I worked with Eric Heckendorn and Seneca Sullivan on the purchase of my 2021 GMC Sierra. I searched high and low for my specifications and had many discouraging conversations with dealers in my area regarding availability. Once I found my vehicle, contacted Reichard Buick GMC and was connected with Eric and Seneca, the process was a breeze. Eric picked me up from the airport and drove me to the dealership where my truck was ready to go. Seneca had me on my way in short order. Everyone was professional and respected my time! David Scherer did an excellent job finding the best car that would suit our needs. He was very thorough and talked to us about our different options. Seneca made us feel comfortable when signing the documents and made sure to explain everything we were signing and went through different options of payment plans as well! We are so thankful to have a dealership we can trust.
Ive been a customer since 2008 and they have never let me down. I went in for service on my brakes because of a mushy feeling pedal, expecting to need at least pads. They told me my brakes were fine and only charged me for my oil change. Other dealers would have charged me for brakes just for the money but not Reichard. Other dealerships need to take a lesson from them, they are always on the ball!
I just bought a truck from there last week, everything has been great! Dan was the guy! He went up to Brookville to look at a truck with me and I have been servicing my old truck there for years now. All around a great dealership! I think the owner took my truck to make sure it was full full of gas. I couldn’t be happier with my truck, if I had to say one bad thing about this place it would be they left some sticky on my windshield. Dan was THE guy and the finance department was GREAT as well. If you live and breath Dayton like me then shop here.
The Dealership is 5 STAR, Salesman, Eric Heckendorn has sold me 2 GMCS, he is a very personable and detailed man. Great asset to your Dealership. Service department is great to work with and your mechanics are top notch and can fix any problem, and you know it is done right. Its a pleasure to visit when i have a problem, and the staff are so nice. I also bring them cookies and sometimes candy, hahahaha.
The experience I had for coming there my first time was great, everyone was nice the place was clean, and Covid 19 spaced out. and I was in and out. Making my appointment online was easy. The guy that came out to tell me my car was ready made sure he explained everything that they had did to my car enough so I could understand. This will be the only place that I will allow to work on my Buick.
My parents visiting from out of town had a thermostat sensor that needed replacement on their Buick Enclave. My dad called early Monday morning and the service department was able to get him in quickly. They replaced the part and they were able to get on the road to head home afterwards. My dad said he wanted to make sure they got good reviews and asked me to post on his behalf- thanks Reichard for taking care of us!
Although we did not purchase our 2003 GMC Envoy from Reichard Buick, we have used them for service for many years. Their service writers keep you informed and their mechanics are great at diagnosing and fixing any problem we have. We will definitely consider them the next time we need to purchase a vehicle!
Dan took care of me, this is my third lease with him and he did an excellent job. He made sure I was satisfied and took care of me with setting everything up in truck and showing me the different features. Your service people are knowledgeable and friendly. I have dealt with this dealership since 1955. Bought a Buick Roadmaster 76R (Hardtop Riveria).....in 1960 I Traded up to a 1960 Buick Le SAbrea Convertible (white top)... Sharp Car... kept car 13 yrs. fast fwd. to July 1991.....bought a Buick Roadmaster Limited....and still have it ......approx. 173 ,000 miles. Good dealership.
I have dealt with Brian for over 20 years. Brian is the reason why I have been trusting Reichard Buick for so long. He is curious, reliable, and understanding. He realizes that my car for our car its a part of our family and it is. Now who would rationalize with that? Oh! but Brian does and I really like that. I am a satisficed customer!
We have always been treated very well by our salesman, Eric. He is very knowledgeable and is always a treat to deal with! The gentleman that did the paperwork was very nice to work with also. From the time we walk into the showroom, the receptionist, at the desk, is always very nice to talk to and is always willing to help us!
Eric was great to work with, and Reichard was the only dealership that didn’t give me a hard time when I told them what I wanted. I deducted a star because the finance department ran our credit with several different banks even though we told them up front which specific bank we were going to use. We were not pleased about that. Otherwise, the experience was not bad. I love my new Buick, and I’ve had it for a few months now and it drives like a dream. I’ve never had a smoother, quieter ride in my life!
All they want is the sale. Poor customer service called after i purchased vehicle had an issue never got a return phone call so i had to take care of issues myself. The car was not fully detailed the previous owner still had stuff in there sad all the want is u in and out the door.
Totally satisfied, the process of purchasing a new vehicle was truly a positive experience from start to finish. As a service customer for several years, I have relied on Reichard when it comes to servicing my vehicles. In each case I have always found them to dependable, fair and honest. Service!!!! That sums it up. Most pleasant car buying experience I’ve had in 30 years. The salesman Dan was exceptional he spent a hour with me going over my new truck and set up all the technology. Paige did the financing was wonderful. Went to other dealers in the Dayton area to by a GMC truck, I can tell you no one can touch Reichard. Got the best deal along with unbelievable service, Mr, Reichard should be proud of this Gem of a dealership in the Gem City.
The service department does a great job taking care of my needs. the service writers are friendly , knowledgeable and understanding. The sales folks are very good also. This is a family owned and operated business with a focus on going it Reichard for their customers.
I purchased my 2013 Regal over 5 years ago at Reichard and my wife has a 2012 Regal. We have always had both vehicles service at Reichard and Brian and his group have always gone out of their way to be sure we were satisfied with the service. They are like family and I would recommend them highly.
Well went to the Brookville Dealership to look at a used truck on Friday 6/5/2020. Test drove it ,had a little issue with the for wheel drive getting stuck. But I liked the truck any way , They said they would put on the rack monday and call when it was done. Imagine my surprise when they call me at 10 minutes till 6 pm and tell me they sold the truck to a cash buyer. As far as I am concerned they broke there word, and when I called the general manager they have so far ignored my call. I thought they were decent people, but I guess if your not buying a $50,000 dollar truck you dont matter. Just know this Reichard I had just stated servicing my current car there but no longer will that be done. I also appreciate how you treated a lower income Handi-capped person.
I have dealt with Reichard on multiple different levels over the years. I have had multiple cars worked on in their service department. Their staff is very knowledgeable and courteous. Plus I work with their parts delivery drivers daily, whom which are very polite and professional. Had a bad experience an another local dealer trying to buy a new traverse recently. I was picking my truck up from service, and decided to go in and talk to them about buying a new traverse. Went into the new car showroom in dirty work clothes, and was greeted by the receptionist with the same treatment as a guy walking in in a suit and tie with cash falling out of the pocket. She then introduced me to Jeff Reichard who immediately treated me as if I was his best friend. I informed him of the horrible experience I had at the other local dealership, and told him what I wanted. He didnt bat an eye. Invited me into his office, and within 15 minutes he had found the traverse I wanted down to my exact specs. Made me a deal on the spot. Im talking a deal I couldnt refuse. Explaining every penny to me and how it was figured in. No gimmicks, no tricks. Was actually wholly concerned about me getting the best deal. Long story short. I bought the exact vehicle I wanted no hassle, no haggle. And I got to deal with bar none, the best staff, best people, best dealership. Completely through the seemingly effortless process. We completed a 3 year lease, our 1st one, on a 2019 Enclave, and getting a vehicle this way was a different & kind of scary concept. As always, Dave was very patient and it has now been 6 days and we are alive and well. Thanks to Reichards for another good car buying experience.
The entire team at Reichard Buick is excellent! Eric Heckendorn, salesman, is awesome and everyone I have come in contact with is very helpful and professional. I certainly appreciate the friendly atmosphere of this dealership and highly recommend doing business there.
Had a right directional light bulb that needed to be replaced. The left bulb was replaced in error and I did not notice it until I was almost home. When I called I was invited back to have the right bulb replaced at just the cost of the bulb. Mistakes can happen but how they are corrected makes all the difference. I felt valued and well treated.
I scheduled an oil change and it took 1 hour and 50 minutes. They even took my car back immediately. Was never updated on my vehicle or why it was taking so long. I even asked the cashier and she paged my advisor, but i never got a response from her until the bill was ready to be paid. I also specifically requested synthetic oil (6000 miles) and received conventional oil (3000 miles). This is inconvenient for me as I am traveling all the time and would prefer to do oil changes less frequently. Would not recommend this dealership in the future.
This place was awesome! They got me in and out withen the hr. Yes I said hr because they stay seriously busy but, they kept me updated on the progress until it was complete unlike other auto shops Ive been to. Lance was the best and made the experience better with his handsome self😉
Vick was awesome, he took really good care of us. After we bought the car, we notice the gas cover would not open. Vick was extremely helpfull, and he ended up taking the car to the near by repair shop, got it fixed and everything. We did not have to pay for it (We even asked three time how much we owe, and he continously stated that they will take care of it!!!). If I ever need a used car again, this will be the first place I will go!
I went to about 4 GMC dealers and contacted a few more and none of them were as helpful as the Reichard but specifically the credit goes to Eric Heckendorn. I was having a hard time finding the Sierra model I wanted other dealers with a small selection just tried to talk me into a slightly different model Eric found me the truck I wanted. Even after the deal was made he spent an hour going over all the features. Excellent service great selection, I drove an hour to get to Reichard and I would do it again.
Not the best. Had an appointment fot a recall inspection at 1, inspection was to take an hour. I arrived a little early, checked in quickly. They did an alignment ii dodn t ask for. About 130 i looked around the garage for my car, no where in sight, talked to the service desk. They said it was putside awaiting maintenance what appointments forCar finially pulled in work area, completed by 245. UGH what are appointments used for.
Poor Service - staff was not friendly and service area was filthy. In fact 2 staff members talked to each other while I waited until 3rd staff member got off the phone to help me. The 3rd staff member said to everyone, I guess I should do 50% of the work! Funny thing is that is what I was thinking while the other 2 just sat there staring at the wall. I will not return again and because of poor service I will not buy a car here either.
Reichard is the model dealership! they are truly honest & trustworthy. the service dept. is the best! our family have bought all our vehicles from them ( new & used) for 40+ years. since moving from dayton to columbus 20 years ago, we have driven 3 vehicles to reichard for all maintenance & repair. thats how much we trust them!
On the way home to Florida from Michigan, we ended up stuck in Dayton due to an unfortunate transmission failure in our 2008 Acadia. The people at Reichard treated us honestly and fairly, sold us a new 2015 Acadia and had us back on the road within a day. Highly recommended!

2022-04-14Came in Thursday evening to test drive a 2019 GMC Acadia. We worked with Jonathan. Loved the car, ran credit, trade and talked about a few options with Jonathan and Seneca from the Finance Dept. We decided to take the night to think about it and they did not try to force or push us into the car at all. We called back the next morning and met Holly in financing who helped us worked through a few options. The process was smooth and they made it very easy to take the car. We came in Friday evening and Jonathan had the car washed, detailed and full of gas. Holly has us in and out quickly. The next day I called parts because we wanted to get the black emblems for the Car. I spoke with Tony who was absolutely amazing. He had the part there with in a few hours. Overall a great experience!

2022-03-25Everything was up to par with being courteous and informative about my automobile. The only thing that I was iffy on was the shuttle driver not being vaccinated ( even though I was masked) and not saying anything until we were on my street. On his return we had to pick up another passenger that was not ready and we had to wait on them. Other than that the service was great and I always take my car there for that reason.

2022-03-30We had a tire issue about 3 hrs into our drive to Florida. Stopped here and they were able to get us in out and back on the road in a very timely, budget conscious manner. Everyone we dealt with was friendly, helpful and professional.

The Technicians are friendly are and great at explaining to me any questions asked.I would recommend The Richard family of dealers (including Chevrolet and GMC Trucksto anyone.

2022-01-13From the first phone call with Dan Heckendorn to purchasing the new vehicle; my entire experience was outstanding! Dan took the time to take pictures and videos and sent them to me to see before I got there. He help set up the GMC services and explained the new features. He was so very knowledgeable, extremely professional and super nice!

2022-01-20I had major problem with my vehicle. Jerkers took care of everything once they got in and started tearing my engine apart he found another problem called me right away Took pictures just to show me what it look like and then help me with the labor cost because it was so expensive called me as soon as it was done let me know everything that was wrong showed me the pictures and made suresatisfied with everything. Let me know of any minor things that still need fixed but told me they don’t need fixed right away unless I wanted them the estimated cost that he gave me at first was the exact amount of what he ended up charging me and made sure I had coupons to knock some labor cost down. I couldn’t be happier with the experience I will use them for all my automotive needs.

2022-03-29Had a horrible experience at the Brookville location but everyone here at the Dayton location went above and beyond to fix the mess that we found ourselves in!!Trust ME!!Brookville location is awful it’s like a bad reality dating show in that place if you’d like to get things doneRIGHT and the 1st time make the drive to Dayton!
