TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE! Zero starsThere were mouse droppings on our bed and pull put sofa. Room reeked of cigarette smoke. Dirty, outdated.When I mentioned to front desk. They were annoyed. Said they didnt have anything else for us and we could leave. It was 2am I had two kids!! Hotels in area completely booked due to 3 major events.They then opened up another room that was out of commission shower didnt work in that one. I asked They have someone clean the first room and change bedding so we could at least sleep for the night, They acted like I was crazy!I spoke with the manager and she was rude and disrespectful and I think the young guy in front was her son who cried to her. Horrible customer service, horrible cleaning, horrible attitudes, very bad experience on so many levels.
Positive: The location was good; close proximity to all of the places we wanted to go and see. The staff was very friendly and the hotel was clean. Negative: The pool and whirlpool were closed for an unspecified length of time, the parking lot is riddled with large potholes, in our room the shower curtain rod was hanging down, and the bottom of the tub felt like there was no floor beneath it.
Jacuzzi is a hole in the ground covered with 2x 4s, plastic, and a cone!!!Tripadvisor and AirBnB travelers- beware of the discounted travel experience!Good housekeepers though, so too bad the cleaning tip was negated by outdated pics online & the 3rd night reservation due to USFL event at HOF.
Most awful stay afternoon staff man was a complete jerk he was just rude when you asked him questions had no room ready even tho booked 2.5 weeks b4 hand the whirlpool had brown stuff coming out of it couldnt use it towels and wash cloths totally brown stained and disgusting then when tried to get a resolution for a refund was told since u stayed in the room we are doing nothing for you ruined my anniversary night since we did not try to use the ammendities til almost 11p we didnt wish to get moved and they said we should have complained and move to a different room I dont think so its late and just want to relax then they were under construction which I was told nothing about it smelled in there and then you couldnt use the pool or hot tub all around experience awas awful general manager was rude when I spoke to her said I would not be back and she told me thank you im glad I do not want you back. Seriously not a way to do business very unprofessional in every way so thank you for a horrible visit
I would give zero stars if I could. Eric at the front desk is very rude!! I paid through Expedia so I had no idea the pool was unavailable. When I arrived it seemed like the guy working was new and knew nothing about checking in or out, and wasn’t getting any help. I literally handed him my id and card and he gave me the room keys which one didn’t work. When we arrived to our room the heat didn’t work, the toilet wouldn’t flush, vending machines weren’t taking our money the ice maker was out and the mini fridge was hot. I should have complained at that point. We went down to the pool because we were not informed it was closed. My daughter got in and everything and I noticed no one else was in there and it wasn’t lit up like it was supposed to be. So I got to the front desk that’s when I was informed of the pool being closed. Maybe lock the door or post a sign saying so would have been professional! I was there maybe an hour if that before I checked out. Eric told me to contact Expedia for a refund then denied it through them and was very rude to both of us and even hung up on us. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone or anyone be assisted by Eric.
Positive: We found rotten fruit behind the night stand, The morning we checked out we couldn¿t get the shower head to work properly and had to take a bath, the drains work. The person on the floor below is kept coming and knocking at our door saying we were loud Negative: See above
My stay was/is horrible booked on the website and it did not say anything about a remodel or that the pool was close due to remodel. Ice machine doesn’t work. On top of all that they put me on the floor that is currently being remodeled and at the moment they are putting down new carpet which is very loud process nail gun going and a compressor too. Just a horrible experience
I didnt actual stay at your hotel, I cancelled at the front desk because the book date on your online showed it was for the date I walked in and was actually 10 days later. The front desk said they would cancel and credit my charge card, but it is 3 weeks later and the charge is still there. Called and no one at the hotel knows how to give me my money back nor does the main Wyndham customer care center. I will never stay at any Wyndham hotel again
Positive: Absolutely nothing it was the worst day Ive ever had. Negative: Room had paint stains all over the floor. All the molding was gone off the walls. There were holes in the drapes. You couldnt even turn around in the bathroom. It took the hot water about 20 minutes to reach the get warm. The sink water did not work.
WORST HOTEL IN THE WHOLE STATE! 1 star is a lot for this place. I stayed here because it was the closest and cheapest hotel to the airport but now I regret that everything went down hill really fast from staff that looked like they were sleeping in the back to people outside the hotel drinking and blasting music at 1-2am. I have never seen bed bug till I stayed Here I have never seen a 80s microwave till I stayed the facility is in really poor conditions I honestly don’t know how this place is open and functioning my room had a really nasty smell and it was hot, my bed was infested with bed bugs and the toilet and shower didn’t work properly. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME HERE!

Do not be fooled by the pictures online. This place is nothing like the photos. Our rooms (we had 2) smelled very musty. Rooms were non smoking. However there were a few rooms were when we pulled up they had their Windows open and were smoking which we smelled in our room. The furniture in our rooms were ripped and torn. The price we paid was not fair for the quality of the rooms. Seemed more like a paid by the hour kinda place... Except the lobby. The lobby was nice. Customer service was excellent. The gentleman at the counter was very professional and handled the matter quickly and efficiently.
So we drive 3 hrs to stay here. We paid for a king suite ahead of time. We go to check in and they give us a room. Its a king suit but not the one we booked. The room wasnt clean, paperplates on the floor catching the leaking roof and stains all over the mattress. We go back down to the front desk and they said they are fully booked. For the last 6 years we have stayed here and the pool is always closed and the hot tub is always broken. We have never had this bad of an experience besides the pool. The whole hotel smells like dirty feet. They give us another room even though they are fully booked and its a king room not a suite. I guess ill have to settle but this is the last time. Definitely will not be booking here anymore.
BEWARE..We booked 2 rooms, one for the kids and one for adults. The 2nd room was suppose to be across the hall from the kids. Check out is at 11, our room wasnt ready when we arrived at 3pm. When we finally got our second room, it was on the other end of the hall far from the kids because of a broken lock, so the kids bunked with us. The building and pool was absolutely disgusting. Food smashed into the carpet and the hot tub out of service, wrapped in caution tape. Our shower didnt drain, so we went down to our second room to shower. Rooms were non-smoking but both were musty and smelled like smoke. Smoke detector hanging from the ceiling, didnt work. Bathrooms so small you almost have to turn sideways to get in it if youre a broad guy. PICTURES ARE A LIE!! THIS PLACE IS TRASH.
The staff is very rude very unprofessional i was robbed for over $800 by a staff member.. the rooms are very disgusting and if you have any complaints youre definitely going to get backlash and some smart attitude. If you care about your belongings and your health I probably would choose a different Hotel
One of the worst hotel stays of my life. I’ve payed half as much for nicer dumps. A complete rip off. The advertising indoor pool was essentially in a lean to without heat and a freezing cold pool. Nothing works anywhere, the rooms look like they were recently renovated, but ran out of money halfway through, and not finished. The coffee machine in the room was filthy, there was no hot water for the shower. Save your money and go somewhere else.
Hotel is great, very affordable... needs a bit of updating, and you need to let the staff know you want your room cleaned every morning. BUT, all worth it be6of the personal customer service treatment Letrice is by far the most personable and accommodating people I have have met in any business. She alone makes staying here with it. Again, place needs some updates not gonna lie, but you are treated with great respect so still I reccomend it.
Staff was somewhat helpful with the constant key card issues. Rooms werent up to par for cleanliness. The microwave wouldnt even pop popcorn after 5 minutes. Ceiling in the bathroom was falling off (and it smelled in there from the moment wewalked in)and could see by the beds where it mustve done the same and it was covered. Pocket doors were off tracks so we couldnt close them. For how much we spent to stay here, I wouldve expected a bit better than what we received. There were also cops and rowdy guests almost every night we stayed.

Very disappointed.Room looked like it had not been updated in years. Air conditioner worked, but it looked like someone had hit it with a baseball bat. Same with the hair dryer.Shower did not drain well, curtains did not go all the way across ,water on the floor every time you took a shower.Curtains were falling off the rod on the window that looked out on their pot hole ridden parking lot.We are just coming out of a pandemic, that is understood, but they could have on their web site when you make your reservations that the maids will NOT be in your room if you are staying two or more nights. (my husband was told it was being done throughout Ohio) WRONG, we stayed in Columbiana OH in March of 2021, 3 nights, and someone came in daily to freshen up the room.Instead of a hot breakfast, we got a bag of carbs for breakfast. Again, nothing on the web site to warn us of this! Something could have been said when we checked in!Will not be back.
It was horrible I’m not trying to be rude I’m being honest. When I called I asked if my family and I could get in the pool and hot tub. After I checked in and went downstairs I was finally told the hot tub hasn’t worked in years. THAT WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE TO KNOW WHEN I ASKED. The pool had white stuff and bugs floating in it. Big bugs flying above us in the pool. I got in the pool and when I got out my legs were oily and it smelled. So I left but was told I couldn’t get my money back.
I do not recommend this hotel. Very run down and dirty. Shower did not work. Pool smelled strongly of mildew, no pool towels provided, mouse trap in the corner. No breakfast provided. When I checked in I was told because I had children if they received two complaints I would be kicked out and no refund would be issued. The elevator was very old and slow door did not open properly. Entire building smelled strongly of smoke.
Broken ice machine, slim breakfast, pool out of order, rude employees, cabinets falling apart, drain system is slowed, walls chipping and cracking, theyll run your card before checkout, they dont pay attention to whos actually going to the rooms, ventilation unit is falling out of wall, leftover food and trash from previous occupants, if we had known we would splurged for the extra 100 to stay elsewhere, but this was an unexpected trip and didnt want to spend 300 on a stay that wed only be at during the night, however having a two year old around some of these things is hazardous and they should be shut down until the rooms are back to code.
Horrible first room the puts us in. Had buggers all over the comforters blood on both bed sheets. They changed us to another room. The next morning realized that the room had no fire alarms in it. Then later in the corner of the bed found used condoms shoved in the corner on the mattress. Was told they had a third room they could move us to we could have as much time as need because we have six people to pack back up. There options were stay in the room still move or leave with a refund. We were pack couldn’t find another motel room for six so we asked for the other room. They said no it’s not available now. What do you want to do we can’t do anything about the condom. So we left. They then refunded the stay and then reversed it and will not credit the first night. So we had to pay more money to stay in a smaller room at a better motel further away
Well lets see where do we start go to the front desk got our keys and we couldnt even get into the door other Hotel. May need to update their key card systems. We got up to our room and we are greeted by a no-smoking room which is great because neither one of us smoke. However the first thing that hits you when you walked in the door was the smell of cigarettes. We get in and I always check the sheets oh, and there was a stain that look like doo doo on it. Of course I had somebody come and change the sheets and Im not so sure it was from the washer and dryer I dont know what it was. To be honest I dont feel that it was worth the money that we paid

The website did not state that the pool was appointment only and when I arrived I couldn’t even make an appointment. Plus no hot breakfast like stated on the website. I understand that hotels are still operating under Covid protocols but this should be alerted on the website and I know of other hotels that have the pool open and hot breakfast so I would’ve stayed somewhere else. Plus the bathroom smelled like urine. Will not stay at this place again if I ever have to come back to Canton
My husband and I stayed here last night. The room was okay. We stayed in one of the jacuzzi rooms. The hotel says it has breakfast.......THERE WASNT ANY BREAKFAST AT ALL. Not even coffee in the lobby areas. What was even worse was the hotel staff at the front desk was so rude. Didnt even say hello to me, look at me, anything. Soo unprofessional and uninviting. Wont be staying here again. Go somewhere else.
Costumer Service Wasnt great. While checking into my room which was previously reserved I was greeted poorly & I felt rushed & unwelcomed. The Room Was Not What I Expected at all for a $196 Suite plus $150 deposit in which I did get back. Only good thing about my experience was the jacuzzi tub inside the suite. But honestly I will never return. It just wasnt worth it. Ive stayed in better for less money. & the hotel could use a update.
Not a clean place. Mattress had old brown stains all over it front and back. My aunt and I went to the front desk and asked to speak to a manager a guy name ZACH said no and just stared at us. When we showed him pictures of the mattress Zach told us that’s “that’s what sheets are for” He was very rude to us and my little cousins had to sleep on the floor that night. I thought this company would be more strict on making sure this place is clean because COVID 19 is killing people but they don’t. We finally spoke to a manager and she accused us of being the kind of people that like to go around getting refunds.For breakfast they gave us brown paper bag lunch that had a muffin, granola bar and apple juice box.

Tried to switch rooms and the other rooms door looked like it was kicked in room 332 and didnt open with key card. Disappointed. Only giving this a one star because I cant give it any less.I am extremely disappointed with the service I had received at your hotel on 7/12-7/14. Upon arrival my family was given a room key that was not working(your staff very ignorantly told her she was doing this the incorrect way.) Since the room key wouldnt work after numerous attempts, you assigned us to another room. We entered this room to a disaster, blood stains on the couch, black dirt all throughout her bed, crumbs all over the floor, no toilet paper, out of order toilet and shower, dead stink bugs(2), dirt all over the couch matters, and more. We requested extra blankets, pillows, and towels and was told no because apparently the front desk isnt allowed to give out extra. I told the front desk about the issues and nothing was ever done about it. I am very disappointed in this hotel, I will never stay here again. I have tried looking for a corporate number/email and I have found nothing. $300 down the drain due to this hotel.
Such a beautiful place! This all suite hotel has a lot to offer. The sparkling indoor pool may tempt you to go for a swim. The breakfast bar was filled with a wide variety of tasty options. The room was so spacious, it felt more like an apartment than a hotel! All the employees were friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel if you’re in need of peace and quiet.
Positive: The pool is nice but a little cold Negative: My room was dirty there was chips all over the floor my bed had hair in it and made me itch my bathroom light went out staff could not fix it my phone by my bed the cord was broke my ice machine was packed full of ice could not use it.
Our room had an old sock from a previous guest in the closet and a soiled diaper in the trash can and gold fish crackers on the floor. Hot tub was out of order as were three ice machines. Had to ask for linens for the hide a bed. There was standing water in the bath tub due to the plug being in place and the bathroom had a funny smell. Housekeeping is terrible. There will be no tip for them. Front desk staff was not friendly. My sister, who also stayed here, was promised a half price discount by phone foe a single bed room due to a plumbing issue in her originally booked double room, and was denied the discount upon arrival. Do yourself a favor and stay elsewhere.
When I first got to the hotel in our room the room was a mess the floors had never been vacuumed... I was finding popcorn kernels earrings.. black stuff all the way around the floor in the bathroom, I just scrub the bathtub before my kids could take a bath.. had to wipe the sink area and the cabinets cuz they were sticky all over in that area of the kitchen.. they did come and re vacuum.. 2:00 this morning when I got up there was a cockroach on the wall... I have pictures of all of this.. then no where on the web page does it say theres no hot breakfast I could have gone someplace else and a little hole in the wall and paid less if I wanted to come in and clean it myself....and have to go out and get breakfast I will never be here again! No swimming pool either 😤
Clean, quiet and the jacuzzi tub was perfect for two ! A little pricey considering the tub was in the bathroom and not next to the bed or in view of a TV but worth it none the less, for a little a get away from home for my boyfriend and myself. But we had a good time :)
Not a good hotel for a family. The Deluxe King Suite was unbelievable small for the price. The pictures are very deceiving. The bathroom is the size of a broom closet and you actually have to sit on the toilet or step to the side of the toilet to shut the door. The bathroom placed in the center of the room is the size of two tubs and does not give any room to dry off or get changed. They tried to swap our room after the first was disgusting but the second was worse then the first. The whole hotel reeked of smoke and mold, the floors where dirty, the rooms had exposed switches just hanging off. Didnt stay for more then 15 minutes and they had the gull to charge us for 1 night then had to fight to get a half a day refund back because they think they did okay by trying to upgrade us to a hot tub room on the third try even though we are traveling with a toddler and that would not be safe for him. Im not done attempting to get a refund for the rest as they did not preform any service for us and we shouldnt have to pay when clearly the hotel was barley at any occupancy and our reservation wouldnt have caused someone else not to be able to stay here. Probably wouldnt have written a bad review if they just cancelled the reservation and refunded the whole amount without a fight.
I stayed here in Aug and Ive very late on my feedback. We came for a football championship game and to go to the museum. The location of the hotel was great. The staff was accommodating and wonderful especially with the shuttle service that they provide. Malachi and everyone else was great. The front desk staff ( Im so upset i forgot names ) All that worked during that time were very professional and pleasant. The other shuttle guy was very helpful. The service was 5+ stars but the rooms are horrible. They are small and outdated. Not very well maintenance or cleaned but if they remodel the rooms this would definitely be a winner.
Came for business for 3 days. Staff was incredibly rude and even accused me of smoking by phone without even checking the room. I let Marge yell at me over the phone without saying a word just so that I could write this review. I wish I could see her face after finding out that I indeed had not smoked. Cleaning staff was loud every day laughing and talking in the hallways. They were so loud that they could be heard on my conference calls. Furniture in the room was torn and outdated. This is more of a motel than a hotel. Awful experience.
Very nice rooms. The pool is closed every time I stay here but the worse part about that is i call ahead of time to make sure the pool is open and they tell me yes. When I get here to check in its closed. I feel like they say yes to get people here. If it wasnt for that I would give it 5 stars.
My room was very clean and well appointed, the check-in was spot on, Cristy at the desk was very pleasant with a warm smile. This was my first visit and I plan to stay here again. Comfortable bed, big pillows was after a long drive most welcome. The complimentary treats were varied and tasty. A VERY GOOD value.
The stay here wasn’t very pleasant. We were woken up at 4 in the morning with people fighting and screaming in the hallway. The night crew did try and stop it but it started back up a half hour later. We also signed up for the pool and there were people using it that night but the morning worker said the pool was closed and has been for weeks. Very mistreated by them and he was very rude and would not work with us.
Deep potholes in drive, sheer in room split, carpet is dirty. Promised breakfast to go nowhere in sight. Clean towel request given to front desk not on housekeeping list the next day as promised. List could go on. Will return to Canton later this summer and fall but definitely will not stay at this Ramada
We had come from another hotel and felt immediately better walking into the lobby. When we saw the room, we were equally pleased. The place was well lit, in a good location and the price was affordable. The complimentary breakfast was good and it stayed open for a decent amount of time (for all of us late sleepers). The staff was very nice too. If were to ever return, we will stay there again.
Wanted to share a night with my loved one. 2/16/2019 Checked in to a room with that wasn’t Clean correctly. I can say this much, they did correct that issue. Unfortunately once we woke up to checkout, I went to use the complimentary mouthwash and it was not change from the previous user of the room. This is why I will be giving this hotel only 2 stars.
This rating is to high for this place. The service of the staff was good enough. We get there and they put us in a room that smells like piss at the head of the bed and none of the beds had bed bug covers on them, yet they claimed they were new.Like I said the staff was nice enough and they moved us into a room just up the hall way. It was just the same as the room before. A very dated yet visually clean 2 room space with no bed bug covers and what looked like body fluids on the dust ruffle. At least there was not the smell of urine. It did however have a window of which could be opened up from the outside.However in exchange for moving we got grand central station from the time we checked in at 330pm or so until almost midnight. This was 9nly because the gentleman who was at the front desk closed down the poor which was at the end of the hall the opposite way.This is not a place that I would ever go back to unless they get some sound proofing stuff to make it sound less like a low rent apartment.
This is by far the worst hotel I have ever came encounter with. The staff is very disrespectful from the management an down. Besides the roaches an bed bugs the carpets smell of dampness there is black mold in the air conditioning units an the showers are not clean. For the rooms to be so much the rooms need to look a lot better. The pool is always cold An the water looked to b very dark. I have called the health department because never out of all the hotels I stayed in came across such. I hope you guys really get it together.

We had to switch rooms because our non smoking room was full of smoke. Then they put us in a smaller room than we booked. The pool area was full of unsupervised kids and was considerably unclean. We decided not to swim. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was above average even though the juices were warm and not on ice. Overall, for the price we would most likely not stay there again.
Good hotel, nice location just off the highway. The location has many good restaurants a drive away. The rooms are big, with an attached kitchenette and a small dining table, with a microwave and a mini-fridge, just perfect to have a dinner or lunch. The breakfast is very basic, maybe better to buy stuff from Walmart and bring back to the hotel for eating. The bed was comfortable, the parking is easily accessible from the ground floor. The parking area though is quite big.
The rooms are okay... The beds are comfortable and there is a small microwave and mini-fridge... But the bathroom is very small and tight... The toilet is right next to the bath/shower... You cant even dry off in there comfortably... Plaster had fallen off of the ceiling onto the bath and floor... Also the elevator smelled like smoke... And the parking lot has numerous pot holes in it... Would not recommend.
I loved staying here over the weekend. We had a great time! We stayed here over the weekend and there was a snow storm! (We love the snow)We came here to have fun in the snow and to go to the NFL hall of fame.They have a shuttle to and from the hall of fame for free which I think is amazing! They also have breakfast for free which isnt bad. They have eggs, sausage, waffles, cereal, beagles, juice, milk, and fruits.The room was very nice. We got a suite and we got it for a great price. No bed bugs here like someone else had mentioned. There was no mold either. The bed was very clean and everything was up to date except the Jacuzzi tub. The suite had two TVs, and it was 3 rooms total. (Living space, bathroom, bedroom)The living space had a nice red couch, table and chairs, TV, sink, fridge/freezer, and coffee pot.The bathroom has a stand up shower and jacuzzi tub.The bedroom had a nice comfy king sized bed with a TV, dresser, two bedside stands, and a closet.All in all we enjoyed our stay and would most definitely come back! We love this hotel. Its a great price for anyone! The suite was $300 for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday and that includes taxes. Thats a great price for a 3 room suite near the NFL hall of fame on a weekend!!Now I am sure prices may vary, but Id much rather stay here! The regular rooms were around $89 which is a great deal as well. This a great place to bring the kids! The pool was warm considering how cold it was outside!Thanks for the great experience! We will be back!
I called for an hour to confirm my reservation. No one answered. When I got there no one was at the front desk I waited for an half hour before I had to walk through the hotel to find someone to check me in. When I got to the room, it wasn’t the room that I paid for, the room stunk, and the table and counters were dirty. They promised a hot meal online but gave us a meal that you wouldn’t even bother giving to the homeless. The black lady who checked me in was rude saying she’s been watching the counter when that was clearly a lie and she just put me in any ole room. I will never go here again or recommend. The photos online are false advertising.
If I could give it zero I would. Morning staff at the front desk was very polite and professional. He answered all my questions accordingly. Housekeepers were friendly in the hallway and one very nice lady let me in my room when my key was not working. My spouse and I went to go outside to exit the hotel for the evening and I asked for suggestions on where to eat and the front desk lady I believe her name was Latrice suggested bubbas 33. Seemed so nice, when I got back from dinner and walked into the hotel all I smelt was marijuana. When I asked why it smelt so bad I got instant attitude and could smell some sort of alcohol coming off of her breath. Another worker ( maybe maintenance) was standing around talking to her. I had overstepped and heard them speak poorly about the hotel and their jobs. The information I had gathered and seen as well as the pictures I gathered I will be reaching out to the BBB. I read previous ratings on a few sites and management needs reconstructed or some major training.
Well upon arrival the desk clerk seemed to not know what she was doing so it took at least 20 mins. I went into my room and checked it out was dimly lit and someone old food was left in the refrigerator. I needed extra towels and attempted to call the front desk and the phone didn’t work. When I went to the front desk to get more towels they told me no due to the fact you only get one wash cloth and dry towel per guest, it was three of us. They didn’t want to give extra pillows or blankets. Needless to say my family and I checked out the next morning. I would never go back to this establishment. Horrible service
Made reservations on the corporate site. Showed up at the front door after a long day of travel and work. They wanted $150 CASH deposit just to check in. Was not informed of this prior to arrival. To make matters worse, there were deposits just sitting on the front desk where anyone could grab them when the clerk was away.
Rooms are ok. Front and housekeeping staff are VERY VERY RUDE! I asked for a later checkout and I guess the front desk did not inform housekeeping. When house keeping got to my room the knocked one time then immediately opened my door I was in my room with no clothes on getting dressed!!!! I’ve worked at multiple hotels that is NOT protocol you knocked and listen then knocked again. When I informed the front desk of what happened the lady as soooo rude and said will idk what you want me to do. Will never be back I am in shock.
You get what you pay for, we have been here twice and the convenience of the indoor pool while being right off a major road was nice. However, they dont clean the rooms very well and I even had ants in our room when we first checked in but they sprayed the next day which took care of the ants. Theyre breakfast bar could be better and the hotel could be better staffed.
Marjorie and Kristi/Krissy saved the day! While me and my family was winding down and enjoying the television in a very freshly cleaned room from a long day, we was listening to some banging noise coming from above us. Sounded like a Royal Rumble! So around 1040pm we got a call from the manager that they received a complaint and if they received another call we was getting kicked out. After saying this to my wife, the manager hung up on her faster than a marathon sprinter!. I called back explaining we are pretty much all as quiet as a church mouse, but she quickly came back insisting we was the wrestlers and said she felt the vibrations on the wall 😂. I then said our microwave was broke. Her response was, NOTED, with a pronounced hang up of the phone. After the past few years going to Ramada or any hotel/motel/inn, I have never been so disrespected for literally doing nothing wrong. The only reason I am giving 5 stars is because of Marjorie and Kristi giving us the hospitality that everyone deserves. After having a horrible time sleeping for the fear of the phone ringing and I literally was afraid to flush the toilet for fear of being thrown out, I had a nice conversation with the, I believe to be, Head Manager Marjorie and Kristi. They was very compensating with us and is very much appreciated. Over the years of staying at this specific Ramada, I have always given a good review after each stay. Besides their one worker that obviously had an issue that night, the goodness remains the same..... Eric Lowe and family.
Nice place to rest, my kid enjoyed the pool. The hot tub jets were very super powered but other than that it was nice. The room was clean, and warm. But, one of my sliding doors were jammed so I couldnt shut my door for more privacy. And there were gym hours, 9pm ugh! Ive stayed in many hotels and this is the 2nd one in 3 months that has had gym hours. We work on the road so sometimes Im forced to work out late. Im sure my working out in my room would have disturbed someone. This was an inconvenience. Other than that we enjoyed our stay at the Ramada.
First time visting this hotel. Was offered three rooms due to unsanitary condtions, no hot water available when needed. All while were in a Pandemic. Marge Thompson was nonchalant with issues regarding the hotel, Malachi Bryant didnt have a clue on hospitality protocol. I wont visit again.
Needs a lot updating was run down. Room had a really wierd smell.. and the other guests were so loud you could hear them through the walls and ceiling. You could hear people slamming doors and running up and down the hall all night long. Breakfast was good in the morning and the staff working there were really nice. But Ill pay a little extra to stay somewhere nicer next time.

The location was perfect for all of our travels in the city and the restaurants nearby were excellent! Thank you for being exactly what we needed and taking such good care of us.
Worst hotel ive ever stayed at. They have roaches and bed bugs, the rooms are NOT properly cleaned. Used condom in my bathroom trash can. No hot water to shower. The staff was useless, they will hire anyone to work the front desk. All I smelled my whole stay was weed and cigarettes. I thought I was booking a nice hotel and this was the worst ive ever seen. WASTE OF MONEY GO ELSEWHERE.
Rooms are older and a bit dated and the air in the rooms is very humid. Location is decent with the ability to walk to several resturaunts. My first experience was not the best coffee pot was never cleaned still had old coffee pouch in it. Good for a quick overnight nothing more.
Hotel staff is very friendly, vip guests get a snack and choice of beer on arrival, rooms are the only reason not for 5 stars. Its just an older hotel and rooms are pretty old. Breakfast was decent. A good amount of plugs in the rooms but not really a desk to work on. Wouldnt mind staying here again. There are a lot of things around the hotel to do and places to eat.
Using my Wyndham points I booked a room for 2 nights. Everyone was very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed (extra sheets and covers for the pullout). The room seemed to be clean for the most part. We found a baggie with cereal in the cabinet and the floor could have been cleaned better. Plastic clips from clothing on the floor by the bed.
We had a mother and daughters weekend and stayed at your hotel and it was really good. The beds were a little firm for me but Mom slept like a baby. Breakfast was plentiful and really good waffles! Even better when I had left my flip flops and had to retrieve them the staff were so kind. Thank you.
Parking Lot was full of pot holes and the carpet was dingy and smelled of mold. The management staff can basically do what they want including making you sign a paper that allows them to throw you out for no good reason. The mattress were old and everything about this place just seemed unsafe.
Hotel is very dated. Multiple people in my group had trouble getting in the rooms with key cards. Smelled musty when I entered my room. It is pretty roomy with a living room area with couch and TV along with fridge and microwave in addition to the bedroom. Because of this, the shower is in a small closet, very difficult to get in and out of without rubbing against the walls and door. The first night the heater unit squealed and kept me up, second night in new room had newer unit that was good. There wasnt really a work desk for my labtop but kind of a circular dining table about three feet accross. All in all, was an OK experience, staff was nice and rooms we kept up with, but just old and grungy. Breakfast was OK.
Clean rooms, sparklong bathtub, modern updates, friendly staff, nice variety for their continental breakfast. But... Its been a loooong time since I had a sponge bath. Nice hot water but the latch to make the tub turn into a shower was nowhere to be found. I tried tilting the tub water adjuster thingy up, down, side to side, in and even out - nothing. Its clear the to.has been updated because of the evidence of calcification on that shower adjuster. In the tub the metal thing on the side has a space for a left right latch but no latch, so... No overhead shower. Good thing Ive camped before.Again, clean and friendly staff.
First off, the location is great in terms of restaurant selection with in fairly easy walking distance. I recommend Pappa Greeks and the supreme gyro. Free breakfast is always a plus. Cereal, waffles, breads, eggs, etc. Basic but appreciated. There rooms are okay. My bathtub was very slow to drain and had lots of standing water in it after a shower. There was mold inside the water temperature control thingy. Obviously its been there awhile and there is some kind of leak inside. Not a big deal, but certainly detracted from the quality of the room. Bathroom was smaller than a closet with the door bumping on the shower curtain rod. Very tight quarters. Staff is super friendly and helpful, however.
This Hotel is dated but functional.. I actually liked staying here but if youre having anything other than cereal and coffee for breakfast go to Perkins.. The continental breakfast is left wanting. Moreover, the ant trap that I noticed in our bedroom was a little alarming. Quite frankly the only reason we stayed here is because the Holiday Inn was booked solid , which is completely renovated and less expensive.
I stumbled out of bed to find something to drink, and got a false police report filed on me because I forgot my mask.She called the cops when I requested a refund, and claimed I was assaulting her. (For asking do a refund)as she was telling at me outside of the building telling me to put a mask on. No masks are required outside the building yet the craziest manager kept screaming at me to put come on.Stay away from this location if youre forgetful like myself.When offering to get my mask and out ut on was not enough to calm her down and stop her from what she did to me
I made reservations almost two months in advance, so I called a few days prior to my supposed stay just to make sure everything was in order, the manager was very rude. The day of my actual supposed stay they called me with an issue with my card Because I forgot the card I originally used I had to replace. Again the same manager was very very rude. So I decided to book with a different hotel in which we were treated amazingly even paying more for what we would’ve originally paid I didn’t mind because we were treated courteously and everyone was a lot friendlier. I’d never book at this hotel again, I was even warned prior to booking from a friend but I didn’t listen.
Not a pleasant stay, but would do in a pinch.The hotel is aged, and you can tell by the layouts of the rooms and how loud/creaky the walls and ceiling were. But the biggest issue was when the wife and I were first settling in, we found a stained dress tucked into one of the bed tables. I know sometimes people can be in a rush to get things cleaned, but this was a little much.We ended up staying for the night and leaving the next day to find another hotel.
I only stay here because its where our airline puts us. The rooms could use some serious updating to the 21ist century but they are always clean. The staff is super friendly and are always eager to help. They deserve five stars but until they upgrade their rooms it will be a two.
Room could use some maintenance, we had a rusty, dirty, broken a/c unit which caused our room to be too hot. Rooms are outdated and kind of dirty, we had ants. Images of the suites show pull out couches, I assumed it was what I was getting but I did not. Lobby is nice, pool area could use some cleaning but is ok. Bring towels for swimming. Overall not pleased. Would not stay again even though it was cheap.
Worst hotel stay EVER! Bed was rock hard and we could feel the springs when we layed on it One side of our king side bed squeaked so I woke up every time I moved. Needs some serious updating in the room as well as the pool area. Booked for 3 nights but cancelled after the first night and moved to a nearby hotel for the rest of our stay. When I cancelled, they raised my rate for one night from $80 to $107. I will definitely never stay there again. If I could give zero stars, I would!
*BED BUGS*I would never recommend this Hotel to anyone. My boyfriend and I stayed here this past Saturday night. The room seemed nice, until we woke up to Bed Bugs!! There was one I saw crawling and smashed and then not even a minute later another one was crawling around. We got the front desk, he didnt even look at the bed he just said for situations like this they call a company and offered a different room. Needless to say this place has bed bugs and everyone needs to be aware. We both took pictures and a day later after calling a different branch ended up getting a refund that we are still waiting on.
The service here is horrible. We stayed here for 2 night and the service was horrendous. We were up until 3 am because apparently there was a 13 year old having a birthday party and the amount of noise coming from the rooms was ridiculous. Went and told front desk about it and she said she already gave them a warning and there wasnt much more she could do. Upon checkin, the guy who waited on us whom Im assuming is the manager had a horrible attitude. He was also very unprofessional. You say excuse me and he replies with yo. Wow! I dont reccomend this hotel.
I didnt even stay here their customer service was so terrible the lady had an attitude to moment we walked in the door, wasnt told about the 150 dollar deposit so we had to go to an atm and when we came back she said she canceled our reservation and we were told she couldnt book a room because it wouldnt be the same price. Will never go here again terrible
I booked online. Didnt notice that you had to be 21 to check in, they were kind enough to let me check in anyway despite me being 20. First room they gave me hadnt been cleaned so I went back and they gave me a clean one, no problem. Breakfast was great. Price wasnt bad. Perfectly fine hotel.
General Manager was rude and messed up our reservations. He deleted what i had booked online and made new rooms at higher rates. The Front Desk Manager was very helpful and extremely nice. If we wouldnt have had such a bad experience with the GM, we would have rated much higher, but his people skills were not up to GM standards in my opinion.
Ive stayed at this hotel over a 100 times to let my kids swim in their pool, and I use the hot tub. At least 50% of the time the hot tub is closed or Ice cold, so much that I have to call and ask each time before I book. I have had 5 bathing suits get bleached from sitting in their hot tub. Which leads me to finally write this review, that I wanted to write after my last terrible stay, but I just stopped going.We arrived June 27th at 1pm, the hot tub was ice cold, told the front desk, they said someone would be down and they never came. Them around 6pm checked it again and it was warm enough to get in but not hot. Stayed in until 830 while my kids swam, my daughter kept complaining her eyes were burning in the hot tub so she couldnt even stay in, then 830 my bf tells me when i stood up that my bikini bottom that was black was now see thru because the chlorine decinegrated/ate thru the black outside covering, I had my son get me a towel and covered myself and immediately left the room changed, then I noticed the bottom of my top where I was under the water was bleached, my boyfriends trunks were bleached and his black boxers under his trunks were bleached orange, and took my swimsuit and the boxers to the front desk, they said come back when you check out.Marj at the front desk tells me, I dont believe you that MY hot tub did this to your bathing suits - as Im passing a maintence man with a sign that says the hot tub is down - Marj says its down to check the levels, In all my stays they check the level by coming in while your in the water and dipping the viles in the water and checking it, then they leave. This was 15 hours AFTER I notified the front desk that there was a problem with the chlorine level in the hottub. She also refuses to check the camera where you can see what happened in the pool room, me walking down the hall to the pool in my bathing suit that is NOT destroyed or see thru - and also refuses to put a black shirt or fabric in the hottub for 2hours to see it bleach the shirt like it did our stuff.Just offered me 50% off a future stay - AFTER calling me a liar and realizing how much I have stayed there in the past year and half - that I have to book thru the website at full price - instead of thru priceline where I already pay less than half off for the stay.As for my $100 Victoria secret bikini - its ruined.My boyfriends $25 trunks - bleached but he can still use them.So dont expect a HOT, hottub - and dont take a valuable swimsuit with you to this hotel, chances are likely it will get ruined in the hottub.
Wouldn’t waste my time again! There are many other options in the area. Room was filthy, the place hadn’t been dusted in months. Double charged for the room, 2 days later having to dispute through my bank. They refuse to let me talk to anyone but who was at the front desk. No breakfast or pool which is advertised online.
Short drive from the airport, a shuttle is available to and from if necessary. The rooms are updated, as well as the lobby and breakfast area. The staff is very polite and very helpful. Plenty of walkable food options in the area, with even more just a short drive away. WiFi speeds are good enough for streaming.
My wife and I stayed here for our wedding night 26 years ago before flying out of CAK for our honeymoon. It was Best Suites back then. We had a Jacuzzi suite back then and got a Jacuzzi suite this time. It was great! The room was clean. The bed was very comfortable and we loved the pillows! The front desk was great. Brandon was super at check in and the girl at checkout was great. We would recommend this hotel if you are staying in the Canton area. Great breakfast bar. I used to travel for 10 years and stayed in 100s of hotels. This one was great.
Bought room last minute for a nearby wedding, saw there was a shuttle out front, and asked for a ride to a local golf course where wedding was being held. I was taken there without delay. I then asked how I would arrange a ride back, I was informed shuttle runs until 2 am, and all I had to do was call the front desk. Super easy! Very fast! I would recommend Ramada! Thank you.
I didn’t even stay, I accidentally booked this room thinking I was booking it for Canton MI where I stay and I booked it for Canton OH. Upon realizing my mistake I called the hotel and he said he would cancel and I would not accrue any charges, I look at my account and they charged my $170! $80 more than the original price of what I even booked the room for. I called back and this lady is going back and forth with me trying to tell me they didn’t charge my account that amount when I’m looking at my statement. Instead of refunding me whatever the amount was she keeps going back and forth with me and not understanding why I’m frustrated. A hotel I didn’t stay at 3 hours away that I called and cancelled ahead of time and my card still got charged almost $200. This incompetent lady kept stating “I’m the front desk manager” like that means anything up to me. The woman was just a house keeper last week.
No matter how good the pics look. The place is a dump. I walked in to my room & it smelled as if someone had been smoking in there forever. Called the front desk & was told they dont have any other room. This hotel is no better than super 8. Lobby is renovated but, rooms are old, dirty & smelly! I would stay away from this hotel!
The hotel staff are the only redeeming aspect of this hotel, they are very friendly and try their best to help you have a nice stay. Other than that the hotel is dingy, musty, outdated, old, located in a rather odd out of the way location. The rooms dark and mostly brown and depressing, and the mattresses have quite a bit of sag in them. All in all there are much better, newer, and nicer hotels available in better areas, just go there.
This was the worst hotel I have been to. The manager Latrece was beyond rude and unprofessional I Can’t even believe she was an employee let alone a manager she lacked the most basic of skills such as customer service. I’ve read reviews and seen her namelisted multiple times. She accused and harassed us of bringing outside guest in the hotel because we were chatting with another African American family who were also guest of the hotel. She was unapologetic and very rude when I responded to her false accusations and then boasted that she can get anyone escorted off the property as her discretion. Not only did she have myself and my small 3 children escorted out the hotel at 11pm at night she went in to brah that I will not receive a refund. I have never seen such unprofessionalism by anyone ever and it gives Ramada a very bad name.
We chose this hotel because the pictures on their website made it look like a really nice place, along with the shuttle service to the Hall of Fame. The hotel left us stranded at the Hall of Fame and it was closing time, we called for over an hour asking for the shuttle. They told us they had gotten ahold of the driver and he would be there, 30 min later still wasnt there and then they said they couldnt get ahold of him. We asked for a call to keep us posted and they couldnt even do that. Even after explaining that the place was closing, only thing they said was sorry. After we finally got a ride from the VP of the HOF, the driver finally showed up at the hotel, not even to pick us up.The next day, the manager couldnt keep his story straight as to what time he had left, but gave us a free night to use within a year. Also the hot tub was colder than the pool, someone called for maintenance to fix it, they sent a guy down who turned the lights on, felt the water and said Im just the driver, I cant do anything. The next morning we were told it was fixed, which wasnt true because the water was colder than it was the night before. Of course the manager came up with a bs excuse for that too. The hotel isnt worth the stay, nice staff, but dont count on getting picked up with their shuttle service or enjoying a nice relaxing hottub experience.
I didnt even get to the stay, just trying to book a room was miserable. I dealt with a customer service agent on my first call and someone pretending to be a manager on my second. I have never seen such rude and obnoxious people in my life. People who dont want to do their job but want work force you to use the website to save them the trouble of dealing with a paying customer.

There was a miscommunication when I made my reservation a month in advance, but the hotel gave me a second room. They charged me for it though and said theyd give me a refund. I gave them 3 stars because I have yet to receive my refund. It was loud there at night but the staff was nice.
The pictures are misleading. Our room was dirty, carpet nasty, tub did not drain, smoke alarm haning by wires from the ceiling, no alarm clock, sparsley finished (couch but no end tables of coffee table) and door latch did not fit the door.When I first walked in to check in the lobby was clean and nice but that is where it ended. The check in clerk was ok. The check out guy was as rude as they come. He pretended to be some tough guy with an attitude when in fact he was an over weight chump that was miserable.Stay away from this hotel unless you can talk them into a $29 rate and can put up with the rest.
Check in is at 3. We were here at that time. They told us and the people in front of us to come back in 45 min because the rooms werent ready. Really?!?! Theyve had since check out at like 11:30. So we come back, get the keys and come to the room. Lone behold, housekeeping is still in here! I had a place to be at 4:30. With all these unnecessary delays, I was late....not good. Needless to say I will never stay at another ramada, especially Canton Ohio on Everhard Rd , nor will I recommend it to anyone!!! Lets hope breakfast is palatable.
Zero stars if I could. I stayed here for a school trip. Money was stolen from my suitcase in our hotel room, the man working the desk that night waved me off and didnt seem to care about over 100 dollars being stolen. Im doubting there was even an investigation when I reported it.
This is an older hotel which needs refurbishing. Also, beware if you book a room for 2 - they will put you into a room with one double bed and a sleeper sofa - simply unacceptable. The staff was not sympathetic b/c they get similar complaints frequently. Do yourself a favor and book at Holiday Inn Express - Belden Village.
My stay at the Ramada Inn was great. Thanks to Malichi who made my stay feel like home. I had a bad experience at another hotel in the area with police banging on my door at 5am with hands on gun looking for a robber whom they caught. They claim he was in the same kind of car I was driving. Imagine waking up to this. A nervous wreck I knew I had to get out of there. Malachi gave me the ok to check into the Ramada before the check in time. I am forever grateful for his kindness and compassion he showed me. He should be commended for his actions. Kudos and if I ever come back to the area Ramada Inn I will definitely stay here.
Completely unhappy with the stay ..the room was clean however the front desk attendant didnt advise us of the price just ran my card the room wasnt worth the price . the bed had blood on the sheets was told it was going to be around 86 and online it priced at 80 just wasnt worth the price will never go back

2022-05-22They told me I would have a King Size Bed, but its not. They said these were non smoking rooms. But there were clear signs of smoking in the bathroom. Other than that Great Room and clean. Also very pleasant at check in.

2022-03-18Heres a free tip: when families stay at your establishment, they intend to use the pool. So, if youre not going to update your website when you close it, which feels an awful lot like false advertising, be considerate and contact families ahead of time. My 3 kids kept their cool, because theyre awesome, but they were disappointed, and I was for them. One more thing; very few hotels end breakfast at 9, and if they do, they inform guests at check in, opposed to having a little sign taped to a wall in the breakfast area.

2022-05-10I just wanted a clean place to sleep for a good price and it did that. Basic lodging, not luxurious but nice and clean. Easy to find all the light switches, and the bedside lamps were easy to use, which isnt as common as youd think. Its in a busy shopping area with a lot of options for food nearby, might get noisy on the weekends but Im not sure.

2022-06-13This was one of the worst hotels I have ever been in. They said they had an indoor pool but when we got there is was closed completely. We booked a room with 2 beds and got a room with one bed and a couch. The front desk was not caring at all. The breakfast was available but poor. The room had so much damage that if it wasnt so late and I had known the area better,I would have left

2022-05-23This hotel gets without any and, if or but the best rating. Spacious rooms with a fridge, iron board and iron machine, TV, spacious bathroom, air blower, and you name it, it is there. Above all of that, a swimming pool and a gym. Wow I wish I have more days to stay. I certainly recommend this location to all friends and the public.One little advice to the management: Fix the potholes in the driveway and youre all set.

2022-05-22We were in the area for a pool tournament. It was one of the few times staying in a hotel since the pandemic. We were pleasantly surprised of the size of the rooms. They also had a refrigerator and a microwave. We will definitely be back when we are in Canton.

2022-07-04Not very clean. There is literally a pile of trash stacked in the hallway beside the Pepsi machine just down the hall from our room. It does not give you confidence in the rest of the cleanliness of the place. The hotel is in desperate need of updating.

2022-01-24Wouldn’t recommend! I contacted the day before to ensure there was a pool and hot tub available and they told me yes! Upon arrival they told me the WiFi was not available at the time.. then I get the kids ready to swim only for the pool to be available and hot tub blocked off which was a disappointment!! Someone used the last stocked towel so when I went to tell them they needed restocked the man at the desk said “ I’m not restocking them everyone can come get their own at the front desk” which to me was unprofessional also a hazard by allowing ppl to walk the floor with wet feet! We went up to our room and there were only two towels so I had called to see if room service could please bring a few more because I had a reservation of 6. He also told me “no” then a lady answered and was very nice and said she would bring some up but I told her I would come down and get them. Tv remote also wasn’t working. The man was rude and unprofessional but the lady was sweet! I would not recommend though!!

2022-01-08Room was very dusty, black mold on wall and around the baseline of whole room. Exposed wires in the bathroom and tv didn’t work. When we complained about the mold the told us they were just painting over it and then tried to say it smelled like weed in our room even tho we don’t even smoke. Paid for 2 nights and they said we only paid for one and refused refund even after we show receipt. Definitely don’t recommend this place at all.

2022-03-16Walls were mismatched colors. The air conditioner has bits of drywall littered within. Did not use air conditioning at all. And bathroom is very very small. For almost 100$ it was a last minute option I deeply regret. Also when i told the receptionist about the air conditioner, she actually tried to hand me a rag and cleaning solution like it was my job. Save yourself the headache and trouble.
