I have always had a wonderful experience with them. I met Amy a few years ago she was always very nice and helpful. Now I have gotten something new from them and met Quinn. She is always helpful to me. Both ladies are wonderful
I have been a customer of the Circleville R2O for over 15 years. I absolutely LOVE them!! Amy and Quin are always there to help whenever I need it. I love being able to get anything I may need and do not have to worry about having a wad of cash. Thank you for allowing me to be able to have nice things too!!! 😍💕😍💕😍💕
Found my experience with Rent to Own to be nothing but great! From walking into the store and feeling welcome and part of the family. To the friendly staff, who was always willing to work something out if I was in a bind. To the great quality of furniture that is delivered at no charge. And a side note, the staff that delivered my furniture didnt damage my house while doing so!!!! When I need something I am definitely a going back. =)
Every time my wife and I come in we are treated like were the only people that matter, and thats really awesome, Carrie became one of our go tos and were so glad to see her back in the store. If you need anything go see them at r2own there the best!
I would recommend going to this rent 2 own in Circleville anytime you are wanting to rent anything. I bought a Apple Mac-book and dealt with the most helpful sales manager Jessica. The Mac-book they had in store didnt work but I had another one in the next day. She found what I needed and was very nice and professional. The whole process was very fast and painless.
Amy Troxel is amazing!! Needed some furniture for a wedding at the Pickaway County Fairgrounds. We needed to create space for the bridesmaids to have pictures done! It was perfectly and Amy was on top of it!! Thank you Amy for accommodating our last minute idea request!!
Carrie and Jess are absolutely amazing. They are very helpful and are wonderful at they’re job. I won’t go to any other company for anything to rent and I don’t deal with anyone but these 2 women.
They signed us up for that scam “club” without asking if we wanted it. When I saw it on our first bill, I asked what it even was, and I was told we had to have it to have a warranty or something and that it would somehow benefit us. Now that we are paid off, it turns out that we never received any kind of benefit at all. So a few hundred dollars literally for nothing. When we first signed up we were told that for a monthly plan there is a “5 day grace period” ( her exact words, not mine). Well they start harassing you the day that it comes due and then say that there is no grace period at all and it is late if you don’t pay it on the exact day it’s due, even though it clearly says FIVE DAYS in the contract. They also will not allow you to make the final payment online and require you to call or stop in so that they can try to get you to buy something else. They also don’t include all the extra fees that they tack on in their ads and make it sound like a different arrangement than it actually is, and you don’t find out the truth until they deliver your stuff and give you your copy of the agreement. I will say that the large man with the excellent beard who delivers stuff is awesome and very helpful/ knowledgeable. Nobody ever treated me too awfully rude, but I won’t be back and wouldn’t recommend to anyone to purchase anything, even if you think you know what to ask ahead of time. I’ve been in business a real long time and would never do what they do to customers. Beware! Also make sure ahead of time if they have to order something that it will actually be new and unused; they sent us a display model mattress from another store and neglected to tell us until it had been delivered. Even then we only found out bc one of the delivery guys accidentally let it slip. Just all around a bad experience for the amount of money that they charge. It’s a 2nd or 3rd rate business for sure!
Been with rent to own in Circleville for many year they make u feel like family and always welcome they take their time out to talk with u to see how u are doing for that week the staff is very friendly and always there to help. This is how awesome this store is I had emergency surgery cut from my ribs all way down needed a bed to where the head and feet moved to make it easy for me to move in and out of bed as I can’t do anything for 6 weeks ANWAYS this company went of their way to get everything up and ready for me to get of hospital even delivery guys worked their day off to help us tyvm guys A++++++ from us
They are the friendly they will even order what you want even if it not in the store. My hubby and I have been with them for 10 yrs.Everything in my house has come from there and I couldn’t be an y happier with the furniture I have got from them. If you get something and not happy with what you got they will do whatever it takes to make you happy.
Ive met quite a few employees here at the circleville rent to own but one definitely stands out from the rest Carrie McNeal is so amazing and awesome she is very informative she is very patient and helps ensure me I understand what Im doing and getting she explaines the process and doesnt rush at all she is very knowledgeable and friendly I highly recommend you go see her! Thanks for your amazing customer service and support 🙏

The staff knows how to talk to you. They dont make it seem impersoanal. They make you feel you are a friend. I share my important news with them before anyone else. If I have troubles making my payments they are the first to know why. Amy, Jess, Katy, and Carrie know how to make you feel important. They also know how to sell you something you didnt know you needed. I love my Rent 2 OWn
Dont reccomend at all, they sent me a another one to get my chair fixed in the meantime. The one they were fixing was a rocking normal recliner. They sent me an electrical plug in one without the plugin. Asked for the cable but constant lies and Bs. Then after months of calling asking for my original chair, should of been done by now........They finally said it was never fixable and they were charging me for this chair instead. Definitely do not reccomend
I have now bought 3 different things from rent 2 own and I am so glad that I decided to go to them. I have always had great customer service they are so nice and will go above and beyond to find what you want and for a good price.
I would recommend going to rent to own in Circleville anytime. Quin and Cameron are great. The mattress and bedframe I wanted wasn’t in stock but they had it ordered and delivered in no time. They were very professional and went above and beyond for me. I couldn’t have had a better experience.
Worst rent to own place Ive used. Theyve sent me the wrong bed twice then acted like it was my fault when I called to complain. My fault that their employees cant read product numbers I guess. The last person I talked to flat out told me the last person didnt know what she was doing and have me false info. Still wanted to charge me for the wrong product but would take two weeks to get me the right one.
My parents have rented from amy for many years and we just love the team that they have in there now, theyre the best. they are so good and patient with my parents as well they can call amy or the others for anything and theyre always there for them, we truly appreciate everything! WE LOVE OUR R2O FAMILY!!
I love rent 2 own they always work with me if i have any problems they go out of there way to make sure it taken care of amy the store manager and Quinn are usually the two ladies i deal with but the rest of the employees are pretty awesome as well

Harassment is real with this place. They text and call 3 times a day. Also write me on Facebook.. They also run you up on late fees making it so you cant catch up on your payments. That way when you make a payment they keep harassing you saying you didnt make a full payment. Finally Ive said enough is enough I havent made a payment in 2 months. They came to collect it while I wasnt home my fiance then told them that I wasnt home that I would be back on the weekend. They sat outside my house for over 2 hours. I believe its the assistant manager. Shes very rude, disrespectful, and has no problem cussing very unprofessional. Anyways,, While they were sitting outside my house they made an unauthorized withdrawal out of my bank account. Also did a background check right there somehow she told my fiance. She ran the plates on the Jeep sitting out front looked up that I had got a marriage license recently. Its just pathetic the extent they went to. Over a air conditioner window unit. That cost $400 brand new and they charge you $900.. For future customers so you know if they take a payment without your permission knowingly withdraw money out of your account it is illegal. If you owe the merchants money. They cannot collect without your authorization. I will not be going to the Better Business Bureau or anything like that. Im going to corporate. Im not attacking everybody there its one person that needs to be fired. For the most part the other staff are friendly and understanding people!
Amy and Quin are the best to work with. I love them all. I have moved from Circleville but when I come.back to visit I have to stop in.to see my Rent-2-Own family.
Staff is friendly and knowledgeable on their products. I was very impressed with Jessica when I went into the store. The store was also very clean when I was in there. Great experience overall.

2022-03-31They gave me a used system and controller!!! I then went back and told them and they said they couldn’t do nothing unless they went and bought one from Walmart. So I wouldn’t leave until they did give me a new controller at the least. So they end up bringing me a controller but that one was also used!!!! So 10min past an they decided to pull 1 of 10 new Ps5 boxes down and give me a new controller!!!! I should have just got a whole new system but it’s lightly used and I’m happy with it.

2022-03-02I got a new bed set with a dresser and a TV stand,Shannon helped me pick out everything i wanted and made the application process super simple I had amazing customer service! delivery was smooth, put together everything for me and made sure i had everything right where i wanted it and didnt feel pressured to buy anything I didnt want!! Im so happy with what I received. Definitely a returning customer!

2019-09-06All of the workers were fun and knowledgeable. It was a great environment to shop from. Carrie, helped me purchase a washer and dryer. The customer service was outstanding. My products were installed pretty quickly as well. The delivery guys were awesome! Personalities great. They were fast and efficient. Wouldn’t go to any other store for future purchases.

2021-10-28A very very rude bunch of people that work here and then lie about ur pay out price oh lord correct one of them and they cut u right off and say well ur paying it or we are coming they sell broke products then when u try to have em replaced it takes months or they just say u start over on there payments or keep the broke the which the broke tv I agreed to 600 I’m already 900 and they are taking 150 that is not owed to them by there own employeeI have been tryna contact people above themBut they ain’t the best at replying eitherAs shown in the picture below they say I owe this much and they have takin way more then that

2019-08-22The store is really clean and nicely set up. Its easy to navigate and see what theyve got. The staff is very friendly and down to earth, especially Katy and Jess. I didnt feel like I was talking to a robot the entire time of my purchase. I will definitely return when I make my next big furniture purchase!
