2015-07-04Ive been using Renee for years for my insurance needs. She is absolutely outstanding. Anytime I call with a question she is thorough, informative, and clear in her response. Anytime I have purchased a car, she has taken care of everything immediately.We are in the process of selling our current house and buying another home. Renee and her staff have been fantastic in getting all the information and paperwork prepared for my mortgage loan officer and my real estate agent.Buying and selling a home is so stressful! I feel like I have so much to think about and so much to do. With Renee, my insurance is not one of those things. I feel very comfortable leaving everything in her very capable hands. She knows my wants and understands my needs and she addresses it all.I highly, highly, highly recommend Renee Dutton.

2020-02-03If I did not already have an insurance agent, Renee Dutton, State Farm Insurance Agent, at 2471 Westmont Blvd. in Upper Arlington, would definitely be my insurance agent.I absolutely know that she would stand up for me if there were ever an issue between me and my insurance company.Let me explain how I know that.If you visit Renees office [which I did recently on 12-27-2019 while visiting several other businesses in that area], you will notice that the former home that serves as her office is the only remaining building in a small neighborhood on the north side of W. Lane Ave. where there used to be approximately ten homes.All of the other homes in that area have been demolished so that that area will be able to be redeveloped. She is the only one who successfully stood up to that redevelopment and is still there.I guess that the redevelopers in this case will have to create an L-shaped project rather than the rectangular project that I am certain they would have preferred.
