I had a great experience. Worked with Dominic. Very knowledgeable and he found a great solution matching all the criteria I wanted in a work boot. After purchase he offered to waterproof the boots free of charge. Great service will absolutely continue to bring my business here.
Poor quality boots. They’re comfortable yes but the quantity of them isn’t the greatest. I had these boots for not even a year yet. They’re falling apart. The steel toes are showing the Stitching isn’t holding up. So is it worth it ? I think not.
I spent almost $200 from the boots.They are the most uncomfortable boots Ive ever worn. They are not only stiff and hard as a rock, but when I bought some I asked if they were oil resistant and slip proof, I was told that they were. the soles are like hard plastic so they slide on everything..I went to Sketcher and bought three pairs of boots for under $200.
I usually do not write reviews, but I have to say the customer service is fantastic,they answer all questions,make helpful suggestions ,take time for me to make my mind on what fits. The product speaks for it self...boots are great...the the purchase experience is EXCEPTIONAL !!! Thanks for all your help...you got a life time customer.
Good customer service. They had my husbands shoes in stock which was a little surprising. Sizing was excellent and has made for a much more comfortable fit than he has been getting.
Staff was friendly and helpful. I needed womans steel toed boots, which can be a pain to find in my size. The man working there directed me to clearance shoes and never pressured me into a more expensive shoe. He even fixed up the inside with inserts to fit more snug on my feet since they didnt have half a size smaller. Very quick and simple interaction :) four stars because while they do have options for women, its a very small selection.
The guys at this store are used to shoeing working men (guys doing construction and other on-foot labor). They can be gruff but if you go in with an idea of what youre looking for and intend to make a purchase the experience will be a positive one. My boots fit great and I think they are a good value for the money. Ill likely go back for other foot ware and care supplies in the future.
After years of disposable boots, I bought my steel toes here. I liked my boots so much I bought an identical pair for back up. Now I alternate between shoes so I always have dry boots, in good repair.Get the moldable inserts they work.
We needed solid work boots for wearing while blacksmithing and glassblowing for hours on concrete. Red Wing has a good reputation so we looked for a store that carries the brand and found a whole Red Wing Store. This was the best shoe shopping experience I’ve ever had. They have a device that fits your feet electronically and it detects where you put the most pressure. I’ve been experiencing pain due to plantar fasciitis and have needed new shoes with better arch support. After trying on about 5 styles, I found the right pair and bonus, they were on sale! Cass found a great pair meant for iron workers. His are part of the Heritage Collection that are hand crafted in the old school style. Jeff was very patient with our search. We will be going back for all of our future work shoe needs.

Good service, good selection, good shoes. I purchased some comfortable, light weight safety footwear that I probably would never have found walking into a regular store.
Terrible customer service. It was one of those type of stores that gave you the feel that you were interrupting their day. Maybe Red Wing Shoes were something back in the day or if you drop 150-300 they might get you a good pair. My jobs requiring RW shoes, and they fell apart in less than a year, one guys shoes scrubbed his ankle, he even put cash with the company voucher and they were still terrible. And the return policy is horrible. My pair I bought hurt my feet in 2-3 weeks time. Bought some Walmart Steel Toes at a third of the cost, never looked back. Sad thing is its the companys dime. But still poor quality, horrible customer service, overrated is all you will get from this store. My shoe vouchers between 150-300 btw.
Best boots/customer service ever. New ones didnt work well for me. Took the old ones back for a full refund and they got me a completely different kind. Been buying RedWings for 7 years now.
Red Wings are incredible shoes, but even more wonderful to me is that they carry wide sizes regularly. My work shoes are a five minute process to walk in, have them pull up my account, and grab me a new pair. With my work discount they are also essentially free, which is a big plus. I get a new pair every year, and its impressive that any shoe even lasts a year considering the amount of stoddard and isopropyl I manage to get on them as well as walking nearly 20,000 steps in an average work day.
A bit pricey, but I cant imagine that you can buy a better shoe. My work boots last for over a year which is pretty good considering I walk several miles a day, plus all the work I do.
Excellent customer service; store manager here is great to work with and incredibly accommodating. I couldnt ask for better service.

2021-10-16I had to return my Moc Toe boots due to sizing issue AFTER MONTHS of wearing it carefully. A gentleman named, Toby, showed me Far & Beyond about the definition of customer service, it was extremely out of my expectation! Sometime those moments make our entire day beautiful. 2021-02-26I cannot say enough positive things about this store! The service is exceptional and the store is spotless, with well-stocked inventory. Toby gave my boyfriend and I his full attention and answered all of our questions, but didnt pressure us to buy anything or try to upsell us in any way. His number one priority truly was to find the best fit regarding what we were looking for. (We also appreciate that they keep customers health and safety in mind by requiring masks and social distancing). We will be returning in the future!

2021-02-24The absolute best place to buy work boots and/or any type of safety shoe. I bought a new pair of steel toes today. Great selection of safety toe, non-safety toe and metatarsal boots and the prices are good. I wear a size 14 and they had my size in just about every pair I wanted to try on. Also the staff knows their products well and will recommend boots/shoes based on your needs and price range. In my experience, the boots I purchased in the past are high quality and the durability has been excellent, and this pair feels the same.

2020-12-22We are a small business and each Christmas I buy my guys boots from Red Wing. Their customer service is excellent, they take the time with my guys to help pick out their boots, and their pricing is very fair for the quality of boot they sell. I still wear the orginal pair of boots I bought from them 4 years ago. Keep up the good work Toby and his team!!!

2020-02-15Excellent store with very helpful staff! My husband has not been a big fan of Red Wing boots due to their inability to last a long time and have terrible wear/tear over time. However, his employer pays for his boots so his options are limited. Anyhow, this location is wonderful, the staff is very knowledgeable and offer a lot of beneficial information for him. Great store, great services, great staff, and wonderful options!!

2021-05-15Good place to get a good pair of construction boots used for painting, field technician, or construction work. They meet safety regulations such as proper heel length, steel toe, and sized to fit on rungs of ladders. I wear these for field technician work and at first they are super uncomfortable but they take at least 2 weeks to break in. Not a bad pair of boots they were around 230.00 but these lasts 4 plus years or more

2018-12-20This store has gone above and beyond to take care of my footwear needs. They warrantied a pair of boots bought in another state with a lost receipt. They made sure I was happy with the new pair and even told me about a toe coating after they noticed how rough I am on the toes to preserve the boot longer. Very happy with this store and Red Wing boots in general.

2017-07-22FANTASTIC customer service! Service after the sale is important to me and this team has it in spades.I had foot surgery and they helped me with new boots. They even stretched my old ones! Assistance with my insoles. Replaces laces that are bad. Repairs. Product warranty fulfillment. They are amazing.I have purchased 5 pairs of boots from this store. I will only shop here for work boots. Keep up the good work guys!
