Car was clean and in nice condition. Extremely economical. Prompt transport to and from airport. Everything went smoothly. Will use them again
Lady was very nice but the Van had issues.1. Tires were 40 PSI lower than the recommended. We filled them up at my house before leaving.2. The back driver tire had a hole in it which by the time we got to our destination was flat and not repairable.3. Lucky we were by a Wal-mart because we had to get an Auto-tech to come out with a massive breaker bar because the lug nuts were rusted on.4. The spare tire was stuck and we had to buy a hex screw driver to remove the metal piece that allows access to the winch.5. The thread on the wing-nut that releases the tools and jack was bad and we had to take a ratchet strap and beat it to move the nut.6. The provided jack was too small and again the guys at Wal-mart let me borrow a floor jack to get the van raised.7. The wheel barrings are about to go and we were legitimately worried about them seizing when going around turns.8. Not a huge deal but the van had cigarette buts and other trash in the doors and in he holes of the van.9. No insulation what so ever in the cargo van which made it extra hot even with the A/C blasting.This was for an E150 Cargo Van.

I was only dropping a friend off to pick up a rental. He came out with a clean possibly five year old car anything to be happy with the results and the price.
Well I’m going on 2 months with Rent a wreck so far and it sure beats paying 1000 a week for a rental

Totally pointless because the renter must own their own car and full insurance...really? If I owned my own vehicle I wouldnt even be considering going to this place.
It was as expected..he rents vehicles..he explained the terms, we could not rent from him because they only rent in town..you cannot take the vehicle out of town..

This place does not let you take the car more than 125 mi radios. If Im paying to rent it, I should be able to drive wherever I want

2022-02-23Good experience the lady and guy that runs the place were very kind. It was a very easy process I definitely would recommend it here and don’t let the name “rent a wrack” fool you they have some nice vehicles I rented a nice truck for a week

2022-07-27This place is super awesome. We were helped by a lady named Donna who was very nice. When we needed to extend our rental, it just took a simple phone call. We visit family every year and next year we most definitely will be going to them again. 10/10

2021-07-22Great service, great price, great car...at half the price of any other rental around. So pleased with the entire experience. Prrompt and easy picked up and drop off service at the airport. Make sure you understand the restrictions on mileage and distance traveled. It all fit our situation perfectly. We will use them again.

2021-10-16Super impressed! They put me in the most beautiful Hyundai Santa fe, yes it was an older model (2012) but it ran like it was new. Cheaper than getting a car at the airport. Exactly what I needed to fill the gap between dropping my car off for repairs and getting the dealership loaner.

2020-06-04I hardly ever write reviews, but my experience was great and I am very thankful for that.Needed a car locally for a few days while we were finalizing the purchase of a car for my son to get to work. Cheapest rate -- by far -- and the friendliest people to work with. No upselling or long lines. Convenient location. Car was super clean and very nice. Not a wreck by any stretch.

2020-07-29The staff is great Ive had to go there twice while my car was in the shop. Customer service is wonderful. They make you feel like family. Its called Rent-A-Wreck but the cars are far from wrecked. Very comfortable, always clean, never had a problem. I would definitely recommend.

2020-08-18Wonderful people, prices and service! Not only are they cheaper than the airport prices bit they will also pick you up and arrange drop off to the airport. I left my phone in the car and they shipped it overnight to me in GA. Wonderful company, highly recommend!

2019-07-03Had 5 days of Vacation planned, decent amount of driving ahead of us. Staff picked us up and dropped us off from CLE airport! Vehicle was outstanding the whole trip, great on gas as well, absolutely couldnt have asked for more.
