She NEVER informed me till after taking my payment and deposit that there is a 50 mile limit per day .REALLY???You know how easy it is to go over 50 miles in one day?I feel she should have told me this on the phone.I would have never rented.Beware of this fine print.

They are dishonest and rude people. they rented me a car with blinker that did not work and a horn that did not work! outlet for the phone charger port was exposed and overheated and the car smelled like feet and cigarettes! they also ask you to bring the car back on a half of a tank but it was on a fourth of a tank when i got it! i asked them to fix it and they told me if i am that unhappy with the service give them the car back! NO intention on fixing these safety hazards! they didnt even have another car i could rent until my agreement was over! Then they argued me down about reimbursed mileage because i didnt wan to be paying for mileage used to get back to them so they could fix what should have already been done! Worse than walking! and you can not call this a revenge review! you still have my money and i am going to the BBB!

I rented from them many years ago. They were fair honest and upfront. It worked out to 20 bucks a day which is really good if you have earning potential. If I ever need a car again like that, they are a good option.

I found them on line cause I didnt need a credit card. My car broke down and needed transportation for the weekend for work. Spoke to a lady over the phone , who explained all the qualifications, even quoted me a price of $280.00 from Thursday till Monday, 4 days. She told me I needed to be there by 6:30pm,cause they close at 6:15p.m. From the east side thru rush hour traffic it too me an hour, and I arrived at 6:13p.m. to be greeted by Ernest Bozikis who said he was the owner. Said he didnt have any cars for rent and hadnt in several days. I explained that I just talked to a woman . He said I can unload on him all I want, but he cant produce a car. Now its too late to find anywhere else. Miss work in the morning. Why advertise??????TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!!! BAD BUSINESS!!!!!!!!!!😤

Pre paid everything on lineOn arrival I was told there was no car I would be able to drop off in NC, Nashville return only which did not jive with my travel plansI was offered no credit or apologyIt was suggested I go to other vendorsWhich I didBUTWithout preparation or time and many additional expenses were requiredWhat is the point of making a reservation ?No stars

Swindle me into coming in without disclosing the vehicle that’d I’d be receiving. Kept me in the dark about newer vehicles coming in to switch as they wanted to fill their quotas.Then without my agreement and LEGAL authorization they went ahead and stored my credit card info and to continue charging me without my knowledge.They all tell you different things and act as if they don’t correspond within the office just so know one is left accountable. The last was very respectful and helpful the men on the other hands are douchebags whom I fully recommend not doing any business with.AVOID “JAMES MARTIN” and “KEN” as they’re money hungry scum running a janky sham business. Yes I fianced a vechile from this company this company is so fake myself and my co-signer has been making payments on this vechile since Jun2018 this company is very unprofessional o spoke with a gentlemen at the dealership about this tracking device being activated before payment was late this company said they give u a 10 grace period on my monthly payments so after the 7 month I decide to use my 10 day grace period these business people are hustlers they had no reason to activate no tracking device on my vehicle the company has not reported to myself or my co-signers credit report as ov Oct 2018 these thride party wanna be dealers they have no respect for others that try to keep there bills paid on time because I made a down payment on the 30 they have now put my payments on the 31st ov each month I’m disabled on monthly income I’m visually impaired in 1 ov my eyes this company treats u good customer like a piece ov Sh!!t u ask me they want u to call them like there ur owner I reached to the bbb about this the company responded in a way that is wasn’t worth while the company is so phonny it is called County Car Credit they run ur credit to prove to u to there reporting to ur transunion the agreement between them and myself was to make payments as follows they also agreed to report to the credit report transunion every 30 days I asked this company for a full refund the salesman told me no and said if I didn’t want the car to bring it back why would I bring u a vechile when u agreed to report to the bureau if they suddenly stop reporting to the transunion bearus If they fill they can run ur credit without authorization I fill that’s theft and breach ov contract I asked for documentation that there reporting to the bearus there response was we at County Car Credit Can not release that info ok then we’ll I guess these wanna be hustlers can break the law and get away with it I have lost 2 battery’s do there negligence ov not understanding don’t judge a book by its cover so if u looking for a good vehicle stay away from these snakes they will sell u a dream but they will take u for ride u not willing to go on so my advice stay awaya from these snakes go anywhere else butt to Ez Rent A Car aka County Car Credit they lie cheat and don’t conduct business in the right manor also they have a device on my vehicle that’s why I lost 2 brand new battery’s

Called to see if they had any other locations. Man on the phone was extreamly rude and wouldnt even let me finish my question. Our phone call was less than one min. Wouldnt even listen to the questions I had. So rude i wouldnt dream of renting from them!
