The lady who took our was extremely hateful and rude she immediately got an attitude because she couldn’t here my order. When we got our food she basically thru it at us my food was dumped upside down in the bag. I asked if they had Dr.pepper they said yes and then gave me mr pibb. Food was great but the service was horrible
The food is always hot, fresh and tasty so let me start by saying that. This restaurant is less than 3 minutes from my house so I stop here about once a week. I am always happy with the food. The service on the other hand is terrible. Either my order is wrong, missing items, or the staff is completely beyond rude. No greeting, constant attitude and snapping back when you tell them youre missing items, theyll hand you your food and not say a single word. And the funniest part is the management must not care because I have seen SO MANY reviews where the customer has stated that the staff was rude and they will reply and say the same thing. Something along the lines of this is not the impression we want to leave, blah blah blah etc. Yet no improvement. I have never written a review on Google but this place has dragged it out of me. If you want good food and to be treated like youre a nuisance to the staff then this is the place for you! Good luck, I will not be returning again. Ill drive the extra 10 minutes to go somewhere else.
Dirty little restaurant. Parking lot in disrepair. Best fries in town and their burgers are awesome. Edit - The parking lot has actually been repaired. Sorry for not noticing before. But I still cant bring this review up to 5 stars based on todays visit. The drive thru line was extremely slow despite there only being 4 cars in front of me. The fries were fresh and delicious. They rarely disappoint me. But I tried the new Bacon Loaded Cheese Burger and well.. I will let the attached photo speak for itself. Edit 6/8/19 - after todays experience I will not be back. It took over 10 minutes for them to take my order once I pulled up to the speaker. There was 1 car in front of me. It took a little over 20 minutes for them to get their food. When I finally got to the window, my order was all screwed up and once I did get my food it was less than acceptable. The burger was undercooked and pink. And the fries were cold and soggy. Not 1 crispy fry in the entire order. Very disappointing.
Didnt feel like cooking today after running a late errand so I decided on Rallys. Had to wait a few minutes to order (even though I was already at the board), but that was OK. Waited at the window... And waited at the window... Then was asked to park as the meat for my sandwich wasnt cooking right? So, I parked and watched as several cars pulled off with their orders. (Hmm, what kind of meat is this really?) Finally. The worker was sorry for my wait, but not nearly as sorry as I was as you can see.
This location has been here forever and I must have been here easily a hundred times since the 90s. I have had mostly great experiences everytime. Anything not so great hasnt really been worth mentioning. They seem to make less mistakes than other fast food chains. People forget were humans!
Ordered a 1/2 lb of chicken bites off of DoorDash & they filled the box up with all fries. Proceeded to call the store & the man that picked up the phone told me to contact DoorDash. instead of holding themselves accountable for being lousy & just throwing whatever in my bag.
Rude staff.Went to place an order. Said, Cant serve it. Youre just going to have to pick something else!There are better ways to say that without having to sound so rude and impersonal. Like, Im sorry. That item isnt available. Would you like to choose something else? We just left and took our business elsewhere. Rallys, please train your staff to have better manners when addressing your customers. Customers make or break your business.
Ive been coming to this location often since I moved to elyriaAnd everytime the staff is rude and very slowItems on my order are forgotten regularly or I get the wrong order entirelyToday I attempted to get my wife and daughter the ice cream cones since they were cheapAfter about 20 minutes waiting at the window I was given my food and no ice cream and my food was coldThis is just one example of how this location treats its customers
The food is pretty good, but its usually not worth the super long wait. I go here once a month and every time the wait in the drive-thru takes so long (at least 20 mins), even if theres only a couple cars ahead. There are also times when their system goes down and they cant even take orders. Usually they dont mess up my order but it has happened more here than anywhere else I go. I havent tried ordering at their walk-up window but from now on this may be the way to go. If theres more than a couple cars here, youre better off going elsewhere, unless you have plenty of time to kill. Would give 2.5 stars if Google let me.
I know that going to this location means I will be waiting in line for a while. I accept this. However, I would really like the food to be better than average. Sometimes it is. Today I tried the new Mother Cruncher chicken sandwich. I had 3 bites and had to throw it in the trash. The chicken was tough and extremely dry.the worst chicken Ive ever had. Cannot recommend it. Also, no receipt. Also, couldnt get a Sunday. Out of mix or something.
First they didn’t have any fries - I understood.When I went to pay, the young girl was upset I didn’t produce exact change. She had a major attitude and her tone was terrible, angry at me because I didn’t have change. She said well Im running out of change and got mad. I explained it wasn’t my fault and she shouldn’t yell at me. Instead she handed me my food with a cocky attitude and slammed the window in my face. I did not take kindly to this experience. I think better training is in order for these employees- they need to learn how to respect people.
Food is good, to bad the employees dont pay any attention to walk in customers. They stood there hypnotized like we didnt exist? When they did finally take our order i Asked for condiments 2 times, when I ordered and when they handed me the bag and said yep its in the bag! No It wasnt , I had to go back in and get the condiments? The place could do better if they really tried!! Overall decent.
Usually pretty great service the few times I ever stop here. Sometimes you get the occasional rude employee telling you their systems are down because they dont want to work, but still good food.Went back on 3/27, and guess what! The systems are mysteriously down again.
Usually their food is alright. But not every time. Today for example my food was 2 sandwiches and a fries and coke. One sandwich was actually refrigerated, like actually cold to the touch. The second one was gross and not cooked chicken and it all went to garbage. The sad thing is I actually waited in line for 25 minutes to get this disgusting food.
I ordered via Door Dash, the Baconzilla combo and when I got my order my sandwich wasnt even the right one I ordered. I paid $21 for one combo plus a dessert. I called the store a few different times, no one answered and the last time I called I got hung up on! Not professional at all! Tonight, Im definitely impressed with the service at all!
The service needs more employee that will have every spot so people dont get stressed 😫. Regarding from the aftermath from covid 19 we all from essential and non essential places we need to immediately hire people that are 100% and above reliable and not liability that do want to show up.
They deserve ZERO stars. I tried to order online for $33.31 for my work. The system said my card was declined due to invalid address. I tried again after inputting card info again and was declined again. I tried 4 more credit cards thinking my identity must have been stolen until I gave up and went to the drive thru myself only to have them screw up my order. They shorted me on fries and gave me diet coke instead of regular plus it cost me more than the original $33.31. Now I check my cards to try to find out if my identity was stolen only to see 7 holds of $33.31 on my cards from Rallys. I am beyond upset. I called them and they say to wait 48 hours for the bank to release the holds. These holds are Rallys NOT the bank!
Ordered cheesecake sundaes for the family they told the dasher that they cant make them. Im really upset because this is my money they are wasting. They never gave a reason why they cant make them. If they cant make cheesecake sundaes they should take it off the menu from the door dash app.
Love the food but at this drive thru there is a girl named diamond that is beyond rude, doesnt greet me with hello, hands my drinks out and when I ask for carry box for them she flips out, hands my drinks out and slams the window, then hands my food out and slams it again, so with that being said I will never deal with her again if she comes to the window after this complaint, I will drive away and never come back.
This store is occasionally understaffed and their drive thru is frequently overwhelmed. This particular restaurant is a favorite around the community and among people who order take out and management needs to give this store some attention so it can step its game up, because the demand for their product is high.
This may be the best value fast food place there is. The food is good and the prices better. You can eat here really well for two people for the price of one of the Wendys higher end sandwiches. Great taste, value and a menu that isnt dull. This place is underrated in the fast food world.
Went thru the drive thru a couple weeks ago and the girl at window VERY rude to us while taking order and when we drove up to window to pay. Card machine was down and we werent the only ones who left without food. Yes we tried calling and they never made an attempt to make right.
I have never been to a worse business. They forget things for my order every single time, even when I literally beg them to give me everything I paid for. I wait for 25-35 minutes at the order screen before Im even allowed to order. If I could post a negative star rating I would.
On a Saturday afternoon at 12:30pm it took 15 minutes to place an order (with only 3 cars in front of us) and then the online menu was different than what was offered so they did not even have what we wanted. Needless to say we did not place an order and found somewhere else to eat.
Everytime I go there the staff always has an attitude. The lady taking my order got frustrated that I didnt order quick enough. Waited 20 minutes for our food and we were the only car there. I asked for my receipt and the lady got mad she had to go back in to get it. While she went back in I checked my order and I had 3 items missing. When she came back to the car I asked for the rest of my order. She said are you sure its not in there? Reaches in my car grabs the bag and starts rummaging aggressively through it. (Still Covid pandemic) I told her I wouldnt lie about such a thing. So now she has more of an attitude that she has to go back in like it was my fault. Not my first and only bad experience.
The fries were really good, thats all I had there. I was with friends an we went there at sometime either around midnight, cuz this one closed at 1. An they were friendly despite the fact we came around an hour before closing, which I know is annoying due to experience.
It was absolutely Disappointing...we sat in line for 20mins...while the cashier said she be with us in a moment...& never was...only ro ask could we get service & she said there was technical difficulty & it would 10-15 more minutes to wait to be waited on ...a pure waste of time...PLEASE BRING RALLYS BACK TO SANDUSKY OHIO ASAP!!!
Everytime I go to this location, there is an issue! I am a door dash and Grub Hub partner but I dont ever expect to be disrespected at any location! So what occurred last night, happens OFTEN at this location!! Around 8:52pm, I accepted a Grub Hub order. The left side of drive thru is for pick up orders, and the right hand side is for customers placing orders. I pull up and I go to the correct side. Not one, not two but THREE employees looked at me through the window and made eye contact which shows they are aware I was sitting there! After 15 minutes of sitting there, not a single person has bothered to come to the window to acknowledge me! (again, this happens almost every order from this location). After noticing that other people coming after me are going through the other line and are getting service in and out, I decided to pull to the other line so that I too could get service...mind you, this order was marked as READY, and available for pick up. A caucasian young girl came to the window with an attitude, at first, she tells me there is no such order. I asked her to go back and check cause that was not accurate. The girl comes back to the window and told me to go back to the other side. I refused!! If I didnt get assistance on that side, and they were giving me a hard time at this window, why in the hell would I move back to get no service! Just plain ignorant!!! I hear a young boy, not a man, but a boy! Start yelling that I need to move to the other side. Instead of coming to the window, he was yelling and cursing at me in the middle of the store and comes to the window and literally yells and slams the window in my face! Just wow!!! So the order was sitting there ready but instead of just handing it to me and moving on, they all refused, the order was sitting on the counter where I could see it! But the drive thru line was getting out of control and even people were leaving. These silly employees had the nerve to contact Grub Hub and tell them I was holding up there line and refused to leave! Lmfao!! Y’all can’t even be serious! All of their attitudes were disgusting. Three employees last night are all responsible. Not a single one of them was mature enough to just give me the order. How dare this staff act like I did something wrong. Needless to say, I can only imagine that my experience is the same as other drivers. I sat there for 40 minutes for an order that was ready! I ended up leaving because at that point. i was wasting time and money waiting on an order that they never intended on handing. So pathetic and immature!!
The quality of food received was very poor. burger was still raw. the cheese sauce on the fries was dried up and only a few drops of chili on them. they handed me half my order and said have a nice day....ummmm....my drinks and other order of fries please? and while looking at order ticket had no clue what drinks or fries I still needed. If they had been busy it would have made sense....but we we the only customers. I will not waste time or money here again.
Very disappointed in this place was in line for 40 mins to place my order because the cashier walked out mid shift while drive through is packed and not to mention my burgers are totally wrong to the point im probably never coming back and im back in line now for another 20 mins to get either my money refunded or my burgers made correctly high do not recommend this place flatout and its sad because i graduated in culinary arts so seeing this in the industry pisses me off
Food is good & they stay open late at night 🤗. Only 3 ⭐s, because usually they take FOREVER making your order. I dont know if theyre short staffed or what. But how long you have to wait is ridiculous 🤦🏽♀️.On the bright side, they do bring the food to your car when its done..
They desperately need more staff had to wait 5 min for one lady to take my order AND make our food with a line wrapped around the building its NOT the employees fault they need to have at least 2 or 3 people. The only disappointing thing about the whole thing was they forgot our drink because they were in a rush.
I love me some big Buford, I get two big Buford for $5 and then I also get a large fry, those fries are so tasty. Most of the time I eat my fries before I can get home. I eat one Buford today and save one for the next day or whenever I get ready to eat it and it is still good when I get ready to eat it. Delicious
I pulled up to the mobile pickup order lane (foods passed through the passenger window) and the manager barely reaches out to hand me my food. I had to climb out of the window to grab the first order. The second order he sets on the edge of the window and walks away. I had to get out and grab my food, he approaches and says usually mobile orders have passengers and they have to come in. WHAT? This guy is a total JOKE and shouldnt be working with the public.
Rally is getting harder and harder to find lately. .. However this one is always my favorite favorite all time best Rally ever and Im so glad its still here ..They have the best 5 star service I ever get and they make everything fresh on the spot.to me Rallys not only have the best tasting burgers and fries but they have the only apply pie Ill ever eat ... ( I dont like apple pies ) but I like theres. ..If you never been to a Rallys you havent had a real fast food restaurant. . McDonalds , BK , or Wendys dont have anything on them they say there good but no taste. .Rallys has that and more. .If you like good tasting burgers fast friendly service. .. This Rallys is a must. ..Good job guys. . Keep it up. .
Rallys has very good food. Juicy hamburgers with everything on them. The best seasoned fries. We ordered small drinks which turned out to be a large size. The grandkids loved the strawberry soft serve cones which were a dollar. Cons they have no eating area. They have 2 or 3 tables with umbrellas. Or eat in the car or return home to eat. For 1 adult and 3 kids the meal came to over $18. They are located by a very busy intersection. A very congested area.
I will never come to this location again. I’d never walked inside before til today. They had me pull up and wait. I waited 20 minutes till I decided to pull up and ask for a refund. The manager laughed at me when I told her it had been 20 minutes. What I seen of the place when I walked it completely grossed me out. Food on the floor, handling food without gloves, trash all over the walk in area,and what made it even worse is the one who was handling food without gloves had 2 inch long fake red nails just collecting bacteria and everything else. A foot away from my food that was just sitting there a guy was just sitting on the counter doing nothing while they were making food next to him also. HEALTH DEPARTMENT CHECK THIS PLACE OUT BEFORE SOMEBODY DIES FROM FOOD BOURNE PATHOGENS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
We went to this Rallys because of the new steak subs advertised. They had pictures of it all over the building, too. But they dont have them yet. Okay, so give me a chili dog. Nope, dont have those, either. Ended up getting burgers, fries and a fish sandwich for my daughter. $30! we waited for 30 minutes, and the food was awful. Never going here again.
Rude employee I asked if everything was in the bag he said yes was missing food went back around because we could not do two orders and let him know I had missing food then waited 20 mins for food that was not rite what’s so hard to get food rite. Management is rude told me to pull around the gonna tell me to go thru pick up window
First of all I would like to say that the food is awesome. What would be a 5-star review is now a one based on time. I visited Tuesday night at about 7 p.m. and waited 15 minutes in the drive thru between ordering and getting my actual food okay I understand that they were probably backed up whatever. I visit Wednesday night at 7:43 p.m. oh, the girl nicely takes my order and tells me my food will be out fresh and I can pull around into the parking lot. I pull around but Im unable to get into the parking lot because it is filled with people who have waited over 45 minutes for their food. I then wait for exactly 32 minutes from the time I left the drive-thru window waiting for my food. I dont think I will visit again unless the parking lot is completely empty or until something has changed within the store
Waited 20 minutes for 2 Bistro burgers and had to be given a coupon for 2 free Bistro burgers because of the long wait. Went to collect on the 2 free Bistro burgers and had to wait 25 minutes for those. The place has decent food but there is nothing fast about this place I highly doubt I will return... someone needs to explain to me how they have 5 employees and cant get your food out in a timely manner......
The food has always been good but its rarely fast. Lol And they have left me waiting at the speaker for over 10 mins more than a few times. One time I used the left lane when they were busy (behind 2 other cars in that lane) and they greeted me but then forgot about me and waited on 6 other cars in the right lane until I just had to pull through and go back around to the right lane. If my husband didnt love their burgers and chicken sandwiches so much Id probably never bother here anymore.
Ive been in line for 32 minutes at the drive through. Order was wrong and not a single one of staff said a single word to me. I only eat fastfood because Im limited on time and its supposed to be fast. I have several healthier options enroute to work but choose Rallys.
Good food. They were so busy and the cashier kept apologizing and i told her not to.. It was lunch time and i knew there would be a wait.. They had a long line and people using both windows but they moved through it quickly. This isnt a negative review.. Thumbs up to the young lady who through a stressful rush still said she was sorry i had to wait. Cause shes used to ppl nagging and being rude. Its a shame.
I used to love getting banana milkshakes here until one day my husband brought me a large shake with a two foot long, four or five hair wide weave/extension that I had slurped halfway up through the straw.I will never NEVER never eat here again. This time milkshakes for me for about five years.
Was asked to pull into the parking lot to wait for our food. No further instructions. We waited and waited. The lot was full with other patrons waiting for their orders as well. One by one we had to walk up to the window to pick up our own orders. Very lousy service.
I come here whenever I manage to make it in town. While the speaker for the drive thru is loud and barely comprehensible, they have yet to get my order wrong, and are helpful at the window. The place itself is in a rather rundown area, but they manage to serve spot on food, and the staff remains cheerful and kind. Im not looking for a magical experience when I go to Rallys, but they manage some delicious food nonetheless.
I went there with my friends last saturday night with my friend at her mom, they have great food but we were in the drive through for over a full hour with about 7 other cars, and it took each car about 10 minutes because of the wait they had. i’m not even joking when i say it was over an HOUR wait. we couldn’t back out because of 2 cars behind us. then, when we FINALLY got to the window, they were being Veryyy snobby and even though the change was 2 pennies, they didn’t give it back. her mom then said she never got it back and the lady YELLS “IT IS ONLY 2 PENNIES WHY DOES IT MATTER” and puts it in her hand aggressively. absolutely HORRIBLE customer service!!!!!!!!!!
Ive never been to rallys before but my husband swore its the best place so I gave it a shot we got 4 sandwiches and one fry and 2 out of the 4 were wrong. Tried to call that night and the next morning and have not been able to reach a single person. Very disappointed and I will not be going back.
Food is good but thats it. Wait time is horrendous (30 mins sometimes!) and they dont ever seem to get orders correctly. Ordered a combo recently and got just wings but charged for a combo.. and it wasnt even the type of wings I asked for that they repeated back to me.
Just went through the drive through and was going order a mango peach smoothie and the machine was down getting cleaned so then I was going to order a kool aide slushie...THAT MACHINE WAS DOWN! So then we just decided to order regular food. The cashier wouldnt take a $50! She asked if we had anything smaller. Well duh, if we did we would have given it to you! So after she had already handed my boyfriend my drink, she made us pay like 2 bucks for a small Coke and got NONE of our food! They close at 1am!!! How do they not have change and why are they cleaning machines 2 hours before closing???? Ive always gotten good food and had no issue with this place until tonight!
This Rallys in Elyria is by far the worst rude staff. I could have went to a sit down restaurant in the time it took them to get food out to me. Food disgusting the 🍟 tasted like they never changed the grease out since months prior. The burgers was under cooked I mean the staff looked like they dont even take care of themselves so why would they give a damn on the food they serve other people. This place should be ashamed to hire people like that.
Just out of the Hospital & very Sick,Waited 11 mins on a chicken bites orderon March 19th...Not wanting to deal with making anything returned on March 20th (still sick)Ordered another chicken bites box, they gave me a order so small I was amazed...my 4 yrold grandchild would have even wondered where the rest of the fries were...they are a rip off here lately & extremely slow.Management?
Well, much like the KFC across the street this place is dirty, and not exactly healthy looking. I went there and the cook were cooking with sleeveless shirts and shorts, and the manager had a long greased up pony tail and wasnt wearing anything on his head to cover it. No one was wearing uniforms, and the food was dried out and gross. This location has not been worth the visit for about a decade or so now. I dont recommend this Rallys, but I dont think there is another one around :-(....... This is sad, because Rallys/Checkers food is good when the workers actually care about the fact they are working with food that people have to ingest.
Best time to go is in the day time. The morning staff is much better!!!! Night staff needs to get it together! I waited 30 mins in line just to have my order taken! Horrible cust service at night. The only reason i am giving a 5 star is bc of day shift. Very nice and great attitudes about being at work and you can hear the happiness the their voice.
Just left rallys the worst experience ever I was the only one at the drive thru I went to order another cheeseburger and she told me to hurry because they be trippin I guess she was talking about the cooks Im calling the manager first thing in the morning I told her I would just go to Burger King since it was such an inconvenience for her and she said bye as I was driving away and omg Burger Kings service was the best very polite!!! I thanked her for such the great service
I got the fish basket with the tarter dill sauce advertised on the commercial. They made me wait 10minutes for the food. The guy making my food looked disgusting..(no hair net) but he had longer hair. I asked for wings they said it was also a 10minute wait.. On top of that they gave me this other tarter sauce and the only reason I went there was cause I wanted to try there dill tarter sauce. There was kids hanging out in the drive thru trying to order? Then hair in my food.. Get it together people!
Terrible customer service... they told mw to park theyll bring my food. It wasnt even busy they took more than 20 mins... I had to pull up to the drive. She gave me my bag and said thanks for the wait... lol They had the bag ready and never brought it. The nerve... fast foos is fast food not wait more than 20 mins for food. Its RIDICULOUS!!!!
Had to wait a long time got wrong food in my order 2 times i had not went there for years thought i d give it a try again wasnt too impressed first time. Not sure id go back again after this trip i left there 20min after initially ordering our food only had 4 burgers 1 reg fry 1loaded fry 2 parmesan fries they first came out said they were out of meat this was a fri nite at 645...
Its alright. Its Rallys. I wanted a cheap, greasy hamburger, so I came out here and got one. There was litter all around; the employees were arguing in trailer trash inside while I was waiting for them to make my order; there was a broken-down car people were trying to fix & other people that were hanging about that made me nervous about being there, but I got my food. It was hot & to the standard I expected from the place.
UPDATE 7/3/18: RUDE RUDE RUDE WINDOW LADY. The receipt says M Jajarin(is that even a name) we had a coupon that we showed her when we got to the window and she rudely said “see you need to tell me at the speaker cause I did the 2/5 and now I have to redo it” then she yells and gripes about how she has to redo it. I’m sorry, is your job that difficult? Then the total comes out to be more expensive.. how exactly does that work?!?! So ridiculously ghetto. She didn’t even use the coupon the receipt doesn’t show it. Will not be back.
Absolutely disgusting food. Fries = greasy, soggy, barely warm. Mushroom burger = smashed, greasy, barely warm - inedible. Double-fish sandwich = smashed, over-cooked, barely warm. Ended up throwing the food away after getting it home. Will never go back this location - or pretty much any Rallys if this is how their locations are.
It was a very bad experience we ordered two hamburger meals and some chicken wings they made the chicken wings and had us wait in the parking lot apparently they made our hamburgers before they put the chicken wings in the oven because when we got our food the only thing that was warm was the chicken wings they hamburgers were hard and it took more than a half an hour to go through the fast food drive-thru Lane not suggested on Elyria and Cleveland Street go somewhere else
Who ever answered the phone when i called tonight was rude and has a horrible attitude and vulgar language and should definitely not be working at a restaurant and whoever made are food was no better everything was smooshd and dried out and they hung up on me and would not answer the phone when I called back
Not too bad for the price. This location on cleveland st. In elyria is terrible. Hope your car makes it out of the parking lot w/o any damage as their are tons of potholes in the parking lot and the surrounding streets. Btw getting out of the lot can be a little tricky. There are literally 3 traffic lights within 50ft of this location. And not 1 of the lights points directly to your exit. Go there on off hours. You are asking for a headache if you stop there around 5pm weekdays would be a big mistake..Happy eating!

2022-05-02Dont let this places size fool you.. For a fast food joint,It does very well with what they have. The crew is Very Professional,intelligent and efficient. The food is Amazing and well made.While its position/placement may make it a bit out of reach at times,You owe it to yourself to stop by. In 12 years,Ive never had a bad experience.

2022-04-28We pulled up to the drive thru at 12:50 am. The employee with the long beard said Ill be with you in a few seconds. About 4 minutes later we made a comment and he came back with an attitude saying Ill be with you a few seconds. Finally he took our order and we asked him to repeat it back and he got an attitude again. We pulled up to the window and there were 4 or 5 employees working. Some short dark haired guy opened the window and said next time you wont get waited on and how rude we were. There was no one else in the drive thru and when we pulled up there was one person in the walk up. We waited for more than 7 minutes before we actually ordered. The cashiers name was Josh. He handed out the French fries and we were about to ask for ketchup and he slammed the window shut. Then came with an attitude again to see what we wanted. The female manager was very courteous and nice the whole time. With that many people we couldnt understand why we had to wait that long for them to take our order. The fries were extremely hot and fresh!

2022-08-22This is the second time I have come to get a late dinner from you and both times, my order was wrong. What I ordered, I did not receive. Tonight I was missing the lettuce, tomato, onion and second slice of cheese on the Fry Double burger and another time I ordered the Mother Cruncher Chicken...all it had on it when I got home and opened it up was, just a breaded chicken patty on a plain bun! Had absolutely nothing on it! Maybe the staff/crew needs and extensive class on what all goes on your sandwiches. Needless to say, I am so disappointed that I may have to go elsewhere for my meals...and I hate that because your meat is delicious but I still expect to get what I order!

2022-06-19Like everything, it is more expensive than it used to be. Two meals cost us over $20! And they were out of lettuce that day. Really? Lettuce? But the burgers were good.

2022-07-23Love Rallys not loving the decreasing size of the fries. The small is an embarrassment and the medium is the old small. The large is pretty much a large small. Get it together Rallys. Lower your prices since you are giving me less.

2022-07-16There is a drive thru lane and mobile pickup lane, which was pretty cool. I placed my order of 4 items and waited about 10 minutes, the employees were working hard.

2022-02-26I love me some Rallys, but...there are some issues here..food pretty good, now the service now thats another thing. No one else there and there is a hostel vibe. Flig the bag at you without the fries, so back up and have to sit at window and keep knocking until the window swings open to receive our complaint and SLAM next thing you know the window flies open and just about threw them at us and again a SLAM shut! REALLY!!! No excuse for that.
