Stayed here in March visiting for a few days and has a beautiful lobby plus adjoining bar area. We enjoyed great reasonably priced breakfasts or you can also grab a coffee or latte at the bar in mornings. We were on the 3rd floor but still had a big complaint about noise possibly coming from lobby/bar area? They do have a great set up for sports watching, etc. so understandably crowded bar when we’d come back late. “Security” did check out our area after we complained at 2am. and all was resolved. Good customer service. We also hadn’t rented a car but there’s a lot around the area in reasonable walking distance.
Decor is beautiful...both in the rooms and common areas. Rooms are spacious, welcoming, and comfortable! Everything is very clean. Great staff, great food. The only downside, the music playing in the lobby and dining room ALL day was much too loud. I was there on business with my team and it was impossible, without paying for a meeting room, to find somewhere quiet to work. It would have been fine for the weekend but it was irritating during the week, especially in the morning and afternoon, when you might expect most are business travelers.
We didnt stay here but were in town for a wedding and this is where some of the guests stayed. The lobby is beautiful, rooms were clean and the front desk staff were a delight! (My daughter was especially entertained by the over sized chair in the lobby and roomy window ledges in the rooms.)
I went for drinks and enjoyed their outdoor space. Such a beautiful location. There is a pond, game area with high top tables, lounge/Adirondack chairs and a lovely firepit. The inside bar area is open and inviting. I can visitors enjoying the seating area with drop down screens for football games. The billiards room is large, yet cozy. I love the artwork and nautical theme throughout the hallways. Easy accessible parking. I cant comment on the rooms as I just went for drinks. I definitely will let out of town visitors know about this hotel or plan a stay cation soon.
Spent 3 days/2 nights for a conference event. Nice place, friendly staff and convenient location to lots of shopping and dining. Our room was laid out well with lots of space, a nice TV and the usual amenities. Dined for lunch at the onsite restaurant and it was very good. I would definitely stay here again.
Currently staying here. It’s a okay Hotel, the rooms are nice, pretty standard and nothing over the top, nice location. I have a few issues, the elevators are terrible(weird complaint I know) but you literally wait what feels like 3 minutes every time. There’s hardly any parking at the front so you have to park at the back which is a pretty far walk to the elevators. With having to park at the back we were forced to walk through a wedding party in the middle of the hallway(talk about uncomfortable) all the way across the hotel only to wait a few minutes for the elevator only to walk all the way across back to our room. The breakfast service this morning was kind of bad. Food wasn’t great and our server was not good at all. Nice solid rooms but the hotel just doesn’t make sense and the serve for breakfast was bad.
This hotel was absolutely amazing! I thought it was just built in the past year or so and was surprised to learn its about 5 years old! The rooms were extremely high end and the service was absolutely top notch! Habel and Kim were so polite, kind, and helpful. An absolute treat.
Staff was warm and welcoming the minute we entered property, early check in was accommodated, room was clean and modern, bed was super comfortable, food at downstairs restaurant was excellent and entire staff at hotel were exceptionally friendly and nice. Excellent stay!
While we loved the restaurant food we did not enjoy the loud and obnoxious atmosphere at night. The floor above us had TVs or radios up load and we could hear every stomp and click and clack noise. The hard wood floors make it so you hear every noise and the walls are not that thick. We had people running up and down the hallways at midnight talking way too loudly. There was a wedding party/ wedding guests staying in the same hall as us and they were not considerate at all. We did call the front desk and they said they would check the halls and we did not feel like the noise level got any better. The hotel looks pretty and clean but structurally this was not a place I would want to stay again because of how easily you can hear through the doors and walls. The bathrooms also did not have tubs and there was no hot tub so another disappointment.
They have charged me twice for my room and have given me the run around about getting me my money back. It has been almost 3 weeks now and they still have yet to return my money to me. I was then told to talk with my bank about when the charges will come back though. The most unprofessional hotel chain I have ever felt with. Do not stay here!
Great hotel experience. Stayed only for a night while visiting family, booked on Bonvoy points.4 EV charging spots, 2 of which are tesla chargers. Unfortunately 1 spot taken up by an ICE car but able to be fully charged before leaving in the AM.Room is fairly standard with overall good space, hooks for coats, comfy beds. Updated bathrooms with big shower.Pool is small but fine our kids loved it. Big fitness room with new machines, clean, 2 large tvs.Breakfast at the restaurant was overall above average, though pricey.Common areas have nice decor and were relatively calm despite the hotel being sold out the night we stayed.
From the minute you walk in and the minute you check out they make you feel important. The smiling and greeting every time you walk past the desk to the clean smell in your room! Excellent service hands down! Katie at the bar is hands down the best! The gym has everything you will need to complete a work out and the treadmill has a nice TV to watch while you go for a run/walk. Thank you for making me feel comfortable while I was there!
The hotel is in a quiet business park, a short drive from beautiful uptown Westerville. The hotel lobby and bar is beautiful. The front desk staff and bartender were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and attractive. The only thing I did not like was the room divider; it looked very much like a hospital curtain that you would close during an examination. Obviously a small detail in an overall lovely stay but I cant imagine why it would be a used so it would be best to just take it out.
Great location.Facilities are well designed, beautifully appointed, clean and comfortable.Staff was most attentive, professional and personable. Their attention to detail made our business trip so enjoyable it seemed like a mini vacation.Restaurant & bar has a great menu with something for everyone. Again the staff is too-notch!
We stayed for 2 nights. The hotel is beautiful and very clean. The staff was awesome- we appreciated all the COVID precautions in place. Loved the restaurant and bar/patio. The only negative was the room itself- decor was great- but the bed was only outfitted with a sheet and comforter. My husband and I both woke up multiple times overheated- threw off the comforter just to wake up later cold. I was disappointed that there was not a cotton blanket in the closet. Also the shower controls were confusing- but we ultimately figured them out!
We have family in Westerville and have stayed at this hotel for the past three Thanksgiving holidays. We love staying here because the service is always friendly, the club room is nicely stocked and convenient and its just minutes away from all the great shopping near Polaris area. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are just the right size. The bathrooms have a bit of a funky layout, but everything you need is there and the light is great. The bar and restaurant seem very nice, but we cannot rate these amenities as we have always been too busy with family to enjoy them.
The stay was fine, the room was a little small but ok for 2 people, room was clean for the most part but the couch could used a good cleaning, also couldve used more toilet paper for a 2 night stay(was only give one roll and half), and I did not appreciate the over charge on my debit of $130 which took 4 days to fall off. The grounds were nice, food in the restaurant was a bit expensive for what you get, and parking is horrible on weekends. Staff was nice and displayed good customer service.
One of the best hotels weve been privileged to stay at in Columbus. Gorgeous building, great location and proximity to many amenities all around. High quality rooms and high quality service, Front desk staff is efficient and friendly...very accommodating with early check ins and/or late check out. Property is well maintained. A few items of note for potential improvement - when we stayed on the 6th floor, the hall never got swept for the time we were there and was quite littered with debri. In addition, the housekeeper there listens to her music very LOUD...perhaps a set of airpods would be helpful for those of us still trying to sleep! In general, a near excellent experience every single time!
Hotel is nice. Very modern. Not a fan of the rooms. I wish the sink was outside if the bathroom. Makes difficult for 4 people getting ready in the morning. There is a LED light by the mini fridge that you cant seem to turn off. I didnt enjoy the bright light all night while trying to sleep. The pillows have feathers, makes for a very uncomfortable night. Maybe an hour of sleep and now an 8 hour conference to go to. Disappointed in stay.
Easiest 5 star review I could write! This hotel is my favorite in the Columbus area. The front desk staff is absolutely amazing - very professional but also offers a personal touch that makes work trips fun. The rooms are very modern and always spotlessly clean when I arrive. Great restaurant and bar that has a diverse menu and solid drink options. Look forward to my next stay!
Rooms are laid out well. Stayed in a suite, and access to bedroom/bathroom was great to allow kids to sleep while we stayed in other half. Used pool frequently, it was in great shape, glad they had a shower on deck for rinsing off after swimming. Housekeeping was ok, had to request additional clean on checkin as a few things were missed. Hotel was out of tissues, made request to the front desk for a box but we’re told a shipment didn’t come in & they couldn’t help us. Small thing, but surprised they didn’t source a few boxes locally in the meantime. Didn’t use bar area, overall staff were friendly and accommodating.
One of the most unique stays I have ever been too. The hotel is brand new with all of the modern decor. Your rooms is updated with the latest and you have all the amenities you want! I ordered room service and I couldn’t believe how fast it was! Literally the best hotel stay I have had in a long time
Our stay was reasonably priced for the event. I appreciated the clean simulated wood floors in the rooms. They are very attractive and more than that, cannot harbor grossness as carpets can. The staff was wonderful. We had Kate serve our ~15 person group that continued to fluctuate in numbers and seating for both mornings breakfasts. Kate served us with ease and was so pleasant. She also served at the wedding in between beautifully. The ambiance inside and outside is so very comfortable.
This hotel is amazing. The staff is professional and friendly, the lobby/bar area were clean and pristine. Walking into this place feels like you are walking into a fancy hotel in New York City. The rooms are like nothing Ive seen before. The decor and fixtures are very unique and gives you a relaxed, crisp, clean feel. We really felt like we were royals in this hotel. Cant wait to plan another getaway trip and stay here again.
Beautiful common areas, grounds and room, but pricey! We had a loose/broken hot water valve on our bathroom sink! We had several family members staying and ask for a block of rooms, but instead all five families were on different floors! I had pancakes for breakfast that were horrible and expensive! How can you mess up pancakes! Our families were not pleased with our stay! They put on a good show, but cant deliver!
Stay away from this place. We booked for 2 days for our wedding so that we can have a place to take picture inside the hotel due to the rain, we did not even sleep there but just for picture. Then the Day of check out, I called the front desk at 8 am from my house to request a late check out so that we can go back to the hotel to get my second dress, some other personal stuff and clean up as well. Then we got there at 10 am to find out that the housekeeper enter our room and put all of our stuff inside the trash can. My second dress had stuff all over it, they gave me a glove so that I can dig in inside the trash to get my stuff. I was so upset, had tears in my eyes but I was so emotional and physically tired with the wedding stuff that I let it go and left the hotel. Then days passed without seing the $100 hold back into my acct. then I decided to call the hotel ans I was told that I was charge for a cleaning fee. I am so disappointed, my dress had to be dry clean and have stain all over it Bc they out into the trash. I will take this complain to corporate. Beautiful hotel but terrible service
Absolutely loved this hotel and feel that it genuinely made our trip to visit family exceptionally more enjoyable. Our first night in the area was at a terrible hotel, so switching to the Renaissance was a dream after that. Room was nice, large shower (but no bath), area is great, everything was very clean and new looking, the whole building smells really nice, the pool was clean and not crowded, front desk staff was really nice and helpful at all times of the day. There is also a little gift shop in the lobby with lots of snacks and drinks at pretty reasonable prices, as well as a very nice restaurant/bar with excellent food and very tasty specialty drinks.Only a couple things we didnt love: the pillows flattened out almost completely, so the support wasnt great (we thought the beds were nice though). Our toilet drained slowly and eventually clogged a little bit, but the front desk gave us a plunger and it fixed very easily so it wasnt really a problem, these things happen. The bathroom door is a sliding door, which looks nice and is a unique style, but provided little to no sound dampening, which was a little awkward while sharing the space with family.
I am a Titanium member who has stayed at this property countless times. I made a multi day reservation that I had to cancel for personal reasons and it fell just outside of the 24 hour window. I would gladly pay a penalty fee but the local management (who has authority to adjust penalties) refuses to adjust for my emergency and is charging me the full week of nights missed. This was not cancelled close to the stay, this was cancelled well in advance and the hotel was far from booked. They lost zero revenue. I would pay a fee understanding the policy and possible inconvenience, but they have repeatedly refused to acknowledge the significant past business by me, my colleagues, my company and my customer in Columbus. Horrible experience for this Titanium member.
Craig is phenomenal!!!! He goes above and beyond to provide exceptional service. He’s very professional, hospitable, and knowledgeable. He checked us in and advised us of the various amenities available. He took the time out to follow up and ask our thoughts on the room. The room is very clean spacious and I look forward to our stay.Craig is a breath of fresh air, he’s refreshing, positive, and upbeat. Craig would be the reason I make a future reservation.
It was an excellent experience. The staff was great, the rooms are clean, the beds are very comfortable and the hardwood floors were so much better than carpet. Overall, a great experience!! The only suggestion I have is to add another fire pit area out back. Everyone was trying to get to it, just wasnt enough room.
The hotel and room was very clean. The room was quiet when sleeping, we never heard anything. The 2 1 restaurant was absolutely fantastic! We only had breakfast, but the food was so good and the service was amazing every morning! The hotel is in a perfect location with plenty of food and shops close by. And it is not a far drive to downtown Columbus. If we’re ever traveling to Columbus again, this is definitely where we will stay!
My 91 year old dad stayed here for5 nights. At first he complained that there were no papers in the lobby and the only tv in the lobby was above the bar. He also didn’t like the hardwood floors in the rooms but after a couple nights he grew to love the place. The staff went above and beyond to make him happy. One of them brought him a newspaper in the morning and even got him a pair of reading glasses when he said he left his in his room. He ended up loving the place and I would recommend it highly! The food and restaurant/bar were excellent too.
Beds were AMAZINGLY comfortable. Rooms are beautiful. First room I checked into had a dirty countertop with food crumbs, but they moved me to a new room and it was great. Loved the style and atmosphere of this room and this entire hotel. Very nice. I was there for a convention for work and the convention room was very comfortable and cleaned every day, and I know that because I always sat at the same seat, and I spilled some of my tea, and the next morning, the table had been wiped down. I would highly recommend this hotel. Plan to go back and take my husband for a weekend getaway.
The facility was nice enough; clean and well maintained. Rooms were well appointed and functional. For business travelers on a schedule, it would help if the breakfast service was 1 staffed with more servers and 2 more expedient. Might help to seat breakfast guests closer to the kitchen to reduce the waste of distance. Front desk staff were efficient and courteous.
The hotel was very nice. I rented two rooms. The first was excellent the second room, which I personally slept in gave me the feeling that it wasnt cleaned. Upon entering the room I thought someone it was someones room as that has happened to me before. It didnt give me the feeling of a freshly cleaned room. There were water stains on counter top in bathroom. The remote was not in plastic and was at the end of the dresser. But the other room was excellent.
We enjoyed a lovely stay over Easter weekend!! The front desk staff are terrific. They are very nice and quick to respond to each request we had! Thank you! My kids enjoyed the pool! We were able to book time slots to enjoy the pool when we checked in. Time slots and how many people are allowed is limited, but we were grateful that it was open and it’s a wonderful pool. This location is close to shopping and restaurants! We will come back to stay again!
This hotel worked with us to make me comfortable enough to book basically for the pool! The staff reserves you an hour or hours (depending on how booked it is) at the pool, then they have to let you in at your reserved hour. I am a very covid nervous mom, and this hotel did everything right to make us feel like it was a normal vacation and able to relax and have fun! We even ordered take out from 3 different cool restaurants - all right nearby! Very clean and arty looking new hotel. Staff great.
Normal 2-3 star hotel in most respects, but absolutely the worst room service dining I’ve had in 40 years of business travel. $20 for a sandwich and $8 for a cup of soup (plus 20% service fee). I was expecting something pretty good at those prices. The “meal” came in two plastic containers tossed in a plastic sack with a paper napkin and plastic fork. The sandwich was something soggy and tough - like precooked food that has been heated in a microwave. The soup was absolutely tasteless. Like not eating. Both laughingly bad. Fine to stay here (although better and cheaper options are nearby) but just make sure you don’t order food delivered to your room.
After attempting another hotel first and leaving, this hotel hit every single marker! The front desk is amazing. So nice and friendly, accommodating. James truly made my daughter’s 9th birthday special! The restaurant was great, rooms clean and pool perfect! Thank you for an awesome weekend getaway and treating us so nicely! We will definitely be back! 🙌🏽
Made a reservation on booking for my moms birthday. We invited a couple friends. I didnt know what to expect being as we have never been here before. I got more than expected. The atmosphere was beautiful. We didnt expect the pool to be open which was a pleasant surprise. The bar tenders, servers and check in staff were fantastic. We loved the rooms. We loved everything about the experience.
The Renaissance is located in a very nice corporate park area in Westerville. The hotel is very modern and inviting with lots of public spaces scattered throughout the hotel and grounds. If you arrive early before check in or have to stay late after check out be assured that there are plenty of nice places to hang out within the hotel. The lobby has couches and chairs scattered throughout the lobby leading to the bar that is part of the Two-One restaurant. Everything throughout the hotel was very clean and well maintained. There was a large fitness area with five treadmills, some exercise bikes, weights, and assorted other equipment located near the indoor pool area. The restaurant has large windows overlooking the back of the property which features a large set of interconnected ponds and fountains. There are paved walkways that lead all the way around the ponds and beautiful landscaping so it makes for a really pleasant place to take a nice walk or enjoy the sunset. The restaurant also offers outside seating on its patio and in the grassy area behind the hotel. If you go for a walk along all the interconnected ponds there are quite a few park benches along the way and even a little patio area with some adirondack rocking chairs so you can sit and enjoy the sunset. The area surrounding the hotel consists of modern corporate facilities, and since we were there on the weekend, it was very quiet. Our room was a little on the small side but very nice and clean. The bathroom had a sliding barn door which Im not a fan of as it was a little hard to open and less private than a normal door. The only reason why I would take one star off this review is that my husband and I just did not like the mattress in the room. While mattresses are definitely a personal preference, to me it felt like cement blocks with fluffy cotton on top and we both had a really hard time sleeping since the mattress was just way too firm for us. Other than the mattress, we absolutely loved everything about this hotel. Hotel staff were also very friendly and accommodating.
One of my favorite hotels in the US. Stylish rooms, modern and bright gym with good equipment, nice area. They currently (sep 2021) don’t do room cleaning due to corona unless you ask for it and the breakfast buffet is closed which leaves you with a quite pricey but good a la carte breakfast. Lobby and restaurant areas are nice and modern.
I rated food low because we had a birthday breakfast buffet on Sunday morning, Aug. 8. The service was good, presentation was good, most of the food was good but the pastries were stale and hard. We ordered breakfast on Aug. 7 in the dining room and it was delicious. Best pancakes I ever tasted.
PROS: Customer service was really nice and friendly. We asked for more towels and an extra blanket and received it in less than 15 minutes. We asked the bar/restaurant for plastic silverware for our food we brought in and they were nice about it.Shower was large enough for 2 people.CONS: The bed was AWFUL. For staying in a hotel and sleeping in the bed for 8 hours I would expect comfortable beds, nice sheets and pillows. The bed sat on a platform and I would have had more comfort brininging an air mattress and sleeping on the floor. The sheets were torn and the pillows were squishy and flat. The shower handle was broken and had fallen off. We brought it to the attention of the front desk and were told they would fix it while we were out at dinner, but it was never fixed.Didnt try out or even see the pool or gym, so no review there.
I have never stayed at a Renaissance before, upon entering the lobby I was stunned at the surroundings of how spacious and beautiful it was. Upon entering my room, I was blown away by how homey it felt. The bathroom was incredible and very comfortable to use. The barn door was a nice add a touch. The bench when you walk in is absolutely perfectly place to just drop your purse or anything that you’re carrying Instead of on the floor. The pull out drawers underneath the bench served the purpose of not having empty travel bags cluttered in the room. It was also a a place to put your clothes in for easy access. The beds were the most comfortable beds I have felt in any hotel that I have stayed at. The flooring was beautiful and clean. I loved the curtain divide between the foyer and “bedroom”. The coffee bar/refrigerator bar was convenient and a nice addition.
This is our second time returning to this hotel when we come down fromMilitary events. The first time I loved it we had no issues. However, I am not sure I’d return after this last stay. We paid ahead with our usaa card. When I got there I was asked to give 50$ on another card and it will fall off after check out just for incidentals. I always check our rooms and pick trash up so the maid doesn’t have to do it all. So it’s been 4 days and I noticed their charge to my account is compete. Basically it never fell off and it’s 76$ now not 50$. We don’t appreciate being taken advantage of and I only sign allowing 50$ fee to fall off after check out my account shouldn’t have been charged a signal cent as the lady even told me. I was also neverNotified of an issue but our room was the same as we arrived I made sure. This could be a simple error but how it went to 76$ I was not notified of this either and I certainly didn’t authorize you to take more of my money. This is being looked into I don’t appreciate lack of communication and the irresponsibility making sure guests are returned deposits the hotel has no right to keep nor notify the client. I feel disrespected.
Staff was friendly and bed comfortable. But mini fridge was leaking water upon arrival. Then shower was backing up with cover floating and full of mold. Sad to see such a new location in such rough shape. Left a bad taste of the franchise from our night away from home. Which was a very rare treat without the little ones.
We were in Columbus for two nights to see the sights and visit a friend. Although there were Covid restrictions on the number of people in the pool, we were able to have the pool to ourselves one hour each day. Which was fun and relaxing. We enjoyed walking around the pond out back looking for frogs. We enjoyed the fashionable comfort of the lounge area and the ability to watch some of the Olympics on the big screen TV in the evenings. There was live music at the bar when we arrived Friday night which was nice.We had a very good service on Saturday for breakfast. The pancakes were delicious! And our waitress was wonderful at recommending local places to visit. However, our service on Sunday morning with a different waitress did not honor our meal tickets for two entrées each. Which wasn’t a big problem, however after 30 minutes I went up to the bar to ask for a refill on my coffee. The bartender told me I could have asked for a take away cup. I told her I didn’t need to take away cup, I just needed my cup refilled since I’d been waiting 30 minutes for my meal to arrive. Within about five minutes our breakfast came out. The food was good but the original waitress had forgotten we were there. Which made our morning start a little later than we had expected. This was a rather long wait for a 10-year-old guest. Other than that, our experience exceeded our expectations, and we hope to come back soon.
We came across this hotel 2 years ago when it was I guess almost new. we stop by for a breakfast buffet and we love the place. this time around we recommended Renaissance to our friends coming from Philadelphia and they stayed for about four nights and they love the hotel as well. we missed the breakfast buffet though. I wish they could give it they could take it back.Staff are exceptional including the front desk and we just love this hotel
Highly recommended. I’ve stayed here for business and leisure travel. My preferred Columbus hotel. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Modern rooms and clean spaces. I’m looking forward to the executive lounge opening for added value. The gym is nice and I love that they have a pool. They seem to take covid measures seriously
Positive: Staff was wonderful! Room was spacious, clean and beds comfortable. Negative: The food quality of the meal. No I initially ordered the chicken wings honey garlic but the waitress asked if I wanted boneless wings. I said sure. All downhill from there, tasteless thick breaded supermarket frozen boneless wings liIke you get @Disney.
The hotel was very clean which was a great comfort during COVID. The reason for the stay was to celebrate my daughters birthday and allow our children to swim in the pool. The pool was nice however it was too cold, limiting the time we spent in the pool. Lastly, the charge (which I overlooked and take responsibility for) for use of wifi for those who were NOT signed up for the rewards program was shocking considering we were paying guests of the hotel. Wifi should always come at no charge for guests of a hotel, especially a higher end hotel such as this.
We have family in Worthington and because of this pandemic and social distancing, we thought it best to stay elsewhere. We checked online and and looked at different hotels and liked what the Renaissance had to offer when it came to cleanliness. So we tried it. We were more than pleased. So much so that we have stayed only there during our social distancing visits. The check-in greeting is beyond expectations with such a helpful staff. The rooms have wood floors and always dust free and even the remote control is in plastic. The bar/restaurant is staffed with friendly staff and the food is excellent. It is now our only go to hotel in Columbus. Stay here, you wont be disappointed.
The hotel staff was so friendly and welcoming. Absolutely pristine upkeep and modern chic decor throughout the hotel. Luxury style in the rooms for the standard size room. The Two-One is a fabulous dinner and brunch option with the pleasure of not having to leave the hotel (especially nice in the winter).
You advertised a lake view room and displayed pictures seemingly from a lake front room showing the lake as well as charging a premium for said lake view room. However, upon opening the drapes in the room I discovered a view that was 30% building rooftop, 20% lake and 50% building across the lake. Given the stunning picture you use as representing the lake view its obvious you have misrepresented yourself. Its very disappointing and alludes to dishonesty on your part. The rest of the hotel was great but diminished by the overstated lake view claims. One extremely bright spot was Katie at the bar. She did a spectacular job. She is a great asset to your business. So much so I would advise applying positive retention policy to her asap!
Absolutely beautiful hotel. I thought it was brand new, but apparently its 2 years old. Clean, great decor, nice sized rooms, good food, and definitely do well with COVID i.e. I felt that it was sanitized/clean and everyone wore masks. My room had a nautical theme, plenty of light, really nice shower/bath area, and overall really nicely put together. The staff was uber friendly and although my stay was only one night, I really enjoyed it. If Im ever back in this area I will absolutely stay here again. Thanks to the great staff.
The hotel was very clean and nice. We were just disappointed that we could not swim unless me made an appointment. However, that was never told told us when we checked in or on the website. We booked a hotel with a pool on purpose. When we did inquire about the pool hours, this is how we found out. She also told us that the pool books quickly on the weekends because people come to swim who are not staying at the hotel. I do not feel that should be allowed. We paid extra money to stay there and then couldn’t use the pool. Disappointed
Very stylish hotel. Common areas were clean and well kept, lobby really cool and the staff friendly. While they offer room service, there is no table and only 1 chair per room so it is a pain to eat in the room. Their covid protocol is no maid service unless you request it. Proximity to Otterbein is good though. There were events during our stay but not late into the night.
What a wonderful new property! So close to shopping, dining, recreation and a quick drive to OSU campus. My room was beautifully decorated, comfortable and spacious. Staff members were friendly and efficient. I can’t wait to get back this Spring to try out the outdoor areas (too cold this trip). Thanks for a relaxing and enjoyable stay!
We stayed for the weekend as we were in a nearby baseball tournament. The hotel was clean, comfortable beds and the staff was amazing at the front desk. The teen boys were able to swim, play billiards and utilize the outdoor space to toss the football. All while the parents enjoyed the patio and fire pit. Would recommend eating breakfast off-site, as the buffet is shut down for covid and the sit down breakfast was pricy. The waitstaff seemed overwhelmed with the breakfast rush, but thankfully we werent on a time limit.
The Two One restaurant is a very nice upscale casual spot. Great food, typical hotel pricing(15% over normal spots), but all the food we got was really good. Lobster fries and Mac n cheese was awesome, filet was priced nicely and on par with top end steakhouses. Will go back. Our server John was great and very personable
Rooms are awesome, staff was great, the food was phenomenal. The bartender knew her job and took great pride in it. The waiter who served us went out of his way to small talk and make us feel welcomed. The check in staff was professional and certainly appeared to be welcoming. If I had one complaint I would say the maybe a lil less techno dance edm type music in lobby lol. But other than that the value to dollar ratio here is right where it belongs
This brand new hotel is spotless, comfortable and fun. The staff is lovely. The bed is really comfortable. The rooms are a good size and and the decor isn’t the run of the mill hotel decor. The grounds are lovely including a lake, walking trail, fire pits and a hammock. You can’t help but notice you are In the middle of an office park but it’s a very nice office park! The food is great and the bar has a nice selection. I really enjoyed my stay. If I come back to OH I will return to the Renaissance’and will make time for the pool and fitness center as they are spotless and inviting.
This hotel has been our go-to hotel during the pandemic. The sanitization has been over the top. That is why we stay here. I recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the Columbus area. Not only are the rooms the top of the line, but the bar and restaurant are friendly and the food delectable. I rate this hotel 20 out of 10, it is that good,,,
The decor is nothing that I have seen yet in a hotel with the nautical them throughout. The bar and lounge area provided great entertainment with the many TV screens , fire place , and even a pool table. The food was very good that we had both in the restaurant and catered for the wedding we attended. The room was very clean , updated with the nautical them which was extension from the lobby and various hall ways throughout the building. The bathroom had a sliding barn door and a foot rest in the shower which is a nice added touch. Plenty of seating in the room with a couch and a mudroom type bench with extra hooks if needed. Just a wonderful overall experience.
My niece was getting married in Delaware and booked a group of rooms for guests to use. Since my children live in Texas and Vermont it was a great time to add a couple of days and have a mini-reunion. Very comfortable beds, good food, and great location to find some activity for everyone.
Nice Hotel . Terrible customer service. Checked in after midnight with 3 kids after a long day of driving. Was given a hard time switching the number of beds chosen on my reservation. Got to the room was given a room with neighbors who decided to party until after 3 am. Called the front desk twice and went down there to complain. The neighbors knocked on our door multiple times and security did nothing and didn’t seem to care. Asked for a different room and was refused. Currently filing a formal complaint .Dear Ralph Mordocco,Your response does nothing to make me want to ever come back to your property. I will still be filing a formal complaint with Renaissance hotels since you failed at any type of customer service. There is no forgiveness in the way the situation was handled. Hospitality is far from your number one priority with this lame duck response that I have received from you.ThanksEric Preston
Ive stayed at this Marriott location a few different times now and it hasnt ever disappointed! I had originally booked last night for a fun girls night out with my sisters and plans changed with everything going on.I ended up keeping the room so I could take my daughter to enjoy the pool and to just relax in general. The staff was minimal (due to current conditions) but amazing! Professional, attentive, informative and friendly. Everything was clean and the pool was perfect. We had a wonderful evening despite all thats going on in the world!I will continue to visit this property!
I cannot thank the staff and Heather at the Renaissance in Westerville enough. My husband and I had a small family ceremony last weekend and Heather was super helpful in reserving a space for my family to gather after our outdoor ceremony. The staff were all super helpful, friendly and accommodating. The hotel, both inside and out is absolutely gorgeous! We took indoor and outdoor photos at the hotel and they turned out beautiful. My family stayed at the hotel and everyone mentioned how comfortable the beds were and how luxurious the rooms felt.Excellent service at the hotel restaurant as well! I have celiac and the staff were able to accommodate my dietary needs. Thank you so much to the staff for being so kind and understanding as our nieces and nephews got a little rambunctious. Will definitely recommend this hotel to all family and friends who visit us. Beautiful hotel, awesome and caring staff and all for a good price.
The staff was wonderful, everyone from the front desk to the cleaning crew did a great job! I loved the venue and outdoor space where we all could gather. The rooms were very clean and the beds were amazing......so comfortable. Lots to do in the area and even great places within walking distance. Cant wait to return!
Really a positive experience this past weekend at the Renaissance in Westerville. Great people all the way around. Food and drinks at the hotel bar/restaurant were excellent and the rooms were dope. Really enjoyed staying there, with a lot of great restaurants and shopping nearby! Will definitely stay at again!
We stayed here during our first visit to Columbus and again during our house hunting efforts. The experience was exceptional from start to finish and we highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city! They also have a restaurant in the hotel and the food is absolutely amazing!
Stayed here while visiting family. Newly opened. It was a beautiful facility with a modern lake house theme. The room was nice sized with a king bed and included a cushioned bench/sofa-like piece that was comfortable to sit on. The lobby included a full bar and restaurant which provided room service and lots of seating to hang out. The work out facility was large with free weights/kettle bells and selection of machines. Larger than a typical hotel. The pool was small but they provided full, very absorbent, towels and that was excellent. Overall the place was great. The only things I did not care for were the pool which was painted a dark color and I felt like you could have a dirty pool and not be able to tell (did not feel that it was, just that it could easily be). I get it, beach theme. And the pillows were mushy. My fault for not asking to switch out but nonetheless still, out of four pillows, all not great. Would stay again. Rates were great and in line with area. Beautiful facility.
I don’t leave many reviews but this place is fantastic! We have to do a lot of hotel stats for sporting events and I will definitely return to this hotel. Amazing staff, super clean, beautiful facility, and a great value. It will be my go to in Columbus for the future.
Awesome staff, everyone at the check in desk is fantastic. I have stayed here 5 times within the last year and every single time they ensure I have had a great experience. They are super helpful even if i accidentally get a adjoining room(I do not prefer that) and also accommodate my needs. Wonderful pool and gym as well. The rooms are very clean and spacious, bathrooms are very well equipped. AMAZING beds! If someone could reach out and let me know the mattress, i would love to order one for my home!
The check in was quick and easy! We were in town for my little brothers wedding and the hotel was full of family and friends. The hotel lobby/bar area was the perfect place to gather! We really enjoyed the bartenders who did an excellent job taking care of our giant group! The hotel is absolutely gorgeous! The outside “hang out” area is perfect for fun and the kids enjoyed it. Drinks were great and decently priced, and the food was delicious. However, in the morning, two of us went down to have breakfast at the hotel restaurant. We waited for 15 min and finally left. We hadn’t even had water served to us let alone given a menu. We went to a local diner instead. Our rooms were nice. My room had really low water pressure in the shower, and the one shower head didn’t even work. There was also still painters tape on the window. My brothers room had to be changed because an electrical outlet said “do not use, causes short” and the lights wouldn’t work the way they were supposed to. All in all, our stay was enjoyable, due to the staff and lounge area.
They did not skip a single beat when designing this fantastic hotel. Each finish was thought out and planned well. The rooms were great, comfy, and modern - each equipped with big TVs mounted to the wall. The moment you pull up to this hotel, you can feel a sense of luxury wash over you. I will definitely stay here again when I’m back in town.
Nice, modern, spacious, and clean rooms. The hotel was pretty full but it was very quiet sleeping at night. Fitness center was great for a hotel - plenty of cardio equipment and weights. Friendly and helpful staff. I would recommend this hotel to others and would consider staying here again if in the area. The only area that could use improving was the food at the hotel restaurant - it wasn’t good but there are many restaurants/bars nearby so it shouldn’t be a deterrent for not choosing this hotel. The service at the restaurant/bar was good though.
Rented out many rooms last September 2018 for my Neices Wedding. Such a clean, and beautiful hotel. Her photos in her room getting ready as she looked out the full glass windows were one of the best. All the girls had an amazing time, and the staff was so helpful. Highly recommended for any occasion. Also the beds are top of the line!
This hotel was very nice. It was clean and stylish and the service/food was amazing. The linens were amazing. My only not so positive was that the mattress, which is personal, wasnt as nice as my Original Mattress at home but that is one thing Im super particular about. I still slept very nice and enjoyed our stay immensely. The area surrounding this hotel is super new... just like the hotel... and very nice...
I was here for a conference and found the facilities superb! The conference rooms were spacious and I appreciate the wireless projection system. The guests rooms are well appointed and modern with very comfy beds. I would absolutely host a conference here again or just stay as a guest. My only complaint was the conference lunch. It was very bland and drinks were in the back with dessert and not announced. Many people didnt know it was available until they started to leave the lunch. Otherwise it was a favorable stay!
Quick overnight stay for work. Hotel was very new and clean. My reservation included executive lounge access but I had to ask for it after my key didn’t work, and it was a little embarrassing. Great hotel overall for a business traveler, I can certainly see why it was full when I stayed. Being on the top floor, I was super excited that I had good water pressure in the shower.
The experience was overall excellent. The kids enjoyed the adjoining rooms. The staff and decor were definitely top notch. Look forward to staying again. Only one note that the kids did enjoy the on sight pool but was really cold and could not enjoy as long as they wanted too. Location was perfect and close to many attractions. This was definitely a great stay.
We stayed here for 3 nights with the grandkids. The hotel staff overall was awesome. The rooms are clean, roomy and comfortable. The outside areas are wonderful. We used the pool and fitness center they were great. It was a short and easy drive to the zoo and COSI, plenty of places to eat and shop. The staff made us feel welcome from the start.
Wonderful facilities, environment, food and experience. My family would like to thank an incredible employee there, James. Thank You James! You provided world class service and humanity. My 3 year old son still asks if we can go back to Renaissance and see James. Very Cute.
Very nice decor. Staff was nice, engaging. The only problem I had was music and the sound of water running constantly after midnight. Not sure how much the hotel had control of that, but was I was promply moved to another room. The gentleman that helped me listened to my concern, apologized and quickly switched my room.
The room was cozy, the concierge was very helpful and kind, the amenities were great. Loved the pool! Noted it had disability access. The acoustics in the room are a little too good, but its better than having carpet! The rooms were very clean and the beds had amazing pillows. Great place to stay!
Beautiful hotel and nice location. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was spotless and we had a nice view of the water. The staff ensured to accomdate any requests I had. Will definitely be back. Ive been to 3 different Renaissance hotels so far, and none of them have disappointed.
We stayed 2 nights with our 3 kids. We asked for a feather free room about an hour before we checked in and were fine waiting. Because the gentleman at the check in felt it should have been taken care of quicker, he gave us access to the Platinum Lounge which we will gladly pay extra for next time. I used the app to request more pillows and they didn’t arrive so when I called they brought them immediately and apologized. Pool was great too!
To me, this hotel is worth every penny. When we got here, everyone was so nice, the lobby is clean, parking is easy, we got our room with no problems at all. Room was beautiful, clean and was spacious. We asked to use a microwave and they actually brought us one to our room and even gave us forks after I asked. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The building, decor and property are modern and look awesome. The property is beautiful, in a safe little area. Very clean. The indoor pool does not have a hot tub, but that’s okay. The pool also has a handicap assist so that those who are disabled can get in. SO AMAZING! Would reccomend to anyone. I felt very comfortable and well taken care of here.
Stayed at this hotel for the first time last weekend. SO glad we did. The hotel is new so obviously in great condition. More than that the fitness room was far above other hotels. It had the standard treadmill, elliptical, etc. but also had a rower, 20X24X30 boxes, kettle bells of various weights, dumbbells heavy and light and plenty of space to move around. The guest room doors also had a silent close so there is no door slamming when people enter/exit their room. Hotel food also excellent. Will definitely go back.
While the hotel is new and modern, the service is very lacking. At no point during our stay was a luggage cart available nor any staff that would assist with luggage needs. The room was not cleaned when we returned at 3 P.M. and requests like extra towels took over 1 1/2 hours to fulfill. We ended up tracking down a housekeeping cart to get what we needed.
This was our second stay at this property. I requested the same rooms as the previous stay in October. This stay also did not disappoint! The General Manager, Ralph Mordocco really crafted an amazing Marriott team.We were greeted by my favorite host, James bearing local gifts. He immediately assisted us to our room with our many, many bags. He is always so delightful : )Our rooms were just as we remembered them. Immaculate and perfect.Though we only stayed one night . . . it was a fabulous evening. Room service was served up with perfection . . . thank you Jacob and Janna!
If you want to stay in a luxurious hotel with great service and a great price this is the one for you. The hotel overall is beautiful. Every staff member we interacted with was beyond friendly. The rooms were nice and clean. It is also in a convenient location to access other areas. I could go on and on about my experience here. The main thing I have to say is it was WONDERFUL! We plan on staying at this hotel for all of our upcoming trips.
We have enjoyed our stay! Room is perfectly clean and well decorated. Kids enjoyed the pool and the outside was enjoyed by adults. Firepit beanbags and hammock for guests to enjoy overlooking a man made lake. So much fun and fabulously decorated! Great location with plenty of restaurants nearby! We wouldnt hesitate to stay again.
Beautiful designed hotel with a lot of shared spaces, the staff is freindly and welcoming.Breakfast is served on the menu but I didnt find it tasty. The is also an option to eat on the bar with good variety of beers. The rooms are specious and new, big flat TV and good bathroom except the lights which are bit tricky...The location is a bit remote and theres not to much interaction with the rest of the guests
The Renaissance Polaris-Westerville is a gorgeous hotel that you wouldnt expect among all of the office buildings and shopping centers. It has a boutique hotel feel. It is convenient to the highway and a ton of restaurants. Both times we have stayed, there has been live entertainment in the lobby. The decor is beautiful and there are tiny details everywhere! The rooms are spotless and very comfortable. The icing on the cake is that the staff are awesome - friendly, helpful, and fun. Thank you!
Spent time here for a work event -- daytime only, no use of private rooms. Beautiful and clean, inside and outside. Fire pits! Hammock! Enormous planters full of aromatic herbs! Peaceful pond with fountains. Efficient, friendly staff. Delicious food. Id look forward to the opportunity to spend more time there.
I rented a room for my husband and I to just get away for a night for his birthday. We enjoyed a drink and appetizer in the bar. This space is very modern and inviting. We had a corner room with double windows that overlooked the pond. Everything in this hotel is new and modern but comfortable. I joked with my husband that Chip and JoAnna Gaines must have decorated it. We ubered to dinner but slept in the next morning and ordered breakfast in bed with room service. I had an omelet and potatoes. It was a large portion and very tasty. My husband had the eggs with bacon and toast. We also shared a pot of coffee. Check out was not until noon, which gave us time to relax and not have to hurry out. If you are coming from out of town, this hotel is near many good restaurants, an excellent mall, Top Golf, Ikea, Costco, and bowling. It is also close to several nice parks. I wish they had been open last year when my daughter got married as I definitely would have used them for a hotel block.
The hotel decor is hip and I appsreciated that, but our room was kind of dirty. Mold on the shower walls and a huge mold spore in the shower floor corner and stains on the shower floor that wouldn’t come out... I don’t know if it was blood or rust but it was kind of nasty. Glad I only stayed a night. The room also smelled kind of musty. The staff that checked us in and out were great! Unfortunately the evening staff Jamir was rude and ignored us when we came back from an event around midnight and purchased a couple snacks. He didn’t greet us and ignored us and when we brought the snacks to the counter and said hello he just ignored us and kept working on his computer for over a minute and then rang us up and was short. He didn’t say how much everything cost, etc. just “ how are you paying for this?” and we were kind and told him to have a good night and he ignored us and just had this snooty disrespectful attitude... Imagine your worst drive thru customer service experience... It was that at a supposed premium brand hotel. Horrible horrible experience just for that alone. It made my partner and I want to leave right then and there and find another place to stay.
New, very nice hotel, in an area being developed, so restaurants coming. Didnt want to stay downtown Columbus and glad I didnt. My king suite room was fabulous. Big bathroom with awesome shower. Staff very nice. Had a basic breakfast meal in restaurant and it was great. Front entrance not well marked. Would definitely recommend if you want to be on that side of town and want a clean, new, spacious room.
This place is awesome. My favorite hotel in the area by a long shot and its still priced fair. The rooms are spotless and smell clean. The lobby is to die for with football games playing and drinks flowing. There is even a pool table and outdoor fireplace to hang out at in your spare time. My only regret is eating at the restaurant. The food was terrible and service was poor. Overall definitely stay here! Its awesome.
Starting at James at check in and continuing with other staff, service was top notch ! Only ate hamburger there as had other commitments but it was well presented with quality ingredients ( juicy not greasy) and provided with attentive, personable, professional service.
As a new employee in the kitchen, i cant speak on the hotel itself. However, i CAN give my impressions on the kitchen. This is by far one of the nicest kitchens that i have ever worked in, with good quality food. The kitchen employees are welcoming and helpful, and i dont feel lost or left behind at all. we take food allergies and special orders very seriously. If you are looking for a quality stay, with fine dining atmosphere, this is the place! Come see what we have to offer.
Loved this hotel. It is very close to many great restaurants and very easy to get to. We will definitely be staying here when we are in the Columbus area. Bar area was very nice and everyone was very friendly and went out of their way to make sure the drinks and food was good. Did not visit the pool but they have a great outdoor sitting area. The bartender did say they are not allowed to serve alcohol outside yet but hopefully soon. The other thing that I think would have been nice is if they offered a happy hour like a few other Renaissance we have stayed at do but there are definitely places close by that do. The room was very nice decorated and had everything needed. Bed was super comfortable. No problem with checking in and visited the Club level and it was nice and had drinks and some snack food. They did bring out a couple food items while I was there. Some fruit, cheese, meat and another hot dish. Did not see any alcohol but the club level is on the first floor so bar is close by. Did not visit the fitness area either on this trip. Polaris shopping is very close and there is plenty to do in the area.
It was a generally good stay. The hotel lived up to its name as a luxury hotel. The staffs (waiters, front desk attendants, etc) were amazing.Have a couple of complaints though...The internet should be free for everybody who checks in.All internet tv channels should be free for everybody. The restaurant should increase their menu to cater to a wide range of clients.
My wife and I stayed one night this past weekend of March 15, 2019 at the Renaissance Polaris Westerville and immediately were impressed once we walked through the doors. The decor was amazing, stylish and up to date. In my experiences as an Elite member staying at Marriotts throughout the country, I knew this was a new hotel. Check in was easy, accommodating and the late check out was appreciated. The room itself was Oustanding and LOOKED well kept, until my wife noticed a chicken bone under the desk that looked like it had been there for some time. We were only there for one night so I let that go. The attention to detail is when I called the front desk that evening and someone answered and just said Hello! Not only did he not say his name, I thought he was unprofessional and hadn’t experienced that at a Marriott before, especially at a Renaissance Hotel. I called to request some FOAM PILLOWS for my room and they brought more FEATHER PILLOWS. I did not have a good nights rest. I didn’t report it because we were only there for one night. Overall we had a good stay.
Great hotel. Modern feel, clean and classy.Executive lounge was better than expected, very inviting and roomy. Was with a group of 8 people and felt like we had our own area to ourselves although there were several other large groups present.Checked in around 4 and they were slammed. A wedding and a baseball tourney were checking in around the same time. Staff maintained their composure and remained friendly and attentive. We were upgraded to a suite, but opted to decline to get a room on a higher floor with a better view.Mr. Mordocco in management was very helpful and accommodating with our requests and Inquiries leading up to our stay. Will definitely visit again next time we have a TopGolf outing, which was Super close to the hotel.
From the start these people were never interested in my business. I guess I showed up early for them, cause there was a snowstorm. So my room wasnt ready. It was about 4pm, as any normal place would be good to go with this. I have been offered compensatory stuff before because a hotel is late cleaning a room. Instead they offered a downgrade on the room. Whatever. I took it.Then I unpacked my laptop. Internet? $10.00. What? Per day. Ten dollars per day. Let that sink in. The monthly rate for the basic wifi. BASIC wifi. Is 300 dollars per month. This is a convenience Motel 6 offers for free.Yes there is a bar attached. Are the prices gouged beyond belief? Yes. Two drinks cost me 26 bucks. Tip not included. And I didnt drink top shelf either.Yes there is a buffet breakfast. 15 bucks, tip not included. This is F-R-E-E at any normal 3 star hotel. It WAS free at a Residence Marriott I stayed in a week prior. There was nothing special on that buffet making it worth the extra cost. The interior styling is ponderous. Im sure it was done by a committee. Nautical theme, in the middle of Ohio...okay whatever. But the bed was nothing to write home about. Everything in the room was serviceable, but nothing made me say Wow!.When asked how my stay was, I said I wasnt coming back. Rather than them asking me what was wrong, they said Well have a good one! Apparently front desk management doesnt care. Now, I dont either. Wishing them the best. When youre paying 140 bucks a night for hotel fare, you expect something to be better than the average hotel. The live musicians were nice. Im sure if they could have charged me to listen to that too, they would have.Update: Canned response addresses none of the issues I raised. He still thinks Im coming back. Oh well.

2022-01-25So... Mixed review here. The staff has been fantastic; helpful, competent and attentive. The public spaces are welcoming and attractive but the furniture isnt the most comfortable. The room is a nice space and the bathroom is super nice. The room, however, is entirely covered in laminate flooring. Not a fan. Regardless of the heat setting the floor stayed cold, its slippery when wet and feels pretty industrial. While this otherwise is a really nice property, I dont think Id stay here again specifically for the flooring.

2022-01-10The service is out of this world!Never have we stayed in such a clean hotel!Pricing is affordable: top notch for the price.Thats the good stuff. The restaurant service is fantastic, atmosphere amazing, live music very enjoyable; some of the food was great; some not so much (med rare salmon came out well/dry, kids hamburger was burnt to a crisp).BIG DISAPPOINTMENTThe pool-heater not working (very, very cold)-filtration/circulation not working (algae coated the bottom, vents all clogged up-no hot tub (and no tubs in the rooms either)The most disappointing part is they didnt tell us this when we made the reservation: a family with kids and 3 rooms!!

2022-06-26Good staff. Good common spaces. Small Indoor pool for exercise. Nice fitness room with rower etc and accommodations are good. Little quirky things. Nautical theme is kind of weird since its landlocked area with retention pond as only water feature. But weirdest thing was the door sensor to roomStopped working. Got new room but staff had to break into other room to get our things. We waited at least an hour so good thing we did that funeral like we had yesterday, or wedding etc. Got a call late at night asking about our $120 bar bill for Raymond. No Raymond here and certainly 2 drinks didnt cost $120. Otherwise the rate is good. Lots of outdoor places to sit near the pond and some games too.

2022-03-12Fantastic location, each & every stay. Very clean & well-maintained property in a very nice location. Staff are very professional & courteous. Strong attention to detail in a modern facility make for an enjoyable stay. Daily housekeeping is a welcome return from the covid hiatus. Restaurant is well above-average for hotel in both food and service. Sam was great at breakfast. Bartenders are very friendly and engaging. You will be glad you stay here.

2022-03-13We stayed at the Westerville-Polaris location and Im obsessed with this hotel! It is beautiful! The lobby looks amazing and the rooms do too. Very modern and up to date. We stayed in a King and it looked like a tiny apartment. The bedding is phenomenal and so comfy. Overall it was just perfect! Staff was super cool too! Well be back 100%

2022-02-28Awesome atmosphere. Great food and drinks. Bartenders and servers were fantastic. Had live music 7-10pm on the Saturday we were there. Overall was a nice little surprise. We live in the neighborhood next to here and I drive by multiple times a day, cant believe I havent stopped yet. If you live near by you should make it a must see date night with friends. 👍💯

2022-06-26This place is great for a conference. Clean sleeping rooms and meeting spaces. The service is great. Most of the food is good. I would suggest skipping the bagels and pastry (hard as a rock). The bar area could use another worker. Great outside space for relaxing.

2022-02-15Our stay was amazing and we will definitely recommend and return! We came for the weekend of Valentines and enjoyed every bit from the comfortable bed to the nice early morning swim to the delicious food at the restaurant located by the lobby. Staff was friendly, location is awesome literally minutes away from Polaris mall. Around 1:30am there were loud folks in the hall but it lasted no longer than 15 minutes so I didn’t complain. Housekeeping is ONLY upon request due to the pandemic which we all should be use to so it’s no problem my way. All in all We will be backkkk

2022-07-05Let’s start with all the good.. the place was lovely and beautiful. The outdoor space is amazing and makes you feel like you are on a vacation. The bartender Andrew was kind and a hard worker, being short staffed on one of our two nights there he did not miss a beat. I enjoyed having access to a bar and food on the premises without having to leave if I didn’t want to. For me as a guest there are a few things that I didn’t like.. let’s talk about the gnat problem in the bar area and restaurant, you are constantly being attacked by them. The no trash can in the lobby area is irritating when you are just trying to throw away simple trash or a sanitizer wipe that is available near the elevators but can’t throw it away. The doors to all the rooms are dirty when walking down the hallway, these small touches can go a long way. Our room when walking in at the inside of the door there was grass and other things on the floor so it was not swept well. The comforter look to be clean but on the second night I happen to be pulling it up and in the light of the tv seen nothing but yellow stains in the middle layer, even some black spots and coffee stains , at this point it was really late and let’s just say I didn’t sleep well with that thing on the bed, It felt gross. The grounds security didn’t feel like there was any especially when you are paying to stay there and be there then everyone in the neighborhood comes in for the fireworks and takes over the seating/parking and areas that should be for the paying hotel guest.

2022-05-02Had drinks and apps in the hotel restaurant The Two-One as we were nearby. The lobby/restaurant area was lovely and staff were very friendly. The boneless chicken wings dusted with cajun spices were delicious even though a little overcooked. The house made tortilla chips and salsa were delicious! Love that they offer a 6 or 9 oz. pour of wines, Ill take 9 thank you! Would stop in again and sit on the patio next time.
