Janet was the worst, she lied multiple times and tried to evict me with no 2 week notice and no formal letter or communication whatsoever. She showed up to our house and told one of my roommates to tell me I had to leave. All because her fat ass didnt know that I had a pet when it was clearly stated on my application along with the breed and weight. She said and I quote tell him to get rid of the dog or to get out. Zero compassion for individuals with disabilities as this dog is my registered ESA. (which gave me grounds to sue). However, I decided to leave the next day and will never use her again. No matter how well you take care of the house, she will find some way to take money away from your security deposit. Use her at your own risk but be aware of her hideous track record, because you will be screwed by this witch one way or another.

I rented a house from Janet, the head realtor, and had an all around terrible experience. She is rude, deceitful, hard to get a hold of, and will NEVER return your call. If you decide to ignore this review and rent from her, take pictures of absolutely everything in the house so she cant screw you out of your deposit like she did me. On the bright side, the other people in the building seemed nice.

Realtors do not have their clients best interest at heart. Will actively turn away offers that are higher, without telling clients. Dont sell your house with them, youll lose money.

Difficult to contact. Never fixed issues in home. They never are available to discuss issues but if they have one they want it corrected immediately. Dont recommend remax to anyone who wants to keep their sanity.
