Ordered food asked the employee if mayo came on sandwich she said ever so politely I can make I without if you perfer. Brand new place on Belmont Avenue Liberty Ohio Youngstown just opened up. Traffic backed up in the turning lane from Youngstown to Liberty all the way down the road.. they are doing the best possible which is pretty decent for being new employees. We parked next door and walk to the pickup window, for as many people as were there in line it didnt take very long to get the food at all! You just have to be sure if youre asking for something special on it or off it you make sure you follow up on it. We had a spicy chicken sandwich the big chicken sandwich a half pound chicken tenders a big Buford and a Roadhouse BBQ Burger which has ranch on it also, I asked for no ranch and received it correct along with the 2 others free that they missed made first, a Kool-Aid slushie a peach mango smoothie and four apple pies. everything was to be expected it was good it was hot everything was fresh the burgers seemed like theyre free pouring the salt so EVERYTHING except the fries where quite SALTY the bacon was good on the sandwich, the peach mango slushie and Kool-Aid smoothies also where refreshingly good and not melted, the apple pies were like McDonalds used to be deep-fried but saturated in cinnamon and sugar which wasnt too bad but it was a little heavy for my liking overall the service with cashmere, our window servers, name was very polite smiling energetic friendly and helpful theyre still learning the menu but did a great job the food came out quick and hot everything tasted pretty good... Wonderful experience, the employees were very polite and accommodating. Detailed order and efficient service. Delicious food and beverages, not too long of a wait, but the place was busy, but that just means that they have good food for a fair price. I will definitely be back.
Terrible. Went through the drive thru at 2pm waited at the ordering board for 10 minutes.. Decided to pull around tobthe window to see whats up. No one was even in there.. I mean we couldnt even get a sign on the window?

This Restaurant has the worst service! Everyone I go there nobody greets me and then they hand me food with an attitude every single time! No thank you out anything. I deliver food and I will no longer delivery for this location due to the horrible service and close way earlier than listed. This store is not going to last long with these people working here! It doesn’t cost anything to be kind! I got to the window today while they were open. They had people in the drive thru as well and they tell me they can’t do my customers order because they are closed and shut the window in my face! My customers good should be ready when I get there notification, so why was it not waiting for me?
Spent 25 minutes in the drive thru. Ordered a Baconzilla and a small fry. Fries tasted like chicken. It was 8PM there was no one in the drive thru when I got there. First and last time for me.
They are loaded up. A lot to try my first time going there. I gotta go back for the cheescake sundaes and funnel cake fries.
We had a large order, so we had to move out the line and wait, that was fine. When we received our order we were missing an item. That was not right, Check your items before you leave the restaurant , its very important!
Food is good but the service not so much
Drive-thru can be busy at times with long waits, but totally worth the extra time. I get the sense that the waits are longer b/c the food prep is fresh. The burgers are amazing, but we really come back for the fries. Yum!
Cold food. Fries were not tasty at all. And burger was not all the way done. Sat in line for about 20 minutes and I thought the food would be fresh. Second time this has happened.

Experiences have really gone downhill lately... Kinda dont wanna come back after today. No cars in front of us but we waited in the drive thru almost 15 minutes and my chili dog got soggy. We had decided to eat out front so I just went up to the window to ask for a fork to eat it with. 2 workers just stared at me and ignored me until I walked away. My husband went up after he ate and had to knock twice before they would even acknowledge him. They defended the soggy bun claiming it was fresh off the grill when it was placed towards the bottom of the bag in the first place, refused to remake it or even refund the $2! So I didnt eat dinner tonight and paid money to be humiliated.
Terrible the manager and the whole team have the worst attitudes i cant believe some of them still work there they lose so much business cause of their employees..lol its funny

Worth a little wait every time. All their ingredients are well above fast food chains , no comparison. They have some expensive combos but they also have great 2 for 3 dollar deals . the chili is con carne but its full of ground beef and you wont miss the beans. Exceptional fries and the beef and chicken are quality, cooked and seasoned like they care that you will want to come back. And you will.
I was just going through the reviews to see if there was a change in hours or something like that. I know that they say theyre open until 3:00 and Ive stopped by twice, each time before midnight, and theyve been closed each time. Most recently tonight, I was there at 11:00 and even though there were people inside cleaning up, the lights were off and everything was closed up. Did the hours change because I actually have to drive kind of a distance to get there and was hoping I made it on time. Regardless, I still love the place and Ill still come back, I just need to know if I need to leave the house sooner.
Lines almost always wrapped around the darn building but if Im opting to get fast food from a burger & fry type joint Rally would be my #1 choice hands down might hafta wait a good spell for ur order but its worth it as foods ALWAYS fresh & hot when received

Open till 10pm? NOT. Get there at 845 and 915 two days straight sit in the line wait for someone to take the order. Of course they dont answer. I pulled up to the window to see whos there. 2 people in there laughing and carrying on ignoring everyone. 2 cars behind me waiting to order food beeping and wondering why things are taking so long. This place is the most unreliable rallys out there. Avoid. The other people on here complaining are totally right.
Was there last night for a App order. I pulled up 5 mins after I placed my order. They haven’t had it ready when I pulled up which I understand. Came to soon for a large order and they had customers. The service was not too bad. The food came out accurate and fresh.
The food is good but I waited 40+ minutes the last two times I went there. One car even waited at the window for 20 minutes and I saw multiple cars behind me pull out until I gave up too.Its a shame considering the food is quite good but I dont even consider it when Im looking for a place to go eat now

The food was good. The service however was awful. It took 15 mins for someone to come to the window to take my order. Then i waited 30 mins for the food. I just order a burger and fries. Again the food tasted good and was hot. I wont be going back.
I only give 5 stars for prices and taste. However, Ive ordered online from here way in advance before closing and with doordash. Rallys website. Ive waited hours 3 times now and right after Rallys closes, I get a text saying my order was canceled bc their closed. Even though, they gave me a delivery time of well before closing. I talked to Rallys twice and of course Noone knows anything or will even do anything about their door dashers. Aloof to even say sorry or stipend in any way.
Buford burger with no mayo wasnt hot but boy did I have to wait! And those expensive fried wings for $5.99, why were they light beige under done looking. Nope dont worry I wont be back!

Havent been to a Rallys in years. Very pleasantly surprised. The food was very good. Prices were average for fast food. Except the 59¢ charge for each dipping sauce. I would eat here again.
I have asked for my burger many times without mayo. Seems to be an impossible request and I swear the bacon was raw as hell. The slowest service ever. 20 minutes per car is ridiculous. Im writing this review I. The drive thru I arrived at 425 its currently 443 and there are 2 cars ahead of me still. About to drive off. Came back again on 6/30/21 its been over 35 minutes in drive thru only 1 speaker working.
The manager threw my sandwich in my face. It splattered on my arm, clothes, throughout the car and my infant. I could have made a life change at that second but called 911. Liberty police did nothing. All I said was the sandwich was cold. I even ask her to touch the bun. She refused. She also refused my refund. I will NEVER eat at another rallys. Thats assault. I reported to congressman and attorney general and corporate!!! I have pictures and a picture of the manager!
Very clean outside and drive thru area! We had to wait about 15 minutes but it was worth the wait! The girl at the window was so upbeat and friendly! She had a necklace made of leaves on her that was so adorable! She was friendly, smiled and made sure all of our items were in the bag! The food was fresh and tasted great!
Waited longer than I liked in line, but the food was HOT and CORRECT. First time going, wont be the last. Guy in the window was very friendly and patient. Answered all my questions with ease. My husband LOVES the pies.

The service was best Ive ever had at a fast food joint. Ordered big Buford meal and it was hot and delious. Burger tasted much like a Wendys double from years ago when they cared about quality. Getting hungry again as I write this.
Rallys is pretty decent overall. Food always tastes good and is a reasonable price. Presentation is normally lacking with everything squished together, but it tastes great. Decent speed to put out the order. Like all Rallys locations, seating is outside, so dont come for a good meal in bad weather. I miss the curly fries buy the seasoned fries are pretty good in their absence.

Rallys was here before..years ago on Market. They have the best burgers n fries and Im not a fast food burger girl. Plus..they have chicken sandwiches that are also good. And the sweets....funnel cake fries....enough said. On top of that..the prices are very fair. Open super late too. Go get a burger..yum.
Ordered food online paid credit card got there to pick it up to find out they closed 45 minutes ago... Close at 10pm because they dont have a night shift but nothing is updated saying that EDIT- Ive already contacted that number SATURDAY and have heard nothing back since... I just want my money for the food I never received.. you cant file a complaint because the website doesnt work
I give it one star only because I realized that when they took my card and I paid for my food they also used it for the next order. I saw this on my bank account. I called them. They girl said she would have the owner call me. The owner never did. I usually spend about $50 a week there. I have not been there since and I tell people not to go. I dont know if this is what the owner has the crew do or if the person never told the owner because they used it for a friend or whatever. I asked the girl who said she was the manager if I could come and see the footage and she said NO. Something fishy here.

Finally a Rallys in my backyard! Opening weeks were busy but thats to be expected. I love their burgers, fries and shakes. No problems when I order anything from there. Dont listen to the bad reviews as people have impossible standards. Definitely will be a repeating customer!
The fries are amazing and so is the banana milkshakes however they are much slower then any other fast food place
7:30 Sunday evening.All 3 employees had masks on but not up over face and mouth.One was on phone touching mouth and nose.I pray that individual did not prepare my food and I dont become IllNot happy.....
The sign says closed at 4 am on Saturdays when we pulled up at 11 pm my husband walked tonthe window as directed when the manager came to the window without opening she yelled can you see we are closed. Waited in line for over 15 minutes. I ordered a big buford combo with no tomatoes and onions. Got to the window and Christine said no onions and lettuce. I said no. Received my order. Got home and realized my sandwich was completely plain! Missing all toppings but ketcup mayo and cheese! No lettuce, pickles or mustard! Very dissatisfied
Good burger and service at the window. I hadnt had a Big Buford in years. Still good but not the same burger I used to get down in Columbus around 1995. Back then we were talking stacked patties and the buns were even different. I may have been pining for days of old but still good.
Waited in drive thru line for about half hour.made it to the window.they gave me my drink than I waited another 10 minutes to get my two cheeseburgers a worker opened the window and asked what I ordered like they forgot.the burger was cold.

My hot dog was over cooked, but also cold. Not sure how you pull that one off, but the burger wasn’t bad. Just wish I had fries and a drink to go with it, because although I ordered and paid for them I guess they just didn’t wanna give them to me. I was pretty exited to try it for the first time, but just ended up disappointed.
The best Rallys Ive ever been too! The food has always been hot and my order correct. Customer service excellent. I just moved to the area and I will tell you the ones where I came from are awful and rude, if you can even get service. This one on Belmont in Liberty is great!
In the order line 30 mins still didnt even get to order yet 😔 Line is out to the road. There are 2 lines neither is moving. 45 mins later I was finally able to order. I noticed food prices are higher here than other Rallys. Second line drive through had 2 cars cut in front of me. 1hr and 7 mins later I got food. Hopefully worth the wait starving now.
Waited in the drive through line with my son for 29 minutes! Then we get home and find the order was wrong! I ordered a plain cheeseburger and what I received was a hamburger with everything on it. Sound system is very echoing for them to get the orders correct. Not going back!
I really enjoyed the 2 for $3. I ordered a fish sandwich and the fry burger. First time going there and I enjoyed it. The drive thru is a little slow when busy but thats okay. Totally going there again soon.
I eat here in Pontiac, Mi and the food is good, great deals, but here, nothing has been the same, and they dont have the same deals. But Im enjoying the $1 strawberry ice cream cone 😆 I went back & this did not help them! I ordered 2 Big Bufords for $5 one was ONLY mayo, onion & pickle the pictures below is the mess that i was given 😠 You cant get through on the phone to complain & i did the survey and never got a reply back, but instead got a coupon that if i spend more money there for a drink, then i get a sandwich 😕 SHOULDNT MY SANDWICHES JUST BE REPLACED!!??

I went here for the first time tonight.....NEVER AGAIN! I sat in the drive thru line for almost an hour, not one employee apologized for the wait. On top of that it was horribly overpriced. I paid almost $10 for a medium fry, medium drink and 5 wings. Thats it! The fries actually were good, but the wings were super tiny and VERY greasy. I ordered garlic parm wings, I dont know what flavor it really was but it tasted like grease. Ill never go back there again.
This Rallys moves at turtle speed. The last two times Ive come Ive had to wait for over 30 minutes for food. Youre better off going anywhere else. This store clearly has management problems
After waiting almost 50 minutes in line including 10 at the speaker, we recieved great service from a friendly cashier. The food was very good, but the fries couldve been much fresher.
I had missed the Rallys experience since the market St location closed 20 some years ago. The new location s do not disappoint. They offer deliciously unhealty/salty fast food choices at relatively low prices. The taste had not change while I no longer need a Rally-Q at 3 am to sober up I can still appreciate these cheap culinary delights.
The food is good. Really like the Big Buford and the apple pies. I have to say I was surprised I havent had a bad experience yet. The workers were nice and the combos are not that bad of a price. They have 2 lanes so you dont have too long of a wait.
Loved the fact that they have funnel cake fries. First time trying Rallys and definitely will not be the last time I go back. GREAT SERVICE

The store manager was nice but the rest of the staff need customer service training. When someone tells you theres something wrong with the soda dispenser, you dont just throw out the old soda and dispense a new cup without first looking for the problem. While in the drive through, thats what happened. I watched the teller do just that after rolling her eyes at me for giving her the burden of having to redo my soda.
Drive through is so slow! If you want quick service, walk up to the window. Also, i ordered a rally burger combo and got something with bacon. Good but not what i ordered.

Although the fries and sippible Italian ice were great, there were disappointments. The meat on the burger was cold and for the second time in a weeks time, the milkshake machine was supposedly down. My wife was not happy as she was really hankering for a shake. I found it a little strange that the shake machine was inoperable being so this is a new location. Just opened not even 3 weeks ago.

18dollars for food, 1 of our burgers (a #2 combo) was raw & the chili dogs were COLD with about a cup of ice cold chili heaped on top. Employees looked high & were extremely confused how to warm the chili up. After waiting an additional 20mins for the chili dogs, they were wrong and still cold. 45minutes and 18bucks WASTED. Dont waste your time this place shouldnt even be in business.
The food was good. Hot and fresh. Service was ok. I have not been to Rallys in years, so the menu is different. New items and old items are not served. But overall good experience. It went alot better than I expected. I had heard some really unflattering reviews from friends and family.
My brother worked here for about 2 weeks. They were completely disoriented and didnt tell nor teach him anything. They hired him and the whole experience was just unprofessional.
The best fast food fries around! The burgers are delicious too, and well put together, not smashed and messy like some fast food places. We love Rallys!
My experience at Rallys was alright, I guess My Fiancé an Momma went there to get some food an drinks an my milkshake well, the drinks tasted very carbonated, an the fries were very greasy an the bacon on their sandwiches were very unsatisfied with the whole trip.

Wasnt happy with my sandwich. Got a texas toast bbq, no bbq sauce on it, very little cheese sauce and onion straws. I had it before was very good this time was not pleased. I feel you need a better system for taking orders at front window, you cant understand those girls thru that crack in window. But noticed when friends are there, their whole attitude changes and everyone can hear them plus the free drinks to friends.
Food is cold and fries were very greasy. But the service is bad. First off you can hardly see the menu from the walk up ordering window. Order was wrong when we got it. Also out of Banana Shake mix then out of Sprite. Didnt say anything about that when I ordered, so they just gave me a water and charge me for a Sprite. Not good for business.

I used to live in Columbus and are it all the time. Im really happy there is one here in Youngstown. The drive thru set-up isnt the best. I say in line for 20 minutes. But I live the did and my boyfriend has his first Big Buford and he loved it!

I cant really judge the food, however the service is subpar. Went there the second week they opened, and my order was incorrect, and the drive-thru attendant acted like I shot her mother when I complained. My son works here, and hes complained the management is petty and unprofessional.
People working here act like court is making them be there as part of community service. They gave me old soggy food and argued with me that it was fresh.

20 minutes in the drive through and no cars moved. Went to leave and had a car blocking the exit lane. He refused to move. He got out the car and threatened my wife and I. I will no longer be a patron to this place. Just horrible. 0 stars would be given if it was a choice
Good but greasy burgers
So nasty!! Waited in line for an hour and a half and the food was terrible!! Chicken sandwich tasted like egg and the fries were cold and soggy. Made me want to puke after eating. Do NOT recommend!!
We waited in line for a long time. We are in trying times and I think Rallys has been struggling to survive and Im glad for that! Hopefully as they get busier and training improves the lines will move faster?!
Had only 2 people working in front took 15 min for a Crunch chicken sandwich that tasted like a fish sandwich! They was taking curb side orders, this was about 1155pm

Normally they are pretty good. This last trip they gave me the wrong order. Didnt want to make the trip back to get it fixed because it was late and it already took a while to get my order the 1st time.

Well...as this was my first time at Rallys, my expectations were high. The service was average and I spent way too much time in the drive-thru. I was underwhelmed by the hamburgers but the fries were great.
Only thing I could say is maybe the time could be a little bit quicker, but I cant complain too much because the food is great!!! 👍

I ordered a rally burger with cheese with just lettuce and onions as vegetables and they have me a burger with BACON! lettuce and onion ... there was no cheese what so ever on my burger. I even said a “rally burger with cheese and lettuce and onion only for my vegetables ” how in hell you hear bacon!? This was as well my second time ordering from there. The first time my boyfriend and I ordered the funnel fries. We didn’t get them.... I advise you all to check your bags before you leave! Reasonably priced food that tastes delicious. The wait time is a bit long, but its worth waiting for.
Sat in line for about 45 minutes, the order was incorrect and the burgers were rubbery. The fries are the only saving grace, they are always good.

Waited 25 minutes for a fry, 4 piece mozzarella sticks and 2 drinks and then the girl handed me my drinks not secured in the carrier and it dropped on my foot and wasnt offered a napkin or anything to clean my foot or flip flop
Its burger and chicken place just like McDonalds or burger king only with a little bit of a different flavor.
My experience at Rallys was a bit of wait to get to the drive-thru window, it seemed like everyone in the community wanted to have Rallys tonight.
This place is rarely open at nights when it’s supposed to be. Been trying to stop by for weeks now at different times sure enough the lights are out. 9pm, midnight, 2am.... waste of a half hour drive.
Food was great. Parking is a nightmare! The drive through cars block the parking spots so you get stuck and cant get out until the line goes down or someone lets you out
Good, quick service, but when I ordered a swirl cone, they gave me a swirl cone made of strawberry and vanilla. I told them I ordered a swirl cone, and the girl said that is a swirl cone. Even their menu says that swirl is chocolate and vanilla.
Store doesnt know when it is supposed to close. Advertised closing time and actual closing time are different every day. Online and on their window.

Messed up everything i ordered. I told them and showed the reciept. They didnt bother to help me. Will no longer eat here.

I wouldn’t recommend this place, they are really slow and gave us our food and gave us the wrong sandwich and when we called up there and talked to the manger she was gladly to fix it but got the same exact sandwich that we had before 😒 this is literally the worst fast food place ever and I will never order anything from here again

Talk nice but summer they had garbage not pick up falling over no one came. Out tables with food all over tables. And act like they were scared to touch. Credit card
There were only 3 of us in the drive thru.....ordered, pulled up, sat there at least 15 minutes, I left without food, car in front of me backed up and left also without their food.

I was so happy to find rallys Back in this area. But, I was so disappointed, as the sandwiches was cold, like they sat around. French fries was hot and crisp.
It was my first time there but second time from get something from Rallys. I really like the food the fish sandwich was great I definitely go back to Rallys in the future.

Liberty OH, terrible to get in and out of. Park at Advanced Auto and walk a extra 30 feet. Food is a 4 star service is a 3.7 star parking negative - 10.

Service was awful girl at drive-thru window was very rude then her supervisor or manager came to the window to explain their mess up and she was extremely rude I think the place is just full of rude people and it was their mess up so Im not sure why they were so rude and a mess up was due to a car driving off in front of us because they were taking so long to prepare food
When you feel like having a burger, this is the place to go! From the buffalo to the plain burger, they were served hot and fast.

2022-04-16So we had a big order and I understand that sometimes big orders can be hard for them to get everything correct but if we go back and tell you that you missed something you should just say okay no problem. Ill fix that for you. That is not what happened. This time we told them that they messed up something on our order and they told us that they counted it themselves and that they got it correct. Listen it would not make any sense for us to make up that you missed something on our order. We already ordered and paid so it wouldnt make sense for us to just make up that we needed.

2022-05-12Great food, as always. I have eaten checkers and rallys for over 30 years and rarely do they disappoint. The only downfall is the service and that is because they havent upgraded their ordering system in the last 30 years, so the lady had to walk back and forth from the window to the machine for every item i wanted to order. Even though i had to drive over an hour one way to get food, i will do it again in a heartbeat.

2021-04-11This food hasnt changed ONE bit on all these years. And THATS a good thing. Havent been to one in years.Still flavorful, filling and at a reasonable price, the Buford combo makes a helluva meal and is damn good.BRAVA Rallys for maintaining the same quality

2021-04-25I LOVE RALLYS.Straight up. Food is 10/10! the fries are to die for, big bufords and rally burgers will have you literally moaning with every bite.4 stars cuz service is always kinda slow. People working are nice and polite, but just needs to tighten up on the quickness.

2022-01-24Employees dont care. Takes 20-30 minutes to get through drive through even if your the only customer there. That wouldnt be the end of the world if the food was fresh, but to wait that long and have all your food be cold and old is even worse.

2022-02-24I love Rallys food but they have been closed every time I go by for the last month. Today I seen a sign up that said they would be closing at 4:00 p.m. due to staffing issues. Guess thats why I havent seen them open.

2022-06-15Went to Rallys today and they said they had a power outage, but every business surrounding them were operating and open. I would assume everyone would be down if it was a power outage. Lazy workers
