DO NOT use the order ahead feature!! My girlfriend went to pick up our food. After 15 minutes of waiting at the online order window & not once being acknowledged she moved over to the other side. At the speaker she explained the issue & was told she would have to move back to the side that she had already been ignored at. So, after 30 minutes she returned home with food that was NOT ours. We tried to call the store multiple times but they refused to answer the phone. She had to drive back to the store again. This is 100% unacceptable!
Pulled up to the window and got this: Your order will take at least 15 minutes because me and my co-workers are wiping down the counters. Corporate is coming tomorrow.No one in front of me. No one behind me.Making your restaurant presentable for corporate is no excuse to quit serving the costumers who support your business. Delegating cleaning duties throughout the shift is a simple solution to ensure both customer service and a cleanly work space.
Every time I go there and get home my full order is missing something. I wanted 4 double deep sea fish sandwich, they only had 3 so I ordered a double with cheese. And loaded fries. Simple order u would think , especially when it was him that said he only had 3. Well as usual I get home and only got 3 fish and loaded fries. Low and behold no double cheese. But got charged for it. So I call the number and no doubt no answer and yet cant leave a message cuz it just hangs up. So thats just 1 more place I will never go again. They must need my money more than I do.
Service was very slow. Took over 1/2 to get our food. Food came and it was not fresh. Fries tasted like the oil hadnt been changed in a long time. Philly sub bread was hard, very little meat. They messed up our shake orders, not once, but twice. Bringing it to the attention of the employee was like we totally insulted her. Her attitude was horrible. We will never go back there again.
If I could give this rallys specifically 0 stars I would. I have had multiple problems with them in the past but they were always just slightly annoying little problems like the wrong size item or missing sides. Tonight however they gave me a pop that was spoiled ( I didnt even know that was possible), they gave me 3 plain hamburgers with just the patty and bun thats it instead of my 2 big bufords and the cheese champ, they gave me their chicken bites instead of the 5 piece boneless wings with buffalo sauce I ordered, and left out a coke (in hindsight I guess this was a good thing since the other one tasted so off).
Google doesnt give you the option of rating zero stars. Unfortunately, that is what this location deserved. How can you rate a place if they arent even open for business at 2pm on a Saturday? I mean the lights were on employees were working they just werent currently taking orders due to the fact that they were cleaning the store. Ah well, made the quick jaunt over to Burger King where i think they wait till after they close to get their cleaning done.
There’s only one employee there who’s any good. Any time she’s not there it’s a mess. Last 2 days we’ve gone there. Yesterday no one answered the com or window and today a guy told me that they’re closed. I said it says they’re open online and he said that they’re open but they haven’t cooked anything so it would another 36 minutes before they’re open. Absolute trash. Bring my girl back 😩
Just went through the drive thru and ordered a Big Buford with fries and a drink. It started off with a very rude greeter telling me exact change or card only. After I ordered my meal I asked if I could have some cheese sticks, we’re out of cheese sticks. OK how about chicken and fries box, no chicken. How about a strawberry shake...no shakes. My burger was ice cold and the cheese wasn’t melted and the bun was stale. Went back through to correct it, and more rudeness. I told them what happened and I have them my old burger and the manager handed me my bag. She said please check it right now. Luke warm. I didn’t eat the burger but I did write this review. Fries were good...
Burger was completely cold and showed no signs of ever being warm. The cheese slices werent even close to any semblance of melted. The bun was stale and the whole thing was drowning in mayo. I ordered loaded fries and got chili fries. The only decent part of my meal was the coke. Wont be ordering again.
I gave my order 5 times .. they still got it wrong. Then I got my food. The fries were cold barely cooked. Some still cold like out of the fridge. An my burger. Cold but burnt. Not just a little but charred. That place is horrible an I would not send anyone there to get any food.After eating there I became Ill an I am sure it is from the food. Eat there at your own risk.
Have went two days in a row to get some ice cream and they are not serving ice cream... how are u not serving ice cream at 630 thats when alot of family go out for ice cream after their dinner. So I called another location near me and was told they only have vanilla and its very runny I shouldnt waste my time pretty much. Wow just wow maybe u should put in your website or some where that u dont serve ice cream after a certain time if thats the case.
I just went thru the drive thru on 7/2/21 at 0120 and I order a fry lover xl for 4.49 and the fries were awful. The cup was half filled and 4.49 is a bummer. 🥴🥴🥴 I was really wanting some rally fries tonight, I fed these to the dog and I could hear him crunching at em . Thanks
One star because zero stars is not an option. Paid for three items at the drive-thru but they only handed me one. So I kept waiting until the guy came back and thought I was the next car in line. I had to ask for my second and third items. They made the second one and he again thought I was done. Had to ask again for the third one , which ended up being only halfway cooked. Do not recommend.
They have horrible customer service, i had a huge order, they were out of everything dang near. I ordered 4 of the the 2.49 chicken bites box and each box had different amount of bites. One box had 5 and another had 10, i was not done with my order when she totalled it out, so i had to put a 1.00 hot dog on a seperate order. Get to register to pay and paid with card for first order and then handed her a 20.00 for the second, she takes twenty stands in window for a second then says i cant take this i need exact change. So paid for it. I asked did she give a receipt she says yes then walks away and comes back and says were out of receipt paper all the food was cold, old and too salty. The bbq boneless chicken wings were hard and they sprinkled bbq on them they mixed old fries with new fries and were soggy. So i could not verify my order to be correct or have proof. I will never go there again. This is how you treat your customers on top of all you were missing, and no receipt paper for proof, then the nerve to be rude as well........ This was unacceptable. Worst experiance ever, and I am new to Ohio. If i had a choice to give Zero stars i would because they dont deserve the one I HAD to give.

It was my husband night to cook. The kids talked him in to Rally’s. We got an order together. He went to rally’s order. Mind you it was A big Order. But when he got home we were missing 2 sandwiches. He called up there and they said because two different woman put the stuff in the bag. They couldn’t do anything about it. Or he could put all the food back in the bags and bring all our food back. So they could see what we are missing. Mind you all the food would get cold because it’s 12 degrees outside. We spent $34.63. That will be our last time spending money at Rally’s. I tried calling back up there and now the phone is saying this cellular phone is not taking calls at this time. I even tried calling corporate and the phone call just goes silent. What a joke!!!
Employees seemed rude (not all of them, but specifically a woman cursing loudly from the back). This location seemed understaffed. Had I not paid for my order I would have left before getting my food. The food itself was fine, but standing at the service counter for several minutes before even being acknowledged is unacceptable in the service industry. If you MUST have Rallys, chose another location.
I mean at the beginning we didn’t have a car to go through the drive through but an employee helped us out at the window and gave up some of the best food filled our stuff up extra honestly just because of that I’m definitely coming back here everything was hot n fresh like sheeshhhhh
Easily the worst Rallys or Checkers Ive been too.Messed up my simple order of a 2 for...The chicken patty was burnt as if it had gone to Hell. It was as if when the menu said the chicken was hot they simply paid less to mean grossly overcooked.Dear, Rallys owner who gives a generic response to everything:Shut up because you seem like a bot, or give an honest response how you dont care or will improve.Heres an idea: give an email or phone number to reach you because Id be ashamed to attach my name to this disaster too.
HORRIBLE !!!!!! I had issues with Uber eats because of the fryer ( that’s fine, life happens) spoke to the manager and automatic attitude. Once I received my replaced items..... THE FOOD WAS COLD. I literally live a block away, there is no way it could of been the drivers fault. SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY at this place. Ridiculous.
Extremely irritated and upset. I went to pick up food last night and watched them make it without a mask. I was visibly upset about this. The employee proceeded to stick her unmasked face as close to my masked face as possible to ask me something and then laughed with all the other employees after the window was shut. As someone who suffers from extreme anxiety, this was absolutely ridiculous and uncalled for. I am beyond angry.
I love Rallys, however; this particular location is always a disappointment. I consistently wait 15+ minutes in the drive through which to me is worth it because of the fries. Today I waited in line, and I never complain about my wait, in fact i know I will wait that long every time. However; today, the person in front of me ordered a lot of food, which again is fine, but when I received my food, only checking it after I got home (mistake) My fries were only filled halfway and my burger was cold (as usual). This may sound stupid, but i also know when I get my meal, my burger will be cold and Im okay with that because the fries are worth it. I dont think Ill ever be visiting this location again. Constant disappointment. Lesson learned.
-Negative 50 stars if possible for Central and Cherry. I kindly asked for the burger w. No mayo and cheese. She repeated it back. Whats on it.? MAYO and cheese. Whats on the receipt.? No MAYO and cheese. I have a particular kid and they ruined his burger instead of paying attention to it instead of gossiping they could have answered the phone when I called. The entire order was $16 worth of garbage. I was so hungry and ithrew it away. But fast foods always want more money in their checks.? They dont deserve it. Busy or not. No excuse. We pulled up and all the employees were sitting outside of the restaurant eating ice cream cones, i think it was strawberry twist. we sat there for a second and they yelled “we’re closed”. this was at 8:30 pm so we knew they weren’t. When we asked why they were closed, the woman said “i don’t know. that’s our manager over there... a break i guess”. We appreciate giving the finger to corporate america, but we just wanted some fries.
Didnt get all my order. What I did get was cold like it was just taken out of the refrigerator . Very dissatisfied tried calling them and they wont answer yesterday and today or call back when left a message. Didnt receive the correct receipt so I could take the survey. Had issue with rude employees a month ago but decided to try them again so i Went to the one on laskey road in toledo ohio at 12: o’clock pm on a Wednesday should be packed for lunch time. What i found was customers waiting in line for someone to take order at speakers and getting fed up on waiting and driving to window only to find that nobody was inside or if they were they must gave been hiding in the dark. The Building was still closed during the lunch crunch. Hey i get staffing issues causing delayed openings but you should at least have sign stating closed or maybe blocking the 2 drive throughs to keep things like this from happening. Lots of angry and hungry customers pulling out of the driveway that day.
We were the only car in the drive thru and still waited 15 minutes for an order of fries. Actually drove thru the drive again to remind them that we were still waiting for our order. Employees were grumpy at us and I almost missed clocking back in after my lunch break because of the delay
They dont even deserve one star go there wait in drive through line for 20mins for them to give me cold fries and not even the bugars I asked for walking around on the phone touching food arent you supposed to be keeping hands clean and not touching anything else when handling food cause of covid? Just went to this location and they screwed up my order, tried to call back several times when I got home to let them know only to get a phone that rings and rings and then says the cell phone customer you are calling is unavailable. I ordered, half pound chicken bites only to discover when I got home there were 6 pieces and a few fries in the box, no where near a half pound. My girlfriend ordered a bacon roadhouse meal and the sandwich had no bacon, no barbecue sauce, no onion straws or cheese. We also never received a receipt. I called the 800 number and filed a complaint and asked why they wont answer the phones and was told most dont ever answer and he has no idea as to why. I spent $23 on food and my girlfriend and her daughter at hardly anything because their stuff wasnt right.
Jackman and Lasky location:I was at the drive thru for 5 minutes and no line so I said hello, are u ok? I was expecting them to be hurt or something serious. After several attempts to hail someone a guys said that he was there alone and unable to take my orde . I said I dont think that you are supposed to refuse 5o take my order. He said yeah well Im not supposed to be here alone either and the place is a mess so I need to clean it up, goodbye. I said maybe I can help you, Id like your GMs name and phone number. He didnt respond. I said you have to give it to me because I will find out anyways. He turned the sign off and cut the intercom. They are supposed to be open until 2am tonight. Just close!!! Go gome!!! The only reason you are there is to serve food! If you refuse that then just go home. Id like to speak to whoever is in charge of that store. This kind of behavior clearly starts at the top. This is not the first problem Ive had there but it is the worst one. Maybe the worst thing ever at a drive thru. What a joke. Just close the doors. If you dont serve food you dont make money. Period
Twice now when ordering through door dash this location has ignored the order request to make my burger without nasty ketchup or mayo.Each time the recipet asked for the burger to be without both and each time my burger has come with both.Idk if they cant read or just dont care. Wish I could post a pic of recipet. They dont bother answering the phone either or they pick up and hang up right away .
Should have 0 stars absolutely SUCKED. The burger my man got was suppose to have cheese, pickle and ketchup.. no cheese and the burger was cold. I got the Rally burger and it sucked as well again the burger was cold there was cheese this time but it wasnt even melted. My man also got a blue chiller which had no flavoring in it was just ice n a tint of blue. The fry was the only thing good.
The mother cruncher is disgusting and when we came threw the drive threw we were told that they just went the a big rush and we needed to pull over to the parking lot and wait 15 mins before we could place or order.. not a happy camper and not sure if Ill ever be back
I pulled up to order food and the employee was outside leaning into a pickup and talking to the driver. He sees me and goes into the restaurant and announces over the speaker that they were closed for 15 minutes due to a shift change. At 5:30 p.m. He then comes back outside to continue his conversation. Never going back.
Food was very cold after waiting about 10min just to get our food. When driving back around to tell them it toke them 5 mints to come to the window. The guy we spoke with was suppose to be a manger but did not act like it and told us thats how or hamburgers come. Mind you Swiss mushroom burgers are not supposed to be cold but let him tell you they are. Not only that instead of hearing us out he went to go remake the food after saying we did not want it. Should have 0 stars. Guy named Steven was rude when taking my order and ended my order. He was not wearing a hair net and was wearing a nasty big hoodie zip up jacket. Came home with the food to find hair on 1 of the burgers. So gross. health department need to go there. Owner should train for better star.

The drive through employee litterly doesn’t want business he told me there was a 20min wait and i told it was fine and started to order then proceeded to tell me “what’s your deal bro” i told you to wait in the parking lot because the two cars ahead of you finished all the food in the store never heard that one before
Completely terrible. Do not go to this location. Waited in the drive thru for 20 minutes, they didnt have half the stuff on the menu, then we didnt get 3 items from our order, and then there was a hair in my sons burger. I wouldnt even give them 1 star but it wouldnt let me post this without it.

I got to the speaker and they said this window is currently down. There was a red car in front of us After they receive their food i asked if they was now open. never answered me. so Not only did you lose me as a customer there was another person behind me that got shooed away to.
This location should be shut down. Cold food. Rude employees. The inside looks unorganized and dirty. With all th HEPATITIS going around the Toledo restaurants like Tim Hortons on Monroe St. I expect this place will catch that same case. No one wears gloves to handle food! Who knows where their hands have been?? Gross! As long as theyre there I wont darken their doorstep.
1 was the lowest I could give and that was too high.. but where do I start.. firstly we were rushed while ordering only to wait in line almost 10 minutes. Got home with our food and everything was old and hard, literally could’ve broken a window out with how old the fish and chicken sandwiches were. I wouldn’t not recommend this place to anyone!!
Just got food from the Laskey store in Toledo.1. The girl at the window was eating what appeared to my fries. That and she didnt wash her hands after stuffing her face with my food. Poor work ethics. Poor service.2. The food was ice cold.3. Will never go back to Rallys.
For the past 4 days rallys on Lesley has not had any hotdogs . And everytime I had asked for no onions they have repeated it back to me and I asked again at the window and they said there was no onions and when I got home to eat guess what I found????? Yes damn onions on it . Come on people get your stuff together .
Manager with an attitude. Gave me attitude because I asked a simple question.I am the manager and I am telling you....WOW.. OKHe said i couldnt use it for a deep sea sandwich. The service was poor. As you know they have two lanes. We pulled in to the first lane for passenger window an the worker wants to yell at us stating if you want to order then get into the other line since we are backed up really rudely. WHATS THE WHOLE POINT OF TWO LANES IF YOUR ONLY GOING TO TAKE THE ONES LANE ORDER.
Very slow service, especially at the walk-up. They frequently have difficulty hearing your order in the drive through, and it is very hard to understand what they are saying in response. Ordered a small raspberry oreo milkshake yesterday, was charged the same price as a large (which I had ordered last week, so I know the price was the same) and it was much smaller. In addition, it was basically a vanilla shake. There was almost no raspberry syrup and no oreo chunks in it.
I went through the drive thru tonight and ordered food. When I got home I was missing some of my order and called to see if they would take my name and I could get it tomorrow and the phone rang forever and then they answered it and hung up on me. Very rude. I will be informing corporate. NOT happy.

This is my favorite location and if you see how my food was made you wouldn’t go back to this location during the day I wanted cheese on my sandwiches they forgot to add it so they wrapped it up and gave me 2 slices of cheese through the window I asked for it to be made fresh to order and I’ll wait and my food seems as if it’s been sitting in a warmer most of the morning but they lost me as a Customer customer for sure
Its a joke so unprofessional sourdough bread wasnt toasted,cold burger,wrong burger,waited 3 minutes for a receipt,then went back told him it was the wrong burger and cold and he said i was wrong went back in forth for a minute then he gave me what my receipt said the worst rallys ever never again

2022-01-25Poor customer service. You have to repeat your order several times if you want it to be correct. Always check your order before you pull off (leave), ask for napkins, ask for salt, pepper or any condiments. Make sure you also get your receipt and your change matches. If placing a large order place it at the window not the order intercom. Remember check your order and make sure its correct. Open the sandwich wrapper and check. They will charge you for extras like cheese tomatoes pickles and onions and dont put it on your order. They all act like they are high from smoking a blunt. I ordered 2 of the Deep Sea Double Fish with everything on it and got 2 regular fish sandwiches with lettuce and tartar sauce plus paid almost $2 for extras.

2022-04-08Got my entire order wrong. Originally didn’t even give me the loaded fries that I ordered and then when I asked about them, they filled the box with chicken. Also got my sandwiches wrong, when I realized they were wrong before I left - they took my bag back through the window and then took my receipt so I couldn’t have my order number. Beyond disappointed. Also watched an employee stick his fingers in his mouth with his gloves on. Absolutely disgusting. I called corporate and they only offered me a $5 coupon.

2022-06-29I was a fairly regular customer until they tried to charge me $0.79 to have the whiskey maple sauce on the whiskey maple mothercruncher and would only honor the advertised price if I order it without the sauce for which the sandwich is named. Could be a training issue bc they definitely have difficulty keeping staff at this location. Overall, there have been multiple signs of serious management issues and now potentially false advertising which I can no longer overlook for the strawberry ice cream (not like they EVER have cones anyway). I will not be back. Would give less than one star if it was possible.

2022-06-04June 4, 2022I placed an order with Uber Eats today and when my food got here it was cold, missing a complete sandwich, the other sandwich had the items on it that I asked for them to be removed, and the fry cup was only maybe 3/4 of the way full. What a mess. The recipt has everything right on. Who could eat this slop anyways, I had pictures but there is nowhere to post them. I was so mad, and I guess I still am.THANKS RALLYS IM HUNGRY!!!

2022-04-17Being one of the only late-night resturaunts to choose from, the amount of times I have showed up in the drive-through to be told we are closed or we arent serving at this time inbetween the times of 12am-close is UNACCEPTABLE. One of your marketing points is how late you are open but doesnt make a difference when you can never provide food during part of your OPEN BUSINESS HOURS! I find this absolutely rediculous and unprofessional being that it has happened to me more than three consecutive times. This business need to be tightened up immediatly. I gave 2 stars for the times i actually get my food and it is quality is actually exceptional.

2022-06-04I wish I could give 0 stars. This is the WORST rally’s I’ve ever been to. Go through the drive thru and ordered chicken bites box and 2 rally burgers with cheese. Never got either of the burgers. Tried to call multiple times no answer, nice. Go back to the drive thru since they are not capable of answering phones. 5 cars ahead of me wait for around a half hour just to get a simple order right. They give me the rally burgers, get home and there’s no tomato on either of them. Will be contacting corporate.

2022-03-12Had to go to 3 different windows 4 times to pick up 2 door dash orders(double order) and ended up cancelling orders because the slob at the window refused to serve me. I went to the walk up and of course thats closed. I went to the backwards drive thru because they have that marked as pickups (Really convenient to crawl over your passenger seat for this by the way) and knocked on window and was ignored. I pulled around to THE EMPTY normal drive thru and was refused service and told to go back to the other window again and then once again was ignored. From the grimy look of the store inside and out and the nasty piece of trash providing the level of service you come to expect if you havent given up on this business as a whole. I wont ever stop there for myself or anyone else. I dont expect much from their canned responses because if you read the reviews there seems to be a recurring theme for a very long time. Absolute garbage company.
