Ive known Sean (Randy E.) for as long as I can remember. He was always straightforward, and continues to be such. He doesnt beat around the bush, means business, and takes pride in hard work. Sean is a real class act and has a great personality. Not only is he a friend, but a strong independent business owner who will take care of you. Believe that!
We had fly problem, they got rid of fly problem. Very professional, arrived on time like they said they would, and kept their promise to do a follow up free of charge if fly problem persisted. Will continue to use this company in the future if any other pest problems arises.
My sons room smelled vaguely like cabbage 2 days ago and we assumed he had maxed out the room with toddler farts. Yesterday it smelled like the cabbage itself had farted so I called RE. This morning Drew came by and told me that the cabbage was actually a rodent decomposing inside the wall. What a relief! Between Randy answering a call late at night and Drew being a total pro (and really patient with my dogs), I highly recommend them!
I love the job the did they were professional and they were able to clear out 3 years of roaches he also did my sister apartment and she had a bad infestation of bedbugs and spiders he was able to get rid of all her bugs plus put a barrier around her apartment so no new bugs can get in

2021-09-14Initial appointment was on time and without a problem. I still had a problem and called back 5 times with them saying my call would be returned, but never did.Finnally I was given a name of Drew who finally answered and scheduled a appointment and never showed up or called. Still waiting called Drew this morning and no answer

2020-06-24Drew came out to our house and was very thorough on explaining what he was using and why he was using it. We bought a home on a wooded property with some cedar decking and needed assistance with some carpenter bees. We also had a handful of large spiders that he helped identify and put us at ease.Drew took his time and explained the process to us and put my wife and I at ease explaining the chemicals and how they are safe for us and our dog.If you need an exterminator I highly recommend Re Pest and Mold.

2020-08-04Moved into a 13 year old home and had a duct cleaner in; he found mold in my duct work. He would not do the cleaning until the mold was mitigated. It was difficult getting a person to answer my call, until I called Randy. His response was immediate. He came personally, as the owner he doesnt field work, however, he came with his technical supervisor; they did a great job. The duct cleaner came back today and said, the duct work looks good, no sign of mold.This was a stressful event because of my asthma. 2018-08-30Randy was very nice while he was here and promised me a 30 day guarantee for the service. But the bees have not died and Randy will not answer or return my calls. So I have essentially give him $150 for nothing in return.Randy, just seeing your response. There was nothing wrong with the number. If you want to make it right you can provide a refund and I will remove my review.

2019-10-25I hired this company to remove a wasp infestation at front of my home. However, after the treatment the wasps came into my home. I had them come out again and they charged me another fee for interior service. I was not pleased with this, but I paid them. After the technician left, my ipad was missing. I was accused of being disgruntled I. You be the judge

2019-01-03Randy and Will did a great job removing black mold that was in my 3 bedroom closets. They went above and beyond to take care of my needs.A-1 professionals 😁 Today is Jan. 3, 2019 I told them I was suing my landlord and wanted to take my own pictures he assured me that I would get results. Nope didnt happen, So make sure you do it yourself, if you arent the one paying for the service forget it you wont get the info. Thx for nothing R E Pest & Mold control.
