I absolutely love this place! I have now been there 4 times since July and I will always go back. I finally found a place that I feel can be my regular studio. Sara did an absolutely amazing job on my eye brows and a tattoo on my arm. I love my nose piercing from Devon! Both made me feel so comfortable and relaxed and confident! I can’t wait to go back again. Everything is so beautiful and clean. Everyone is super particular (in the best way possible) that everything gets done correctly, efficiently, and enjoyably!
I had a tattoo done by liv and she is amazing. I had a minimalist dolphin tattoo done on my wrist that required fine lining and attention to detail. She was precise and a perfectionist which is what you want when getting a small fine lined tattoo. I will continue to go back to her. The staff is also very quick to get back to you with scheduling and your questions.
From start to finish, i am very happy with my experience here. They were very professional, clean and Kyra did an amazing job on my tattoo. It was my first so i was very nervous but she did exactly what i had pictured in my mind! She is very talented and I will definitely see her if i ever decide to go through that pain again. Lol! I had been trying for months to find a place and looked Reflection Room up after seeing it suggested in a FB group. Im so glad i did! Thank you Kyra for making a beautiful memory of my dad that will last forever. ♥️
I’ve had multiple piercings by Devon, freckles from Sara and tattoos by Liv! Everything from booking to actual services have exceeded my expectations. Everyone in the shop is super friendly, and it’s such a professional and welcoming atmosphere. Reflection Room Tattoo is the most professional tattoo shop I have ever been to. The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable! I mixed up my appointment time and they accommodated me with no worry at all. I received a special tattoo from Liv and the experience was wonderful, the design beautiful, and is hands-down my favorite tattoo that I have. 10/10 recommend coming here!
I have been to Reflection Room a few times now and each visit has been a great experience! If you are looking to get a piercing, I cannot recommend Devon enough. My sister and I both had piercings done with her and she is so friendly and knowledgeable! I also had a tattoo done by Kyle and his work is seriously top-notch! He designed a beautiful coverup that I couldnt be happier with. He was so easy to work with and I felt comfortable throughout the entire process. I will definitely be back!
I love Reflection Room so much! The whole staff is so nice and friendly and I have such a good experience everytime I have an appointment. I’ve gotten 4 tattoos done here, two from Sara and two from Mikayla, and they are both so talented! Their work is amazing but they’re also so sweet and make sure you’re comfortable. I highly recommend this shop, you will not be disappointed.
This was the first tattoo I’ve gotten in a while and I will absolutely be back. I went in with some idea of what I wanted and Sara helped with picking the actual designs and placement. She did two tattoos for me and I can’t wait for her to do more. Everyone here is so friendly and talented. I really can’t say enough good things about Sara or reflection room!!

I also went to her to get new seamless jewelry for my pre existing ear piercings, she helped me with sizing and style. She’s AMAZING!!!
Today I had my medical tattoos done by Mikayla Brooke. I had breast cancer and her work made me feel whole again. I want to thank her for doing such an amazing job….not only that she is a wonderful person full of compassion, knowledge, kindness and of course talent. This shop is one of the cleanest, most organized, and chill/down to earth places I’ve visited. Everyone is very friendly and knowledgeable!! My homie Sara (scaktats on Instagram) is in my honest opinion gonna take the Cleveland tattoo game by storm. She’s still newer to tattooing but is a breathtaking artist and her work you would have no idea she’s new! My piece I got from her I get complimented every time I go out on! Definitely a shop worth checking out!!
This is the nicest looking tattoo parlor I have ever been in. I got my ears doubled pierced and the girl was amazing. She was funny, nice, and made you feel super comfortable. Very professional. Will be back for all my tattoo and piercing needs.
Truly have never had a more fun and relaxed tattoo experience than with Sara at RR. I got combo powder/micro brows and also freckles. Sara was great at carefully walking me through not only the process but what results I could expect, and I really didn’t feel much if any pain at all. She has a quieter tattoo machine, so even that part is more pleasant- I nearly fell asleep lol.She is just starting to open her books for custom tattoo work, I’ll definitely be back for that (and any touch ups I need).P.s. I am trans, use they/them pronouns, and go by my chosen name rather than my legal name- RR was very conscious about this with options to write in a preferred name & pronouns on their intake forms 👍🏻
This is hands down my favorite tattoo/piercing/permanent cosmetic shop. All the employees are incredible at what they do!! I’ve gotten tattoos from both mikayla and Sara and I couldn’t say enough great things about these two women! They are so professional and experts at what they do. Kat is also incredible and fixed my eyebrows up for me so that I never have to fill them in myself again!! (Would super recommend micro blading) Devin did my nose piercing and it’s healing so well- she went over aftercare thoroughly which I appreciated.. I will forever go to this shop I already have 3 appointments booked for the future!ALSO the cleanliness of the shop is 100/10 — This is SOO important!! If you’re are thinking about going here DO IT!!
Had a double helix piercing from Devon and tattoo from Kyle. Both experiences were great. Everyone here was awesome to work with and the shop is beautiful. I wont go anywhere else.
Got my septum done and my peircer was awesome she made me feel comfortable the whole time and was very informative on aftercare. The peircers here always check to see if you have the anatomy for a peircing beforehand which is great and so professional, love this place!
Wonderful quality work and above and beyond to make for a comforting and welcoming atmosphere. I live about 50 minutes away but will be going back for all of my tattoo/brow needs from now on! Kat and Sara are absolute rockstars!
I seriously cannot recommend Reflection Room enough! I have been here twice, once for a tattoo with Kyle and another time with Liv. They both did exceptional work and could not have been more professional and kind. This shop is not only gorgeous but the staff truly cares about cleanliness and it shows! All of the artists are true professionals which is one of the many reasons I will continue to come back here. The artists, and front desk staff, truly care about making you as a client comfortable and happy with the work they do. If you are in need of a tattoo shop definitely check Reflection Room out!
Reflection Room is the absolute best tattoo shop that I have been to! The shop has a wonderful atmosphere and is always extremely clean. The customer service is great from the receptionists to the tattoo artists themselves. So far I have been tattooed by Mikayla, Kyle, and Liv and all of them did amazing work for me. The tattoos that I have gotten at Reflection Room were reasonably priced and all of them have exceeded my expectations. There is no need for me to go to any other shop ever again!

BLOWN AWAY by Sara and her eyebrow skills.Initially, I was nervous. I mean, its not everyday that you ask someone to tattoo your face. But Saras attention to detail, ability to listen to your wants and needs, and general artistry are unmatched. And I trusted her so much, I knew that she was well worth the hour long drive just to have her bless my face with her work. She has given me confidence that I didnt know I could have and words cannot express how grateful I am that I had the opportunity to be one of her clients. My new woke up like this brows are the best thing I couldve done for myself. They are not only permanent makeup, but an opportunity to love the way I look more than ever before.If youre on the fence about micro-blading, powder brows, freckles, etc., do yourself a favor and meet Sara for a consultation. Reflection Room is absolutely amazing! My experience at Reflection Room has been the most professional, clean, and enjoyable experience out of any other place I have been to. I got powder brows done by Sara, and she is phenomenal! Sara is not only incredibly talented and professional, but extremely nice and kind to work with. I worked with Kyra on a coverup tattoo and she created a beautiful piece of work that I love. She was thorough, patient, kind, and I so enjoyed working with her! I loved my experience at Reflection Room! The studio is clean and has a calming atmosphere. The artists carry themselves professionally, but also keep it fun. You feel like youd wanna go back just to hang out. Liv did my tattoo and I could not be happier! She is an extremely talented artist and an excellent tattooist. She took my general ideas and created a tattoo that was exactly what I hoped for. She was easy to work with and made the whole experience go rather smoothly. I have gone to Reflection Room twice now and have loved going every time. The staff is quite amazing at making you feel welcome and safe in the shop. I have now gotten three piercings from Devon (Politely Brutal Piercing) now and have loved how all of them have turned out. Not only was the whole piercing experience very pleasant but I was talked through everything and we even mapped out what piercings would work the best for my ears specifically so if you arent sure they will be more then happy to give you some piercings ideas that will turn out great. I had the best healing I ever have thus far from a piercing and after care was gone over in great detail which I really appreciated because of the fact that I have gone to shops and had none given to me. She even has you come up to get your jewelry switched out once the swelling goes down. I have a couple more piercing ideas and already have a tattoo scheduled with Liv and I cannot wait to go back. 5/5
I found all the comments regarding the cleanliness and quality of work to be totally accurate. HOWEVER, I wish the same could be said of their ethics and business practices. Six family members got small heart outlines (no shading) for sentimental reasons. My son-in-law booked the appointment and fully disclosed the number of people and the nature of the work to be done. He paid what seemed to be a reasonable deposit, but was not given the total costs. This would seem like an oversight, but five of the six people have had multiple tattoos and were anticipating a total bill in the $300 to $400 range based on prior work. Upon completion, we were told that they have a minimum $100 per person regardless of the work done. AT NO POINT during the scheduling of the appointment was this disclosed, nor was it mentioned when meeting with the receptionist and the artist. The manager claimed it was disclosed in the disclaimers and waivers, and it may have been. Shame on us for missing the fine print. However, given the limited time and effort expended by them (all six were done in less than an hour total), it is not at all unreasonable to expect them to caution us about this policy that resulted in a cost well beyond the value of the service rendered or the cost incurred by them.
I cannot express enough how awesome this place is. I got an amazing tribute tattoo for my mom and Kyle knocked it out of the park. The quality of work is amazing here. The place is also so comfortable and clean. Will always be the place I go for any further tattoos in my future. Everyone is so nice and welcoming.
This might be the nicest, cleanest, most comfortable (physically and emotionally) tattoo/piercing parlor Ive ever been to. All the people who were working the day I went in for my piercings, were absolutely incredible and kind. I was super nervous but literally when I walked in the door, everyone was so welcoming and that definitely made me more comfortable. Like I said, the environment when you first walk in, puts you at ease and then Devin, along with everyone else who was there made me extremely comfortable. I usually go to the same tattoo artist for my ink, however, Ill definitely be coming back here to get ANY and ALL of my future work done at Reflection Room. The pricing is extremely reasonable and everyone there is extremely knowledgeable.. I was given great aftercare instructions- also... dont be dumb, but the cleaning solution they sell.. its amazing and sprays from all angles. They literally do EVERYTHING here and all of their work is incredible. Everything about Reflection Room is AMAZING! I will forever recommend everyone to go there! Thank you all so much!
I had an absolutely amazing experience. I just got my first tattoo last week. The girl was kind and patient when I wanted to change things. She was also super clean, like immaculate, and the pricing was great for what you get here. I was very nervous, but the attitude of all the artists really put me at ease. You can tell the staff care. The music was also really good, I’ve gone with friends before, but have never been in a studio with such calming music it was like a spa jazz. So fun! The tattoo equipment wasn’t loud either which was always a scary part to me. It made the experience so much better. I will be back!
I discovered this studio by following one of their current artists, Alex Rivera, up there after being tattooed by her at another shop, and Im so glad I did. I live an hour away but Reflection Room is always, always worth the drive (and I never mind having to head to gorgeous Avon Lake for any reason!). You wont step into a cleaner, brighter, more professional tattoo studio. The staff is nearly all women and they are the nicest, most welcoming ladies you could hope for. I now own three tattoos by Alex and recently had my brows done by Kat Safran, their permanent makeup artist, who is truly a master of her craft. Ill be up at RR for all my tattoo needs from now on. 10/10!!!
The entire experience with Reflection Room was amazing. I scheduled a tattoo appointment with Olivia and a piercing appointment with Devon for the same day. Scheduling was super quick and easy. Olivia was SO nice and gentle handed that I swear I almost fell asleep while she was tattooing. She put me at ease and was very professional throughout the whole experience. She did an amazing job. The other artists are also very nice and helpful with advice to each other. The shop is really nicely decorated and clean. Devon was very quick, professional, and efficient with my rook piercing. I will not go to anyone else for a piercing.
Me and a friend went to get matching tattoos and had an awesome experience. Our artist was Liv, who was amazing! She was very accommodating, professional, clean, and was so gentle. The shop was clean and had great safety protocols in place. Everyone was super nice! Definitely going back!P.S. They had cool Halloween decorations and Liv and Devon both love sharks like I do
After learning that it’s safer to get your ears pierced with a piercing needle vs a piercing gun, I decided on the Reflection Room for my 6 yr old daughter. I’m so glad that I did, Devon was amazing! My daughter got pretty nervous once we got there and the tears started. Devon knew exactly how to talk to her and made her feel comfortable. She was VERY patient and put absolutely no pressure on her to go through with it. My daughter is so glad that she did it and hasn’t stopped showing off her new earrings since.Also, having been in other tattoo shops where the decor isn’t exactly kid friendly, I have to say that I felt very comfortable taking her here. It was very clean and decorated appropriately for any age.
My best friend and I had our first tattoo experience here with Liv. She was extremely professional and talked us through every step. This shop is gorgeous and very clean. I cannot wait to have another tattoo done by Liv!
I would give Reflection room 100 starts if that were possible. I’m from Ohio but recently moved out of state, I have continued to drive the 6+ hours home to Cleveland to get my tattoos done here. I have had work done by both Mikayla and Rie. Both are spectacular artists. I’ve brought them ideas and let them create the pieces and they have turned out so much better than I could imagine. Everyone in the shop is incredibly nice and professional. Booking is easy and fast. The shop is clean and beautifully decorated. They play smooth jazz through the shop which creates a spa like atmosphere. I have so much faith in the shop that I have even talked friends into making the 6 hour drive with me to get work done here. Anyone who is considering a tattoo should absolutely check out Reflection Room.
Mikayla has been tattooing me for years and always provides superior work! She is professional, knowledgeable, and a master at her craft. She is constantly evolving and growing as an artist. The space is always very clean and they’re definitely adhering to a high standard of sanitation! My husband has been being tattooed by Kyle and is beyond pleased with his work. Kyle has been a great communicator and has worked diligently to come up with a plan to produce my husband’s vision. We highly recommend Reflection Room Tattoo!
The atmosphere of this shop is so pleasant and not like your normal tattoo shops! Loved the vibe. Devon pierced my nose, it was my first piercing besides my ears, which were done forever ago. She was nice and answered all of my questions. She was professional and quick, went over after care, and I was out the door in less than 20 minutes! Would definitely recommend!

I got my very first tattoo here with Liv and she was amazing! I was pretty nervous since it was my first one and it was going to be on my ribs but Liv was so sweet and made me feel so comfortable, always checking to see if I needed a break and talking with me so that it wasn’t awkward. & My tattoo is so so beautiful. Its exactly what I wanted and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience with my first tattoo. I recommend her to everyone I know who wants fine line tattoos!!
I had an excellent experience getting tattooed by Mikayla at Reflection Room. The shop is OBSCENELY clean, and its very clear that the staff puts their health at top priority, which I respect. Everyone I encountered there was polite, professional, and a lot of fun to talk to. The atmosphere is definitely upscale, and its clear that each artist takes a lot of pride in their professional work and continues to learn and grow in their trade. Id absolutely recommend going to this shop, hands down.

Clean and nice shop. Professional folks. Got my lobes pierced and theyre healing beautifully and were very nicely done. Costed me about $80 after tax for the piercings, so perhaps a little expensive but its worth it for the sterile and professional environment. They were careful to make sure the piercings were centered and even.
This was my first time at Reflection Room Tattoo and my experience was great! Mikayla was my artist and she is not only amazing but gave me a beautiful tattoo. I felt very welcomed and comfortable at this shop and everyone I met was amazing. Definitely recommend!
I could understand the by appointment only a year ago with the pandemic but now it is ridiculous that you cannot simply walk in a purchase a piece of jewelry for a piercing you got done there. When we got there we were not greeted for at least 3 minutes (even though there were 2 people working there) and then we were told that we could not even look at the jewelry that we drove all the way there to purchase. That is fine if they dont want my money. I am happy to give it to another shop that actually wants it.
I’ve gotten work done by Kyra, Kyle , Mikayla , and now Olivia and each artist is unique and very kind all of them i’ve felt comfortable at ease and relaxed and each of them have created an amazing piece of work for me. All the piercings or jewelry changes i’ve gotten done with Devon have been great she’s very laid back and great as well. I’d strongly recommend visiting here for any tattoo or piercing ❤️
I’ve known Mikayla for 3 years now and she’s so amazing. She’s made me feel nothing but comfortable and welcome everywhere she’s been! She’s the only artist I have let tattoo me because her style and level of skill is unmatched! Really grateful she was recommended to me a few years ago!The shop is beautiful and all the artists are positive and super cool. I drove from Pittsburgh to get a floral piece done by Kyle. This trip was my first time at Reflection Room Tattoo and let me just say, it will not be my last! It is extremely clean inside and Kyle was absolutely phenomenal. His quality of work, effort, and pure talent should not go unrecognized. The amount of detail in my tattoo amazes me. Oh my gosh, I cannot say enough good things about this place!! I came in today to get a few fine line finger tattoos. The staff was friendly and so much fun. You can tell they have a tight knit group of people and a positive environment. Everything was very clean and sanitary, especially considering Covid-19. My artist was Mikayla, she was so awesome! She took the time to listen to exactly what I wanted, and she did such a beautiful job! They turned out better than I ever couldve imagined. I have a decent amount of tattoos and have been to various different shops, but Ive never had such a great experience as this! Yall are killing it, & I will most definitely be back!!

She is a very skilled tattoo artist, her linework is impeccable. I will be going back to have designs added to my tattoo and to have other work done. Came in today to get my first tattoo ever. I was a bit nervous at first not knowing what to expect but the comfortable, clean atmosphere and friendly staff put me at ease. Kyra worked with me discussing what I would like and any recommendations to edit my tattoo design. She did an amazing job and her eye for detail is impeccable. I will definitely go back to her for my next one!
Fantastic and talented tattoo artists in a clean and welcoming environment! I have gotten tattoos from Kyra and Mikayla in the last year. They both considered the reference pictures of designs I liked and created beautiful pieces of art just as I envisioned. I never felt rushed during my tattoo sessions, particularly given the fact I have a vasovagal response to any type of trauma to my body including needles (ie., I get nauseous and lightheaded). They were patient and understanding, and I felt very taken care of as I waited for the feeling to finally pass. I couldnt be happier with my tattoos, and highly recommend them -- and the Reflection Room -- to anyone looking for a great tattoo experience. I look forward to going back for more artwork in the near future :)
Kyra did an amazing job with my tattoo! She took the time to ensure that I was happy with the design and is very knowledgeable. The studio was clean and the staff was extremely friendly! I would definitely go back for another tattoo and recommend this place to everyone.
Mikayla was amazing! About 8 years ago I had a double mastectomy with reconstruction. The finishing touch and last step to that surgery is getting your areola’s tattooed. Unfortunately, I never saw anyone’s work that made me feel comfortable that it would look natural. Wow! Was I impressed with Mikaylas work, not only did it look completely real but better than I expected. Even my friends said they wished theirs looked like mine. Lol! They look natural and she even made me look perky! Every girls dream!;) Mikayla was very professional and made me feel completely comfortable. She knew exactly what color and size to do...her confidence and experience put my mind to ease. I was so impressed with what I saw it made me extremely emotional when I looked in the mirror. For the first time, in a long time, I felt like a woman again. Thank you Mikayla, you are extremely talented and an amazing artist. I highly recommend her and you will not regret it when you see the results. She changed my life and I know she can do the same for you;)
Mikayla is amazing! She’s done my tattoos for a good year and a half! She’s always willing to do whatever I want and puts her own little touch on every piece! 6 tattoos from her, and i will not go to anyone else! The new space is amazing, very clean and inviting! I’ve lived in Avon Lake my whole life and the last tattoo studio that was here was just horrible. Reflection Room is the complete opposite. I would recommend this studio to anyone, especially for a first tattoo. The studio is classy like a spa-like kind of place and so not what ya would think about when you think of the “stereotypical tattoo shop”. They have so much to offer. I am making an appointment to get Microblading here with Kat and previously been tattooed by Mikayla. She did my mastectomy tattooing and made me feel whole and beautiful! I can’t wait to come back.
I came to Reflection Room Tattoo for a Dermal piercing with Devon and to get my eyebrows done. I would have to say this is the best experience I have ever have in my life with a facility. From the minute you walk in the door you get a very homey and welcome feeling from the being checked in by the receptionist to the very professional staff. Reflection Room is extremely clean and I would definitely recommend this this Tattoo parlor to anyone anytime, this is not your average run of the mill facility by far check them out. I will be back for a touch up on my eyebrows which is included in my cost , and to start my greek mythological half sleeve....
I emailed this afternoon about getting some ear piercings and was responded to within 20 minutes. They got me in for a same-day appointment where I had 3 ear piercings done by Devon; 2 lobe piercings and 1 conch piercing. She was very welcoming, kind, and knowledgeable about the piercings. She walked me through everything and gave me thorough aftercare instructions. In addition to that, the shop was very professional and clean. Overall, I am so happy with the experience and the results and definitely plan on returning!
I cannot recommend this place enough. I came here to get my doubles pierced (by Devon) and everything was amazing. First of all, I was shocked when I heard the prices at this place because there are sooo many places that charge like 2 or 3 times that, yet the service here is so much better. Devon fixed one of my previous piercings (done at another studio) and did my doubles, and she is literally a life saver! Both of my piercings look fantastic now and are healing up really well. She also made herself super available with aftercare--I messaged her on Instagram and she got back to me right away. I feel like you constantly hear so many differing explanations of things when it relates to piercings (how long they take to heal, what aftercare should look like, etc.), but there is no opinion I trust more than hers--she clearly knows what shes talking about and has debunked several misnomers out there for me. I live outside of Akron (like an hour away from Reflection Room), but I plan on coming here for any other piercing or tattoo I will get because they are so fantastic! (Also the staff at the front desk is always super nice and welcoming!)
Mikayla has been my tattoo artist for 2 years & continues to impress every time I go to her! She’s professional, but knows how’s to keep you comfortable during the whole experience. I would never go to someone else & I thank her so much for always giving me a great tattoo experience & an amazing tattoo to have for the rest of my life!
Awesome spot, very clean place, and you can tell they really take their business seriously. All the artists here have awesome looking work. Kyle did an amazing job for what I wanted! Cant wait to have more done, I know it will be worth the wait!
I went here and got a tattoo with Mikayla. She did an amazing job and it’s exactly what I wanted!! I also had a question about my piercing while I was there and the piercer was so friendly and took a look at it to make sure it was okay. I absolutely love Reflection Room. So far, Ive had work done with Mikayla & Liv. Both were superb. My husband will be seeing Kyle later this month & I just know we wont be disappointed. Very beautiful shop & even better people. Will always return.
Kyra is a phenomenal artist and person. She is very attentive to your design and is great at making you feel comfortable. Her line work and lettering is the best I have ever seen and she took my concept and went upbove and beyond. She even soothed my anxiety about my design. I highly recommend her to anyone who wants a beautiful piece of art.

I got my helix pierced here and it was the best experience I’ve ever had with any piercer. it was very clean and the atmosphere in there was great. I was pierced by Devon and she was very informative about the aftercare and explained everything very thoroughly and it was awesome! I will definitely be back to get another piercing with them and I definitely recommend this place to anyone that asks!

I took the micro-blading / shading course with Mikayla & Kat & I absolutely loved it. It was extremely professional and informative. Their entire staff was highly supportive & their hospitality was unmatched. I never once felt judged or uncomfortable. They were so patient & kind to us all. I also learned SO much! Very much worth the investment. They were so tentative to every little detail and together they didnt miss a beat. Not only were they thorough with relaying important information to their students, but also thorough in paying close attention to each individuals personal strengths and weaknesses and building on that. They both truly are good hearted people with genuine intentions to set people up for success. I feel more confident moving forward to build my career in PMU with what they taught me than I probably would have with any other course in Ohio. So grateful!
My daughter got her ears double-pierced here. Store was very clean and professional and a nice selection of starter studs. So glad Ohio finally allows minors to get their ears pierced with a needle instead of a gun! We had to take her out of state for the first set when she was 10.
Reflection Room Tattoo is a clean, professional shop with amazingly talented artists! I had some tattooing over scar tissue and I am so thrilled with the results! Mikayla is an amazing artist!! For sure my go to studio!!
On July 16th 2020 i had Mikayla do my first tattoo. i have a lot of anxiety but the atmosphere of the shop is very welcoming and everyone is very kind and laidback which helped me feel a lot more comfortable. the shop is also very clean and is taking all precautions necessary regarding covid-19 so there were no sanitation concerns there. Mikayla is super sweet and her work is amazing! i enjoyed my first tattoo experience with her very much and i’m looking forward to more in the future. :)
Kyra is an amazing artist, I go to her for pretty much all of my tattoos and whatever I come to her for she does flawlessly. I’ve recommended her to many of my friends and they all love her as well. It’s a very clean and pretty shop and all of the other girls they’re are extremely nice.
I highly recommend this place. Over all a great experience. My sister and I were helped by Devon who was amazing. She was so welcoming and friendly but most importantly informative. She took her time to make sure everything was symmetrical and extremely clean. We will definitely be coming back when we’re ready for more☺️

Devon is an amazing piercer. She’s friendly, professional, clean, organized, knowledgeable, and amazing at what she does. She describes in great detail everything she is going to do before and while she’s doing it. 500/10 recommend getting a piercing from her!

Mikayla has done 3 of my tattoos so far she is doing a Disney princess sleeve her work is amazing shes super sweet and so gentle and very detailed in her work she made me feel extremely comfortable I cant wait for the next appointment to get more!!! Sara at reflection room is so incredibly talented. I was nervous about getting my eyebrows done and she was so friendly and inviting and made the whole process so easy. She talked me through each step of what she was doing and was so precise in getting the symmetry of my brows perfect. I would recommend reflection room and more particularly Sara 100 times out of 100.(Also the shop itself has more of a salon feeling than a tattoo parlor, so much less intimidating)
Mikayla Brooke tattooed a leg piece for me this summer, July 2020. She took the time to work with me to create a super sentimental and meaningful piece. I could not be happier with the results. The quality of her work is amazing and the space was kept clean and professional. I can not recommend her or her business enough.

I got microshading done by SARA on Oct 19th then a second session touch up done Nov 30th. First picture is my brows originally then after first session. Second picture is right after second session.I 100% recommended Sara over anyone to do your brows. I spend over a year searching for someone to do my terrible brows, not sure they were fixable yet Sara somehow managed to kill it!I could go in about her, I never review anyone yet she is worth a good one! Sara was recommended by a friend, she is the sweetest soul and makes you feel so comfortable from the start. She is on the newer side BUT don’t let that discourage you… her work does not reflect this, she is so talented and knowledgeable. I would recommend Sara to any and everyone! Also if her boss reads this, you did a smart job hiring her… can’t wait to see her body tattoos to come.
I go to Alex Rivera to get my tattoos done and I couldn’t recommend her more. She does a very clean lines and makes getting a tattoo not as intense. My mom also loved her.
Kyra Verry did an amazing job on my cover up. I am so beyond happy with my experience especially with the vibrant colors and design she chose. Since the tattoo is on my wrist and very visible I wanted the right fit for my work and my style and Kyra gave me both.
I responded to a flash piece Mikayla posted on her story in early June. After a couple of messages, she stopped replying. I asked if I should email to book, to which I got no reply. Im sure she was very overwhelmed after the shutdown so that was understandable. I emailed and made an appointment for early August. I showed up today and called from my car as a sign on the door instructed. The receptionist seemed surprised, and then claimed they called me to reschedule even though they never had my phone number. They apologized and offered me a discount to reschedule, which was appreciated, but you cannot claim you didnt know I was on the books while also claiming you called to reschedule me. I looked forward to this tattoo for months, and now will have to wait months to get in at another shop. I would not trust a shop that cannot manage their books to put something on my body permanently. I expect more from an upscale shop.
Kyra is absolutely spectacular! She’s the best artist I’ve ever had, she was so very accommodating! She perfectly captured my very specific vision! The shop itself was elegant, clean, and all staff encountered was very friendly!
I have been to Reflection Room a handful of times and from the very first time I knew I would never go anywhere else. Everyone is friendly and makes me feel comfortable when I’m there. Not only is the customer service amazing but it is clear the training and hard work these artists have put in to their career.I’ll say it again, I would never go anywhere else!

I came in with jacked up finger tattoos from a shop in Parma called Tattoo Therapy. I was so upset with what I had done, I called it my prison tattoos! Kyra killed it. Shes patient, she will deliever results and work with you! A true artist. I cant wait to keep perfecting my finger tats! I only had one session with her and I feel a million times better.
I got a couple of tattoos from Rie and they are just amazing! The shop atmosphere is very chill and relaxed. You can watch tv while you’re getting tattooed. I think Rie and the shop are just amazing!

2022-03-05Mikayla is my artist and I’ve had a great experience with all of the work I’ve received. She has done 5 of my tattoos. She is hard to get in with for a reason, but when her books open the booking process is professional and easy. She has reasonable rates for the work she does. Reflection Room is a clean, comfortable, and high-end studio. It’s certainly the nicest I’ve ever been in. It’s the best shop around and you won’t be disappointed. The entire experience is worth the wait and every penny.

2022-01-01Got a tattoo from Kyra and they did a wonderful job! I originally got the knife from a different shop and they completely transformed it. They were extremely professional and clean and very helpful when I was being a bit of a baby about the pain. I definitely recommend this shop and book with Kyra if you get a chance because they are amazing.

2022-04-20I’ve always been very self-conscious about my lack of eyebrow hair (and more-so lack of color) but very nervous about getting any permanent work done to get the desired results, so I was constantly using a lot of makeup. Sara made the process of creating a permanent brow tattoo very comfortable, thoroughly explained everything to me, and made sure got the desired look, shape and color that I wanted. I’m so happy with how it turned out, and frequently receive compliments on how nice my eyebrows look! Not to mention that Sara is very sweet, and great to talk to during the process. You’ll enjoy her work, and getting to know her!

2021-12-29I saw Liv for my first tattoo and it was a great experience! Everything from the booking process to the day of my appointment was clearly outlined and easy to navigate. The receptionists were so sweet and professional, and Liv made sure I was comfortable through my entire appointment. The entire team is a great group of talented artists and Im glad I chose Reflection Room for my first tattoo :)

I have been in 3 times in the last few months to see Sarah, twice for brows and another for body art. She is AMAZING!!! All 3 experiences were fabulous and Sarah makes each appointment feel fun and effortless. She is a master of her craft, both permanent makeup and body art! 💯

2022-04-02My sister and I made appointments at the Reflection Room for brow micro shading in October after being referred by a stylist in Lakewood. I live in Virginia and my sister lives in St. Louis so we really had to coordinate to make it work. Sara was our artist and we scheduled with her for an entire afternoon. She was pleasant, thorough and educated about her craft. I have been back for my touch up and plan to go back again, it’s worth the trip! I would strongly recommend this artist, she takes all the mystery out of the tattooing process, she’s honest about what results to expect and in my case, she has given back my eyebrows that were lost over 10 years ago to a thyroid condition. More than that, she’s give me back my self confidence. It’s so fun to be able to express myself with my facial features again and for that I am and will continue to be grateful.

2022-02-16I did alot of research because my daughter was turning 10 and she wanted her ears pierced. I came upon The Reflection Room and they were amazing! Devon was so good with my daughter by explaining everything and making her feel at ease. It was a great experience and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a piercing. Ask for Devon! 2022-03-06The minute i walked in I fell in love! The space is so beautiful and professional! I had an AMAZING experience with Devon and Aubrey! They both made me feel so comfortable. Devon gave me a lot of pointers and information for proper after care! I love that she gave me a pamphlet with after care info which also included her info and what size bar and the type she used. I’ve never gotten anything like that which was really great! I laughed the whole time and had an overall amazing time! Thank you ladies!

2021-10-01I am so so happy I found Reflection Room! I have been on the hunt for a professional tattoo shop for months and I found this one by chance. Liv was incredibly respectful and helpful to recreate my father’s handwriting which is neat and dear to my heart. She not only provided me with the art but also informed me of everything! I felt incredibly confident with my decision!I came back and had a consultation with Devon, a fantastic piercer who helped reintroduced earrings into my closed up holes. Her professionalism and sense of humor put me at complete ease.I can’t say enough about how incredible this business is. They certainly have made me a fan for life!
