I placed an online order at 8:27 pm and received email confirmation that my order would arrive by 9:27 pm (which I thought was long but...ok). At 9:47 pm I called the store to inquire about my order. The person who answered was rude and unhelpful. She told me the driver had my order but provided no additional information about where my order was or when it would be arriving. Finally, after waiting an additional 30 minutes, I decided to call and cancel my order, figuring the pizza would be be cold by this time. I talked to an extremely unprofessional and rude male who informed me that my expectation of the pizza’s arrival was wrong, even though the email I received gave me this “wrong” information. I told him I still wished to cancel my order and he said “OK” and hung up on me mid sentence. I’m disappointed beyond words. I’ve never had such a poor experience and I’ve been a consumer here for years. Sad. I will find somewhere else to spend my money. Waste of time!
I was in town for work and stopped by the Euclid Ave location and had the best experience with who I thought was the manager.I over heard him giving support and coaching to his team and as a corporate trainer I want to celebrate both his customer service and competent leadership. I can tell he’s a passionate person and cares about his team.Salute!E. Jackson
Made a purchase they told me that I didn’t make, it’s on my transaction history for my bank, then puts me on hold for 30 mins in multiple intervals, finally comes back and tells me we aren’t accepting any orders. That’s why youre grown working at a pizza spot you can’t do anything right.So you take my money put me on hold at ten at night for 30 mins then tell me you aren’t accepting orders.Garbage.
An absolute joke. Plain and simple, ordered a large pizza and 10 wings on the website at 5:45 pm and received and email stating that the food would be delivered at 6:46 pm. After about an hour and 15 minutes had passed I called in to check on the order and was told that it would be at my house in 10-15 minutes so I waited and after 15 minutes and at 7:26 pm I called again to cancel my order and ask for a refund. The woman that answered the phone simply has no business working in customer service after asking me why didnt I just come pick up my food if I live down the street? When I told her that I literally was less than 2 miles from their location and couldnt understand what could possibly be taking so long. I will say however whoever answered the phone after the reject I had talked to previously had great customer service etiquette and issued my refund to me no problem. Pretty sad experience after being told nothing but great things about this place from my property manager at my new apartment. In a big city with a multitude of fantastic pizza places this one is doing nothing to keep itself in good standing with the public.
Placed order for takeout. Parking lot is tiny, and not well marked. Order was ready when I got there. Pizza was good. Italiano sandwich was good. Crispy boneless chicken with hot sauce was more like soggy chicken meatballs in low quality BBQ sauce. Waffle fries were soggy, though fries are difficult on takeout orders. Did not receive the Chef Salad. Probably will not order from here again.
Hands down the worst pizza I’ve ever ate. EXTREMELY over priced. It might be the worst food I’ve ever paid for. The garlic bread tasted like butter on a piece of cardboard. Really tried to give this pizza a try. God awful please don’t waste your money. This place needs to change recipe/their ingredients. How can you serve such awful tasting food for the price? When people say pizza is pizza it’s always good they’ve never tasted this. I apologize for the hyperboles but truly worst food I’ve ever purchased.
I love their BBQ wings, make sure theres enough sauce, I needed to revise my review, the last few times I ordered my wings, I asked for extra sauce, they went so overboard that today when I ordered my wings for football Sunday, I was afraid to ask, there was no sauce, customer service over the phone was horrible and inside of the store too, due to COVID-19 with the pick up lobby being so small there should be some safety measures set so that so many people will not be in the lobby at the same time! Im Not going back anytime soon!!!

This restaurant deserves 0 stars to be honest. I paid about $40 at this place and they didn’t even deliver.They lied and said they called my phone but they didn’t. Then they didn’t deliver a second time and my children had to be wait about 2hrs for a pizza that didn’t come. I had nothing prepared so I should get my money back in 3 business days but I will update if I do not get my money. I am so angry and I will never order from here again also I didn’t pick it up because why would I give you my money if you didn’t do you job correctly.
Placed an order online at 10:58 pm called right after to update my phone number guy said he updated the number and repeated it back to me. Received an email stating the food would be delivered at 11:56. 12:15 no food I call and call no answer keep calling and some girl answers and says thanks for calling we’re closed without even hearing me out and hangs up. I call back twice and the same girl answers again but this time i yell over her I’ve already placed a delivery order over an hour ago she puts me on hold and than a different lady gets on the phone and says the driver called my number and there was no answer. I never got a call but they always ring the bell for some reason this time they didn’t. I can spend my money in better places I can’t deal with the lack of customer service.
The doordash driver forgot our sub but the pizza and wings were so good we didnt care. Bigger, meatier wings than national chains and better pizza sauce and crust. Salad was nice and fresh. Hot items were delivered piping hot and cold items were delivered crisp and cool. Would order again.
My daughter and son-law ordered from here a couple weeks ago on August 1, 2020. My daughter is having a hard time eating any food after her experience here. My daughter sliced her tongue on a sharp piece of metal which hurt her back tooth, and found a a piece of someone’s hair attached to the metal. I would never recommend this place. The owner has not been sincere or reached out to her as he said he would. This place needs to be more thorough when handling food because this could of turned out to be more serious if my daughter swallowed that piece of metal. Very Risky Place to eat at!!!!!! It’s terrible I had to give them any kind of rating after what happened to my daughter. They deserve no STARS!!!!!!!!!!!
This place gets my orders wrong more than they get them right. They use so little sauce you might as well be eating cheesy bread sticks, and if you ask for extra its a crapshoot if you even get it Some of the staff are very nice, others are rude and dont care. Other locations are way better, but this Euclid one is pretty bad.
Found a piece of shrapnel in our pizza! My wife cut her tongue and hurt her tooth. The owner said he would get back to us with his insurance person and never did. After a few calls Neil still hasnt got back to us. We sent him the picture, and the manager even said it was from a scrub brush. This was bad and could have been worse. Only eat if your ok with metal in your food!
This is the WORST PLACE EVER! Rude service HORRIBLE cold food. I was understandable about them making a mistake. But when I had to wait another 45 mins after I had already had to wait an hr and half for food, it kinda makes you upset. Then they refuse to offer a refund. They just kept telling me your food will be at your door we were busy. Im a customer service worker myself, so if I am complaining something there is a serious issue, because I know how rude people can be, and I would never intentionally be rude to people. I was looking forward to my food here, and now I will never go back nor recommend this to anyone.
I will never order pizza from this location again! Ive order from here 3 times since I moved to Euclid ( I use to order from Maple hts. The BEST PIZZA EVER) this pizza had raw dough and it was so soggy I didnt even want to eat the toppings! IT WAS DISGUSTING AND FOR $19 OF MY HARD EARNED DOLLARS TOO! NEVER AGAIN
Beware never eat at Rascal House!!!!! 8/1/20 my husband, and I ordered a pizza I bit into a metal object, and hair. Metal object cut my tongue, and hurt my back tooth. I called right away to speak with a manager they offered me $10.00 off my next order with no apology. I was not happy!!! Neil the owner of the Euclid location lied to me telling me someone would reach out to me not once, but several times. I received one call from a lawyer that represents them he said he would call me back, and never did he also left me with no contact number. This place is no good.
Ive been going to Rascal House for a little over a year now. They have a fantastic rewards program, clean shop, and, of course, amazing food. I almost always get their Italian sub and quite honestly its the best Ive ever had. Not only that, but its consistently good. Ive never had a bad one. Their pizza is also quite good, though not the best. Their cheesy bacon breadsticks are to die for, however. Ive tried other various food items and been pleased. I will always be a customer of Rascal House.
This location is hit or miss. Either their pizza is exceptional, and when it’s food it’s fantastic; or their pizza is as soggy as a saturated bathmat. But for the price it’s a fair gamble. Not the best and not he worst. I recommend you ask for an extra long bake on your pie.
Service was slow And chicken not crispy as asked. They also charge extra for using a card instead of cash. When they make an error they wont give you a refund. This location of rascal house is horrible. I would not recommend anyone wasting their hard earned cash there. Ive been to other locations and I love them this one however is a joke
I had pizza from here when I first moved to Euclid almost a year ago and it wasnt bad. It had been a while and I was in a pinch and thought, Racal House wasnt bad, Ill pick that up. Boy do I regret my decision. I feel like something, or several things have changed. Or did my taste evolve? Did the bread change? The texture was not the same and it seemed under cooked. Did the sauce change? Way too many herbs in the sauce and it had an almost unpleasant sweetness that bittered on ones pallet. The cheese was also of poor quality, harkening back to a Pizza Hut like texture. The ONLY redeeming qualities were that pepperoni existed and I asked for it to be placed upon this poor excuse for pizza that I ordered. 1/10 for pepperoni, Im not coming back.
I have eaten Rascal House pizza for many years off and on. I ordered several months ago and got a bad order of wings but the manager took care of me without a problem. So I ordered again a few months later the pizza didnt taste good at all Im disappointed at this point.
Awesome this is the only location that cook the pizza at a full time and the way i remember from back when i was a kid keep Chardon rd location alive because they rock great customer service not a long wait time .Fresh prompt and friendly thats what u call good business.woukd of had a pic but my kid ate it so fast there wasnt nothing to post .😉😉😉😄😄😄😄thank i management because i was about done with Rascal due to failure at other locations .keep up the Great work..
If I could give this location 0 stars I would the smart mouths an attitude is ridiculous from the employees. The managers they choose truly don’t need to be managers. They pick and choose when they want to deliver. I only have this problem with this location. I talked to the store manager and you can tell that he doesn’t really care. They really are going down hill
Rascal house has got on my last nerve. This is the last straw. Out of 10 orders they get 8 of them wrong. One time I asked for 3 chocolate chip cookies and they called and said they didnt have any but they can give me peanut butter. When I received my order it was oatmeal raisin. One time I ordered a $9.99 medium pizza with nothing but cheese and by the time I got the pizza it was cold and stale.Another time, they gave me boneless wings even though I asked for the traditional wing dings and just today, March 22nd 2020 I asked for WING DIPPERS and they gave me wings with no fries yet they gave me ranch for it and also gave my mom tiny boneless wings. They might as well have been McDonalds chicken nuggets and whats crazy is the boneless wings cost $6.49 and they look like NUGGETS
Today is March 23, 2017.Really terrible service. I live 2 minutes down the street and they told me about 45 minutes. I ordered my Pizza and wings at 10:21 p.m. and I call back at 11:25 p.m. to ask about my order and the woman that answered said its been busy your order will be leaving out in 5 minutes. Its 11:45 p.m. now and still nothing. This has to be the worse service ever, will not recommend this to anyone. I dont even want the food anymore.
So, tonight was my first time getting food here. Ordered pizza for delivery, got here on time and the service experience was good. Theyd be getting 4-5 stars IF the pizza dough had actually been cooked all the way, but it wasnt. A couple of pieces were at least partially cooked through, but the rest of it was inedible. At least the cheese breadsticks were cooked? Like, there is definitely a difference between doughy/chewy and uncooked pizza and they crossed it. Ruined what wouldve otherwise been a very good pizza (yummy sauce, crunchy crust, solid amount of toppings).I paid $30 and all I have to show for it is breadsticks, a 20oz pop, and a whopping total of TWO edible slices. Cant speak for the rest of their food, but I definitely wont be getting pizza here again.

2022-05-05I asked for my wings to be fried hard. They were not and there was barely any sauce on them. I ordered 2 belly buster pizzas then called back to order 2 more. Same exact order but was charged 5 dollars more for one of the orders. Nothing was done to compensate me. I was told there was nothing they could do. I was disastisfied with the service. The actual pizza was very good tho.

2022-04-21Ordered on line around 4:30 for delivery at 6. Called at 7 to see where my pizza was.Ot finally arrived ar 7:15 and they gave me a 2 liter of unch for being so late. I live up Chardon hill and couldve walked down, made my own pizza and walked back home in less time then it took them to deliver my pizza over an hour late.

2022-05-19I ordered on 4/26. 2 hours later, no food. When I called the employee was rude and condescending calling me boss man. I asked to be refunded. The charge was pending but I sent an email to the company to ensure it didnt clear. Well it did. No reply email.BEWARENow I get to call the credit card company and dispute. Rascal House owes me $42.02.They did refund the money after 48 hours.
