Lana Fox is great! She helped us over the course of four years finally find our “right sized” home and for a market time when our current home would sell. She was very patient and accommodating always. When we did sell, the Realty First truck use was great and helped us save some money!

We have used Lana Fox (Patton) for over 10 years and wouldnt use any other Realtor!!! Lana has sold multiple houses for us as well as rental properties and have referred her to family and friends as she is one of the most experienced in the field! Lana is the voice for us as buyers and sellers and provides us realistic expectations and feedback. Realty First has been great to deal with as one of the most efficient and hasselfree from the contract to the closing!!!

Jonetta Hughes-DeWeese was a blessing to our family 15 years ago when we purchased our home. Since the divorce she was again a blessing to us in helping us short-sell our home. We had originally signed up to short-sell with a national agency who expected me to bring over $6,000 to closing. They even suggested I take out a loan!I remembered Jonetta and gave her a call. She was as wonderful to work with as ever: supportive, knowledgeable, professional, efficient, and successful. We closed and I had to bring $0 to closing! Jonetta you are the best! I don’t usually recommend anyone for anything but I highly recommend you. Jonetta is now in my contacts as Realtor Extraordinaire. Is it possible to rate 7 stars?
