Applying for homes with them is a process. If you find a home and qualify you have to inbox first to get it. Ive seen at least 20 homes before I got mine.The home is decent. Looks like they rushed and fixed it to rent it quickly. Had issues with my ac and basement plumbing in the first week. Once you open a request online they are pretty prompt at repairing things. Overall I am happy with remax so far. I never had my issues fixed this quick with any other company before.

Daves team was awesome. When we brought the property to Daves team, it was vacant for more than 3 months as previous PM was not able to fill it. Once we moved to Daves team, they found the stable tenant within 2 weeks. Awesome communication from Dave and his team during our stay with them till we sold the property last year. We recommend Dave and his team to anyone without reservation.

I rented a property managed by Remax for about 3 years. It was a pretty good experience. For the most part the staff is all very helpful. I especially like Ariel. She was always kind and went the extra mile to help when I had problems. Unfortunately due to financial issues after losing my son to cancer in October of 2021 and my mom in January 2022, I was having trouble paying the rent before the due date, which would result is an eviction being filed. However, I always got the rent paid, plus the fees, to stop the eviction. But we ended up having to move as they don’t wish to renew our lease for another year. I can understand their point of view. But I do wish they would’ve given me more than a 45 day notice to find a new home. With the housing market as bad as it is, I anticipate it being difficult to find a new home so quickly. I fear us being homeless by September. But other than this, Remax was a good experience and would recommend them. And despite what the other reviews say, the customer service chat isn’t that difficult to use. And the agents reply very quickly.

Really deserve NO stars. This company is HORRIBLE. Rented a house from out of state and when arrived the house was a total mess, clothes left in the washer and dryer. Very very dirty. Storm doors and windows broken. Notated it and gave it to the office. Time to move out and No one seems to know where the form is or remember me turning it in. Now they are holding a security deposit. During the year, you can never talk to anyone and they never want to fix anything. Everything is cosmetic so they won’t fix it and they Charge for it at move out. Over charged for utilities after speaking with the utility companies myself. This company should be shut down. They are SO unprofessional. I wouldn’t recommend a beg bug to stay there. Horrible Horrible Horrible. And they have the nerve to use Remax name. I should’ve known they were scammers when they use the name of a good company to promote the mess they have.

This company is the worst company I’ve ever experienced. I had to take my money to escrow just to get things fixed in the house I was renting. It’s hard to get in touch with anyone and when you do they are very unprofessional and smart mouthed. They will try to charged you hidden fees that’s not in your lease agreement. The employees are nice to you until you move in and have a complaint. I had so many issues with this company. I will never rent or renew with them. I am telling you, PLEASE DO NOT move into any of their properties. You will truly regret it.

After giving a 30-day notice to a negligent property management company, I was worried and anxious to find a suitable property management company since I am thousands of miles away from the properties, let alone in a short time. But Gabrielle Gratz put my mind at ease a few minutes after our first phone conversation. Her temperament is friendly, patient, attentive, and responsive, answering my questions, addressing my concerns, and giving me time to make decisions. Once I signed the contract, I thought there would be no more attention like my previous property management company. How wrong I was! I was greeted personally by co-owner David Terbeek and his continued attention even before the contract became effective. David’s down-to-earth manner and responsible attitude made me feel more comfortable. Yet, not until I communicated with my client account manager, Jessica Guidas, that I knew that I had made the right decision to choose Re/Max Haven Realty Property Management. Jessica is warm, energetic, organized, and dedicated to taking care of our properties. In just a few days, she gets the property running smoothly.No matter how many problems I brought to her in a panic at any time of the day, she always calmed me down, solved them promptly, and communicated with me the progress.On the business side, Re/Max Haven Realty Property Management is transparent: a simple contract with no-hidden agenda, itemized fee schedules, optional offered options, readable monthly statements, and to-the-minute activity notifications. Re/Max Haven Realty Property Management’s management fees are reasonable with high-standard services.I cannot think of anything else to ask for a Property Management Company, and I am proud of myself for fining RE/MAX.

I have worked with Remax for a little over two years and they have been great/ easy to do business with. They tend to there properties, tenants, and us vendors quickly and seamlessly. Ive worked directly with Kylah for a majority of it and shes been very responsive and helpful !! 10/10

Ariel has been great to work with as I go through the application process for a Re/Max listing. We have been communicating via email and she responds within 10 minutes, very impressive! She has been nothing but friendly, informative and patient through this process

Ariel did an amazing job helping get us all set up. She was very patient with me and all of my questions. Ariel made the time rush of a process easier and helped explain everything. The one thing I will mention with the process that you need to know, dont hesitate and timing is everything. The chat is the most effective way for communication, unless you have an actual consultants email.
