Food was good, but it didn’t arrive until 40 full minutes after we ordered it. We were just getting up to walk out when it came.For entertainment? We had TVs all around us with a VIOLENT, BLOODY fight. Waited for almost 10 minutes for someone to come by to say something, and tried to look away but everywhere I looked there was the blood. Finally walked into the kitchen and told someone to turn it off. It took another 10 minutes before they did. There were elementary aged kids all over the restaurant- not very child friendly!Won’t be going back there again.
Service was good, feel bad for some of the waitresses, they can be stretched pretty thin at times. Lunch was hot, fries were cold. They do have all you can eat fries, but it might take you all day to get them. Order more fries as soon as your meal comes. Today 3/8/22, my second order of fries were cold. They also were at the very end of the container...... Very small bits and pieces. In my opinion, they should not have been served
Food was good. Service not so much. Spent a lot of time just waiting for service. We called ahead but that didnt seem to help. We waited for drinks. We had to find our own ketchup. Never received the extra sauces
Pizza was great and so was the burger. Service was excellent - food came out quick. Waitress filled our drinks quickly and was very attentive to anything we needed.
I have never been disappointed. I’m so glad that they have the impossible burger as an option so I can try all of the delicious burger options. Tonight I got the Bonzai burger. I think it’s my favorite so far! Yum!
First time there. Very busy night. There was a young man serving food who should be wearing a hair net or cap. He looks like sideshow Bob with the crazy hair. I ordered the grilled chicken teriyaki sandwich. It was amazing!
Called in an order and the only reason Im knocking one star is because I hate the automated phone system. but after I got transferred to a real human, she was super polite and pleasant on the phone, the order got made quick, and was still nice and warm when we got it home. all this after they said the cook was gone and the manager took over the kitchen for the night. I got the madlove burger and it was the best burger Ive ever got from red robin. madlove to RR. 😉
The majority of our food ( and people around us) came out cold. The waitress was excellent and was trying hard to keep up. Food was good, just cold. Im sure they were short staffed.
The Royal Red Robin never disappoints. A savory burger with a sunny side up egg and the combo of cheese, bacon, mayo and tomatoes are excellent. Throw in bottomless fries as well as fried pickle chips, and it was a great meal. Our waitress was quick with refills and courteous. Upon a second visit, I tried the impossible burger which was delicious. The BBQ chicken wrap was good as were the sweetpotatoe fries. Service was great and social distancing was observed.
Went into this Red Robin location and had a fantastic experience. The food was fresh and hot to the table- the service was exceptional and the atmosphere was really pleasant. Would recommend this location for a lunch or dinner occasion. UPDATE- stopped in for a second time- service was exceptional- the food was really good and I recommend the raspberry limeade as a beverage choice. Very good and worth the stop in.
We had gone there as a celebration for my brother in law. He and I had tried cheeseburger pizzas through a pizza chain and liked it. But tonight it was easier to go to Red Robin. There, we found out we could create our own cheeseburger pizza! It was delicious. We will come back for this again.
Best believe I was here for them steak fries because they never disappoint and mostly important whiskey river wrap my goodness delicious. The service is always GREAT they always make sure I am good to go!!!

The food was really good service was good but the restaurant it self was nasty. Greasy hand prints on the seat dividers.And the booths I sunk down in my seat. I think the place needs a to overhauled good food + nasty inside dont add up.
I attempted to call ahead of arriving at the location multiple times and when arriving asked if the phone were broken the girl at the front stated that sometimes they don’t work. Sitting by the front and lo and behold it rings without a doubt. This person was literally picking the phone up and putting me on hold and they aren’t even busy. Trash.
This is the worst Red Robin in Ohio. They brought one fry when five people ordered an extra. Theyve never asked if anybody wanted to refill and then took 20 minutes to bring them. The bill was well over a hundred bucks and we still didnt get good service. Very disappointed and will never stop here again.
Service was great and the revamped menu was actually really really good! It had been a couple years since we tried Red Robin, it was a very happy reunion!

Burgers are tasty and service seems to be getting better. In the past, this location was disappointing, especially compared to the Rocky River and Columbus locations. I was there during a slow time near close, but heres hoping its a sign that theyre improving.
Cauliflower pizza crust is excellent with the works. They load it down with toppings! The best for a gluten free pizza!
The service was fast. Food came out quick. Quality was ok. The tables and booth felt dirty and sticky.
Great place for a burger with the family. Only thing I would say is that its a bit dark inside but that doesnt affect the experience.

Came for a family meet up waited 20 min for seating for 5 at around 630. Waitress was quick drinks came fast. The apps where good pretzel bites and mozzarella fries awesome. Hot burgers forgot my bacon but great anyway fries not so much. No dessert. Havent been here in years will come again
Great experience. I ordered online, and got to the restaurant a little early (prepared to wait). Was greeting as soon as I pulled in, (curbside pickup), and had my burger and fries within 5 minutes. Such an efficient restaurant and crew. Super nice staff. LOVED THE BURGER!
So so good. The Whisky BBQ burger was fabulous! Comes with bottomless steak fries that were also very good. We got the pretzel bites to start and those were super tasty. Very helpful staff.

Food was really good the milkshakes were very good also. Food was hot and fresh. My only complaint with this being my first time ever having Red Robins was I didnt realize how small the actually hamburger patty were next time I will add an extra patty.
Food and service are good. The bathroom needs work! Roll of paper towels sitting on the counter in puddles of water, and no hot water! Isnt that like a health code requirement or something?

We stopped in on Valentines day for dinner. Both of us ordered Monster burgers and fries. Both burgers were slimey and under cooked. Both of us left over 1/2 the sandwiches. Later that night both of us were sick to our stomachs. And the bacon cheese fondue was gritty.
Decent, bottomless fries... Could be better since they only give you enough for a small child then take 20 minutes to bring more to go with your meal.

Very good burgers although the place is always kinda dirty. The gourmet burgers are extremely overpriced for the quality although the flavor is always good and consistent... But again, not worth the price. The staff is very friendly and professional. I love the curbside service for carry out orders... They always give you extra fries for the ride.

Not bad, not like it used to be however, the whole chain has gone downhill since 2020 in my opinion, not just the service but the food as well, just not the same, even the fries are rarely right these days not just at North Olmsted, all 3 local locations same story.
The service at this Red Robin is horrible. The server never came back to the table after the order came out. I would not come back to this location
Nice little restaurant. They have decent prices, great burgers, and bottomless fries. Also, any burger patty can be replaced by a garden burger of youre vegetarian. Friendly staff and pretty fast service. Would recommend.
The place smells like dirty dish water on the inside. Service at the table was prompt but I opted out of ordering due to the odor.

Definitely favorite place for burger variety. Endless sides and drinks, including root beer floats is awesome. Staff is consistently polite and tentative, did a great job being considerate of having my elderly grandmother with us. Service for our food and refills on sides and drinks was crazy fast.
Clean quick service, wonderful staff, great veggie options cute decor(couldn’t snap my favorite one, didn’t want to disturb guest.) I had bartender Jill, I was pretty demanding and she was very patient

We used to be Regulars at Red Robin, mainly due to the facts that is 5 minutes from my house and because they merged with Donatos Pizza. I love the pizza, hubby likes burgers.We went last night, and it was the last time for sure.We do not like their new concept that you have up to 4 different waitresses. One takes the order, one brings the drinks, one brings the appetizers, another one brings the food, but still the so called regular waitress seems responsible for you as a customer, therefore gets the blame for her co-waitresses not doing their job correctly. That is not fair.Our waitress was very attentive and friendly, but the girl who brought the silverware was snippy. I got a fork wrapped in a napkin and asked her for a knife. She said no, you cant have one, you will get a knife with your food. My appetizer required a knife, so I told the regular waitress and she send another girl over with a knife.While my hubby was apparently happy with his order, my pizza was cold when it arrived at the table, the dough tasted old, and pizza was allover not what I am used to when having a Donatos pizza.We told our waitress about the cold, but since some other girl brought the food, she did not know how long my pizza might have sat out before it made it to the table.
We had a party of 7 the person checking us in said a hour we waited over a hour for them to say sorry we told u wrong time then the food was good until they brought out more French fries for my son that had ketchup on some of the fries and my kid is allergic to ketchup kinda looked like someones fries that they didnt eat and they took back the waitress was like Im so sorry wow
NOT DIGGIN IT. I was thrilled to see you are serving Donatos pizza. You did a great pizza a disservice by sending it out raw. 1/3 was cooked. Cutting through the cooked part would have been nice. Perhaps check your ovens.

Very good I had the very veggie pizza which is always good but it’s always cold wish it was hot.
Old and dirty, needs a total remodel. There was an inch of dust on our window seal. The plastic between our tables was very dirty..There were Nats flying around and its December. We spent over 50 bucks for 2 burgers and 2 beers. The only good thing was the waitress was very friendly and efficient.
There was no host so I seated myself at the bar. The woman who was supposed to be tending the bar was absent almost the whole time. The drink she made was flavorless. The only service I got was when I would occasionally find a waitress I could flag over. I had the scorpion burger and fries. It was essentially a flavorless casorole put between 2 micro buns as if it were a slider. The only part of my meal that had flavor was the salt on the fries. I had to wait till my food was almost cold to get a napkin to eat my burger with from a random employee walking by. I waited and waited for someone to show up so I could ask for silverware but nobody was around so I had to eat the 85% of the burger that couldnt stay on the micro buns with my fingers like a child. I waited over 30 more minutes for someone to show up so I could pay. I regret not just walking out. There would have been nobody anyway. Several parties showed up while I was eating and asked me if they seat themselves. The entire visit was a waste of my time. Im absolutely impressed at how terrible this visit was. As a visitor, I genuinely hope that for the sake of the community you operate in, your location goes out of business.
Service was great, good food, and we didnt wait long for our food. I was impressed that with 8 people we were in and out as quickly as we were. This is one of our favorite places to stop on our way to the Indians games.They also have gluten free buns for any of the burgers and a gluten free pizza crust.
We got there , ordered a appetizer of pretzel bites, the pretzels was overcooked and the nacho cheese was hard as a rock, so thet took it away and we order onion rings, the onion ring inside was undercooked, then the waitress took my order and asked if I want any pink inside my burger I said no, I got my burger I literally bit into it I looked into it I see you was undercooked, I literally didnt even chew it I spit it out, my wife ordered mozzarella sticks and the marinara sauce is literally spaghetti sauce like disgusting, she even didnt try one of them , we talked to the manager which was nice and said hey we want to leave we dont want to order anything else so we paid for the alcohol and let me tell you I never walked out of restaurant before that was the first Ive always seen Red Robin on TV not one around us at all and here we are out of town .I said look heres one right here I was completely disappointed and I would never be back again oh on top of that he must have problems clearing tables because we walked in theres six tables and it wasnt cleared and walking out they still wasnt cleared I had to ask the bus boy for napkins and I seen people just picking up dishes off one table I was put on another table so expect us to look at dirty dishes while were eating dinner like I said completely disappointed

Food was dripping in grease, it was terrible, the bun on the burgers were soaked in grease, the onion rings were very dark brown and greasy, the pretzel bites were also burned up, and floating in grease. Burgers and fries were cold, worst Red Robin experience ever, told the server she was great she got the manager, he didnt care so much. Wont be back.
This location deserved 5 stars today. The food was excellent. I ordered the whiskey river burger and my woman ordered the madlove burger. We didnt have to wait long for the food and it was cooked exactly how we asked. We had to sit at the bar, but the bartender was VERY attentive and friendly. We didnt have to even ask for refills. Definitely a wonderful meal.

I was a regular at the Independence location for a couple years while working in the area. Slightly higher than average burgers and endless fries complimented by a choice of dipping sauces. Service is usually quick and accurate unless youre dining with someone who requests 5-6 modifications to their order. Try the Chipotle Aioli with the fries, nice smokey flavor with a kick.
Started out almost sliping on the water and urine soaked bathroom floor when trying to take my 3 year old son to use the bathroom. Which had no toilet paper or paper towels. Came back from the bathroom to two dry burnt banzai burgers that had no teriyaki sauce. Spoke to a manager who had given us $12 off for the trouble which works out to $6 for a plate of soggy fries. Extremely disappointed in the customer service, the dirty environment and the terrible burgers. Dont waste your money go to wendys or brownbag or five guys hell id even go to McDonalds for a better burger then here.

I had a wonderful Veterans Day experience here today! Just did a curbside pickup, but it went very smoothly and the lady who brought out my food was exceedingly friendly and nice to talk to and very pro military too!

I walked in and was greeted right away from the hostess and decided to sit at the bar to eat. The bartender violet was excellent. She was very friendly & knowledgeable when I was ordering. The food itself was very good as always and it was a great experience. I highly recommend eating here. To me personally the service is the most important element of the visit. Bad food can be replaced by bad service rounds the meal even if it was cooked right. Lol

I ordered 2 burgers for our dinner. This has been my go to place since they have gluten free buns and fries. My bun tasted stale, it was gross. I ended up eating the burger with out the bun, that they charge a $1.95 extra for. The fires were cold like they sat for an hour. My husband said his burger was not much better. So in the end I paid $15.00 of a burger patty, they rest was uneatable. Bye Red Robin. We will not be back.

Amazing burgers. Full of great flavor and grilled to perfection, not over cooked or dry like many other burger chains. So happy. Loved the fresh ingredients. The fires are not for me as they lack seasoning , but the burgers are worth going out of your way for.

Our weekly Friday lunch with a friend...booth in a bar. Enough variety and the staff is familiar with our favorite items. We would prefer that children under the age of 14 not sit in the bar area, as they are typically noisy and unruly. Their finger prints on the Plexiglas are rarely cleaned off.

It was very disappointing. My experience with Red Robin has been a pretty consistent one in a positive way. This location deviated significantly from the norm. I got the tavern double with garlic fries. While the burger wasnt terrible, it wasnt good either. It was unquestionably the worst tavern double Ive had out of various locations. The bun tasted old and the sandwich prep was notably subpar by comparison. Now the fries were terrible. I spoke with the manager and she offered to refund the upcharge (1.49) for the garlic fries, as if the garlic sauce was the only problem 😑. So yes, customer service was below standard as well. She did ask if I wanted anything else, and I said fresh fries would be nice. She agreed and the fries were Red Robin standard amazing! Thus the the two stars, but given that I like to enjoy my meal together, I was unable to finish the lackluster hamburger, while waiting to get some respectable fries; therefore, my meal experience, which I was initially stoked about, was ruined. This was coupled with a manager who really didnt seem go above and beyond with her concern for attempting to alter my negative experience. As I said, I was very disappointed. They got a second whole star cause those remade fries were delish. Unfortunately for me, I get the remade version I received here at every other location on the 1st make. #Idontfeelthelove

I have always liked red robin but disappointed this last time with our waiter. Never asked if wanted more fries. Tried over 20 minutes to get someones attention gave up never saw our waiter during that time and finally paid at our table. The food was good burger a little undercooked this time.
I took my 18 year old nephew here, and the food was fantastic! We both enjoyed our meals.It was nice to get out from under Covid-19 restrictions, though masks were required until seated, and servers did wear them.

The food is always good. Love the stake fries. We traveled 65 miles just eat here. Was a problem with the rewards card, but Emily fixed it. Great customer service 👍. Try the sweet potato fries and the pepper relish on your burgers.
Ordered take out. One meal wasn’t in the bag so we had to turn around and go back. They lost the food so had to remake it. Which made the rest of the food ice cold by the time we got home. There was no seasoning on the fries. Very disappointing visit only good thing was the onion rings that we ate while we waited for the other burger.
Never been disappointed with Red Robins burgers. The fries are bottomless, but they are pretty mediocre so you only end up getting maybe 1 or 2 servings. Well played Red Robin...
I’ll start by saying the service was super. The gal who took my order was pleasant and I hardly waited 5 minutes to pick up my order. The food, however, was not the quality that we usually enjoy with Red Robin. I had so little lettuce on my Avo-Cobb salad that I added some. Both my husband’s chicken on his Teriyaki Chicken sandwich and my chicken on my salad were so overcooked that they actually tasted burnt. New Cook possibly?...still in training?

Ordered curbside pickup online. Great experience! The guy that came out with my food went through everything to ensure the order was correct! Ive never seen this done at any other restaurant! The food (burger, fries) was totally Amaaaaaazing, what a Huge burger, and soooo Delicious, definitely worth the price. But, my sons little Donatos cheese pizza was very dry and bland. After a couple bites he refused 2 eat any more. But he loved his salad! Will not be getting the Donatos ever again, but Will be getting Red Robin food a lot more often now (I havent been here in over a decade).

Great food. Friendly atmosphere. Service was great. One of the hostess a very pretty tall Hispanic girl. Greeted us at the door. She played with our grandson and he loved every minute of it. She made us feel so welcomed. Would recommend to all. Oh yeah and the have bottomless fries and endless root beer floats.
We had a great server, and got us our food fast. The table top games make the wait time feel like nothing. The all you can eat fries, and root beer floats make everyone in the family happy. This place has something everyone will enjoy. Great place!

Food was good, but the server we had really was terrible, never checked on us and once we got her attention for the additional request we had, the food was getting cold. Pretty mad about that. And the girl that came to deliver our food took it to the wrong table, COME ON, has she heard of COVID19. Then when she figured out which table she practically threw the food on the table. If the food wasnt tasty I would have rated it a 1 star. And by the way, the sinks in the ladies restroom, GROSS!!!
Mary Ann was our server and she was absolutely amazing. Some of the best service we ever had. If the meal had half the effort that Mary Ann provided, this would have been a four start rating at least. The fries that accompanied the burger were soak with grease and made them nasty. The grease laid in the bottom of the basket and drenched the bun of the burger. Mary Ann offered to get fresh ones but we refused as our appetite subsided. Spent over a hundred bucks for two meals, it should have been a lot better...

It was really good great burgers endless fries endless salad really hit the spot. Went with my son and daughter-in-law, my 5-year-old and a 6-month-old granddaughters. Good childrens menu also. Ice cream sundae and real whipped milkshakes for dessert.

I have to say that I dont like giving this low of a rating but I need to be honest. We got to the restaurant shortly after opening and were greeted quickly and nicely. They put us in the bar area which was fine but we were initially quite segregated from everyone else. It did take 5+ minutes for our server to greet us but when she did she was gracious and quick. Our appetizer was good and our drinks were cold. The real downside came when we received our order, both of us got burgers. The burgers were completely underwhelming and to be honest Ive had better burgers at just about anywhere else. Both of us ordered specialty Burgers And while I got mine medium rare it was definitely well done with little juice and very dry. The rest of the toppings as well as bun where dry and bland. I had ordered the A1 peppercorn burger and my fiance had ordered the mushroom burger both of which were very dry and bland. The fries were good but for being a burger place both of our entrees or very unappealing and we did not finish either.
We have gone to Red Robins many times and were happy with our visits. This last time there was disappointing! We were seated upstairs in the room by the patio. Though there are windows, we about froze! Service was terrible and food items were different than what was ordered. Our grandson waited a long time for a refill on a milkshake and the next one was small and the wrong flavor. My daughter-in-law didnt get what she ordered and filled up on French fries while waiting for her meal, which didnt come until we were ready to leave! We were not happy at all! It will be awhile before we go there again.😔
The staff has always been great however it seems as though tge burger buns are always old. On to many occasions now we come in to order burgers and you start eating and the bun just crumbles apart. Not soggy but so dry it crumbles. This is not the 1st time and we havent been in a while. Even before the covid this has been an on going issue here. We travel from Medina to come here so its disappointing. Yes they will probably replace it but who wants to constantly wait again and again. This needs to big fixed when this is a mostly food place. The arctic cod however is very good and great portions though. I myself get this often and the tarter sauce very good.
I am a server myself so I can be somewhat picky about my service. We were seated almost immediately. I liked our server Violet from the first moment she came to our table. She was personable, fun, and had good menu knowledge. This was my first time here. The three of us ordered three different burgers and different drinks. My drink was made right and tasted great. I had the Mad Love burger and its the best burger Ive ever had anywhere. We loved our experience. Didnt have to wait long. We will definately be back! Excellent!

I would like to give this restaurant 4.5 stars. I ordered their French Onion Ringer which was darn good and especially the onion rings that came on top of it. The only reason I dont give it a full 5 stars is because their Oreo Cookie Magic milkshake was pretty lackluster, not filled to the top like the picture and surprisingly didnt have much flavor. Not worth the I believe $4. Otherwise its a fine a establishment.
I had the Mushroom burger w/ swiss cheese. The hostess was really friendly and my waitress was extremely great. She was very hard working, brought extra fries right away and asked if I needed a refill for my pop. The French fries were really good golden brown on the outside and nice and soft in the middle. I was kind of disappointed in my burger because it wasnt what I was expecting. You know mom and pop type thick hand pressed burger. They asked me how I wanted it cooked and they did that well. It just wasnt that good old fashion burger I was looking for. Other than that great experience. When I was there the place was not dirty at all. Bathrooms were very clean also. Its one thing to be hit by a rush of people and be dirty and a whole different game on slow times being dirty. This restaurant @ 11 AM was clean.
I have never been here b4, the restaurant was very nice but my food was ok. I ordered a hamburger medium well with specifications of a thin pink center it came well done with a cold bun n 2 b honest thats ridiculous! The waitress was nice but my mother tried 2 ask a question n she pretty much silenced her cuz she was using a tablet 2 input the order n couldnt figure it out. Just rly expected more with a $40 bill!!
Food was good, but had problems with server Brittany. She was pleasant but messed up our orders, got our checks wrong and put two fraudulent charges on my credit card. Working on getting those reversed. If we go back again, will not accept her as our server. Credit card issue resolved and will consider going back for the veggie burger.
My black & blue burger was smaller than i remember from our last visit. Also, very little mushrooms and onions on the burger, though the menu lists these as included. Prices too high for what was served
Busy Saturday night at the Robin. Staff was pleasant, even tempered and handled their business. Our food was wonderful, well worth a Covid Saturday night out in a crowd. Thank you to all at the Great Northern RR.
Sat at the bar. The barmaid was great! Our pretzel bites came out quick- delish! The couple next to us waited a half hour for their food. Finally came out and they sent it back because it was COLD. We also waited over a half an hour for our burgers. They were also COLD! We just paid for our pretzel bites and drinks and left. I don’t understand, if there are food runners, why is the food being served COLD? Seriously, the food was COLD!
Had a day out with the family and decided to stop in for lunch. All the stars must have been perfectly aligned. The service was incredible. The food looked and tasted awesome. The Buckeyes were manhandling Maryland on the TVs all around us. ( O-H-I-O!) The whole experience was perfect. Its been quite some time since I took the family out to eat and had such a good time. I wish every family day out could be like todays.
I ordered togo online, it said to go in store to pick it up. Doors are locked its 30 degrees outside, finally get in. No one at the counter. Talks the bartender down she says Ill get someone never does. Talks to the waitress whos seen me standing there, she says well youre not even supposed to be in here. Finally I get my food. Its FREEZING cold. Youd think they stored it outside in the snow while they were too busy not helping their togo customers. Burger was pink when I asked for it to be cooked well. 2 pieces of avocado the size of a quarter. Fries cold. Called and spoke to HENRY the manager, he was just as rude as the waitress, he kept telling me his store was perfect and has no issues but clearly they do. I love red Robin but THIS location will never received my business again. They need new management asap, and new waitresses apparently.
Very poor service from the time we arrived. No hostess to seat us for the first 15 minutes and after we were seated no server or service for 30 minutes.Order was completely incorrect and had to wait for 20 minutes before our server reappeared.Then we had to wait for another 20 minutes for my order to be corrected by the time my fiance was finished eating.I have never been to a Red Robin with such poor service.
Cold food, terrible service, and nothing but excuses. Wont be back.

Good place to grab a bite to eat with your kids and/or extended family. They have a great variety of burgers and other options for those that do not eat beef. The baskets of never ending fries is also a major plus and one of the many reasons my family likes to dine her. The appetizers could use some work though. I ordered a wedge salad which was reasonably priced and said could feed two people but it was barely enough to feed me. My friends ordered the pretzel bites and they were just OK.
First time customer. Had a coupon so decided to get take out to take home for family. Very friendly staff...from front door to bartender. Waited at bar, had happy hour drink while food being prepared (I didnt order ahead). Employee brought my order to me when it was ready, about 15 minutes which was good since place was very busy at dinner time on a Friday. Saw lots of families with young children coming in and couples. Burgers were delicious when I got home. They give you a cup of steak fries for your drive home free. Nice atmosphere and very clean.
We had ordered a food for TO GO. We went and picked it up and my family decided to just eat in. We asked to see if we could dine in and we were straight up told NO. If there’s any price difference is no big deal. We went and asked for a manager and explained that it’s because of the ‘tax’. We just want a table to sit on and leave. I worked at a restaurant too and NEVER WOULD GIVE A CUSTOMER A HARD TIME ABOUT IT. It’s just a freaking table Red Robin!
Unfortunately we have always been loyal customers of Red Robin until today. We called to order several family pack burgers and they unfortunately only wrote down one order when there were supposed to be three packs. So there was an additional wait of 20 mins . My son also has a severe allergy to gluten and we told them specifically it needs to be a gluten free bun and meal. They said they would mark it separately for us notating it was gluten free. When we got our burgers home there was an a burger marked GF for gluten free . My son started eating the burger and I noticed it was the same bun we all had because it had sesame seeds on it. He had an allergic reaction because of this . I called the restaurant to tell them what had happened and asked them how it happens. they told me to file an incident report if he has to go to the hospital and they hung up the phone. Very rude and lack of concern for what happened.
They do not space people apart when seating at booths. They do have plexiglass between each booth but the plexiglass do not extend all the way across the frame so there is an open gap. We ordered small stack of onion rings. They did not bring out the amount stated on the menu. When we asked for our basket of fries while we waited, they only brought us one basket (there were two of us at the table). We asked for condiments (Red Robin Seasoning, Ketchup, Pepper, etc.) since those items are no longer on the table due to COVID, they never brought them. When our server did think of napkins, we were only given two. Its a little discouraging and disruptive when you have to keep asking for things to enjoy your meal. As for the food, I had a burger that was ok, the bun was not soft. The drinks, fries and onion rings were good. Love their ranch dressing.
We used to go here alot more than we do now. It has nothing to do with the service or the food thay we dont go as much as we used too. There where 2 great servers there that me and my partner just loved. I miss them everything we do go here for dinner now. But the food is good, the service is good, prices are great.
Went at 6:00 pm with a family of seven. 20-25 min wait... No big deal. Ordered. Waitress and hostess were very accommodating. Drinks brought and refilled quickly. Dinner order.... Took forever to arrive!! 4 burger orders came out hot and tasty however our other 3 orders came out cold. Not luke warm but cold! Very disappointing!
When the food finally arrived about 40 minutes after it was ordered. It tasted really good but the portion size was small. I had the black and blue burger and fries and it cost 15.00. The burger was small and I had about 10 fries and when I ordered more endless fries it took about 30 more minutes for them to arrive. There were 5 of us and for 5 burgers and fries and drinks the bill was 89.75. W. T. F. I do not recommend this place.

Unlimited fries, great burgers, some of the greatest shakes, unlimited root beer floats, great desserts... You cant ask for anything more? Low price? Sure its $10 or less for a burger that will fill you up and take home the fires.. I could eat there twice a week easily

Our waitress was fantastic, but our table was sticky and the food was underwhelming...the fries tasted like they were fried in old oil. Their zombie drink and the tropical shake were amazing. Id go for those, but not the food.

Had to wait 20 minutes for a hostess to seat us and another half hour before someone came to our table and asked us what we wanted to drink and then we waited for another half hour before our actual server took or order and then my order was completely wrong and my fiance was finished eating when my order was brought to our table I had to ask for a to go box I never got to enjoy my dinner with my fiance. I have been to other Red Robin restaurants that provided much better service.
With the pandemic causing lots of places to close, I was overjoyed to get a huge mouthwatering Banzi Burger and my personal favorite, the Baileys Milkshake! Break the Covid blues and get to this place, the food, spirits, and ambience are amazing, customer services is 2and to none! Hailey is a fantastic server with a dynamic personality youll love! What are you waiting for, get over there!

The waitress Kim was super sweet! Very hard working. Although, the atmosphere when I walked in wasn’t very inviting. The manager was super rude and told us to hurry up because the store was closing in 30 minutes. She also had a poor attitude and seemed to complain about everything the other staff members were doing.
One of the best places to enjoy a meal in North Olmsted. A good meal should cost you 20$/person with an option of unlimited sides. The service is good and overall has a good vibe.
Terrible food.. and I dont understand why there are two different servers. (one for drinks and one for food) Both trained horribly. 80 bucks for burger and drinks. Bottomless fries, how about a bottomless No thanks.

Weve been to a few Red Robin locations, and I can honestly say we havent had a bad experience at any of them. Generally you find a bad egg once in a while in chain restaurants, not the case here. The burgers are flavorful, the staff is fun. Overall a great experience. Bottomless fries... yum!
Worst experience Ive had at a Red Robin so far. Wont be returning to this location. The server was super nice but our silverware needed to be replaced as it had good remnants on it, the dishes on the table next to us (they left as we arrived) remained until after we left, my burger had a few little tortilla chips that it didnt call for on it which makes me wonder what other cross contamination theyre careless about. Had to order garlic parm fries twice, first time, they forgot, second time, no cheese. The server and manager took that off our bill. I dont typically leave a bad review but there was just so much to be improved on.
Absolutely Ridiculous. We forgot out coupons at home, my mother went to our house to take a picture of the coupons and send them to us. Waitress got the Manager, and he wouldnt accept the coupon unless we had them physically with us. Mind you we had a 3 year old waiting patiently as her bed time was now upon us. So I actually left the restaurant to go home and get the coupon, leaving my girlfriend and Daughter behind at the restaurant. When I got back with the coupon, the waitress said, okay, now I can take this off....still no box at our table, no order of french fries, drink refills, ect. or anything other than the understanding that this is how people are normally treated at this establishment. After a couple of hours both me and my girlfriend were giving our dinner back to our toilets in the non traditional manner. My grilled chicken tasted worse than 3 day old burger king, and her fried chicken was not much better. Sad because we typically go here at least once/month, and now we have decided to give up Red Robin for Lent....if not forever!

Terrible. I paid extra for sweet potato fries and got regular fries. I paid extra for available ado on my burger and got none. And youd think a place that specializes in burgers would offer it cooked any temperature-wrong. Medium well or well is all you get. I hadnt been for a few years and may never return. Clearly the server did not check the to go container WHICH IS SEE THROUGH
Literally zero stars. My girlfriend went to go pick up our take out and she showed up early. So tell me how is my food cold when she brings it out a half an hour later after she’s been waiting inside that long. Good way for me to never come back inside or out. Get your sh*t together. Completely unacceptable.
Came here as we didnt want to wait at BJs. Burgers were okay..bottomless fries were good. Make sure you order more as soon as your burger is served. Dont pay extra for the garlic parm fries...absolutely not worth it.
Had a great grilled chicken with lettuce as the bun! Also ordered sweet potato fried but received regular fries. She went back and a few minutes later I had what I ordered. This is our third time in 3 weeks. Twice they have messed up our order. Then when we are ready to leave we use the machine at the table to pay and twice I asked for a printed receipt but none printed.
Food was awesome. Our server Kevin was awesome. And they make a great Margarita too. Havent been there in years. Its definitely on my list of favorite places.

This place just keeps going downhill on me. The whiskey river bbq chicken wrap has gotten worse everytime I come. This last time I decided I was done with it. Cold chicken. Oddly placed bbq sauce. Minimal crunch
Wow, this place was absolutely filthy. We were seated at a crumb and filth covered booth. Asked our server to clean the table after we were seated, she wiped it down, by going around all the stuff on the table and throwing the crumbs and debris on the booth seats. The whole restaurant looked like it needed a good, deep clean! Service was not good, food was mediocre at best, and the overall experience left a bad taste in my mouth; would not recommend when there are so many other choices within a mile.
Food photos usually will sell me their products or will make me go in to try their food. But when I went to this place it was a total disappointment. I order a turkey burger and my friends order the other burgers. The meat was hard and the place wasnt clean. You would think a waiter would notice that since part of the job is to sit customers in a nice clean environment. I wont got there again in the North Olmsted area.

I was here on St. Patricks Day and had exceptional service! I had my usual Whiskey River BBQ Chicken sandwich and an orange cream soda. Food was excellent and came out quickly. Server was friendly and did an exceptional job.
Red Robin used to be so good. We had poor service. The burger was okay but not worth the price and the fries were cold when they brought it out, and along with poor service it took forever for the server to come back to even tell her my fries were cold. By then I had eaten the burger didnt want fresh fries after the fact. They wont get my patronage again.
Why dont they set your food or drink down here? They handed us everything which I thought was weird af and kinda annoying.. we got the jam burgers, fries, fried pickles, and onion rings and our flatulence could be used too destroy a nation. Make sure you check your bill so they dont charge you entertainment.
The North Olmsted location I was really not impressed with! My sister and I drove all the way from the East side (Willoughby) to go to this location...but after receiving my food I wish I would have just drove closer. I never had any problems at the one near me with food.
I love their chicken burgers. My husband loves their burgers. It is a perfect match. Right now they are open until 9pm on Sundays. The service was excellent!

I started going to Red Robin for the gluten free bun option. Ive had coeliac disease for over 15 years so it was nice to see them kinda begin the trend of offering this option. Theyre burgers options are quite enjoyable, especially without a fork. But of course, they have plenty of other options. The endless fries and drinks are always a nice top off.
Great friendly staff, clean eating area and bathrooms. we request Michelle when we go and she never disappoints- remembers our orders and we are served pretty quickly. The only thing I dont like are the balloons. My son is two- they come on a stick and are never knotted. They fall off easily and he cries. But I guess maybe just a tip to the person making them. Otherwise we love it. Good onion rings, great burgers and salad.
Good burgers and fries, ordered a custom burger and they sure didnt skimp on the bacon! 👍 Cooked just right. Friendly service too. must of been screaming kid night though, seemed to be lots of them in there. Just my luck.
Great burgers and other food, always busy but seating doesnt usually take too long. One of the perks for the long suffering gluten sensitive or allergic folk is the availability of gluten free buns for the burger (or chicken) sandwich you choose for an additional dollar. Portions are ample, and some sides are endless.

2022-05-23Went to dinner this past Friday and the service was good. Not to busy for around 6pm. Tried this salad they had on the menu its called the Avo-cobb-o salad. It was really good, refreshing, had just the right amount of stuff on it (even though I wish there was more avocado on it) but it wasnt a deal breaker. Also got the bacon cheese fondue with a side of there signature fries. Definitely cant go wrong. They were out of their lemonades which was sad but again it wasnt the end of the world.

2022-03-19We went on a Sunday afternoon and they were very busy. Waited 20 minutes for a table. The server was nice and the food was food. The booth are pretty rough looking. Could use an update. We ordered pizza and salad. The salads are endless which is great and the pizza is Donatos which is one of my favs. Good experience. Little short on staff, but a solid 4 star and we will go back for sure.

2022-05-31From New Orleans, while visiting our daughter at Case Western Reserve University, she wanted to eat at Red Robin. The service and waitress were excellent. The appetizers, drinks, and shakes came out quickly. The food arrived on time and was exactly like we ordered it, even with the extra items and changes. We were very impressed with how friendly and on point, they were as a team. This location was well managed, and the staff was friendly and professional. I would recommend a visit to this location, and we plan on returning.

2022-04-05The burgers were delicious. It has been some time since my last visit, but it was worth the wait. The endless fries were good too, could be better as the fries didnt seem to be just fried. The temperature of the part of the restaurant we were in was a bit unregulated.

2022-02-12We normally love this restaurant, but were very displeased with our carry out order. I called ( I feel terrible complaining) and the manager was quick, efficient, and very polite.I know the restaurants are short staffed and are having a hard time getting products.I am very pleased with the level of customer service I just received. Feels rare these days.Thank you to the manager in North Olmsted. We will give you our business again because you very quickly righted a wrong.

2022-06-06We had a great experience here, our server Chase was friendly, fast, and attentive. My girlfriend got a burger with no bun and it was the best presentation she ever had. Great experience!Updated experience:When we arrived we were told they could not seat a table of 7 because there wasnt enough kitchen staff. But they could seat us if we split our group into two groups in two different sections with two different servers or did our order as a to go. That makes no sense, if the kitchen is short staffed, its still 7 orders. How does splitting the group or doing it as a to go make a difference to the kitchen? (-3 Stars)

2022-06-18The service was excellent. The building itself had a peculiar smell to it that me and my friends couldnt decide was cleaning products or just old food smell that required a deep scrub. Otherwise, the visit was fine considering the circumstances of the industry.
