Tiffany has always responded to our requestsin a very professional and timely manner.
As a carrier provider, I called to find out if they had the capacity that was needed to receive the 3 loads that day that I was to bring to them. The owner cussed at me and accused my driver of lying.. I had politely asked him the question so that we could plan our day properly. I am not sure where the Owners rage came from. Unfortunately, the other reviews confirm this is the normal unprofessionalism to expect from this company.
Everything is changing for the best under the new ownership. Extraordinary customer service is provided. Staff is amazing!
I used Ray Hamilton Company to move some radio station transmitters - 2,000 pounds each. They communication throughout the process was fantastic - and the day of the move was incredible. They had a job I expected to take several hours done from start to finish in 90-min. The crew was on time, super easy to work with, FAST, and very professional. I couldnt be happier!

BEWARE...They will double broker your freight. In addition once caught the owner Jay demanded payment before he would let the 3rd party release the freight for delivery. Keep in mind this was 5 days after the freight was set to deliver and our customer reported the freight not delivered. In addition Ray Hamilton told us that this load delivered on time. This is the worst of the worst. Carriers like this need to be put out of business to better the carrier community. This comes from someone who has been in the business for 21 yrs DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU ARE OKAY WITH THE RISK OF FREIGHT NOT DELIVERING AND THEN BEING HELD HOSTAGE FOR PAYMENT. I would not let them pick up my trash.

This is the worst company to work for. They don’t Communicate with you until they want to. They will get you home ever think I stayed up for four months and I didn’t try to get him home Not once. They would never try to get you home for family emergencies they don’t care about your family. Also they don’t listen to you.they don’t listen to you When you tell them something. Hands down the worst company I ever work for. They are so big liar so don’t fall into their charm
We used Ray Hamilton for a small office move late April 2012. The crew was timely, proficient and very helpful as we tried to organize everything as we went. The service Ray Hamilton provided exceeded our expectations. We WILL use Ray Hamilton again in the future. Kudos!
I would advise to be very careful when contracting Ray Hamilton Company - Classic example of over promise and under deliver. I hired them to move my office and while I was informed that they would put a team of 10 professional moving experts I ended up with 2 people, expert at nothing. They were late, unprofessional and once the full team arrived - they were in a hurry to get the job done. As a result there was damage to my expensive office furniture and to the building. When approached with the damage claim the management stated that I was responsible for up to $5000 of damages. To add insult to injury the owner tried to say that there were additional charges that went above the original agreed upon amount. I asked some of my colleagues who had recently used Ray Hamilton if this was the norm - when mentioned the owner by name - many were not surprised at my mistreatment. This is a sloppily run, and unproffessional company; Go with someone else.
They leave their truckers out to dry if they break down! You cant get anyone to answer the ones when you are in trouble and then they pass the buck! They dont care about their people! Greedy and very unprofessional!
Finally a trucking company that cares about their drivers. I have been a trucker for 40+ years and this is the best company I have ever worked for.
Ray is one of the most unethical people weve ever dealt with. Refuses to pay his bills. Stay away at all cost.

Dont use Ray Hamilton. Was really fooled by their dishonest tactics. And they way they treat their poor employees. Look them up on Glass Ceiling before you accept a job there.
The owner is literally insane. He has huge bipolar swings. Make sure to quit on payday or you wont get you full paycheck.
Brokered a load to them, and the communication was above and beyond what I expected. I highly recommend them for specialized freight transit!

A man from this company crashed my truck in Houston and the company did not want to take over, then since I am Mexican the driver and the company were trying to scare me, according to them, very astute, saying that my driving that type of vehicle was illegal and their insurance It was overdue, the truth is, what an irresponsible and unprofessional company, if they dont take care of their problems, I dont want to imagine what kind of treatment they will give their clients.

2022-06-21I have been using Ray Hamilton for years and they always do a great job for us. Tiffany is my go to and she is always available to assist in any way she can. Her knowledge and communication has helped grow our partnership with Ray Hamilton and looking forward to future growth. Majority of our shipments go off without a hitch, but when there is an issue, Tiffany and I are working together to problem solve and help each other out in any way we can. I have used Ray Hamilton for truckloads, straight truck loads, lift gate deliveries, warehouse storage, time sensitive deliveries, local shuttles, NYC deliveries, etc... they are a great asset to have on our team!

2022-06-09When I need a Full Logistics company with all the bells and whistles to impress my customers I look to Ray Hamilton to fill my needs. They have been my go to especially for loads out of WI. Tiffany Destefano is on top of everything I throw at her. She is always quick to respond, very knowledgeable and helpful. If I need to make any changes to loads, she handles right away without issue. She is a pleasure to work with! I highly recommend Ray Hamilton if you need any transportation services!
