Dont expect reason or privacy! You will overpay & be unsatisfied. One year of living here & I was absolutely miserable! They charged me an amount equivalent to the last month of rent even after I gave them a SIXTY DAY NOTICE.STAY AWAY FOR YOUR MENTAL HEALTH & POCKETS! They are crooks!

Extremely disappointed with the end of my contract with this property. As a previous landlord, I understand the importance of working closely with both parties when terminating a lease. I requested to terminate extended lease with a 60 notice and was approved. I moved out of state and started a new lease. AFTER I moved out, and AFTER they re-rented out the apartment, they charged me for the final month that remained beyond the 60 days. Again, this was after agreeing to let me terminate- and while collecting rent on the same unit from the new tenants. I paid a portion of the newly addressed fee until I realized it was re-rented. They sent me to collections for the remaining balance. I attempted to elevate the complaint to the management and he (Bryan) dismissed my calls and then sent me to collections. Not pleased.

They require 50,000. Renters insurance. I never been evicted. The first time I ever had to pay a application fee . I really think they dont like veterans the ones that are disabled I think this place is more for college kids I mean 280 ft for a studio with a Murphy bed and charge of $43 for utilities $30 for pets $100 deposit total rent is $624. I forgot if you dont rent rent a full 12 months theyll charge you a penalty they charge me $50 to show me the studio. 325 to move in $50 is set up $100 holding deposit $50 application fee you got to have 3.25 times the total monthly rent yeah my predatory lenders theyre all out there that prey on poor people and the senior citizens credit report reflects nothing in my eyes

I really love these apartments. It is very quiet and away from traffic. The neighbors are very happy to welcome you, but keep to themselves and I cant hear even a squeek in between 2 neighbors. One of the best places Ive found if you enjoy a peaceful and quiet environment

Been living here for about 2 years. Great and safe location. Office staff is nice and any issues I have with my apartment is taken care of quickly. Also I really like the one story concept.Rated 4/5 because the price is a bit high compared to other apartments for what I get and keeps rising. 😔

My daughter rented a studio for 1 year. Great space for her. Great neighborhood. Quiet clean area. Office ladies are fantastic!! Maintenance responded quickly and efficiently everytime but wasnt needed much. Highly recommended. Worth the cost.

Saw a big “now leasing” sign at outside of the office. Stopped to ask for what is available, they have nothing available. I wonder why the is there. In addition, the agent wasn’t welcoming they had us wait outside the office while they bring the paperwork of the floor-plansThey also have $350 move in fees lol

I am literally paying $570.00 and DP&L to live in a 288 square foot studio apartment. This is just insane. Ive had a couple of maintenance issues as well. The garbage disposal and the toilet have both had issues. Bugs get into the apartment some now and I have to deal with them. The location is convenient, yes, however the price is just outrageous for how tiny the apartment is. Its a small box of a place. My electricity bill has also been unusually high. Typically my bill is close to $100.00 a month and I try to be thrifty about it. I live in a 288 square foot apartment and pay just as much as someone living in a two bedroom apartment, only with a more expensive electricity bill. My DP&L bill is as much as my grandmother pays and she lives in a three bedroom house and they use their electricity constantly. The water regulator in my attic exploded and I had to call emergency maintenance to come fix it at 3:00am. I honestly cannot believe how expensive their apartments are and how terrible the quality is. The only thing convenient is the location. I just paid $567.95 for one month in a 288 square foot studio apartment. I simply cannot afford to renew my lease any longer. The bills were so high that I had to get rid of my internet bill because I couldnt afford to pay it and just use the internet on campus. Talk about milking college students for all theyre worth!

I really enjoy living here, its very quiet and close to a lot of parks and shopping. Ive only lived here three months but its the best apartment ive ever lived in. I have a one bedroom apartment and its very cozy for me and my dog. I like how its basically in a neighborhood so its perfect for a walk or bike ride after work. Office staff is very friendly and helpful.

Please do yourself a favor and avoid moving in here at all costs. I made the decision to move in here because it was the ONLY place in Fairborn that had an apartment available immediately. While I lived here my heating/cooling bills averaged $100 every month (but up to $190); in the winter my apartment was still cold and in the summer my apartment felt like a sauna. Even after two complaints about the heating/cooling system I was told that paying that much and still not living in a comfortable temperature was normal. The leasing office does provide yard maintenance; however, neighbors DO NOT pick up after their pets and the lawn is patchy. Aside from spending more than what is necessary on trying to stay comfortable inside the apartment, the leasing office staff members made me feel violated when they placed a notice on my door that someone who was not on the lease was living in my apartment. This was their way of telling me that they were stalking me and watching who was going in and out of my apartment. When I called to talk to someone in the office I was lied to. She told me that there were multiple complaints from neighbors about someone not on the lease going in and out of my apartment. My only question: how would any of my neighbors know whose names were on my lease? None of them would have any idea. The apartments are absolutely disgusting. The appliances in the apartments are so old I was honestly afraid to use my range; however, when I did it took a very long time to cook anything or even boil water. Upon move out, I was charged $240 for things that I should not have been charged. The vinyl in the laundry room was not sealed or tacked down, yet they expected a washing machine and dryer to not pull the poorly laid vinyl up. I was also quoted a totally different amount for a drywall repair, but they charged me more than three times what they originally told me. I would definitely recommend taking more time to look for a higher quality apartment in the area. This place has absolutely nothing to offer except they will drain your pockets without an ounce of sympathy. I understand that it is a business and the point is to make money, but this apartment complex is not doing it right. If you do decide to move in here, be ready for 12 very miserable months living in filth.
