Red Roof PLUS Columbus - Dublin in other cities:
Everything was great about our stay here the room was very clean beds was very comfy and you definitely canβt beat the price staff was friendly I have nothing bad to say about this hotel whenever we come back to the zoo weβd definitely stay here again but I will add the only thing missing is a pool lol but that would drive up the price so we can live without it
My money was refunded without a problem, the room although smelled ok didnβt feel that good so we declined to stay, each roomβs door opens to the outside so it didnβt feel safe. The late night receptionist although pleasant wasnβt welcoming as I was about to spend $600 for 6 nights. They were pandemic aware as masks were worn. So thereβs a plus. Fortunately is was easy to find a room elsewhere, so we did.
Too small, hard to findWe got lost 4 timesMaybe more trying toFind it after one of theStaff told us to KrogerShe would come andGet us because theyWere incapable ofGiving directions toWhere they wereLocated. This is one of the nicer Red Roofs I have stayed in. The room was clean and staff was friendly. I am not the biggest fan of staying in places where your door goes directly to the outside because there is an abundance of outside noise that can be heard from other guests and the parking lot, but all in all it was a good experience.
Staff was friendly, location was not bad but the room had a literal HOLE in the floor. The furniture in the room was in disrepair, broken chair, beat up furniture. The room was generally clean, the mini fridge however looked like there was food spills left behind. Overall wasnβt super scary in terms of cheap hotels but Iβve definitely stayed at better Redroof inns. For FAR less.
For the $60 a night price tag this was a good stay. The staff upfront was great. But the room it self the lights are falling off the wall and the floors (I hope they got a discount) are falling apart. Room was clean enough, besides the dirty used comb my kids found in the chair. Pillows smelled a little funny but we brought our own.
Positive: The hotel was super close to my sons doctor. There was also plenty of stuff to do thats was really close to the hotel. Negative: The bathroom was super tiny, you almost couldnt turn around in it. And the floors made my daughters feet black they were dirty. There were no free breakfast.
This is not a hotel, its a motel. That means that all the rooms open to the outside. When the staff cleans the room they apparently dont bother to shut the doors. That means that stinkbugs, spiders, flies, ... come on in and hang out until you check in and provide their dinner. Sleep well!
Just got here and carried all of our bags UPSTAIRS to our room. Got to room and the bed wasnt made and the room not cleaned at all. Had to carry everything back down stairs to our cat and back to the front to get a new room. Only one night stay and probably wont be back after check out tomorrow. Front desk lady was super nice and helpful not her fault at all. Just need better housekeeping!!
Ive stayed here dozens of times and always thought highly of the place. Until now! Paid for the mid-level, king size room and got a tiny, dirty room that smelled absolutely foul. Not to mention the safe in the room was locked prior to coming in and the front desk said there was nothing they could do about it. Very rude and dirty place. Do not ever book here, your money is better off somewhere else. I wish my room looked half as good as the fake pictures they post.
Positive: Nothing Negative: Everything!!! People had their room doors wide open, super late at night grilling!! Literally, had a mini grill outside of their door cooking! People were EVERYWHERE! It felt SUPER unsafe!! I didnΓΒΏt even get out of my car!!!! ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!!!!
Im going to be super honest here. The rooms are small. But considering I live in a travel trailer, that was no problem for me. It was clean enough. My house isnt much cleaner π Im only deducting one star because the floors were a little sticky. Other than that. The staff was great. I was overall very happy to book a place last minute, during labor day weekend, that was dog friendly and cost less than $100/night.
My husband and I came to Columbus, for my bday which was just this past Friday and we stayed until Sunday, all was great til Saturday evening when we got back to our room and noticed someone had came into our room and stole over $150 worth of scratch off tickets my husband had bought me for my bday!! Joy, was great assured me in the morning it would be taken care of, sadly when the time came to take care of it she basically told me she didnt know what to tell me, and didnt know who came into my room!!! Not soo much upset over the loss of tickets, is the fact that someone came into my room supposedly to clean and I had to go down Saturday evening to get a roll of toilet paper and the trash wasnt even taken out!! Oh forgot there was no reason to be in our room to begin with because hubby got clean towels and snacks before leaving for the zoo!!! I was comped for 1 night but that doesnt make someone coming into our room solely to steal what they could right!! I wouldnt stay at this hotel again if someone paid me!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND STAYING HERE TO ANYONE!!! IVE STAYED AT OTHER RED ROOF INNS AND NEVER A PROBLEM, I HOPE THE UPPER MGMT TAKES A LOOK AT THIS LOCATION AND CLEANS ITS STAFF UP, AS WELL AS THE DIRTY ROOMS!!! Didnt even want to give it 1 β but wouldnt let me post without a star!!!
I brought back 2 bed bugs, maybe more. Toilet seat was nasty, like the part behind the lid. There were still hairs in our bed, its looks like they didnt take it apart at all, just threw new sheets on (which were urine stained.) Floors were so gross our socks turned black, we wore shoes into the bathroom. I get it its not fancy or expensive but least you can do is clean the floors and clean up after bed bugs.
Older building but everything from the front desk to the interior of the room was top notch. From the extra thick fluffy towels, very comfortable bed & pillows, to the very updated bathroom area. Worth much more than the price. Also location was easy to get to in very safe and secure area.Very impressed.
Positive: The location was very good. Negative: They put us in the wrong room, then woke us up at 130am to tell us the room was wrong. The AC didnt work. The booked our room to someone else who came in with our personal things in the room. The replacement room has dirty underwear in the bed. Not good.
I think hotels should be rated based on nightly rate rather than compared to each other and at the $50/night that I paid this is pretty hard to beat. The room was clean and my limited staff interactions were pleasant, the woman who checked me in may have been the nicest service worker Ive ever met. The layout of the rooms is good with the exception of the remarkably small bathroom, but I hope they got a good discount on the contractor when they remodeled because the flooring job is horrific with gaps throughout the room. The shower gets surprisingly hot and had good pressure and the bed was very comfy. The only negative I can say about my stay that the hotel could have controlled was my room was missing a remote for the TV, but the free WiFi is fast enough to make up for it.
We stayed for two nights the room was perfect for what we wanted. Checking in and out was so simple It was crazy. It was clean the air was turned on for us so the room wasnt hot when we arrived. The staff was more than accommodating. It was in a great spot quiet and only 5 miles from the zoo. I would stay again with out hesitation.
It doesnt look like much on the outside, but my room was very clean with a comfortable bed, small desk with an ergonomic desk chair. A bit smaller than I had hoped for, but it was cozy just the same. The building is a bit dated, but its situated in a quiet area, with clean grounds and landscaping. The staff was courteous and checked me in quickly. Nice room and amenities for the price point
Partial flooring missing and refrigerator & microwave were unplugged.Had to move the whole desk to sort it out.Plug the refrigerator into the wall, and the microwave. Plus the light in elsewhere or it will overload trying to plug the light in & microwave to light.Other than that, great Service. Quiet. Shut the the shades, play whatever sound effects you enjoy. Take some melatonin or whatever makes you drowsy. And a good peaceful nights sleep with or without ur furbabh
They offer for pets to stay free which I thought was interesting and probably should have been a sign. The customer service was good and the room was small but seemingly clean. However we stayed in room 228 and it had a STRONG odor of pet urine on the right side of the bed between the bed and wall. I notified the front desk upon checkout and they seemed receptive to our concern.
The person who answered the phone was extremely pleasant and was very personable unlike the other places we called who all sounded like they were just reading a script. The room that was offered was half the price of other locations with a king sized bed. When we arrived, the lady at the front desk checked us in and was very nice and it was really quick and easy. The room was clean and without any odors. I was very pleased with the whole experience.
The people that work here are so nice and so hospitable. Not to mention my boyfriend and i had the best view ever of the Dublin fireworks. We sat across the street from the toy barn in the grass and watched the entire show. I definitively would stay here again in the future
Arrived at the location after 10pm, desk was unoccupied but sign stating that they will return within ten minutes due to guest assistance was accurate. After less than a 5 minute wait, the clerk appeared and was extremely friendly and informative. The room was what was expected but the a/c unit never turned off once the temperature was reached. The room felt like it was recently remodeled and was clean. Bathroom was tight and the exhaust fan was loud but other than that, no complaints.
Very clean and updated room. We got the upgraded room. I thought it was great to have a keurig in the room and provided with complimentary snacks, water and orange juice. To top it off they feed a homeless kitty who guards the property and that really touched my heart. Not many people would care but they make sure the cute cat is happy and healthy. Great customer service and fantastic location of hotel
Our room was VERY clean, Bed was VERY comfortable, an the staff well I cant say enough about them.... everyone was extremely nice an helpful... they went out of their way to make our stay the best possible... everyone from the front desk to the housekeepers.... when in Dublin Ohio we will be staying at this location... definitely give them a try if you ever find yourself in the area! Beyond happy with this location!
There was nothing fancy or frilly about this place. That said, we were really pleasantly surprised at how clean and well laid out it was. Check-in was friendly and efficient, the room was ready, and everything was quite comfortable. We had to use an accessible room (we have a handicapped person in the party) and whoever laid out the room really knew what they were doing as far as accommodating a guest with limited mobility. The location is very convenient to a nice restaurant, and its easy to access the Columbus Beltway, from which we can get all over the area. Well definitely be back.
I had a perfectly pleasant experience here over the Thanksgiving holiday. I really only stayed the night, but I still had a clean bathroom access to a TV, and free WiFi . They asked me if I wanted clean towels in the morning that they were happy to resupply. They had a room service menu and a wide variety of options. My relatives house was just a mile away. This worked out very well for me. I liked it.
I asked for a room that wasnt an accessible room, but thats what I was given. The room just met code requirements to be accessible, so its tight. The location of the hotel is safe and convenient to everywhere I wanted to go. Theres a spider problem that needs to be addressed as I killed 2 in the room and found another one dead. The room was clean and the fridge and microwave were in working condition. The TV kept defaulting back to the welcome station every couple of hours which was annoying in the middle of a show. The mattress could use replacing. I have stayed in better Red Roof Inns.
Very clean room, comfortable bed all the amenities needed, and the staff was very helpful. We wanted to upgrade the room, however they were out of premium rooms but the front desk people gave us some of the freebies associated with the premium rooms anyway. 10/10 would stay again.
Pet friendly! This hotel had one of the most easy going, accommodating pet policies we encountered in our cross country trip. Clean, quiet and the moderate price for upgraded room was well worth it for snacks, drinks and luxury bedding. Excellent price and extremely satisfied and would highly recommend to anyone wanting a quiet, comfortable bed after a long drive.
We had a nice time. The room was very clean and coming from a germaphobic that is a major compliment. Accommodations were made very well for us. Housekeeping was was wonderful and helpful. And the front desk was also very friendly. Will stay there again. And recommend it to anyone!
The staff has been very friendly and courteous. The room is clean, the area is quite, the bed was comfortable (at least for one night so far). The shower only has one power level and that was gentle. There is no breakfast, no gym, no pool, et cetera; there is a Bob Evans in 55 seconds walking distance though. Overall the experiencestay has been great. No problems to report on my end.
The room was adequate. The beds werent too comfy. There were at least 6 or 7 ants in our bathroom. There was dirt on the sheets as well as on the floor.I understand you get what you pay for and the rate was relativity inexpensive. It was overall a decent experience, just would have liked a cleaner room from an advertised recently renovated hotel.
Nice hotel. Nice location. Booked it a few months in advance so I could have a pet friendly ground floor room. The only reason Im giving it a 3star is they told me that there werent any ground floor rooms available even though I asked for it in advance. Its relatively clean although there were still some spots on a pillow.
The rooms had a nice size and the beds were comfortable. I was happy with the experience especially for the price. The issue I had was the A/C was not the best which cause the room to have a Dungy smell. Once the air started worked well the smell went away. Id come back.
We had an awesome stay. The checking in and out was so easy. The room was clean and well put together. The staff was so wonderful and friendly. We stayed for 2 nights and when we needed extra coffee the front desk was more than accomadating. I would stay again in a heart beat. Great group of people that work there. It was in a queit area and only 5 minutes from the zoo. I would recommend it to anybody.
Heres the breakdown all those complaining are the ones that didnt get spoiled or get what they Wanted, But these rooms are very clean smelled very clean - the linen was very clean smelled fresh .the lady that cleans the rooms was absolutely friendly very understanding very Helpful. Im Thankful her husband was also very helpful.Being military and being all across America I can tell you for the price youre paying these rooms are excellent! Thank you Red Roof Inn for making it possible for me to see my husband on Easter.Rm 117.They are also pet friendly I was able to bring my service animal with me at no charge ! again thank you red roof andP.SSemperFi
The hotel was a standard nothing special, just a place to sleep, type motel. It was clean, decorated nicely, had a TV, fridge, safe, hair dryer, iron, and ironing board in the room. Plenty of visible outlets, we didnt have to crawl behind furniture to find plugs. No pool :( No breakfast :( when we got there the room had a yucky air conditioning smell, but we got used to it.
The room was at 85 when I came in. It is winter and maybe they do it that way? I cooled down the place by lowering the temp and ooening the door and running the fan.Bed was fine. They had shampoo, but no lotion. I dont remember the last time I did not have a lotion bottle. There is no Continental breakfast at this place, so include your cost for buying your own breakfast when comparing costs and time for breakfast to other hotels.
Our stay was very nice. The man at the desk was very kind and the rooms looked nice. Only giving 4 stars because of the hair found in the bathroom, the dirty coffee maker, the broken soda machine, stains on the bedskirt, and the items found under the bed that did not belong to us. If the room had been a little cleaner it would be 5.
Red Roof PLUS Roaches!Oh how I wish I was kidding. Stayed a few nights, was pleasantly surprised how nice the place was, checked in the extend my stay and got moved to a different room. No big deal. However they moved me to the slums section apparently if you stay for more than a night. Had roaches crawling down the walls in the morning, half as many pillows and sheets. Idk after having a nice room for the same price at the same place I guess I can say I expected the same treatment? And absolutely no roaches. But other than that the staff was great. The roach thing is such a big factor its gonna have to make this a 1/5Also idk where the $58 a night comes from. It cost me $95
Very affordable. Not too far from downtown Columbus. Easy to navigate to. Clean and well appointed. Pet friendly and there were plenty of grassy spots close to the parking lots with a free dog bag station for cleanup. The grounds were well lit so I felt safe taking the dog out after dark. This place is surrounded by a luxury car lot and a main road so it felt more secure than other places Ive stayed in Columbus. If I had the need to be in the area overnight I would stay here again.
Nice location with several restaurants near by. Quite area. Shopping near by. Our room was clean. Beds on the small side. No elevator to the second floor. It was dog friendly. I dont remember seeing a pool. Front desk was accommodating when we asked for more towels.
My was not very clean it smelled like cigarettes, There was dust on everything, Hair in the shower, And a previous guest left are dirty socks behind the bathroom door and the housekeeper did not take care of it. I think we had a bad housekeeper if the room was clean i would give it 5 stars.
Not an $90 a night hotel. The heat smelled like a cloud in dust, everything seemed very used, bathroom had a funky smell and the TV wouldnt turn on until the manager came up and made it work somehow. He was nice and friendly, but this place is dingy and nowhere near priced right.
Booked room Oct. 25th. When i checked in my card was charged double the amount of the room. Here I am November 12th and one of those charges still has yet to be reveresed. Every time i call they pick up the phone and hang it up. Last employee i spoke with was named Marcus. I will never use red roof again. Even called their customer service line and was told to call the location.
BED BUGS !! I see good reviews and the rooms have clearly been renovated so they do LOOK nice but very late at night probably around 2:30 am Iβm repeatedly scratching my legs to the point where Iβm giving myself sores that I did take pictures of. As I feel something slightly pinching my neck, I get my phone flashlight and take a look. I see two bed bugs . Would have taken a picture but I am not a bug person whatsoever and I freaked out. It was too late in the night for us to leave so being as uncomfortable as I was I literally slept in the bathtub with one clean towel. Never staying here again, this is my worst hotel experience. PLEASE DO NOT STAY HERE, THERE ARE BEDBUGS !!!!!
Woke up with bugbites found someone else dirty sox behind chair room stunk like dirty feet in am reported it and they really didnt seem to care my daughter left her earpods in room didnt realize it till after we checked out had call police they would not let us go back in and look eventhough we showed them we tracked it to the room needles tosay never got them back so upset ..i would never ever recommend this place to anyone .
Honestly, the room is so dirty, Im shocked by the other reviews stating the rooms were clean. There was literally a pair of shoes from the previous person whod stayed in the room, some dried up Cheerios on the floor, chunks of dust and dirt, and I even had two surprise visits from stink bugs. Not to mention the stained towels, every surface being visibily very dusty and random empty food wrappers.Honestly, I rather wondered if the person who left the note on table stating how tips should be directed for attending to our room did so out of sheer audacity.
Modern fixtures and clean towels and bedding. Im not a fan of the motel style layout where each room opens to the outside, but it was still worth the price I paid. The only negative that shouldnt have existed was that my feet became dirty after a few minutes walking around the room. Not sure if it came from the carpeted area around the front door, around the beds or the laminate flooring around the rest of the room.
Im not a fan of outdoor entrance hotels. The room itself was pretty nice though and quite clean. It would have been 4* for me but they allowed people to setup canopies outdoors on their lawn outside your room and party outdoors through the night. Its one thing for people to party in their own room and quite another outside your door. I wouldnt return.
Came in on business and most reviews rated this place well. That to me is absolutely mind numbing! Was given room number 127 I walked in to a written wet towel like smell, 2 dead flies on the window, food all over the microwave, mini fridge that was disgusting and then the ultimate!!! THE BED BUG SEARCH!! Black hard egg like balls all under the first sheet (clearly tried to cover it up with new sheets over the infested one) small blood stains covering much of the sheet and before I could come to actually looking anymore I was done!! I am 99% of the time very chill with where I stay and I can deal with some stuff given my employer tries to stay under $80 a night but this place was something like Ive never seen. The only place I was able to get into after it being so late was the best Western near the airport and thank God!!! This place is 1000 times better and super clean!!! Do not book a room at this joint by all means
Got there late. Check in was okay. Room didnt smell great... but didnt stink either. Wasnt expecting much because I realize its a Red Roof and we only needed to crash until the morning. But the microwave was filthy and they had the nerve to leave a tip envelope for the person who cleaned the room. I couldnt warm my sandwich up so I just ate it cold.
Budget accommodations, not very many ammenities and small rooms. Rooms were nice and there was a room safe, tub, shower, fridge and microwave. No pool. On-site Laundry room and snack room w/ ice machine.Easy to get to location right off 270. Near Dublin and easy to get to places around town. Good value for the price.
Nice place for the price. Stayed there four nights for work. Sink didnt drain fast though. Small bathroom but clean. Lady at front desk was a pleasure. Even told the maid service not to bother us because w written third shift. Without us even asking. That was us plus.
This Red Roof Plus is a great value and a nice place to stay. What a pleasant surprise after our numerous stays at Red Roofs, where the lobbies reek of cigarette smoke, staff are surly, and the facilities are shabby. The front desk staff on check-in and check-out were fantastic! Front desk cleak, James greeted us with a warm smile. Our son was with us, making three guests in the room. Without me asking, James gave us our RediCard bottled water, plus extra towels and wash cloths. He printed driving directions to a restaurant. The room was clean and did not have that nasty perfume smell that declares housekeeping is trying to cover-up cigarette smoke. The facility isnt fancy, but is well kept with plenty of parking. Theres a Bob Evans within walking distance.
Red Roof Inn continues to impress me, although I am no longer surprised. They went through a major change and renovation about 5 years ago. They appear to be very well run from the corporate level on down. I find them to be consistently nice, clean, comfortable, convenient, affordable, available well lit, safe, quiet places to stay when traveling. They also almost all allow pets. This is exactly what we need when we travel and they fit the bill perfectly well. We always have confidence in Red Roof Inn and I can not say that about other hotels in their price range. Their business model is a sucessful one.
Service wasnt that good. I complained because the bed cover smelled like pee and had stains on it, the person at the front told me they were getting rid of them anyway and she would get mine taken out. I kind of was expecting more than a sorry have a nice day when there were dirty sheets in my room but ok.
Room was nice enough, but A/C unit in our room was severely under powered. The WiFi access points all had very weak signals too and we werent able to connect. They offered to give us a different room, but we were unpacked and ready for sleep but the time we discovered the problems.
Overall, thanks to the management, we loved our experience. At first we found that there were some places in the room that the cleaning person had failed to clean. Upon reporting this, the manager came to the room and inspected it herself. They made things right and we were satisfied. Mary & Steve
You know what? This place is actually really nice. Im kinda proud of Red Roof. They seem very interested in changing things. The remodels are no gimmick. Sometimes when a motel remodels, its as cheaply as possible and its obvious its gonna wear out. Not the case here. No cheap weirdly thick paint, no cheapo TVs, no fall-apart furniture. Theyre actually serious about this and they deserve recognition for it.
This motel is in a good part of town, directly across from a large high end sports car dealership. Then again its still a red roof in, but I was impressed with the place. They allow dogs also, and were quite accommodating. Front office is kinda sketchy and uninviting.
This hotel is filthy, its actually a motel,, the first room they gave me 121 smelled so bad I was nauseous,, the receptionist (a guy) was very nice,, so he changed the room to 219 which supposedly was their best,I was to stay there for two nights,, I cancelled the second night right away, I had to go Walgreens and bought Clorox wipes and lysol spray ,, the sheets smells like they have never been washed,, I dont even think they use soap to was their linen,, this motel Red roof inn its dirty. I will never ever stay in Red roof Inn ever,, even though they say you get what you pay for this is terrible.
This might be the cleanest, best maintained hotel for the price that Ive ever been. It might not have any of the frills of a fantasy hotel, no fitness center, pool, or whatever, but if you need a place to lay your head for a night or a room to keep your suitcase locked in, this is the place to go.
We stay here quite a bit and they are great the staff are great in both house keeping and service desk they are quick to fix anything thats wrong and are always nice Eve when they themselves have a bad day they still provide wonderful service the rooms are nice and clean and theyre big enough for my 2yr old to play with his toys they also provide a laundry room which is nice as well
Was staying the night with my fiancee and when I woke up there were spiders and beetles in our room, when my fiancee called the front desk the lady was rude off the get go. Inappropriate calling us liars when we clearly showed her and she accused us of letting the bugs in when we have been sleeping? I think we deserved more respect and for her not to slam our door when she left the overweight white girl should be fired with customer service like that. We left 13 hours before check out and will never be returning and I recommend no one else get a room at this extremely poor quality room .. will be calling corporate tomorrow cause 75$ was a rip off to be treated like that. THE RATE IS OUTRAGEOUS!! FYI..
Solid value in Dublin. Rooms are nice, clean, and contemporary. Hot water is reliable. The only issue I have had is with the wifi; I do have troubles connecting initially and the signal does drop intermittently. When connected, though, its no different than a home wifi experience.
Stayed May 16. Nothing Plus about this place. Not different from your average Red Roof. Clean, well maintained . BUT, WiFi was terrible, inexcusable. Been on road for weeks without WiFi and planned sending emails. Faint signal in room and a little stronger in lot. Still, unusable till well after midnight.
So this is my second night and will be my longer stay at a Red Roof Inn (yesterday I stayed in a normal RRI, while todays and rest of my Columbus stay is in a RRI+). First things I noticed: smaller room, smaller refrigerator, 2 mirrors (while the other RRI had like 5 or 6), smaller TV, AC also only had on or off mode (when there are more settings displayed), 2 full beds instead of 2 Queen sized beds. Wifi was a hassle to connect to on my phone, there are multiple redroom wifis (1-11 I think) and they all keep dropping connection or just have poor internet connection, so have to keep jumping around to find another red roof wifi that will work another few minutes for me. Im not saying this is a bad hotel stay though, it is decent and had I not stayed in that normal red roof, I probably would have given this another star. Since this is a red roof inn+, I expected better than my last red roof inn stay.
We were there for 2 nights Aug 26th we was given a handicap room??? Which was remodeled some what bathroom needed work sink area needed work there was cob webs and beer bottle tops on the floor. All rooms are not as nice as the pictures. Have to say I probably would not use Red Roof again

2022-06-08Stayed at the hotel during a trip from Texas to New York. The staff was great. Even though they dont offer breakfast there is coffee in the room and in the lobby if you dont want to make it yourself. The location was very quiet. Made it so easy to get some rest. I would stay again.

2022-04-11Iβm a traveling musician & we stayed in a lot of low budget hotels on the road. You get what you pay for when it comes to low budget hotels. However, this one had some of the best staff on our trip. They went above and beyond to ensure my left items were brought back to me & I truly value that. A lot of other places wouldnβt have done that. So thank you!! π

2022-06-15Room was very clean and pleasant for the budget price! Your front desk person Deborah deserves a free week paid vacation. There was a city blackout and she got hit unexpectedly with rooms selling out. She had a full lobby full of people and the phone was ringing off the hook, but she was never not friendly or pleasant. She is definitely a gem!

2022-04-24Not a bad place for a single night if youre traveling for the price but it has its issues. Beds are old and sheets have weird lint on them that makes them look like bed crumbs even though theyre clean. Cleaning staff trying to force us to check out an hour early. Got a knock on the door at 10am that check is at 11am, then shortly after at 10:15am, another knock that they are ready to clean our room like seriously? Wont be returning here unfortunately

2022-03-12Ive stayed in worse places, but I wouldnt stay here again. The floor laminate was warped. The bathroom smelled like someone in an adjacent room was chain smoking every time the exhaust fan was running. I eventually taped the ice bucket bag to the fan and it helped somewhat. The room itself smelled musty, and like stale cigarettes. Luckily, there were two beds because on one, the innerspring was completely collapsed. At the very least, the linens smelled clean and the woman who checked me in was extremely nice.

2022-04-21We have been staying at this red roof inn (Dublin Ohio) for many years. The rooms are always clean. We love to be able to pull our car up to the door. But what has always made this Red Roof Inn special is the front desk and customer service. Rushell worked with us to make sure we had a room that would fit our explicit needs. She went out of her way to accommodate us in a patient, polite and professional way. Also- my husband left his wallet in the room and we were 90 minutes on the road before we realized it. We called Rushell and she was calm cool and collected- went to the room, found the wallet and called us right away. We drove right back! It is service like this that keeps us coming back. Five stars for hospitality! Also Le Shea was great at the night desk!

2022-03-28Positive: price wasnΓΒΏt bad compared to others but definitely not 2.5 stars Negative: i was only there long enough to sleep for a few hours and leave. and that is the maximum I would recommendΓΒΏ not for any stay longer. Guests and outside environment was loud at all hours. Room was ok, fair 2 star room.
