Love it! Update. Went to car wash beside red eye express on mt vernon rd. Got my bumper scuffed and owner made it sound like I had this before going there. My car is a year old with 2200 miles. I looked at my car everyday, driving or not. Will not be going back there. I use the touchless, spend more on car washes than I do on gas. Very disappointed. Owner disrespects people, or at less females.

Went to soft touch on cherry valley road and the soft touch says $10. Got the $10 wash, but got charged $20. And spoke to who was working and said they get calls like this all the time. And owner wont fix. This place doesnt even print receipts.

A little pricy. I thought it was a but crazy that you had to pay for the most expensive package to have your car blow dried after the wash. Other than that, its a pretty standard car wash. I recommend going through the touchless as its less likely to scratch your vehicle.

Dont pay $10 for the touchless carwash. Its absolutely worthless. Youre better off getting out and doing it yourself. Didnt even clean the light pollen off my hood

The owner didnt refund our money after their wash DIDNT CLEAN OUR CAR. After we spent $9 we could still run streaks in the dirt of the car.Owner proceeded to argue with us and wrote wash me in our car after REFUSING TO REFUND.OWNER IS A SCAM ARTIST AND A LIAR.Worst car wash I have EVER experienced!

This was the worst car wash I have ever had the misfortune of going to. $9 for a car wash that didnt even clean the dust off of my car. I went back for a refund because obviously, the service provided didnt actually work. On approaching the owner, my father asked for a refund and showed him the proof. He proceeded to tell us that our car was too dirty to be washed, which is simply not true. The car is only used for city driving. The owner refused to give us a refund and told us about how he has been there for 12 years, then 15 years, then 20 years and that was the service had always been the same. If that is the case, that is incredibly disappointing that a car wash would be giving the service equivalent of a hose with minimal water pressure. He then opened up his garage and showed us his car which he said he had sent through the same exact wash and bragged that his car looks how it does because of his wash. The car was a waxed Cadillac. I want to stress that his car wash doesn’t offer waxing. As he was showing us his car, a Jeep exited his car wash with dirt on the side. The owner then told us to send our car through again at our own expense. Finally, as we were getting pictures to take post to Facebook, he came out and wrote wash me on our car. Disappointing service with an even more disappointing man running it. He is nothing but a con artist. He has lost a customer for life. Save your money. Go to the car wash near chipotle.

I have been to this location a couple times. Last winter I was washing my truck and the owner (who seemed to be simply going home) come over and started shouting that my truck was too dirty (it had muddy ice around the tire-well) telling me he didnt want me washing it there. My truck was no dirtier than any other on the road that winter.Today I for some reason stopped again and started to clean out my car with the intention to vacuum and wash it. That same owner appeared doing some kind of maintenance and as I finished throwing some wrappers into the can he came up to me and said, you are going to put money in the vacuum machine arent you? I was taken aback but responded Yes, but only if I decide too. He responded raving, initially calling me a thief and how he deserves to make money; again telling me to never come back. I went to the car wash with full intention of using all the services there, instead I got myself away from him as quickly as possible.If this business owner wants to run a PUBLIC car wash he should accept the public as they are; some have cars and trucks which need to be washed and trash that can be thrown away without being approached by a hostile and verbally antagonistic owner.I recommend all to avoid Red Eye Express businesses in Newark.

Almost every time I wash my cars here, about once a month, it seems the washing program changes and less and less products are used
