Great food, horrible service and horrid ownership. Owner refused to stand food that was improperly made due to error on their part. I simply asked for replacement of the item. The owner instead re-cooked the same food, which turned out burnt. I was told to leave and never return when I illustrated that I would not take the re-cooked food. $10 worth of food he lost a customer over - very odd and very rude!
The place was dirty and gross. The service was very slow. The food was really bad.

Local feel! The Cheers of Amelia! Fresh large chicken not over breaded with a multitude of options for sauce. I food had my 30th Birthday here and we had a blast. The owner helped us celebrate as well. Thank you sir!
Atmosphere was Amazing. Everyone was very friendly and the food was freaking fantastic. Their steak fries were the best Ive ever had. soft and hot on the inside and the perfect crunch on the outside! Their hamburgers are huge and sooo delicious! Im definitely going back!
This is kind of a toughy, because the food is pretty good, and I have had good experiences in the past. Last few times, though, the service has been awful and the waits ridiculous. Worse, the waitress got an attitude when we asked how long the food would take. We were waiting at least half an hour for ours, which is kinda nuts for bar food. Honestly, and I hate saying this, but go get your wings and whatnot someplace else.

**Warning** Do not eat here! Besides this place giving me food poisoning! It was the worst experience me and my family ever experienced! 1st The service was god awful never getting refills our server was never coming around to check on us and forgetting to put our order in was there for almost 2 hrs! Next they send out my baked potato 100% raw not cooked..I did not even know that could happen..The next day I woke up with food poisoning plz stay away! This is the only time I ever had to go out of my way to do a bad review if that tells you anything..
Dont get anything from the fryer. Everything was burned and tasted as if oil hadnt been changed in days. The fried pork chops were so dry you could barely swallow them.
Stopped in for some wings on a Friday night. Our waitress was very nice. We ordered our food it came to the table immediately you could tell that the wings were overcooked. We started to eat them they were dry hard and crunchy. Our waitress took them back and showed them to the owner . She came back and said he told her thats how they always cook them. We paid and left her a nice tip. We asked the bartender if we could talk to the owner. She said he would be right out to talk to us. I just wanted to explain to him that the wings were overcooked but had a good sauce. We waited 10 to 12 minutes and he never did come out. So if you go here I do not recommend the wings . If I could rake this place is zero I would. Its very loud and obnoxious and there wings suck.
The staff was friendly and attentive. It wasnt busy, but the place was kinda loud. The atmosphere seems more like a diner than sports bar. They give huge portions, but all of the food taste like grease (even the salad). I ordered a burger and it was good. I tasted the wings, but I didnt care for them.
This place was absolutely amazing I had the Buffalo chicken wrap it was the best the waitress was so sweet and professional. Love it thank God for good food 😘🙏

Great service and awesome chicken tenders. We got the spicy BBQ tenders and they were phenomenal. The burger was good, though I thought the butter on the bun was too salty and the hubs thought the BBQ sauce on it was too sweet (we got the American burger). Imho, the fried pickles are a pass. Overall, great, laid back place!
This place is amazing. Donna and Sal and their entire staff are extremely friendly; their service is second to none. Oh, and not to forget, ALL of the food is incredible. At first I just had the wings, which are AMAZING, but then I discovered the greatest ribs Ive ever come across. It doesnt get much better than this. Great atmosphere, great people and even better food. Love it here! I would and have brought many of my friends and family here to eat. They all love it!
I am a waitress there and have found the owners are more caring and understanding than any Ive worked for. The food is great wings are huge. They also have karoke every Wednesday night at 8pm and a pool table. Most of all they offer friendly customer service. That I found out before I started there.
Catered my sons wedding Jesse Kaylor and they are calling usfrequent flyers to this great restaurant. .. the appearance on the outside is sub par. Needs landscaping and paint!!!!!!

This was our first time coming to this place and walked inside and was told to sit wherever and they would come find us. Sat in the back and 2 other people came in after us and sit near us. They got served and we sat for 20 mins with no one assisting us. Only person that came to check on us was a customer who apparently goes there none stop and told us he would get us help. He came back and apologized apparently trying multiple times to get us help. We ended up leaving with no one helping us and the two people who came in after us got help...horrible service. Waitresses didnt have mask on. Ridiculous.
Food was good and wings were big and inexpensive. Portions overall were good size. Parking can be a bear when it gets busy. TVs are hard to see in the main seating area. Dont expect a full sports bar place, its more is a restaurant with bar and grill food. Overall good experience and I will be eating here again Im sure.
This joint isnt awful food wise, but the owner doesnt back his wait staff when they blank out and have to take our order 3 times, then the owner came and took it. 1 1/2 hours after arriving. We were having a beer which turned into more. Lack of training the wait staff because the owner has no clue how to do it correctly. Pathetic experience. Top it off our total was $60 all combined with 0 comp offered. I could go on!
Had the nachos the first visit and was not a fan. I went back a second time and got the Black n Bleu burger. It was delicious. The fries are good; thick cut and not those normal straw sized ones. Im glad I gave it another try. The bar is nice; good/cold beer.

Best wings!!! They will mix the sauces on a batch if you like. Drinks are good but on Sundays I was told they dont always have a bar tender in the evening so getting a mixed drink could be an issue. Friendly staff.
We went on a Tuesday evening. There werent many people there so it was pretty quiet. The waitress was very nice and quick.I was surprised they only had three beers on draft, Bud Light, Budweiser and a craft beer I hadnt heard of.I had wings and my GF had the double decker BLT with steak fries. She really liked her sandwich. They were out of mango habanero sauce which was dissapointing but I had the thai chile and the wildfire bbq. Both were good, I really liked the wildfire bbq. Other reviewers commented that the wings were overcooked. Some of mine were but most were very good.Overall it was a good experience with good food, service and prices. Well go back.
Almost an hour to get food, waitress new and high on something, food was horrible, wings were dry, kids burgers were burnt. After almost an hour the owner couldn’t manage to get a baked potato out with my order of ribs (which were mediocre at best). When the waitress dropped off my potato she told me sorry but it’s free ummm hello it was a side included with my dinner and then gave us a bill for 70$. I then asked to speak to the owner nothing but excuses and more rudeness. Will not go back and will not recommend.
Red Zone has good food. Reasonable prices. Service can be spotty depending on the server/bartender but that is somewhat understandable due to the high level of attrition that is common in the service industry. Owners are super nice.
Wings are good but they do need to change the oil more often then they do...frendly place though...

Food and beer wasnt bad. Its a nice corner hangout spot. Has a couple tvs with sports games that are always on. Just needs remodeling to something more modern. Pretty cheap for food and for the beer. If you want a cheap place to sit and drink beer at the bar this is your place. I dont really consider bringing your whole family here unless its the guys.
The food was alright, but a little greasy for my liking. The service was amatuer at best but the waitress seemed new so I didnt mind. The overall atmosphere was depressing as we went during a time one would expect lots of customers, but we were only one of two tables in the entire restaurant.
Went there on Tuesday night with my wife and kids. They had probably about 2 other tables and about 3 patrons at the bar. Had to wait about 2 minutes because employees were busy with carryouts - which was understandable. After we got to the table, we were given a few minutes to look over the menu.Pros:* Their crunchy shrimp appetizer was delicious!* $0.59 traditional wing night - not too bad* About 10 - 12 choices for wing sauces. And they all sounded delicious! (I went with Mango Habanaro and something spicy sweet Asian, cant recall the name exactly)* The staff was very courteous* Even with such a minimal wait, somehow I was offered 10% discount for inconvenience. My wife and I agreed that it was unnecessary considering our wait time was minimal, but gesture like that still goes a long wayCons:* Food selection was nothing special* No draft beer - a big downer for me* Wings felt a bit dry. Just a tiny bit* This was meant to be a sport bar, but the dining area felt a little non-sporty considering a few smaller TVs spreading out here and there. I reckon the bar is better thoughAll in all, this certainly isnt a big name BW3. That said, considering the location and everything else, this place isnt half as bad at all. Im definitely a fan of their service and courteousness though - full of smile, professionalism, etc. Keep in mind Ive only encountered two employees there, so your experience might vary. Given an overall positive experience, Ill definitely head there again and try their burger and other stuff - perhaps during game time to see the atmosphere when they get busy.
We ordered a bunch of different items off the menu, (Ribs, burgers, Boneless wings, quesadilla, and buffalo salad). Not one thing we received was less than delicious. Wings are huge, burgers are huge and juicy. We just found a new place!!
Love the burger and fries. My husband and I will go there when we want a big hamburger and dont feel like driving to Red Robin. The service has always been good. Give it a try.
I just ordered from red zone in amelia, they where the sorriest wings iv ever had. Kroger puts them to shame. Very disappointed. Had to put them in my air fryer when I got home very soggy.

ItsI not just another sports bar...the fried catfish is excellent and the burgers juicy and big with great toppings! Great neighborhood find! I will recommend this to my friends!

Red Zone has AMAZING food! My favorite is the boneless wings (Kickin Tai to be exact)! My husband says their burgers are the best hes ever had. Their salads are also fantastic with their own house ranch dressing and croutons! Weve never had a bad meal, nor have we ever had bad service! The owners are beyond friendly and very welcoming! I highly recommend the Red Zone!
Best place in the area, great family place as well. Wings are unbeatable, ribs are the best in the area and hamburgers are big an juicy. The owners and server staff take excellent care of you. Highly recommend.
Sat and waited for help this Saturday for over 25 minites a regular was the only person to help and he even came up to us and apologized for the terrible service. I really wanted to try this place. I guess Ill never know how good it is.
The food was really good! We had the mushroom swiss burger, pulled pork sandwich, steak fries, cole slaw, and onion rings and all of it was great. The server was very nice, if a little disorganized. The prices are fair.
I used to work at the food supplier they shop at. After seeing them everyday for 6+ months I thought Id try them out. Wow disappointed. My boyfriend and I kept finding nats in our water. Feeling really disgusted after eating their mushroom appetizer (which was actually really good), we told who I believe is the owners wife. She replied with yeah theyre bad this time of year, sorry. Our food took forever to come out. We contemplated eating and decided not to. If the owners wife thought nats in our water was okay I cant imagine what was going on in the kitchen. I told them Ill pay for the mushrooms I was given an attitude. Like it was absurd that we werent interested in paying a $30 bill for food we were sacred to eat. Stay far away.
Staff is very attentive and courteous. We had a deluxe cheeseburger and fries and a Mushroom/swiss burger with chili cheese fries. Everything was served quickly and hot. The chilli cheese fries are delicious! I recommend a side of jalapeños and sour cream 😁 We will definitely be adding Red Zone to our rotation of local restaurants.

All American Burger was great (if you dont like a lot of sauce tell them light barbq) tenders and boneless wings were good as well but I would suggest getting tenders plain and then ordering a few sauces to dip (both wings and tenders are very wet so again if your getting sauce ask for light if you dont like heavy) (we got the zesty garlic and I didnt care for it, I think I was expecting for og a spicy garlic taste from BW3s) fries and onion rings taste a little plain. If they had some season salt they would be MUCH better. Loved the batter and sauce on the fried pickles.
I placed a carryout order on 1-15-17 for a football game. I ordered 10 bbq boneless wings and 5 traditional mild with an order of mozzarella sticks. I picked them up within 20 minutes only to get home to see they instead gave me 5 plain boneless wings, they put the 10 bbq wings box in upside down so sauce was everywhere, and no marinara for the mozz sticks. Wont be eating here again.

2022-05-27The reviews are true. We waited close to to an hour and a half for food. Despite being literally the only people eating... Waitress never came to our table I had to actually go find her. She got our order wrong and I had to wait almost an hour to pay the bill. The food was good but I would never come back here again because of the service. Our server knows she did terrible and when I finally got the bill she wanted to stand over me while I signed it. I had to shoo her away (ironic huh). The bartender there eventually came to help us. The place is garbage with ok food. While looking at these reviews the owner actually got in an argument with a customer and called him or her a mooch too. I cant wait to see what will be in the building next because there is no way this place stays in business for long. I sincerely hope you guys look at these reviews before ordering food at this sub par establishment

2022-07-03The cooks need higher standards if they want to call the raw potatoes they serve fries. Table was sticky and we werent given ketchup because they said they only had 4 bottles to share for the whole restraunt. Asked for a cup of tar tar sauce for a meal, we kept waiting for it to be brought and she didnt bring it until we had already gave up and ate the fish. Theres a difference between being short staffed and having bad service. Fast food will get you cheaper better food.

2022-07-06I like to try new places and help local businesses but this was a horrible experience. The table I was sat at was super sticky and the paint was peeling on it. My fries were horrible. They were so undercooked the potatoes were crunchy. My burger was just okay. I would expect better for the price I payed. I dont like how the menus arent updated. All the prices are higher than whats on the menu. It was also really hard to hear because people at the bar were screaming. Lastly my brothers wings were so dry he could barely eat them.

2022-03-06Sad excuse for food. I waited a fairly long time for cold wings. My buddy ordered traditional and got boneless.some dude who worked there kept staring at us. That was wack. Good deep fried mushrooms tho. Its sad the bartender was wildly running around doing most of the work. Our first beer was barely full in comparison to the regulars. It was a sad and poor time for myself. 2 stars for the mushrooms.

2019-05-13This was our first time here. The food is amazing! I am glad we decided to finally eat here. You will not be disappointed. The price wasnt bad either. I had the jumbo frog legs and the potato skins. Definitely worth giving it a try.
