My organization is in San Francisco, and we had a HIPAA/media-release that we needed signed by one of our doctors patients ASAP. This patient didnt have access to faxing/scanning/texting, so we really needed to get the actual documents delivered to their home, signed and sent back to us. Ill admit that, at first, when I called, Alex seemed a little too laid back and I was a bit worried our last-ditch option would work. I now realize that laid back tone was rugged confidence. :) We had the signed documents within hours, and life was good. Awesome courier service in Cleveland. I am not from the area but needed to deliver some paperwork to one of our clients and emailed them paperwork to print out and then deliver to our client. The client then signed it and gave it back to Reliable Couriers and they sent me back the paperwork with my Fed Ex account. I would highly recommend them for anyone looking for courier services in the Cleveland area.
Awesome delivery service. I needed a van to deliver a large package from Cleveland to Cincinnati so I gave these guys a call and they reassured me my package would be in good hands for their same day delivery service. I used their service and they picked it up from and delivered it directly to Cincinnati, so within a few hours. For same day delivery in Ohio I wouldnt go with anyone else.

Alex exceeded my expectations! I needed a same-day filing and Alex was quick to provide me a more than reasonable quote and then received, filed, and provided me with a time-stamped copy of the documents within an hour an a half.
Fed Ex could not deliver my package that I sent from Los Angeles to family in Cleveland, so I had to look for a Cleveland courier to get my package from the Fed Ex station to my aunt and uncle. It was a Christmas gift so I could not wait the day or so for them to change the address in their system and resort it. I called a couple of courier services that offered same day delivery but none of them would pick anything up from the Fed Ex station, until I found Reliable Couriers. I am very thankful as they got my package delivered before Christmas with my familys gifts inside.

I needed a courier to deliver documents to the Cleveland Municipal Court for filing. I Fed Exd the forms that I needed to Reliable Couriers and they had a legal messenger deliver and file the forms I needed. I would definitely recommend them and would use their services again if I need something couriered and filed in Cleveland.
I had a great experience with this courier service. I needed to have some medical equipment picked up from a hospital and delivered to a company that cleans the equipment. These guys were able to do it on demand the same day and I would highly recommend them for anyone looking for medical equipment transportation.

Great courier service; when I needed something delivered from downtown Cleveland to the Mentor area these guys came through and on the same day (actually in under 4 hours). I would definitely use them again if the need arises.
Called the Cleveland Service location to get a Quote for delivery of a larger item, (online it says car, cargo van or truck) so I figure give them a chance. My delivery was from Sandusky, to Mentor.First off the guy that answered the phone sounded like he just woke up after the phone rang like 8 times.....then after having to tell him two times what I had and where I wanted it to go.....he says woah ...oh man you want a cargo van or something....Wow....let me check Meanwhile back at the farm I am waiting on hold for much longer than most people would wait......(getting curious now if he forgot me)after 4 minutes on hold he picks back up and the convo went like this:him......hello*me.....well what did you find out?him......about what?*me....on shipping the emt cot!him.....Oh ...um....er....oh wow man.....I dont have a van or a truck for that.*me.....wow....very professional.....Click!Ive been shipping everything for the last 18 years, from small items to huge.....this office ....or at least my experience with THIS guy was pitiful!My advise is dont waste your time with this Cleveland based company.There are too many hungry businesses out there that really want to serve you better than this!

2022-03-21Needed a cargo van to deliver a package for me from Beachwood to Pittsburgh. These guys did the delivery and it went smooth. Their customer service rep was knowledgeable and their courier arrived here in 30 minutes then delivered within 2 hours. Highly recommend them to anyone that needs a courier to deliver their stuff for them quickly.

2021-08-03I had a limited window of opportunity regarding a tenant move out that was ruled in my favor. I needed to execute a bailiff assisted tenant eviction quickly with the threat of an eviction extension looming. I called Reliable Couriers in a desperate attempt after several other companies turned down the job due to the sudden increase in demand. Alex was super attentive and professional. After explaining that I was out of town and needed assistance securing a Writ of Possession and scheduling a move out with the bailiffs in Cleveland Municipal Court, Alex assured me that the task would be handled quickly by the afternoon. In less than 2 hours, the Writ was secured and move out scheduled. The services provided were top-notch and exceeded my expectations. 2020-03-13These guys did a great job for me... kind of a emergency on my end, as I intended to physically move some data from a Warehouse on the far East side of Cleveland to a Datacenter on the near south-east side but I fell terribly ill. One call and Reliable Couriers managed the pickup and delivery quickly. (Heck, there was also a minor a snow storm in progress!) I think the data was picked up and delivered in matter of just 2-3 hours. This really helped me out - I could stay sick in bed!A week later, I couldnt locate a receipt and a quick call back and a chat with Alex and I had the receipt via email in minutes. Thanks for everything - Id use your services again! Highly recommended!

I called on a Saturday for a long distance package that had to be delivered from Cleveland to Cincinnati and these guys were the only 24 hour courier that picked up their phones and they managed to pick up my package within 30 minutes and deliver it within a few hours to Cincinnati. 5 star service that I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.
