dr. Sherzai, and Dr. Guffrey who worked tiredlessly trying to manage my pain.Rooms are immaculate! The private room and bathroom are exceptional! What a nice addition to have the large picture window which made the room sunny and bright! Anthony and Jae take such pride in seeing that the roooms are clean at all times. Sharon, manager of housekeeping, does a super job of seeing that the building is well maintained.In addition to superior staffing, gorgeous rooms and a fabulous therapy room, my stay was rounded out with delicious food. Megan, the dietician, and Kayla, the chef, work very hard to make the food look appealing and tasty! They offer a nice variety of food and worked with me and my allergies.Brandon handled my insurance and was most helpful and welcoming. Michelle was my case manager and also walked along side of me keeping me updated on my stay and recommendations what to expect upon being discharged.A HUGE THANK YOU to Eddie! He is a jack of all trades and is everywhere in the building always ready to lend a hand or a listening ear! He is truly an angel in disguise with that ever present smile on his face!My deepest appreciation to each and every person who participated in my care. Keep on doing what you are doing. I stayed at Reunion for a few weeks to recover from a broken right leg. Everyone on the staff was outstanding! Nab (CEO) came by several times to check in on me. Mandy (PT) and Arin (OT) did a great job helping me with my transfers, leg strengthening excises and mobility exercises. Olivia was great during the family care training session.Marshall, Freddy and Titus were all helpful spotting me as I got in and out of bed. Jonathan helped me on my first few nights. Dee (case manager) helped coordinate my discharge and ordered all the items I needed for home care. All of the doctors and everyone on the nursing staff did a wonderful job.The staff is all very friendly and caring and I would strongly recommend Reunion to any family or friends that needs inpatient rehabilitation care!
Im very pleased that I was accepted here. All of the staff was amazing. I dont want to single anybody out because the entire staff was so good. The gym equipment and the facility is state of the art. The therapists are very creative and can pinpoint exactly what you need. Their routines are very effective.
At this time I am more than half way through my stay at Reunion physician therapy. My time here has been very rewarding and my condition has improved tremendously. The staff here on all levels are top notch. They are very attentive and concerned about all the patients and treat everyone with absolute respect. I would advise anyone to look into staying at Reunion for treatment from a Stroke to see if they will fit your needs.
I was very amazed with Reunion Rehab Center. Every other place I have been to was horrible. They did their job here. I was very impressed. My family was very impressed. I was impressed with everything from the doctors, the food, the therapy, and the nursing. My cousin is a nurse and she was very impressed. I would tell everybody about this place. I had no complaints from day one.
This is the third time in seven weeks that my husband, Donald has been admitted to the Reunion for therapy. Each time we experienced kind, (loving), professional care. They are always eager to be helpful and attentive. The last time Don was quickly transported back to the hospital his personal items remained. I was without transportation and called to let them know I would pick up his belongings as soon as possible. Michael was taking my call and said he would be happy to delivered them to our home - which he did ! - Unbelievable! I was blown away by this young mans above and beyond service! I would like to also mention Titus and Marcy for outstanding care, however, others are not listed only because of not remembering their names. The food is almost like home cooking which is great because Don has not had an appetite and needs nutrition for healing.

Our experience at reunion was great. Rooms are very nice. The staff was fabulous. My mothers OT, PT and case manager were excellent. I especially appreciated Jasmine, Ashley and Titus. Finally the food was delicious.
Spent a week non-weightbearing at Reunion following ankle/foot surgery. PT and OT was intensive and excellent. Therapists were caring, friendly and professional. Nursing was always responsive and the food was good. Overall I would highly recommend this inpatient rehab facility.
Reunion Rehab Hospital exceeded my expectations. Physical, occupational, respiratory & speech therapies were staffed with knowledgeable staff. Mandy, Arin & Jay were stand outs for me. Michael & Marshall, CNAs went above & beyond to see to my needs. Ravin was the nurse that greeted me & displayed the nursing care I would learn to expect. I was treated at Reunion Rehab. I was retrained physically in walking and talking. I am especially indebted to Teresa the physical therapist, Amy and Dr. Ventresca. They caused me to grow each day and I regained the skills that existed before. Most remarkable, is the fact that my right leg that had been made lame by a previous stroke recovered as well. To say I am indebted for their kindness is an understatement. I felt that the occupational therapist Amy was challenging and helpful. The speech therapists Carmen and Stephanie were surprisingly effective. The food was also good. I was treated with kindness each day.
Excellent experience at Reunion Rehab Facility with recuperation from broken hip. The staff was extremely professional. Not only in their understanding of each unique persons needs but the staff each had their own area of expertise. They also had the professionalism to share their expertise with compassion and empathy. I have had an excellent experience as a patient at Reunion Rehabilitation hospital. My room was comfortable and was kept very clean. The meals were good. Maria worked with me to make sure I received meals that were not only healthy, but were meals that an extremely picky eater like me would enjoy.The therapy I received was phenomenal. Physical Therapist Katie has helped me make a huge difference in what I could do physically when I first arrived to what I can do now. I owe her a million thank yous for helping me do things that didn’t seem possible a few weeks ago.Like Katie, Beth, the Occupational Therapist, also gets my upmost gratitude for helping me do things with confidence before I go home, where I will be alone a lot while my husband works full time.Last, but not least, I want to mention Nurse Amia. She is an unbelievably kind woman and an excellent Nurse. She always brightens the room when she comes in...even when she’s coming in with a needle for an injection or a blood draw.Even though I’ve mentioned a few specific people, I can honestly say that my experience with every physical therapist, occupational therapist, nurse, CNA and Doctor was excellent. They seem to work together to give patients the best and most beneficial experience prior to being discharged. I cannot express how grateful I am to each and every one of them.
I was referred to Reunion hospital in Dublin by Riverside hospital where I had been in ICU being treated for an intracerebral hemorrhagic stroke. From the time I was greeted at the door at Reunion I knew I was in good hands. Every single person made me feel like I was the only person they were seeing that day. They were professional, knowledgeable and extremely caring, answering all of my questions, getting me settled in my room within minutes of arrival. My room was very clean well organized, very comfortable! The staff- all of them including the CEO, (yes the ceo actually came in to my room and chatted with me)housekeeping, nutrition, nurses, doctors, and each branch of therapist services all called me by name, made me feel safe, made me feel comfortable and again, made me feel like I was their only patient. They were incredibly amazing people!, I never saw a frown nor heard a rude word uttered. on a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best I would rate them at 15...yes definitely better than best! I can honestly say as well that I Enjoyed my therapy sessions and because of the therapists, I have easily incorporated their exercises into my daily home routine. Thank you all for being better than the best!!!It is truly my honor to recommend this hospital to anyone needing these special services!!! You will not be disappointed!
My 92 year old mother has had a stroke and was here were for a couple weeks. I can’t say enough about the staff. Everybody was so kind and respectful and she will be leaving walking out. It was a wonderful experience. You deserve ten stars instead of five stars as far as I’m concerned.
My husband came to Reunion Rehab. Hospital following a complicated Cervical surgery.With previous surgeries his recovery was a home process, long and very worrisome for all of our family. However this time, being at Reunion was a totally different experienceThe staff were all a wonderful group of truly caring, professional, compitant people.The nurses, assistants, housekeeper s, therapists, doctors, administrators, reception staff each cared for my husband as if he was in a family caring place.Not only were they exceptional in caring for my husband but also encouraging me that he was in good hands. It is always difficult for the family to rest well when they are away from their loved one.I can honestly say I slept well knowing he was with care givers that I could be confident in their ability make sure he was treated like family.Really cant say enough how much I trusted all of them and they didnt let our family down.
I have to say when the hospital wanted me to go to a rehab facility after I broke my back and 4 ribs I was scared.After arriving at Reunion I was so surprised.The next day I started rehabilitation.The emotes that work here are amazing and do caring.I highly recommend Reunion to anyone that needs to go through relationships.T
This is an excellent facility. Katie was the best leading pt. Made you want to work even after an hour work out. I received 3 hours of therapy a day came in needing a wheel chair and walking out on acane thanks Katie for being professional. The big surprise was the food which was fresh tasty and was over the top. I was in four facility this year best food at reunion
I appreciated all of the therapy. They were all great. I was satisfied with the help. I liked April and Amber was very nice too. Sharon was also wonderful. I thought all of the therapy people were very nice. I think the biggest drawback is there is not always enough help.
So my dad recently got the experience of staying at this hospital and he told me that he loved it!!! Service was amazing and he was treated so well! somebody so outstanding by the name of Ashley was his nurse and she was so kind she was such a down to earth person and she loved making conversation! if i ever get hurt again and have to go to a hospital i’m going to this one again, i have recommended this hospital to friends and family if they ever need an amazing hospital to go to. keep up the great work!!
My father was fortunate enough to have rehab at this beautiful facility. I have no doubt that the exceptional care and personalized rehabilitation services he received while there had a significant impact on how independent he is able to be at home now. I am truly grateful to the staff at Reunion for their role in his recovery.
My fathers stay was excellent! The staff was pleasant, informative, and took great care of my father while he was there recovering. I saw a great improvement from his physical therapy. I would recommend Reunion to anyone!
Being here at Reunion Rehab was the most positive experience following a surgery that Murray has ever had. And Murray has had many complicated back surgeries in the last 15 years. Reunion provided not only extremely compitant and professional care, but made our family feel as if Murray was in the hands of people who actually cared, people who were pulling for a good recovery. Every staff member, nurse, assistant, receptionist has given so much to help our family. Before leaving Murray stated he would be missing the friends he made here at Reunion. Thanks Reunion for being there for us.
This is the best rehabilitation facility I have ever been in and I have experienced several. This establishment is very nice, friendly and beautiful. The food is the best I have ever ate in any Hospitsl and rehab facility. My favorite person is Shannon Shanadoah the most nicest person ever, also Ms Raven and the CNO John. Titus was very helpful as well. The Therapy Team is the best ever Amy, Teresa, Eddie and Amanda are the best therapists ever. I was 100% pleased with Reunion Rehabilitation Hospital services.
Excellent facility! The staff was very patient oriented. Every detail was taken care of. My husband was here for 11 days after knee surgery and every day he was seen by the doctors who were all great. I first took a tour with Fatima, who showed me around the brand new facility and explained all the programs. The nurses PTs, OTs and nutritionist did wonderful job of working with him and kept me informed daily on his progress. They even spent time teaching me about wound care, nutrition, and PT exercises, so that our transition to home would go smoothly. The pharmacist went over and above to make sure his medications going home were in order. I can’t say enough about Reunion Hospital. Even the food was great. If you are looking for a rehabilitation facility for you loved one, look no further. I recently spent five days in rehabilitation at Reunion in Dublin. I arrived very weak and had difficulty with fine motor activities as well as with walking and balance. My therapists, Krista, Kyra, and “Z” were terrific, as were the nurses and other staff there. Everyone was upbeat and encouraging and many took a few extra minutes to chat with me in my room because COVID limited visitors. The hospital is light and airy which helped my mood. The food was the best of any hospital where I have been. I came home feeling much stronger and was able to function normally. I highly recommend Reunion.
My husband Tom was approved to leave The James Cancer Hospital on Saturday June 12th after being there for over 2 weeks, and go to an inpatient rehabilitation Hospital. We would have went to the Dodd Rehabilitation across from The James, but they didnt have a bed available for few days. The social worker mentioned a new place that just opened in December in Dublin, Ohio that had a bed available. So my husband & I decided to try this new place, Reunion Rehabilitation Hospital. We are so impressed with this place from the moment we went in the door. Met by nurse manager John & another nurse and soon met the other staff. The staff here is fantastic. They are so kind & helpful and good at their jobs. In the short time Tom was here, he has progressed from mainly a wheelchair with very little strength & endurance, to walking with a wheeled walker wearing his left foot/ankle brace with minimal assist and much improved strength & endurance. The CEO came in to talk to us, & one by one different department heads ( like Pharmacy, Dietary, casemanager, etc) came in to meet us. There are so many people we want to recognize from Michael that greeted me & my daughter as wed come to see my husband, to nurses Amia, Marcy, Raven, PCAs Shanadoah, Marshall, clerk Titus, Dr.Sherzai, Dr.Dalton, Dietician Megan, Physical Therapist Mandy , Occupational Therapist Arin.....the therapy team is top notch...Tom will continue when we return home to outpatient therapy at local hospital so we can continue to make Tom stronger. Home is about 3 hours away, however just like The James Cancer Hospital, the Reunion Rehabilitation Hospital is worth the distance. In looking back, it was our good fortune that Dodd Rehab did not have a bed available immediately. if they had we would have missed out on this 1st class Rehabilitation Hospital, Reunion Rehabilitation Hospital.
My aunt came to Reunion Rehabilitation Hospital after a hospital stay. From our first call with Dana to our discharge, the experience was above all my expectations. We were scrambling to get therapy for Judy, and Dana was so responsive and helpful. When we arrived, the admitting nurse was completely impressive! (I am so sorry, I didnt write her name down) She had read through all of Judys discharge papers and knew everything that was going on with her case. Dr. Guffrey and Dr. Ventresca had amazing bed side skills! They took the time to talk with Judy and we never felt like we were imposing by asking questions and/or clarification. The teams diligence to care caught and treated Judys pneumonia so quickly that it was cleared up by the time she was discharged.Katie, the PT, and Krista, the OT, were patient and kind, and would push Judy to accomplish her goals. Their patience was beyond measure! Michelle, her case worker, was understanding and helpful in planning Judys release and continuing therapies at home. I wish I had the name of every nurse and CNA who worked with Judy so I could thank them. My aunt couldnt stop talking about how kind and nice Shanadoah and Amber were.I would highly recommend Reunion Rehabilitation Hospital! In fact, I have been telling friends and co-workers how lucky we were to find such a gem!
My grandmother was transferred to Reunion to recover from a stroke and I am so pleased with the service and care she received while she was there. The facilities were clean and well maintained and the staff was incredible. Cannot say enough good things, thank you Reunion!
Absolutely top notch, second to none. Reunion may be fresh on the Columbus rehabilitation hospital scene, but place any skepticism aside as this state-of-the-art powerhouse has seamlessly mastered the art of superior individualized patient care across the board in a quick six months.Still trying to shake off the horrors of my previous skilled nursing facility “care,” I was literally and figuratively dragging my feet to surgery, as the procedure would be a breeze but the recovery would be a much less desirable animal. From minute one, Reunion was a breath of fresh air, hallelujah! The mentality was different, I wasn’t a number…imagine that. I arrived in the evening to my sparkly clean, airy private room (hip hip hooray) with massive windows. A team of nurses and techs, working in harmony, swiftly swooped in to tend to my needs. The efficiency, knowledge and eagerness of the nurses and assistants was as consistent as it was pleasant for the duration of the stay…literally showing up at times within seconds after touching a call button. Incredible, around-the clock, fully-staffed service. Great conversationalists too.The overall hospital layout was not overwhelming, but straightforward. For patients requiring wheelchairs, all common areas and private rooms are 100% accessible and spacious, very easy to navigate. Ample space in private rooms to comfortably accommodate visiting loved ones.The morning after my arrival it was go time on the therapy front. Get ready to work a full three hours daily with the most inspirational, highly educated, creative-thinking therapists on this side of the Mississippi. Each therapist is smart as a whip and tailors individual sessions with a thoughtful approach and often a healthy dose of humor. I had a conversation with an OT about the important social aspects of healing (often overlooked) that come with an exceptional level of emotional support. Would be short sighted to say the healing is all physical. Side note: you WILL get showers in therapy, which seems like common sense but is frankly a luxury in other facilities. In therapy, you will work hard, you will see results and you will feel confident and safe to return home upon discharge. You may also enjoy outdoor sessions weather permitting and who doesn’t love soaking up the sun in a well-manicured space with hanging floral baskets to boot?Now with my pessimistic thinking cap on, I figured that the doctors would be elusive at best, if I had the opportunity to meet them at all…could not be further from the truth. Dr Guffrey was in constant communication with my surgeon and his team, acting as my steadfast, strategic advocate. Dr Sherzei, thorough and deliberate by nature, visited daily to discuss test results, tweak medications and address concerns on the clock and after hours. I received the best possible care, no ifs ands or buts about it.The cherry on top: the CEO factor. Nab, the CEO, has a simple philosophy on the Reunion culture. It’s a culture of kindness, respect and teamwork. Early on, I met all department heads and then Nab later sat down with me to share his story and why he wants Reunion to be the kindest hospital in the county. Wildly impressive, he proceeded to take out my trash and bring fresh linens.Imagine a beautiful space where you feel heard and staff are happy to come to work. As a patient you really sense a unique work happiness because that warmth comes back to you in the care you receive. It’s happy healing, if there is such a thing. You think it sounds too good to be true? It’s not. It’s Reunion.A million thanks to all Reunion, so much adoration for everyone. I really enjoyed being here because everybody I have met has been so nice to me and so good to me. Anytime I need anything there is always somebody right there to do it. I have never been to a hospital where I have had that type of experience. I wish this was a regular hospital because every time I got sick I would come here. Even the front office people come and talk to me. It is so relaxing here. Everything I need I get. I feel like I am on vacation.
Reunion is a fantastic place to be for recovery rehabilitation. The staff are so nice I really feel they gave me my life back. I can now walk and lift my arms. I love that staff there. Jon, Chris, Krista, Sharon, Priscilla, Dee and all the rest. The food is fantastic. Look for further updates. Everybody that is looking to get back to life this is the place to come. They keep you going and you dont think about stopping.

I was the original chef to help open the hospital and although I went in a different route to return to my dream job post covid, I couldnt be more grateful in this moment. Im so blessed to have been able to bring my 94 yo, great great aunt to the place where I used to care for others. They assisted my family and I with immediate support and I WOULD NOT have been comfortable leaving her with anyone else, other than with the #1 hospital in the country :)Special thanks to the Night shift, 200 hall nursing staff, especially Ally, first shift 200 hall nursing staff especially John, and of course Fatema with admissions, had it not been for this amazing woman, things could have been really terrible for my aunt in the last 24 hours.Thank you all so much for everything, I am forever in debt.
Amazing! At no time have I felt like a “job” to anyone. Everyone is so sincere in working to give me the best possible physical/occupational therapy needed to get me back home. From dietary to aides to nursing to physical/occupational therapy, the doctors and beyond; everyone has been friendly but always professional. Always striving to give me the best possible outcome. To Jonathan, Jessica, Raven, Jasmine, Ashley, Keeren, Amia, Mandy, Arin, Dylan, Titus, Freddie, and all those I could not remember your names (sorry) a big “thank you”! My father addmitted in this hopital 3 weeks ago and he had great experience there during his stay. Most of the staff is very nice and helpful. He received good therapy treatment from Sundie and Katie and other team members. Doctor and Nurse staff is really good specially Gugu, Ashley, Shana and Tydus. And yess specially thanks to Dr. Ventresca and Dr. Guffery and his case manager Michelle.Specail thanks to nutrition team because my father is vegetarian and and nutrition team tried their best to provide good healthy veggie options.I would strongly recommend Reunion Rehabitational hospital for rehab treatment.Good Luck 😊

I had the amazing amazing chance to stay at this hospital for about a week or so and the service was so great and I loved all my nurses, my favorite nurse had to be Melissa she was so kind and was even open to my likings and continually carried on the conversation, my stay was so great and I couldn’t ask for anything better if I were to come to a hospital again it would definitely be this one! Give this woman a raise she’s so amazing!!
I am being discharged from Reunion Rehab hospital tomorrow and I have to say this place has been incredible. All of my nurses, therapists and CNAs have been great. Especially the CNA Sharon who helped me keep my sense of humor through this injury. I was the sixth patient at Reunion. Being a new facility their were a few minor things that were missing, and I mean minor. Large cups in the room and wastebasket nearby since I wasnt able to get out of bed at first. What they did have was an abundance of caring employees. Everyone from the CEO to housekeeping went out of their way to help. Krista in OT even went to Kroger and got a hair dryer since I forgot mine! And yes the CEO sat down and visited with me in the common area. If you need rehab be sure and check out Reunion
Great staff and clean accommodations. I loved the private room. The food was really good. Mandy, Arin, Carmen, Al and Eddie were very attentive and worked with me intensely.
Reunion Rehab is a new facility with new rooms, equipment, friendly staff, and delicious food! These people really care for you, starting with the CEO. Kindness is their motto and you see it from the top down. Im so glad I choose Reunion Rehab. You will too!

This place is wonderful. It’s been extremely helpful towards the recovery of my father, but they wouldn’t let me in. During Covid the rule was no person under 18 can visit their family unless through a window. I am 15 years old, fully vaccinated, and yet I can’t see my father. I think this rule should be changed.

When I came to Reunion rehab on a freezing night in February 2021 after a deadly bout with COVID, I had already been taken off my ventilator and feeding tube but I was at the weakest point I had every been in my life. I couldn’t move and struggled to think that I would ever be normal again. From the start though, my nursing team, medical staff, OT team, PT team, Speech team and personal care STNA’s all encouraged me that my rehabilitation progress was being planned and was going to be successful. I did everything they asked of me. Nursing headed by RN’s Jonathan and Priscilla took care of nursing needs and meds, showed the Med staff of doctors when low BP and my other medical problems like diabetes needed addressed. RN’s like Ilona and April cared for me in the middle of the night. The medical doctors always figured out what I needed, adjusted medications, and I was able to gain strength for therapy. Occupational therapy, headed by Chris retaught me daily activities which I could not even do at first. Physical Therapy worked every day on endurance helping me stand longer and walk farther. It was baby steps but with their encouragement my legs, arms and body trunk got stronger. Steph headed speech and taught me all about my vent and feeding tubes, which were gone now but had left behind tender damage that I had to work through and strengthen through swallow exercises and complete change in learning to eat again. I listened to each of them carefully so I could learn from these very smart men and women. The personal care staff including Titus, Michael and LaTonya were my heros, always answering calls for help, making me comfortable. At Reunion, My family found a trusted place and family to rehab me. I gained confidence in all areas. Now I am going home. I have confidence that I am ready because I have lived this situation, learned from and been cared for by the best.
The Reunion treatment team of top-notch professionals assigned to me provided the Absolute Best medical and rehab care imaginable. After total knee replacement with abnormal complications, this Team served and coached me to achieve recovery/rehab goals that I didn’t think were even possible in minimal time.I saw in this team characteristics that I seek to employ in my organization. I was here for the 3 weeks with a spinal injury and everyone here Physical therapist, occupational therapist, nurses all other employees were amazing here.I highly recommend getting therapy from reunion.
I like this place very clean the staff was nice to my mom only one thing the food everyone eat the same thing u dont get a menu an my mom said it was not good
All the staff did really well. Stephanie PT was great. So was Carmen. Everybody was great but those two in particular were excellent.
My father in law had some good nurses for a couple of his days. Other than that the lack of communication I saw my wife have to deal with in order to get answers from nurses, the nursing manager and even the CEO was really unfortunate.
This has been one of the best experiences of my life. Everybody has been so helpful and it is just a fantastic staff. My therapy was extremely helpful. I don’t think I would ever have wanted to go anywhere else.

This place is absolutely wonderful. Sharon on the nursing staff was also excellent. Everyone in the hospital and all the therapists are excellent. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs to have rehab.

I was a patient of Reunion Rehab and I must admit the staff and my stay was excellent. I am not fully recovered yet but thanks to the staff I am on my way. I wish I could stay longer but it is my time to go.

2022-03-04Really great place for rehab. Everyone i worked with was encouraging and kind. They helped me make great progress on all my therapy goals. The therapists wont let you give up on yourself. And the food is pretty good! Definitely not hospital food.

2022-05-23This place is phenomenal! New, super clean and state of the art. Huge therapy suite with all of the equipment you could think of for physical and/or occupational therapy. Great staff and Admin. Therapy and food tailored to each person. Impressive menu. Would highly recommend this facility to anyone in need of rehab. My 86 yr old Aunt had a hip replacement. Thank you!

2022-06-18The nursing staff is fantastic and the rooms are a very nice size.The food is just like eating at a restaurant, great variety of items,served hot and on time.The OT and PT staff are amazing and fun to work with.I would definitely recommend Reunion to anyone and everyone that I know.They get 110% grade from me.

2022-01-19Nurses deliver medicines, therapists provide therapy, and assistants respond to calls, however this places misses a team approach to rehabilitation. One could be in bed all day with the exception of OT or PT getting the patient out of bed for their “hour”. There is one respiratory therapist)daytime hours only) for their 40 bed hospital. Their is no continuity of care amongst therapists(different one every day, each discipline), nurses and assistants. Orientation board is occasional filled out. No one knows who has taken a bath/shower. You get one if you’ve asked for it and if staffing allows. Place is clean, overall, and new thus accessible for most.Mask wearing was not consistent among staff members((on chin or temporarily off (nurse station). Would not recommend this place at this time.

2022-02-02Reunion rehabilitation Hospital was a fantastic experience for me. I was in a terrible car accident and suffered multiple pelvic fractures and two cervical fractures. I am a very active 50ish person and was super concerned about getting back to my previous level of activity. The therapy at Reunion was excellent. The caregivers were attentive. I never felt neglected and always felt like my well-being was a priority. I am more than happy with my experience with reunion rehabilitation hospital and if I have a family member who is in need of post hospital care I will absolutely take them here.

2021-11-19After a relatively severe left-brain stroke, my wife spent about 3.5 weeks at Reunion. We were treated like we were at home. The staff treated us like their own family, with the kind of respect and even love that sets Reunion apart.While I would never wish the challenge of a stroke on anyone, if we had to choose again, we would definitely do everything in our power to come to Reunion.After being here for a short time, it became apparent why the quality of care is so high. The CEO is a people person, meticulously concerned about the patients and their families. Sitting down with him for 30 minute 1:1 discussion showed that he understands high quality care is meaningless without human care. Its about relationships.The PT, OT, and SLP are all top notch therapists who know their craft and at the same time are so friendly and caring.The nursing staff and patient care associates are all the people I felt comfortable entrusting my wife with, and they put up with me as well.Thank you to the entire staff at Reunion, for your part in my wifes stroke recovery! We may come back and visit when she has fully recovered!

2022-04-04I am extremely impressed with this facility I would recommend it to anyone. They tried to cater to my every need, in addition to my medical needs they focused on trying their best to cater to my vegan lifestyle and my gluten allergy. (That is something I rarely get in hospitals). The staff is amazing and the therapist had me up and walking way quicker than I thought possible.

2022-03-30Wonderful! Terrific, stupendous! the best rehab occupational provider ever! The medical staff is entirely professional and amazing. So accommodating and responsive! I can not more highly recommend Reunion Rehab Hospital! Has all the physical plant workstations for all my recovery needs, etc. Amazingly responsive! So professional and ethical, so adept at providing my rehab service, all the workstations are the best most up to date and beneficial! Kaizen, the constant pursuit of perfection!

2022-02-11Ive had the best care I have experienced in my life. I have met so many young professional people and I like seeing that. I have no complaints whatsoever. I know that I was not strong enough when I came here for my next chemo but I know now that I am and am so appreciative.
