Leo is amazing, always goes above and beyond. Management is responsive and proactive about notifications on any maintenance of the grounds and residences.
The Redwood team here in Pataskala are responsive, professional, and knowledgable. We opted for a second lease and have enjoyed all our time here. Alex and Leo see that the community is well cared for. Their attention to details and upkeep are a big plus!We very much appreciate the beauty of the neighborhood, the green space, sidewalks around the water feature and the gazebo, the covered mailbox area, and American Flag highlighted against the night sky.Thank you, Redwood Pataskala Team
Renter beware! This place is all about how much money they can suck out of you. Normal wear and tear at the end of your lease becomes costly. I would not recommend living here in anyway shape or form. The amount you spend to live here towers over any mortgage that you would pay for your own home.It’s all about the money with them. I am extremely disappointed, but not shocked. I should have listen to the reviews I read online before I moved in, I was warned and ignored those warnings from previous tenants. Do not ignore this warning, go elsewhere!
My wife and I are in property management so when our friends mentioned they were looking for a place on this area we were definitely critical in helping them. The community was beautiful and the team at this location was friendly and knowledgeable. My parents previously lived at another redwood community and they also had a great experience. I would definitely recommend this community to anyone looking to move into the area.
Very nice, quiet, and well maintained complex. The location is perfect! Everything you need is nearby, parks, pool, shops, grocery & pharmacy, auto repair, and only minutes away from the freeway. Very nice community with great nieghbors. Professional, friendly, and very responsive staff - Alex and Leo are awesome! Absolutely love it here~
Nice, quiet, apartment complex. Friendly neighbors and great experience with the rental office and maintenance department. The only reason I did not give a 5 star was the lack of amenities (fitness center and pool) for the price for rent. Otherwise, highly recommend Redwood at Carrington Ridge.
We were totally impressed with the quick and professional service in regards to all our maintenance requests. Leo ( the maintenance technician ) was very personable, courteous and efficient. Leo is a true asset to this community.Thank you!!!
Very safe area, love the neighborhood feel of the community. Office staff and maintenance are great.Downside, prices are high compared to similar properties. We pay almost $1300 for a 2/2 with 2 car garage. (After water and trash)Weve been here almost a year and the price to renew the lease is would result in a $50/month increase.Theres no amenities. No pool, gym, golf, playground, dogpark... Just a small pond. Tenants are not allowed to put out bird, hummingbird, or squirrel feeders. No Christmas lights can be hung outside either.The garages are handy but they really only have room for one car....The finishes in the home are nice enough, but the quality is poor. I can feel the nail heads underneath the laminate floors, my furniture is usually wobbly BC the floor isnt even in most spots, and the paint on the walls get scratches in it when you breathe in its direction!Overall, nice enough place, not worth the price though.

Needless to say, this is a wonderful place to live. My family and I were the first ones to move into Carrington Ridge back in phase one. And to this day we are still residing there! Kelly is the best! Tim in maintenance is also spot on. Very clean neighborhood! Friendly people! Just a great location to live.Big thumbs up to the Redwood team!!!
I have lived here for going on 12 months. I am building a house and needed to do a month-to-month for a month or two. Their Month-to-month charge is $500 plus the market value of rent! so over $1800 a month!! It is crazy and being former military I have lived all over the country and have never seen month-to-month rates this high! Funny thing is there was no month-to-month when I signed the lease. If I would of known this I would have never moved in here. Also you can hear your neighbors through the wall if you dont have a TV or music on. They are nice apartments but not worth the monthly rate or the $500 up-charge to do a month-to-month! I would highly suggest looking else where if you plan on needing to do a month-to-month. They are firm on their policy and will not budge. Like I said nice apartments, good front office staff and maintenance personnel, but their policy and prices are outrageous, and they care more about the money than the customers who pay on time every month and have no issues.
If I had a dollar for every time I had a complaint about this place, I could not even make a single long distance call. The customer service team here is available day or night to help with any need - no job is too small for a call. Fantastic community. Fantastic customer service.
Leo always does a great job at working on anything that needs fixed, and is always really friendly.
The apartments are nice but I have asked about storm doors and painting but this is not allowed. The front door is a safety issue. I just had a man come to my door I looked out and thought it was my neighbor but it was not. I would not have opened the door if I didn’t think it was my neighbor. There is no protection once the door is open. It was 7:30pm now I’m feeling very uneasy and wonder if I need a no soliciting sign. I need a STORM DOOR. With the country’s climate of people just walking up and shooting people I’m very uneasy.There are lots of issues with the place. Grass is all weeds, poor painting. Plaster messy.incomplete foam insulation and we ended up with a water closet which we didn’t find out until we were ready to move in. The Counter is unlevel, any water on it rolls straight to the floor. The sliding glass door has to be lifted to lock it. I don’t want someone just coming when I’m not home either.
The staff is amazing. Noelle the regional manager helped us through the entire move in. This is by far the best service Ive received moving into a new apartment. Highly recommended.
If I could give 0 stars I would. The build is poor quality, moved into a brand new apartment where no one had lived before and things fell apart every day. They are expensive and continue to charge you more throughout your stay. And God forbid something happens and you have to break a lease, not only will it cost you 6,000 or more but they require a 30 day notice and then will not let you stay through the 30 day notice and kick you out. If you do stay they double charge you in rent for each day that you stay even when you have already paid the rent for that month and the next. The corporate office wont work with you at all and are just money hungry. Only move in as an absolute last resort unless you want to spend your bank account to pay for internet that doesnt work, showers that dont get hot, and get shafted when you out.

Weve been here a few months and absolutely LOVE it! The manager and staff are all attentive and wonderful. The neighbors are all lovely and it is a terrific, dog friendly place! So far, we are very happy here!
The water pressure is horrible in both the bathrooms!. Dishwasher either doesnt have any water pressure! My puppy pees with better pressure than the showers or dishwasher here. LOL. Yes placed a maintenance call. Apparently, this is a low pressure area and cannot do much! Extremely poor quality construction! Oh yeah, bugs and spiders all over. I have seen at least 3-5 kinds of bugs inside the property. Cobwebs all over. And yes my wife placed a maintenance call for this too. They did some sort of spray and the insecticide people only visit this place every 3 weeks. After getting sprayed whatever it was, I still see bugs and spiders inside the house. The only major eateries around this place are Mc Donalds, Wendys, and Dominos. The mega grocery store around this place is Kroger. If you want to get a descent dinner you SHOULD travel at least 15-30 miles. Rent is higher than similar properties around this place. Garages - a big rip off. They charge extra for 2 car garage but 2 cars will not fit, unless you have those SMART cars or subcompact cars. So why stay here still? Due to my wifes job and unfortunately, we signed up for 12 months lease. We still got 10 more months to go. Dragging really hard. Wish Google allows me not to give any stars!
Cortland did a wonderful job repairing my air conditioner and replacing my garbage disposal. He kept his word and was punctual. He is an asset to this community!
Very accommodating staff. Kelly was so friendly and made sure we got checked in efficiently. She brought us some refreshments while we were unloading.
The faucet issue was addressed, but likely (as the repair person - someone helping out Colton- said) only a temporary fix. I also asked about the request to allow for mounting a tv and ws simply told check with office. Of course, there really is no office which is why I addressed it in a service request in first place.
Best place I have lived! Very professional and responsive. They go out of their way to show how much they care about their tenants. Highly recommend!

From application to move in, the process was easy and enjoyable. Both Alex and Drew were very helpful.

2022-02-16We havent rented in over 16years. Decided to sale are home and move into redwood so we could find the right home that fits us now. Since we have moved in everyone has made us feel welcome. Alex and Leo have been very helpful with answering questions we have and addressing anything that might need fixed. Leo came out yesterday are heat stopped working. He was very prompt getting here to address the issue and even stopped back before leaving to make sure it was still good. This morning I got up and it had went down again. Leo responded back to me very quick and came back over to replace a part on it. You can definitely tell Leo really enjoys his job always a pleasure to talk to as well!

2022-01-29Leo is amazing. Regardless of the fact that the heating unit needs replaced and that we have dealt with this heat issue for a couple weeks, my wife and I can not say enough good about Redwood, Alex and specifically Leo. Leo came to our rescue twice late in the evening. Leo goes out of his way to service the customer.

2021-06-03We moved to Redwood a month ago from out-of-state. The apartment manager Alex was most helpful in getting us through the application process. The apartment was clean and move-in ready when we arrived. One small maintenance problem was addressed quickly by Leo the maintenance manager. We are most impressed at the responsiveness and general friendliness of staff and residents here. Our dog is most impressed by the treats she gets from Leo every time he passes by us. We would highly recommend Redwood Pataskala!

2021-03-08We have lived at Redwood Pataskala for almost 4 years and love it here! Alex and Leo are the best! They answer our concerns quickly and always go above and beyond! Leo has been excellent at addressing any problems or concerns we have and makes sure everything is completed correctly and checks back to make sure we are satisfied! I would highly recommend living here! Also the neighbors are friendly and caring it’s a great place to live!
