They dont answer their phone, they dont respond to voicemail... Im starting to think that this is a scam office! If you have land for sale, homes for sale or rent, why not answer your phone? Its just not them, Im finding out that this is the case with a lot of Cincinnati real estate agencies! It is as if as they dont want you there! Visit but dont stay...🤔
Re/Max Real Estate may have a reputable name, however this particular owner and franchise does not. The owner and agent of this specific Re/Max agency based off of colerain avenue, and clara avenue, was extremely unprofessional. During our 18+ month tenancy on a property listed above its actual worth, the owner and employees were less than reliable when it came to receiving information; or, sadly when trying to speak with anyone from the main office. Communication was rare and nearly extinct except through email. The maintenance to our property both pre-move in and during our stay was also very difficult to deal with. Orders were never completed in a timely manner, and there was always less than a 24 hour notice to our maintenance man arriving at our door, weeks after the reports had been made. The owner has very little respect for tenants and their personal safety while a resident of theirs. We had a lock box placed on our door while still in our lease, allowing strangers and their realtors/agents to freely roam our home whether present on the property or not. I had to file multiple complaints with the local police department as well as hearing a no excuse rule from the owner regarding the showing of our RENTED and Inhabitated residence. Nonetheless, this company is poorly ran, poorly staffed, and sadly they will put your safety at jeopardy regardless of how well/compliant of a tenant you are. Please take it from a parent of 4 young children. This was an eye opening experience that I hope others can learn from before making the same mistake we did.(Seeing how unprofessional the response is below from the company nearly a year after the review was posted. You will notice the false claims below stating we were evicted from non-payment. However, seeing as I took this case to court to show the judge how we paid our rent within the 7 day grace period, Re/Max chose to decline our payment and return it to us with an eviction notice instead. Again, shows the lack of professionalism from a company willing to attempt to slander a good families reputation while continuing to fall under the category of slum lords.)
There was very little communication on their part. Getting the home ready to rent and repairs took longer than they should. Tenants would be late on paying or moved out and I wouldnt know unless I looked it up on the website. After having multiple issues with them, I switched property managers. I am now in collections because the electricity account they opened with Duke Energy was never transferred to my new property managers. They were receiving overdue notices and never reached out to me to let me know.
I had been gone here to see if I could rent an apartment that they had listed.I had to fill an application out before even viewing. (Btw I didn’t even get to view the apartment)The front desk lady has no idea what’s going on and is very rude. They don’t contact you they make you go to some dumb Facebook page to look at when the open houses are or if they are still available. So IF YOU CALL DO NOT EXPECT THEM TO ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS. They will only reference you to their Facebook page. 1/10 experience.
I wouldnt advise anyone to deal with this realtors office. The entire process was rushed from viewing the property, to turning in the security deposit. They give you 24 hours from the time your application is approved, until they expect the security deposit. That shouldve been a red flag. On second inspection of the property we wanted to rent, multiple issues were discovered including a roach infestation. When I told Mara about the issue and that we decided not to move forward with the property, she basically said she can send an exterminator to spray the house and we move in or look for another property. When I asked if we can get our security deposit, since we never moved in, she told me all security deposits are non refundable. Not once did Mara express any sincerity to our situation. With a baby on the way the last thing we want is a roach infested house that we have to have toxins sprayed constantly. Our experience with Re/Max Incline Real Esate was horrible. I really hope this review keeps someone from having to deal with what my family and I had to deal with.
I have lived in this apartment that i have been living in for the past 4 years. Its bed bug infested and ran down. They are the managers of this place i pay my rent every month on time and there rent is due on the 5th well the 5th landed on a weekend and my wife went out ro pay them on the 5th they had no drop box, were closed and we sent them a pick of there rent check a pic of it in front of there building and they charged me a late fee on that monday. They said there drop box says us mail, to top all this off we repaired our credit to where we could buy a home so we give them a 3 month notice that we qill be moving in april on the 1st. So because the market is strong right now it took a little qhile longer than we expected. Didnt give them a 30 day notice yet so in the middle of febuary they send me a notice to vacate they are not renewing our lease. I have 5 kids and the apartment is roach and bedbug infested and mice are horible they send an exterminator in to squirt 1 line in the kitchen to get rid of the pest. They are rude and look for every loop whole to make a dime from you they are very rude and i wouldnt recommend this place to my worst enemy.
If I could have given this leasing company a zero I would have. Here is a list of problems we ran into, in no particular order.1. Mice, there were wholes where mice were getting in. They sent out an exterminator who expressed it was only one mouse.. any person in there right mind knows that mice don’t travel by them selves. They were actually in the walls of the home.2. Terrible communication! Every time we called the property manager it went to voice mail. When we would call the property maintaince worker it went to voice mail.3. There was no garbage cans when we moved in and they wanted to change us for replacing them.4. The re glazing of the bath tub was done poorly5. Heating was not consistent. Tenants had to buy portable heaters.6. The leasing company changed communication channels with out alerting their own tenants.7. Wholes in every window screen.8. “Work orders” were never completed in timely manners, there were gaps/ spaces under both the front and back door. This is where the mouse was able to get in and why our heating and electricity was so high. But this was not seen as urgent to the leasing company so the work order was completed at leisure.9. Workers verbally complained about the leasing company to tenants on multiple occasions. And expressed the tenants should move out as soon as the lease was complete.Disclaimer: We moved out of what was commonly referred to as “the hell house” about two years ago. And i would like to add my anxiety levels have dropped completely. The house was infested with mice, on rainy/ stormy nights, i could hear the mice moving in the walls. These problems may seem minor but they were ongoing for one year.I DO NOT recommend moving into any properties from CincyRed, InCline, Remaxx,I am not sure what their name is currently! If you do choose to move in make sure you keep everything in writing for your own personal records.
Avoid this place! My bathroom ceiling has fallen and since Sunday nobody has came to fix it and I also have kids. They don’t care they are just money hungry slumlords of which I hope they soon lose all properties they own!! I wish this company nothing the but the worse!
The owner of this place is a rude and unethical person. Getting things fixed around the house takes forever and often i had to put in duplicate work forms just to get simple things fixed. most important though, she will attempt to take your security deposit for the most trivial things. So be warned. Do not risk your money with this company.
Wheres property management company Ive ever dealt with in my life not sure how the staff managed to get through day-to-day life cause they dont know how to use a phone You can literally call them 30 times A-day and they will not return your phone call Property management company that caters to slumlords

2022-01-29Ive not personally used Re/Max Incline, however; I did pay the application fee for my daughter to use there services. Private showings have been amazing, Ms. Cristal (her agent) has been beneficial and pleasant. While we have attended public showing prior to application fee, in my opinion having that fee paid 1st with approval, it makes the process so much easier. If I decide to come back across the river to Ohio; Ill be using their services.Im a hard person to please, and a very protective mama bear. I feel my daughter and grandson are in good hands with Ms. Cristal and Re/Max Incline.

2022-03-19Horrible if I can give 0 stars I would, my boyfriend lives at one of their properties currently. In the past 2 1/2 months I have seen the electric and the water get cut off and a mice infestation. No one in the office likes to answer the phone or return calls, and when you finally get ahold of someone they act like your the inconvenience. The lights were cut off for 2 weeks and the water for 1.The city was about to get the place condemned but then miraculously the water bill was paid in full. The water company came out to turn the water back on but no one was told that someone had to be there for them to do it, so they wouldnt come back out until Monday 7 days without water smh. What type of company conducts business like that? Its just ridiculous.

2022-04-13I was told they were accepting Section 8 but was denied for “not having an updated voucher”. I told them I got my voucher extended & they told me I needed a new voucher. If you don’t know how CMHA or the Housing Choice Voucher program works, don’t tell people you accept the voucher. Now, Im on the verge of not having anywhere to live due to negligence of their staff. I’ve reached out to them but they have yet to respond to me via email or phone.

2022-01-19This company has been extremely difficult to work with. They never answer the phones or hardly call you back. Not many properties to look at. They lie to get you to apply to pocket your application fee. Make sure you turn in all documents in 30 days or youll have to reapply and pay another application fee. Even if you put a agent down you want to work with they will give you whoever. I dont recommend this business at all. They promptly reply here before answering the phone. Terribly unprofessional company. The way you all treat people is immoral and unethical. God sees it all. You will reap it all back.

2022-03-22I’ve been waiting weeks for my pipes in my kitchen to get fixed! The lady at the front desk is the rudest nastiest person that I’ve ever seen working with the public, she needs to be fired! I give this company 0 stars and I wouldn’t recommend this company to my worst enemy! And they don’t answer emails or calls!! I’m still a tenant! It took you 5 months to respond!!! I’m still a tenant and, I’ve put maintenance request in for last week! And I put my request online and, still no response!!

2022-04-06Our bathroom began to flood before they bought the property. When they did buy the property we were hopeful they would fix it. Instead they ignored our maintenance requests, spray painted over black mold, and tried to charge us when we moved out for damages they refused to fix. Now my brother in law who lives in that same building is dealing with raw sewage coming up through his bathtub and onto his floor only they are would not send someone out to fix it until his dad threatened to sue them. As the cherry on top, they are evicting a disabled resident and not telling her why she is being evicted. Real classy people these are.

2021-11-13This is ReMax Management. The worst landlords that ever existed. You cant reach anyone by phone, never get email responses, and they do not communication with the actual property owners regarding needs. No emergency number if theres a problem. Dont let these people manage your property, and definitely dont rent from them.

2021-04-12I have owned property in Price Hill since 2016. From managing my own properties through the arduous process of overseeing my own team to finding a suitable property manager its been a hard journey that at times has had me questioning whether real-estate was for me.Since hiring Re/Max Incline services I am confident that my real-estate investment is in safe hands. From bringing in heaters for my tenants during a boiler crisis to following up with monthly bug prevention, Re/Max puts value back into your investment while taking off the stress of real-estate management.

2021-04-14Slumlords who attach their name to old run down properties, continuous maintenance problems, this is your sign to rent some where stress free, it’s a heart breaking waking up to a new issue in your home every single day. They do not answer the phone, it takes 12 calls and they may answer. They make a eviction sound worth it. DONT USE THEM, and enjoy your day God bless. Whatever rebuttal they may have, ignore it :)

2019-11-05Horrific experience! We moved in to our building and it was sold twice. The second time to an owner who used Re/Max Incline. Ive been in Property Management for 18 years and have NEVER had such a corrupt manager. We gave a 45 day notice (they only require 30) after our rent was raised $250!!! We were there 4 years and NEVER late. We had a signed move in inspection, signed affidavit from previous management, receipts, and pictures from professional cleaning companies on how we left the apartment. They had the audacity to charge us for a dirty apartment and damages that were NON EXISTENT. We got a lawyer involved and will be taking them to civil court. This will not stand! STAY FAR AWAY! After being perfect tenants for 4 years, NEVER being late, leaving the premises better than when we found it (even installing a new counter) they kept our deposit and charged. HAHAHA! Good luck folks! Ill get my money back and then some now.
