First time turning on the furnace as the weather turned cold, and the furnace would not kick on. I put in a service request with the maintenance team late in the evening at Redwood Pickerington, and they had it fixed and warm in the apartment by the time I was home from work the next day. This was a great service experience as they fixed the problem completely and in a very expeditious manner.

I recently just moved out of state from Redwood Pickerington after a 15 month lease. I can definitley highly recommend this community to anyone who wants a safe, well kept, quiet and enjoyable apartment home experience. The residence managers (AJ) and staff were always very friendly and quickly responsive to questions or with help of any kind! Redwood Pickerington was ran like a well oiled machine from trash and recycling pickup to lawn maintenance and snow removal, regular apartment maintenance and a user friendly website for rent payments and work orders. I cant say enough about Eric the property maintenance man! He knows his stuff and is on it as soon as you need him! He is always smiling, very trustworthy along with taking great pride in his work!! The apartments are spacious and offer alot of privacy which is very hard to find when renting! After being a home owner for over 35 years I was a bit reluctant to rent during a planned transition to move out of state. I can honestly say that I never regretted my decision to choose this community. Every once in a while you will find a gift from the Redwood staff on your porch to remind you that they value you! Where does that happen? You can have all the comforts of home with space, privacy and quality living in this worry-free enviroment that Pickerington Redwood has to offer. Great floorplan-love attached garage and single story. Enjoying quiet area and nice neighborhood.We really appreciate the prompt, efficient service from our maintenance specialist, Eric. He is always pleasant and helpful.Another prompt service request completed by Eric on 1/7/21! He is so reliable and friendly. Truly an excellent asset for our Redwood neighborhood.

I have lived in the Pickerington Redwood community for over two years and when my dishwasher was stuck in between cycles it was fixed within hours of reporting it. The green areas are always kept mowed and the doggie bag dispensers full. The utilities are lower than I expected due to their design. The apartment space is very roomy and I love the layout. The rental and maintenance staff are always polite and helpful. I highly recommend Redwood!

The administrative lady in leasing office is very efficient and pleasant to work with. She is so understanding of our needs. The apartment was very clean and is of a great size. Lots of storage areas.
