Rebecca Bench was amazing! Her staff was extremely informative and detailed. Rebecca and her staff were always available to talk to us and kept open lines of communication. Extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of our case.
I could not be happier with the results of my case. Rebecca is experienced and ambitious, and made the opposing attorney look like a pushover. Should I ever need the assistance of an attorney in the future, I will definitely hire Rebbeca Bench!
She did my divorce, she was professional and made me feel like she had my back. I told her what I expected and she got it for me. She even made my husband cry in court. She is the best!!!
Well where to begin...I hired mrs bench she seemed promising and perfect upfront I don’t know if it’s because I’m a man or why I had such a poor experience.... I didn’t meet her until our first court date which she showed up 15 minutes late to...where my wife’s lawyer realized she had filed all the paperwork wrong...think about how that made me look........after that date I’ll use the term “ghosted” which is what happened to me...I tried to contact her the week before thanksgiving to no avail...to my surprise after numerous calls and emails I finally reached mrs bench mid January after a hateful message with her secretary and an “appointment” 2 weeks after that date.... where I informed her I intend to withdrawal counsel.... I then receive a padded invoice adding hours that didn’t exist at $250 an hour putting me 470 dollars above the all inclusive 5000 for the case which she so graciously “waved”...what a favor...she’s a good car salesman but a horrible lawyer please if you read this don’t waste your time or 5000 dollars you’d be better off tackling it alone
Paid $100 for a consult had to hang up and take another call due to being at work I had all ready been told what she had to say but still needed to follow thru with a few things called back in to pay the fee that they were asking for and was told that they had to check and see if she would even handle my case acted as if I had been shopping around for a different attorney I never said that not did that I have not done anything with my case since I talked to her office not sure what to do
She is a fantastic attorney. Best in Belmlnt County hands down.

2022-01-24Rebecca is a great lawyer and had everything prepared. She is cutthroat and goes after what is best for her clients. Being a father in divorce court, I was very nervous. Her and her office were able to put me at ease and they were able to get me a great deal with my divorce. She is extremely knowledgeable and it was almost like she was able to tell the future. Hopefully I don’t have to use her again but I would if anything arises. Highly recommend.

2022-03-08At first I thought Rebecca was a good choice. She came highly recommended. I never even met her until my first court appearance. I chalked this up to covid. Then after the court proceedings started she stopped listening to my wants and desires and was suggesting things I didn’t want as counter offers. She ultimately did what was best for the courts and my ex. I ended up loosing parenting time and had to pay more than my ex agreed to in child support. Also the things I wanted specifically spelled out in the agreement were not. So here I am months later continuing to fight with my ex because it’s not spelled out in black and white. The custody court system is broken and rigged towards women. It a proven fact. Rebecca is proof of this.

2021-10-18Attorney bench is one of the most AMAZING lawyers in the Ohio valley I absolutely adore this women!! She has helped me through one of the darkest times in my life I owe her so much!! She does what she says she going to do for you. Always keeps me informed of any updates and the ladies that work in the office are rockstar’s!! Heather will not sugar coat it and is honest and very helpful! Jamie has been my therapist from time to time when I need someone to calm me down I highly recommend this law office if I could give more the 5 star’s I would thank you Bench law office for everything you have done for me I’m forever in debt you ladies!!

2019-08-31I chose Rebecca as my lawyer for my divorce which started in 2018, and again when deciding to go back to court as well following my divorce. I can truly say, her and her staff are impeccable. She listens to you, offers solid, thorough information and advice with respect to your own wants and needs. She is a beast if needed in the court room, wont back down and does not get pushed around. In the same sense she is fair minded, understanding of compassion, and truly will be your absolute best advocate and protector through the entire process. They are extremely responsive to your needs.Her office staff are IMPRESSIVE, comforting, extremely informative, and very personable. Any time I had a question, with me being new to this entire process, both of the women that work for her were always able to answer my questions thoroughly and explain anything that I needed to know. Reassurance often accompanied their responses as well, with me ending the phone call jokingly telling them that they should charge counseling fees because they always ended up being my best relief of stress and worry during the whole process! Upon completion of my case (s), I was extremely satisfied with the end result and genuinely felt completely grateful for how amazing they all were. Truly my saving grace during one of the hardest times of my life! They go above and beyond, and I will always recommend them!

2021-09-07Fabricated entire case. Sent false information via mail. This lady’s out for your $$$ and doesn’t care who’s lives are destroyed as a result. Even if it’s the children. Has you do her work for her and doesn’t even fact check that. Pathetic. Worst attorneys in this valley. You have to go outside the area to finds real lawyers there are none here locally. Good luck!

2019-08-15There is simply no better attorney in the Ohio Valley when it comes to family law. She is knowledgeable, attentive and will aggressively pursue justice on your behalf. This opinion of her is shared by both her peers in the legal profession and several of her former clients that I have spoken with personally. If I could give her 10 stars I would do so without hesitation.

Mrs.Bench was so agressive, helpful & just amazing in every way shape and form. I have used Mrs.Bench in the past, and this will be the only attorney in the tri- state area I will ever use again. Beyond 5 stars!
